This study was conducted because a real method for measuring safety climate had never been developed and assessed in Serbian industry. The aim of this paper was to start the process of developing a safety climate questionnaire that could be used in Serbia. As a starting point a 21-item questionnaire was adopted after an extensive literature review. The questionnaire was distributed at several Serbian factories; 1098 workers responded. After a statistical analysis of the data obtained with the questionnaire and a critical comparison with the available reference results, a final questionnaire with 21 questions, divided into 7 groups, was developed. The 7 groups of questions (factors) were safety awareness and competence, safety communication, organizational environment, management support, risk judgment and management reaction, safety precautions and accident prevention, and safety training.  相似文献

通过对衡阳市某铀尾矿滩面的氡析出率、大气温度、大气湿度、气压、γ剂量率、土壤含水率等环境物理量进行监测采集。应用灰色关联度分析法计算分析了其中各因素与氡析出率的关联度,结果发现在分辨系数为0.5的条件下,大气温度、大气湿度、气压、γ剂量率及土壤含水率与氡析出率的关联度分别为0.550 1,0.476 1,0.631 5,0.748 2和0.485 9,其中γ吸收剂量率对氡析出率关联度最大;而大气湿度的关联度最小。结合氡析出率的影响因素具有多重性的特点,试验研究成果可为以后探索氡析出率与各环境指标量的数学关系提供重要参考。  相似文献

安全生产标准化评审是根据一定的安全生产标准化评审目标和标准,通过系统地收集信息和科学分析,对企业安全生产标准化工作做出价值判断的过程。为了科学评估评审偏差和统一评审尺度,基于信效度理论,提出在评审单位和评审组织单位进行安全生产标准化元评估时,应用评审者信度和效标关联效度,研究安全生产标准化评审的可靠程度和有效程度;并以危险化学品从业单位安全生产标准化评审为例,从信效度的分析方法选择、信效度的计算和信效度的可接受度,全面探究信效度在安全生产标准化元评估中的实现方式。结果表明,应用信效度方法分析安全生产标准化评审的优势和不足,可以为安全生产标准化评审结果的客观评价提供依据。  相似文献

为增强安全标语在安全管理应用中的有效性,从安全管理学视角,提出安全标语的概念和功能,构建安全标语功能的伞状结构;从大安全角度,划分安全标语的类型;分析安全标语的传播过程,构建安全标语的传播模型和目视管理模型。结果表明:发挥安全管理功能是安全标语设置的最终目的,保证安全标语有效传播是其发挥安全管理功能的基本前提。指出安全标语创作及应用目前主要存在的问题,其应遵循内容健康,引导正确等基本要求,并应具有实用性等6种倾向。  相似文献

本文通过大量资料的搜集,概括出了影响员工不安全行为的众多因素,并根据他们的可控性进行了分类.在此理论研究的基础上,用调查问卷的方法,构建了企业员工不安全行为的影响因素量表,并通过spss16.0软件包对其进行因素分析,检验量表的效度和信度,最终形成了四个企业员工不安全行为影响因素正式量表.其中包括:企业员工不安全行为个人安全素质影响因素量表、企业员工不安全行为领导影响因素量表、企业员工不安全行为组织影响因素量表和企业员工不安全行为工作内容和环境影响因素量表.此外,本文还对中交天航第五经理部的施工人员进行了实证研究,用spss16.0软件包对搜集到的数据进行分析,包括:各量表中包含的题项的内部分析、四个量表中所有题项的整体分析和每个量表中的群体差异性分析,并在以上分析的基础上,最终得出了该企业对员工不安全行为影响因素的管理现状.  相似文献

The first objective of this paper is to compare the observation procedures proposed to characterize physical work. The second objective is to examine the following 3 methodological issues: reliability, observer training, and internal validity. Seventy-two papers were reviewed, 38 of which proposed a new or modified observation grid. The observation variables identified were broken down into 7 categories as follows: posture, exertion, load handled, work environment, use of feet, use of hands, and activities or tasks performed. The review revealed the variability of existing procedures. The examination of methodological issues showed that observation data can be reliable and can present an adequate internal validity. However, little information about the conditions necessary to achieve good reliability was available.  相似文献

为探索电力安全文化结构,编制出具有较高信效度的评价工具.对深度访谈、参与观察采集的73个情景性行为片段进行编码分析,获取6个类中心,以此为基础编制量表;经试测和大规模抽样调查,对741名有效样本数据进行因素分析和信效度检验.结果表明:电力安全文化的评价指标由管理效力、人性观、规则执行、公平公正性和工作态度构成;因子分析所获因子与理论构想的类中心基本吻合,验证性因素分析所有指标均证明模型拟合较好;量表的再测信度为0.956(P<0.001),内部一致性系数为0.932(P <0.001).所有统计结论表明,电力安全文化评价工具具备较高信效度,可以用于评估电力企业安全文化.  相似文献

以焦作矿区水化数据为例,选用Na++K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO2-4、HCO-36种水化离子浓度作为识别矿井水源的依据,运用Matlab软件分别建立BP神经网络与Elman神经网络的矿井多水源识别模型。应用结果表明:与静态的BP神经网络相比,在结构上增加承接层的Elman神经网络在训练和仿真中拟合能力更强,识别精度更高和泛化能力更好;矿井地下水随着地下开采与扰动具有动态性,将具有非线性动态特征的Elman神经网络应用于矿井多水源的识别,对准确判断突水来源和分析地下水运移规律具有一定的辅助和指导意义。  相似文献

通过全尺寸实验研究低压细水雾对抑制和熄灭B类火灾的有效性。分别使用圆形和方形油盘,以汽油和柴油为燃料进行低压细水雾灭火实验,并进一步研究含微胶囊F-500添加剂的细水雾灭火效果。结果表明,低压细水雾对抑制和熄灭B类火具有一定的有效性,但容易出现灭大火容易灭小火难的现象,并且对于"角落火"难以扑灭。而添加了微胶囊F-500的低压细水雾,灭火效率较纯水细水雾提高约3~5倍,能有效扑灭死角火,同时提高火场能见度。分别用1%、3%、6%的F-500溶液作为灭火介质,实验表明,不同浓度的F-500溶液具有不同的灭火效果。综合考虑经济性和有效性因素:对于大多数B类火灾场合,F-500溶液的最佳配比为1%;对于危险性大或火灾荷载大的场合,微胶囊F-500水溶液的最佳配比为3%。  相似文献

为了弄清影响电力技工安全意识的相关因素,编制具有标准化指标的安全意识相关因素量表,在深度访谈、开放式问卷调查和参与式观察基础上提出主体认知、团队氛围、工作态度、学习与激励、责任与危险想象和经历体验等6个与安全意识相关的因素,并编制量表,经试测和大规模抽样调查,在数据统计的基础上,对量表进行标准化.探索性因素分析所析因子与理论构想吻合,验证性因素分析TLI和CFI值为0.98,模型拟合较好.再测信度高为0.986(P<0.001),a系数为0.818.该量表科学有效,可用于实际评估电力技工的安全意识.  相似文献

旨在编制利于企业使用的安全氛围测量量表(SCSS),提出SCSS的编制原则和程序,确定安全氛围10维度框架和26个层面构成,并归纳分析事故原因,编写具体项目.初步确定288个项目内容,经归类合并和预试分析等,编制成92个项目的SCSS量表.通过某煤矿180名样本员工试验.分析信度、效度和层面划分的合理性,验证了所设计量表的有效性.该量表编制突出了原创性和互动性,能够成为进行安全氛围研究的有效工具.  相似文献

为提高用驾驶人危险辨识能力评估系统得到的评估结果的信效度,探讨评估场景对评估结果的影响。首先,分析各类评估系统中评估场景的异同点;其次,由于评估场景一般为危险情境,通过对危险定义与类型、危险风险度的系统梳理,探讨危险情境对评估结果的影响;最后,通过分析动静态场景的优缺点,探讨场景展现形式对评估结果的影响。结果表明:危险情境的主观和客观风险度的一致性越高,评估结果的信效度越好;动静态场景各有利弊,静态场景能有效避免评估结果的模糊性和驾驶人的疲劳厌烦效应,动态场景更利于理解危险情境,同时更贴近驾驶人实际驾驶时的危险辨识工作机制。  相似文献

PROBLEM: Safety professionals have increasingly turned their attention to social science for insight into the causation of industrial accidents. One social construct, safety climate, has been examined by several researchers [Cooper, M. D., & Phillips, R. A. (2004). Exploratory analysis of the safety climate and safety behavior relationship. Journal of Safety Research, 35(5), 497-512; Gillen, M., Baltz, D., Gassel, M., Kirsch, L., & Vacarro, D. (2002). Perceived safety climate, job Demands, and coworker support among union and nonunion injured construction workers. Journal of Safety Research, 33(1), 33-51; Neal, A., & Griffin, M. A. (2002). Safety climate and safety behaviour. Australian Journal of Management, 27, 66-76; Zohar, D. (2000). A group-level model of safety climate: Testing the effect of group climate on microaccidents in manufacturing jobs. Journal of Applied Psychology, 85(4), 587-596; Zohar, D., & Luria, G. (2005). A multilevel model of safety climate: Cross-level relationships between organization and group-level climates. Journal of Applied Psychology, 90(4), 616-628] who have documented its importance as a factor explaining the variation of safety-related outcomes (e.g., behavior, accidents). Researchers have developed instruments for measuring safety climate and have established some degree of psychometric reliability and validity. The problem, however, is that predictive validity has not been firmly established, which reduces the credibility of safety climate as a meaningful social construct. The research described in this article addresses this problem and provides additional support for safety climate as a viable construct and as a predictive indicator of safety-related outcomes. METHODS: This study used 292 employees at three locations of a heavy manufacturing organization to complete the 16 item Zohar Safety Climate Questionnaire (ZSCQ) [Zohar, D., & Luria, G. (2005). A multilevel model of safety climate: Cross-level relationships between organization and group-level climates. Journal of Applied Psychology, 90(4), 616-628]. In addition, safety behavior and accident experience data were collected for 5 months following the survey and were statistically analyzed (structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, etc.) to identify correlations, associations, internal consistency, and factorial structures. RESULTS: Results revealed that the ZSCQ: (a) was psychometrically reliable and valid, (b) served as an effective predictor of safety-related outcomes (behavior and accident experience), and (c) could be trimmed to an 11 item survey with little loss of explanatory power. IMPACT ON INDUSTRY: Practitioners and researchers can use the ZSCQ with reasonable certainty of the questionnaire's reliability and validity. This provides a solid foundation for the development of meaningful organizational interventions and/or continued research into social factors affecting industrial accident experience.  相似文献

为进一步研究安全文化,采用结构方程模型(SEM)对安全文化的关键要素、构成因子以及因子间的因果关系进行研究.利用SPSS对山东4个国有煤矿355名员工安全文化定量测量数据进行分析.采用主成分抽取方法对安全文化关键要素进行因子分析,抽取特征根大于1的5个因子,解释变量的累积百分比为69.35%.同时运用结构方程模型软件(AMOS)构建安全文化结构模型以及安全文化因子间因果关系结构模型,证实领导责任因子对安全理念、安全认知和员工参与有直接正面影响.其中,对安全认知的影响最为显著(其路径系数为0.76);领导责任因子对安全业绩具有间接正面影响;安全理念、安全认知和员工参与对安全业绩具有直接正面影响.  相似文献

为探究公交驾驶员的驾驶愤怒诱因,基于原始驾驶愤怒量表和客运驾驶员驾驶愤怒量表,经过访谈设计公交驾驶员驾驶愤怒量表,并在广东省内回收210份有效数据;通过项目分析、探索性因素分析和信效度分析修订量表;通过皮尔逊相关分析和独立样本t检验初步分析调查数据。结果表明:修订后的量表有较好的信效度,由23个题项组成,包括利己行为、缓慢驾驶、交通阻碍、违规驾驶和无礼行为等5个因子,其中利己行为平均得分最高;近2年发生过交通事故与因违章被处罚过的驾驶员缓慢驾驶得分显著较高;除缓慢驾驶外的所有因子得分与公交驾龄显著正相关;利己行为和无礼行为得分两者与每天平均工作时长显著正相关。  相似文献

为测量个体的风险态度,减少不安全行为,修订中文版风险态度量表,讨论在我国文化下该量表的结构;发放250份风险态度调查问卷,回收有效问卷220份,运用SPSS软件分析回收的问卷,并检验其信度和效度。结果表明:修订后的风险态度量表由主动接受风险的态度、趋近接受风险的态度、规避风险的态度、拒绝风险的态度4个因子组成,共32个条目,累计贡献率为75.43%;该量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.796,具有较好的信度;量表的卡方自由度比(CMIN/df)为1.832,增值拟合指数(IFI)为0.905,相对拟合优度指数(CFI)为0.904,均方根残差(RMR)为0.038,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.049,量表结构效度较好;经过专家和相关学者的非结构化访谈,修改和删除部分条目,量表内容效度较好。  相似文献

Work engagement, as conceptualized by the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), is a work-related positive state of mind that is characterized by vigour, dedication and absorption; however, it still remains unclear how many dimensions work engagement comprises. This study tested the factorial validity of 11 different UWES factorial models that are available in the literature using a confirmatory factor analysis approach on a large sample of multi-occupational Polish employees (N?=?1420). The two-factor UWES-6, comprising vigour and dedication, was found to be reliable and remained invariant across samples drawn from four different organizational positions. It also presented a better fit than the three-factor UWES-9, which is a scale used as a standard in contemporary research on work engagement. The findings suggest that the three-factor UWES-9 might not be an optimal measure of work engagement in Poland.  相似文献

为提高电网企业安全检查工作效率,强化检查结果绩效评估考核效果,针对电网企业安全检查对象、周期和内容等方面存在的问题,提出使检查工作更具系统性、针对性的“三查三治”的安全检查模式方法;基于“三查三治”的安全检查模式,运用函数拟合和层次分析法(AHP)构建安全检查评价模型,得出安全检查有效性指数。试用结果表明:使用所构建的“三查三治”安全检查模式和绩效评价方法,可实现对检查效果的量化评估。  相似文献
