水源地区域为保护环境而受到发展限制,是当前水源地保护工作中一个主要问题,导致水源地的经济社会发展与生态环境保护之间的矛盾日益突出。本文以位于相对富裕发达的浙江省宁波市而又相对贫困落后的章水流域水源地的保护与发展规划为例,采用SWOT分析方法,综合分析了章水流域保护与发展的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)和挑战(T)4项要素,通过SWOT要素交叉分析,给出适合宁波市章水流域饮用水源地保护与经济社会发展的措施建议。
