渤海湾岸线变化(2003—2011年)对近岸海域水质的影响 总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5
为研究渤海湾岸线对近岸海域水质的影响,本研究首先阐述了2003、2010和2011年的渤海湾海岸线变迁情况,采用数值模拟的方法研究了由岸线变迁引起的渤海湾水动力条件的变化情况,之后应用综合污染指数法筛选出渤海湾近岸海域的2003、2010、2011年的主要污染指标,并探讨了因岸线变化引起的渤海湾近岸海域主要污染指标污染范围的变化情况.结果表明,与2003年相比,2010年渤海湾的各个港口都有了很大程度的扩张,部分滩涂地区变成陆地;渤海湾余流场的主要变化是天津港北部存在的逆时针余流消失,天津港南部至黄骅港北部间的逆时针沿岸余流有所减小;渤海湾2003、2010和2011的水质的主要污染指标为营养盐类、重金属类的Zn和Pb;渤海湾近岸海域主要污染指标的污染范围有所扩大,污染物高值区有向渤海湾东北海域扩展的趋势. 相似文献

Effect of water regimes and organic matters on transport of arsenic in summer rice (Oryza sativa L.)
The arsenic contamination in soil-water-plant systems is a major concern of where, the groundwater is being contaminated with
arsenic (above 0.01 mg/L) in the Indian subcontinent. The study was conducted with organic matter to find out the reducing e ect on
arsenic load to rice (cv. Khitish). It was observed that intermittent ponding reduced arsenic uptake (23.33% in root, 13.84% in shoot and
19.84% in leaf) at panicle initiation stage, instead of continuous ponding. A decreasing trend of arsenic accumulation (root > straw >
husk > whole grain > milled grain) was observed in di erent plant parts at harvest. Combined applications of lathyrus + vermicompost
+ poultry manure reduced arsenic transport in plant parts (root, straw, husk, whole grains and milled grain) which was significantly at
par (p > 0.05) with chopped rice straw (5 tons/ha ) + lathyrus green manuring (5 tons/ha) in comparison to control and corresponding
soils. A significant negative correlation of arsenic with phosphorus (grain P with arsenic in di erent parts R2= 0.627–0.726 at p >
0.01) was observed. Similarly, soil arsenic had a negative correlation with soil available phosphorus (R2 = 0.822 at p > 0.001) followed
by soil nitrogen (R2= 0.762 at p > 0.01) and soil potassium (R2 = 0.626 at p > 0.01). Hence, e ective management of contaminated
irrigation water along with organic matter could reduce the arsenic build up to plants and soil. 相似文献

Estrogenic effects of water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) on goldfish (Carassius auratus) after an early life stage exposure 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Effects of river water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) on fish development, vitellogenin (VTG) induction, gonado-somatic
index (GSI) and sex ratio were investigated by exposing goldfish (Carassius auratus) in the early life stage (from fertilization to 28 days
post-hatch) to water samples (25%, 50% and 100%) collected from three representative sections. The results showed that there was no
significant effect on hatching success for any of the exposure groups, but survival was significantly reduced when compared with the
control (P < 0.05). Body lengths, weights of all treated fish did not differ significantly from those of the control. Condition factors (CF)
of larval fish exposed to 50% and 100% river water from the Jiangxinzhou section and 100% river water from the Daqiao section were
significantly lower than that of the control (P< 0.05). VTG inductions were significant in larval fish exposed to all the dilution series
of river water. No significant difference in CF value was observed in any exposure group after 150 days of depuration. VTG was fully
eliminated after 75 days of depuration. For both female and male, GSI did not significantly differ between exposure groups and the
control after 150 days of convalescence. The highest female:male ratios were observed in response to the treatment with 50% or 100%
river water from the Jiangxinzhou section and 100% river water from the Daqiao section (53:47, 56:44 and 54:46, respectively), but no
significant difference in sex ratio was observed in any treated group when compared to the control. The results showed that early life
stage exposure of river water from the Yangtze River (Nanjing section) had adverse effects on goldfish development and reproductive
health, and the effects on CF and VTG were reversible after depuration in clean water. 相似文献

This work was designed to explore the characteristics of photodegradation of herbicides in the copper-polluted water body. The
results showed that Cu(II) alone could induce a photo Fenton-like reaction to enhance the degradation of atrazine, in which hydroxyl
radical ( OH) was a main active species. Humic acids restrained atrazine degradation, nevertheless, when introducing Cu(II), the
photodegradation was accelerated, in which singlet oxygen (1O2) replaced OH acting as the prevailing species. A feasible mechanism
for the photochemical process was also proposed, which is helpful for better understanding the environmental photochemistry of
atrazine in the copper-polluted water. 相似文献

Nowadays, intensive breeding of poultry and livestock of large scale has made the treatment of its waste and wastewater an urgent
environmental issue, which motivated this study. A wetland of 688 m2 was constructed on an egg duck farm, and water hyacinth
(Eichhornia crassipes) was chosen as an aquatic plant for the wetland and used as food for duck production. The objectives of this
study were to test the role of water hyacinth in purifying nutrient-rich wastewater and its effects on the ducks’ feed intake, egg laying
performance and egg quality. This paper shows that the constructed wetland removed as much as 64.44% of chemical oxygen demand
(COD), 21.78% of total nitrogen (TN) and 23.02% of total phosphorus (TP). Both dissolved oxygen (DO) and the transparency of the
wastewater were remarkably improved, with its transparency 2.5 times higher than that of the untreated wastewater. After the ducks
were fed with water hyacinth, the average daily feed intake and the egg-laying ratio in the test group were 5.86% and 9.79% higher,
respectively, than in the control group; the di erences were both significant at the 0.01 probability level. The egg weight in the test group
was 2.36% higher than in the control group (P < 0.05), but the feed conversion ratios were almost the same. The eggshell thickness
and strength were among the egg qualities significantly increased in ducks fed with water hyacinth.We concluded that a water hyacinth
system was e ective for purifying wastewater from an intensive duck farm during the water hyacinth growing season, as harvested
water hyacinth had an excellent performance as duck feed. We also discussed the limitations of the experiment. 相似文献

It is less known whether and how soil metal lead (Pb) impacts the invasion of exotic plants.A greenhouse experiment was conducted to estimate the effects of lead on the growth and mycorrhizae of an invasive species(Solidago canadensis L.)in a microcosm system. Each microcosm unit was separated into HOST and TEST compartments by a replaceable mesh screen that allowed arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal hyphae rather than plant roots to grow into the TEST compartments.Three Pb levels(control,300,and 600 mg/kg soil)were used in this study to simulate ambient soil and two pollution sites where S. canadensis grows.Mycorrhizal inoculum comprised five indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal species (Glomus mosseae,Glomus versiform,Glomus diaphanum,Glomus geosporum,and Glomus etunicatum).The 15N isotope tracer was used to quantify the mycorrhizally mediated nitrogen acquisition of plants.The results showed that S. canadensis was highly dependent on mvcOrrhizae.The Pb additions significantly decreased biomass and arbuscular mycorrhizal colonization(root length colonized,RLC%) but did not affect spore numbers,N(including total N and 15N) and P uptake.The facilitating efficiency of mycorrhizae on nutrient acquisition was promoted by Pb treatments.The Pb was mostly sequestered in belowground of plant (root and rhizome).The results suggest that the high efficiency of mycorrhizae on nutrient uptake mightgive S. canadensis a great advantage over native species in Pb polluted softs. 相似文献

This study tested and evaluated the agricultural non-point source(AGNPS)model for the Wuchuan catchment, a typical agricultural area in the Jiulong River watershed, Fujian Province. China. The AGNPS model was calibrated and validated for the study area with observed data onten storms. Thedata on eight stormsin 2002 were used for calibration while data on two stormswere used for validation of the model. Considering the lack of water quality data over a long-term series, a novel method, comparing an internal nested catchment with its surrounding catchment, was used to supplement the less long-term series data. Dual calibration and validation of the AGNPS model was obtained by this comparison. The results indicate that the correlation coefficients were 0. 99 and 0. 98 for runoff, 0. 94 and 0. 95 forthe peak runoff rate of the large catchment and the small catchment, respectively, and 0. 76 forthe sediment of the small catchment only. Each pair of correlation coefficients is homogeneous for the same event for the two catchments. With the exception of the sediment yield and particulate phosphorus, the peak nmofr rate and other nutrients were well predicted. Sensitivity analysis showed that the Soil Conservation Service curve number and rainfall quantity were the most sensitive parameters, which resulted in high output variations. Erosivitv and other parameters had little influence on the hydrological and quality outputs. 相似文献

Imposex and butyltin burden were assessed in Nassarius nitidus, Bolinus brandaris and Hexaplex trunculus collected at five stations in the Bizerta lagoon. Biological analysis showed that imposex followed type (a) in N nitidus (distal evolution), against type (d) in the two muricids (proximal evolution). Imposex indices were higher in sites located nearby sources of tributyltin and N nitidus was the least affected species of the five sites, followed by B. brandaris and H. trunculus. Butyltin analysis showed lower accumulation in N nitidus followed by H. trunculus and B. brandaris. This study has allowed the gathering of data on imposex in a snail studied for the first time in Tunisia (N. nitidus). It suggests the possibility of using such snail as a complementary species for organotin monitoring programs in the Mediterranean and further confirmed that H. trunculus is the most suitable species for such investigations. 相似文献

Increasing application of nanotechnology highlights the need to clarify and understand nanotoxicity. Mammalian and in vitro studies have raised concerns about the toxicity of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs), but there are limited data on ecotoxicity to aquatic organisms. In this work, the sub-acute toxicity of TiO2-NPs to carp (Cyprinus carpio) was assessed. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) activities and lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels in liver, gill and brain tissues of carps varied with concentration of TiO2-NPs suspensions and exposure time (up to 8 d). As a result, 100 and 200 mg/L TiO2-NPs caused statistically significant decrease in SOD, CAT and POD activities and significant increase in LPO levels in tissues (P < 0.05), suggesting that the fish exposed to these two concentrations of TiO2-NPs suffered from the oxidative stress. The extent of depletion of antioxidant enzymes activities and the elevation of LPO in the liver was the greatest, indicating that the liver might be the most susceptible organ to TiO2-NPs exposure. In addition, carps had gill pathologies including edema and thickening of gill lamellae as well as gill filaments, and liver pathologies including necrotic and apoptosis hepatocytes after exposed to 100 and 200 mg/L TiO2-NPs for 20 d. These results indicated a potential risk from TiO2-NPs released into the aqueous environment. 相似文献

Perinereis aibuhitensis was used to assess adverse biological effects caused by acute and chronic Pb2+exposure in artificial seawater under controlled laboratory conditions. In 96-hr acute toxicity experiments,the morphological changes showed a positive time/dose-dependent tendency,and the 96-hr LC50 value of Pb2+was 686.41 mg/L. The responses of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants in tissues including catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),malondialdehyde(MDA) and the content of total soluble protein(TSP),were investigated on days 1,4,7 and 10 after Pb2+exposure under chronic toxicity testing. Results showed that the activation of the antioxidant system in P. aibuhitensis depended on the Pb2+concentration and the duration of exposure time.Specifically,POD and SOD activities were induced on the first day of the exposure and decreased to the control level on day 10 after exposure. Therefore,these two indexes could be used to indicate oxidative stress associated with P. aibuhitensis exposure to Pb2+. 相似文献

The present study tested the sensitivity of Salaria basilisca to water-cadmium (Cd) contamination. For this purpose, liver somatic
index (LSI), Cd concentrations and the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and
glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured in the liver of S. basilisca exposed to Cd-contaminated water (2 mg Cd/L as CdCl2)
for 14 and 28 d. The results showed that the LSI decreased significantly after 14 and 28 d of Cd-exposure. Cd bioaccumulation in the
liver resulted in an increasing uptake up to 42 g/g dry weight after 28 d of exposure. Activities of CAT and SOD were significantly
increased with increasing exposure time. A significant increase in GSH-Px activity, under Cd influence, was observed during 14-day
exposure period (p < 0.0001). However, a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in this activity with respect to control fish was registered
after 28 d of Cd-exposure. These results showed that Cd accumulation in the liver of S. basilisca could induce oxidative stress as
demonstrated by changes in the antioxidant enzyme activities. Results also emphasized that S. basilisca may considered as a sensitive

Humic substances are ubiquitous redox-active organic compounds of environment. In this study, experiments were conducted to determine the reduction capacity of humic acid in the man-ix of bromate and Fe(Ⅲ) solutions and the role of Fe(Ⅲ) in this redox process. The results showed that the humic acid regenerated Fe(Ⅱ) and reduced bromate abiotically. The addition of Fe(Ⅲ) could accelerate the bromate reduction rate by forming humic acid-Fe(Ⅲ) complexes. Iron species acts as electron mediator and catalyst for the bromate reduction by humic acid, in which humic acid transfers electrons to the complexed Fe(Ⅲ) to form Fe(Ⅱ), and the regenerated Fe(Ⅱ) donate the electrons to bromate. The kinetics study on bromate reduction further indicated that bromate reduction by humic acid-Fe(Ⅲ) complexes is pH dependent. The rate decreased by 2-fold with the increase in solution pH by one unit. The reduction capacity of Aldrich humic acid was observed to be lower than that of humic acid or natural organic matter of Suwanne River, indicating that such redox process is expected to occur in the environment. 相似文献

The concentration of carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (c-PAHs) present in the sediment and water of Peninsular
Malaysia as well as in the cockle Anadara granosa was investigated. Samples were extracted and analysed with gas chromatographymass
spectrometry. The concentrations of total carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (t-PAHs) were measured between 0.80
0.04 to 162.96 14.74 ng/g wet weight (ww) in sediment, between 21.85 2.18 to 76.2 10.82 ng/L in water samples and between
3.34 0.77 to 46.85 5.50 ng/g ww in the cockle tissue. The risk assessment of probable human carcinogens in the Group B2 PAHs
was calculated and assessed in accordance with the standards of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA). Case
I in the toxicity assessment analysed the cancer risk to consumers of Malaysian blood cockle. Case II assessed the risk of cancer
from exposure to PAHs from multiple pathways. The average cancer risk of case I and case II were found to be classifiable as unsafe
according to the US EPA standard. The cancer risk due to c-PAHs acquired by the ingestion of blood cockle was (8.82 0.54) 10??6
to (2.67 0.06) 10??2, higher than the US EPA risk management criterion. The non-cancer risks associated with multiple pathways in
Kuala Gula, Kuala Juru and Kuala Perlis were higher than the US EPA safe level, but the non-cancer risk for eating blood cockle was

Influence of Indian mustard (Brassicajuncea) on rhizosphere soil solution chemistry in long-term contaminated soils: A rhizobox study 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This study investigated the influence of Indian mustard (Brassica juncea) root exudation on soil solution properties (pH, dissolved
organic carbon (DOC), metal solubility) in the rhizosphere using a rhizobox. Measurement was conducted following the cultivation
of Indian mustard in the rhizobox filled four di erent types of heavy metal contaminated soils (two alkaline soils and two acidic
soils). The growth of Indian mustard resulted in a significant increase (by 0.6 pH units) in rhizosphere soil solution pH of acidic
soils and only a slight increase (< 0.1 pH units) in alkaline soils. Furthermore, the DOC concentration increased by 17–156 mg/L
in the rhizosphere regardless of soil type and the extent of contamination, demonstrating the exudation of DOC from root. Ion
chromatographic determination showed a marked increase in the total dissolved organic acids (OAs) in rhizosphere. While root exudates
were observed in all soils, the amount of DOC and OAs in soil solution varied considerably amongst di erent soils, resulting in
significant changes to soil solution metals in the rhizosphere. For example, the soil solution Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn concentrations increased
in the rhizosphere of alkaline soils compared to bulk soil following plant cultivation. In contrast, the soluble concentrations of Cd, Pb,
and Zn in acidic soils decreased in rhizosphere soil when compared to bulk soils. Besides the influence of pH and DOC on metal
solubility, the increase of heavy metal concentration having high stability constant such as Cu and Pb resulted in a release of Cd and

A pot experiment was conducted to study the relationship between distribution of cadmium (Cd) and zinc (Zn) and their availability
to cole (Brassica campestris L.) grown in the multi-metal contaminated oasis soil in northwest of China. The results showed that Cd
and Zn in the unpolluted oasis soil was mainly found in the residual fractionation, however, with increasing contents of Cd and Zn in the
oasis soil, the distribution of Cd and Zn changed significantly. The growth of cole could be promoted by low Cd and Zn concentration,
but significantly restrained by high concentrations. There was antagonistic e ect among Cd and Zn in the multi-metals contaminated
oasis soil. Stepwise regression analysis between fractionations distribution coe cients of the two meals in the soil and their contents in
cole showed that both Cd and Zn in the exchangeable fractionation in the oasis soil made the most contribution on the uptake of Cd and
Zn in cole. The bio-concentration factor (BCF) of Cd was greater than Zn in cole, and BCFs of the two metals in leaves were greater
than those in roots. The translocation factors of the two metals in cole were greater than 1, and the two metals mainly accumulated
in the edible parts in cole. Therefore, cole is not a suitable vegetable for the oasis soil because of the plants notable contamination by
