城市黑臭河流不仅破坏景观、散发着令人难闻的气味,更会破坏河流原本的生态系统。以深圳龟岭河为例进行研究,采用截污控源、内循环改造、曝气增氧和生物膜系统构建的组合工艺治理该黑臭河流。结果表明:治理后水体的透明度、溶解氧(DO)、氨氮(NH3-N)和总磷(TP)满足GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅴ类水体标准,氧化还原电位(ORP)大幅度提高,黑臭现象得到消除。该工艺对黑臭水体水质提升实际有效,具有较高的技术实施特性,为黑臭河流治理提供了借鉴和参考。 相似文献

为调查青岛市农村黑臭水体现状,采用遥感识别、现场核查相结合的方法,发现具有规模小、封闭坑塘为主、水质超标、污染成因复杂等特点;存在农村环保基础设施不完善、养殖废弃物治理不彻底、农业面源治理较薄弱、内源治理不到位、历史遗留污染未解决、基层专业力量不足等问题;建议从统筹推进农村环境整治与黑臭水体治理工作、全面实施陆源与内源综合污染防控措施、提高农村水体生态功能、建立农村黑臭水体治理长效机制等方面实施水体治理。研究结果可为国内农村黑臭水体调查及治理提供重要借鉴作用。 相似文献

Pollution and Self-Cleansing of an Urban River in a Developing Country: A Case Study in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Pollution and self-purification trends of an urban river namely, Msimbazi River, in Dar es Salaam City, Tanzania, were investigated. Site investigations and water quality analyses were done. The river is polluted in terms of high organic and nutrient concentrations, low dissolved oxygen, and high counts of indicator organisms. Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) concentrations were 27– 340 mg/L. Dissolved oxygen was found to be as low as 0.9 mg O2/L. Bacteriological pollution increased with distance downstream of the river, a trend attributable to an increase in the catchment of pollution sources, which are on-site sanitation systems. Although the river has an appreciable self-purification capacity, the capacity is strained by persistent pollution overloads. The pollution plight of the river is attributable to its being flanked by expanding human habitats and vibrant industrial, institutional, and socio-economic activities. Provision for pretreatment of discharges into the river is put forward as a remedial measure for the observed pollution. Matching nontechnical and techno-social remedial measures are also recommended. These include sensitization of polluters on merits of environmental protection practices such as cleaner production and strict enforcement of environmental protection laws. 相似文献

原位修复是一种可靠、卓有成效的河道水体净化修复技术,具有治理费用低和最大程度降解污染的特点,适合于污染严重、流量较小的河流水体。本文概述了河道曝气法、生物接触氧化、河流湿地处理和生态浮床等河道原位处理技术的原理、发展及应用情况,其中河道曝气和生物接触氧化起步早,技术较为成熟,为早期污染水体治理贡献很大,相对河流湿地处理和人工浮床起步晚,但成本低,耗资少,处理效率又高,具有很大的发展空间。这些工艺都是经济、有效以及符合可持续发展要求的生物生态技术,在国内外发展比较迅速,但在进一步改进的前提下,其应用前景将十分广阔。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: There is a lamentable absence of comprehensive planning in the current cursade to improve water quality. A serious shortcoming is the lack of evaluation of the effects of waste water treatment upon environmental quality. At some point in time the public may ask what they have obtained for their money. The nature of pollution in a river basin demands a coordinated attack against it. Engineering and economic criteria suggest that a properly empowered river basin authority would be the logical organization to plan and operate a water quality management system. Several forms of such authorities have operated effectively and efficiently for many years in the United States and other industrialized countries.
