文章介绍了环境空气质量日报及水质自动监测周报数据管理软件和基于web方式查询系统的总体设计及应用。以Microsoft Visual Basic6.0为开发平台,结合Access2000数据库平台设计开发了数据管理软件。运用ASP网络编程技术,实现了环境自动监测数据的网络查询和共享。经过在本机服务器系统实际应用效果较好,将其移植到真正的web服务器上即可实现开放式网络查询功能。 相似文献

针对海上溢油事故排查鉴别的需求,开发了一套油指纹数据管理和鉴别软件系统,系统包括综合信息数据库和数据分析鉴别两大组成部分。开发的数据库用来存储基础地理信息、油样空间信息、油样基本信息、油样二维谱图数据、油样特征指纹数据等。指纹分析鉴别模块实现了油样谱图的准确积分、特征指纹指标计算、油样比对鉴别、油样分类鉴别、油样检索排查等功能。系统开发完成后,在黄渤海多次溢油事故中得到了很好的应用,具有高效性和可靠性,极大提高了溢油事故排查工作的效率,为海上溢油事故执法调查提供了重要的技术支撑。 相似文献

For machining operations such as drilling and tapping, the challenge of achieving dry machining is difficult due to the significant role that cutting fluid plays in lubrication and chip removal. A new approach for dry deep hole drilling of aluminum is presented. This new method utilizes a magnetostrictively actuated tool holder to modulate the axial position of a drill tip and thus vary the chip size. Under appropriate modulation conditions, small chips are produced that are relatively easy to evacuate through the drill flutes. The development of the magnetostrictive tool holder system is described and its performance is evaluated. The results of drilling tests performed with the magnetostrictive tool holder system are reported, and the new tool holder is demonstrated to offer promise as an alternative to drilling with a cutting fluid. 相似文献

This work demonstrates the feasibility of meso-scale (100 μm to mm) punching of multiple holes of intricate shapes in metals. Analytical modeling, finite element (FE) simulation, and experimentation are used in this work. Two-dimensional FE simulations in ABAQUS were done with an assumed material modeling and plane-strain condition. A known analytical model was used and compared with the ABAQUS simulation results to understand the effects of clearance between the punch and the die. FE simulation in ABAQUS was done for different clearances and corner radii of the punch, die, and holder. To complement modeling with real experiments and for the purpose of comparison, a set of punches and dies were made to punch out a miniature spring-steel gripper. Comparison of compliant grippers made by wire-cut electro discharge machining (EDM) and punching shows that realizing sharp interior and re-entrant corners by punching is not easy to achieve. However, the promise of realizing meso-scale parts with complicated shapes through punching is demonstrated in this work; and further work is identified and some strategies are suggested for improvement. The main contribution of this paper is in adapting the well-established punching and blanking operations to the meso-scale as a viable alternative to making miniature devices currently dominated by lithography-based techniques. 相似文献

Recently, receptance coupling substructure analysis (RCSA) is used for stability prediction of machine tools through its dynamic response determination. A major challenge is the proper modelling of the substructures joints and determination of their parameters. In this paper, a new approach for predicting tool tip FRF is presented. First, inverse RCSA formulation is extended so that the holder FRFs can be identified directly through experimental modal tests. The great advantage of this formulation is its implementation in arbitrary point numbers along joint length. Therefore, in comparison with previous inverse RCSA approaches, a more realistic joint model can be considered. In addition, due to applying the new approach, additional costly modal tests on the gauged tool are not required. This characteristic makes it possible to determine the holder FRFs without separating the tool; especially in situations where the holder end is inaccessible. The inclusion of joint parameters effect in the identified holder FRFs is another main advantage of such approach. Consequently, for identification of joint parameters, there is no need to use common error optimization based on fitting methods. The effect of overhang length is investigated through some analytical study and also experimental validation. Results show that the predicted tool tip FRF is exact in analytical case. Moreover, due to less noise effect, the predictions based on identified FRFs of longer tools are more accurate than the shorter ones (in experimental case). 相似文献
