Reactive oxygen species (ROS) can be produced by interactions between sunlight and light-absorbing substances in natural water environment. ROS may participate in the indirect photolysis of trace organic pollutants, therefore resulting in the changing of their environmental fates and ecological risks in natural water system. Bisphenol A (BPA), an endocrine-disrupting chemical, exits widely in natural water. The photodegradation of BPA promoted by ROS (·OH, 1O2, HO2·/O2·-) which were produced on the excitation of ubiquitous constituents (such as nitrate ion, humic substances and Fe(III)-oxalate complexes) in natural water under simulated solar radiation was investigated. Both molecular probe method and electron spin resonance (ESR) test were used for the determine the characterization of generated ROS. It was found that ·OH was photochemically produced with the presence of nitrate ion, humic substances and Fe(III)-oxalate complexes and 1O2 was produced with the presence of humic substances. The steady-state concentrations of ·OH was 1.27×10-14 mol/L in nitrate ion, and the second-order rate constant of BPA with ·OH was 1.01×1010L/( mol·s).  相似文献

The photochemical degradation of bisphenol A (BPA) was studied in the presence of natural humic substances from different origins under simulated solar irradiation. BPA underwent insignificant direct photolysis in neutral water, but rapid photosensitized degradation in four humic substances solutions via pseudo-first-order reaction occurred. The photo-degradation rate of BPA was insensitive to the different initial BPA concentrations and was inhibited in aerated solution compared with the deoxygenated medium. The reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as ·OH and 1O2 produced from excitation of humic substances under irradiation was determined from the quenching kinetic experiment using molecular probe. The five main intermediate photoproducts of BPA in Nordic lake fulvic acid (NOFA) were tentatively identified using gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS). Based on the identification of ROS and the analysis of photoproduct formation, the possible phototransformation pathways of BPA were proposed, involving the direct photolysis due to the energy transfer from the triplet state humic substance (3HS*) to BPA molecules and hydroxyl radical addition and oxidation as well. 以中压汞灯模拟太阳光光源,研究了双酚A(BPA)在水体腐殖质中的光降解过程,探讨了不同来源的腐殖质、腐殖质浓度、BPA初始浓度、溶解氧等因素对BPA光解速率的影响,实验结果表明,BPA在纯水体系中直接光解很慢,但在腐殖质溶液中光解迅速,符合拟一级动力学反应,改变BPA初始浓度对BPA光解速率的影响不明显,增大溶解氧浓度会抑制BPA光解,通过活性氧分子探针鉴定了腐殖质吸收光辐射产生的羟基与单线态氧,利用GC-MS鉴定了双酚A在Nordic湖富里酸(NOFA)中的光敏化降解产物,推测出BPA敏化降解的可能历程为能量转移导致的直接光解、羟基加成和羟基氧化。  相似文献

The aqueous photodegradation of bisphenol A (BPA) in the presence of Fe(Ⅲ)-oxalate complexes (Fe(Ⅲ)-Ox), which are common compositions of natural water, was investigated in this study. BPA underwent rapid indirect photolysis in Fe(Ⅲ)-Ox solution under simulated solar irradiation, proceeding pseudo-first-order kinetics. The photolysis rate increased with decreasing pH or initial processes of Fe(Ⅲ)-Ox complexes and contributed to the photooxidation of BPA, were determined by molecular probe and electron spin resonance (ESR) methods with the steady-state concentration of 2.56 × 10-14 mol/L. Superoxide anion radical (O2.-) was consistructural analysis of the intermediate photoproducts of BPA in Fe(Ⅲ)-Ox complexes solution, the possible degradation pathways of of Fe(Ⅲ) may affect the environmental fate of BPA in natural water significantly.  相似文献

采用紫外(UV)耦合Fenton反应产生活性氧物种降解准好氧矿化垃圾床渗滤液尾水中的难降解污染物.考察了初始pH值、双氧水和二价铁(Fe~(2+))投加量对污染物去除效能的影响,并采用醇类猝灭实验和三维荧光技术解析了体系产生的主要活性氧物种及其腐殖质的降解机制.结果表明,UV-Fenton体系可协同、有效地处理准好氧矿化垃圾床渗滤液尾水中的污染物.增大双氧水和二价铁投加量可提高体系降解有机物的能力与反应速率,初始pH值为3.0时有机物降解效果最佳,中性与碱性环境均会显著抑制体系对有机物的降解.在H_2O_2投加量为0.084 mol·L~(-1),Fe~(2+)投加量为0.056 mol·L~(-1),初始pH值为3.0的条件下,渗滤液尾水COD去除率与反应速率常数最终分别为77.22%和0.04679.经UV-Fenton体系处理后,得益于体系主要的活性氧物种·OH与O■对渗滤液尾水中芳香类有机物质的有效降解,同时,可见区荧光峰值降低了51.00%,紫外区荧光峰值先增大后减小.因此,渗滤液中大分子物质大幅减少,小分子物质相对增多.  相似文献

溶解性有机质(DOM)在光辐射下可以吸收光能产生活性氧物质(Reactive oxygen species, ROS),如单线态氧(~1O_2),羟基自由基(HO·)及激发三线态DOM(~3DOM~*)等,这些ROS对污染物的光化学反应起着重要的作用.本实验在254 nm紫外光辐射下,利用特征ROS探针化合物,探究4种不同来源土壤DOM光致产生ROS能力的差异.通过XAD-8树脂分组将2种不同来源DOM分成5个组分,进一步探究DOM结构对ROS生成的影响.研究发现,来源于黄褐土、潮土的DOM分别产生~1O_2、HO·的能力较强,而来源于黄褐土的富里酸及潮土的胡敏酸产生~3DOM~*的能力较强,说明不同来源DOM在光辐射下产生ROS的能力不同.紫外光谱分析表明,分子量较大、腐殖化程度较高的腐殖酸产生ROS的能力较强,且富里酸与胡敏酸对ROS生成的影响存在差异.整体来看,2种腐殖酸的不同分组组分对ROS生成的影响趋势相似,水与乙醇组分所产生的影响非常小,低pH值组分对ROS生成的影响比高pH值大.结合红外光谱分析,研究发现,低pH值组分的腐殖酸羧基含量较高,脂肪族官能团含量低,含氧量高,可能具有较高的光化学活性,有利于ROS的生成.此外,2种腐殖酸不同组分对ROS生成的影响存在差异,说明DOM结构中官能团的可解离程度对ROS生成具有一定影响.  相似文献

A series of experiments were conducted in a self-made smog chamber at 300 ± 1 K and 1.01×105 Pa to simulate the photochemical reaction of ethyl methyl sulfide (EMS) and NOx. The results show that the higher the initial concentration of EMS, the more ozone is generated in the simulative reactions. It is found that the light intensity plays a very important role in the evaluation of ozone formation potential for EMS. The parameters of d(O3-NO) and IR (incremental reactivity) were used to quantify the potential of EMS on ozone formation. The obtained maximum IR values in this paper for the five simulative reactions were 1.55×10-2, 0.99×10-2, 1.36×10-2, 2.47×10-2, and 1.65×10-2, respectively. Comparison between the results we obtained here and the results we obtained before for di-tert-butyl peroxide and acetylene was made and it showed that the potential reactivity of EMS on ozone formation is at a relatively low level.  相似文献

使用腐殖酸模拟本底天然有机物进行试验,采用UV-H2O2、O3、UV-O33种高级氧化工艺,研究了水中腐殖酸对3种高级氧化联用技术去除饮用水中内分泌干扰物(DMP)的影响.结果表明,UV-H2O2联用工艺氧化DMP的过程符合伪一级反应动力学,水中腐殖酸的存在对UV-H2O2联用工艺氧化DMP的影响非常大,伪一级反应的速率常数与本底TOC值的关系式为K=0.162 0[TOC]0-0.817 1;同时水中腐殖酸对UV-O3联用工艺氧化DMP的效果影响比较大,而总体上腐殖酸对O3氧化DMP的去除影响不大.从效果分析知,在一定浓度腐殖酸本底条件下单独O3氧化和UV-O3联用工艺对DMP的氧化均以O3分子对DMP的氧化起主导作用,当腐殖酸浓度变小,UV-O3联用工艺体系中.OH自由基氧化DMP的重要性增大.水中腐殖酸对3种高级氧化工艺的影响程度顺序依次为:UV-H2O2>UV-O3>O3.  相似文献

The visible light photo-Fenton-like catalytic performance of BiFeO3 nanoparticles was investigated using Methyl Violet (MV), Rhodamine B (RhB) and phenol as probes. Under optimum conditions, the pseudo first-order rate constant (k) was determined to be 2.21×10-2, 5.56×10-2 and 2.01×10-2 min-1 for the degradation of MV (30 μmol/L), RhB (10 μmol/L) and phenol (3 mmol/L), respectively, in the BiFeO3-H2O2-visible light (Vis) system. The introduction of visible light irradiation increased the k values of MV, RhB and phenol degradation 3.47, 1.95 and 2.07 times in comparison with those in dark. Generally, the k values in the BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system were accelerated by increasing BiFeO3 load and H2O2 concentration, but decreased with increasing initial pollutant concentration. To further enhance the degradation of pollutants at high concentrations, BiFeO3 was modified with the addition of surface modifiers. The addition of ethylenediamineteraacetic acid (EDTA, 0.4 mmol/L) increased the k value of MV degradation (60 μmol/L) from 1.01×10-2 min-1 in the BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system to 1.30 min-1 in the EDTA-BiFeO3-H2O2-Vis system by a factor of 128. This suggests that in situ surface modification can enable BiFeO3 nano-particles to be a promising visible light photo-Fenton-like catalyst for the degradation of organic pollutants.  相似文献

采用静电纺丝法制备了Co_3O_4/BiVO_4复合薄膜电极,并以之为光阳极,在过一硫酸盐(PMS)辅助作用下开展了光电催化降解双酚A研究.结果表明,PMS在可见光下可显著强化Co_3O_4/BiVO_4复合阳极光电催化降解双酚A,在0.25 V外加偏压以及可见光照射下,当加入2 mmol·L-1PMS时,双酚A在2 h内的降解效率为96%.降解动力学常数为0.471 4 min-1.系统研究了PMS初始浓度、外加偏压对双酚A降解性能的影响.结果发现,双酚A在较低的PMS投加量和较低的外加偏压(0.25 V)下即可有效降解.采用电子自旋共振波谱仪鉴定体系的主要活性自由基为SO·-4和·OH.并进一步通过淬灭实验结果证明空穴、SO·-4和·OH起主要氧化作用.光电反应后的体系中未检测到金属离子溶出,可避免二次污染.  相似文献

A solution of atrazine in a TiO2 suspension, an endocrine disruptor in natural water, was tentatively treated by microwave-assisted photocatalytic technique. The effects of mannitol, oxygen, humic acid, and hydrogen dioxide on the photodegradation rate were explored. The results could be deduced as follows: the photocatalytic degradation of atrazine fits the pseudo-first-order kinetic well with k = 0.0328 s−1, and ·OH was identified as the dominant reactant. Photodegradation of atrazine was hindered in the presence of humic acid, and the retardation effect increased as the concentration of humic acid increased. H2O2 displayed a significant negative influence on atrazine photocatalysis efficiency. Based on intermediates identified with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) techniques, the main degradation routes of atrazine are proposed.  相似文献

纳米金属氧化物的光化学性质使其成为新的催化剂和杀菌剂,而活性氧化物种(Reactive Oxygen Species,ROS)作为其具有催化杀菌性能的主要原因受到广泛关注.本研究通过电子顺磁共振(EPR)自旋捕捉和自旋标记技术,研究了5种纳米金属氧化物(n Al_2O_3、n CuO、n Ti O_2、n Fe_2O_3和n ZnO)在不同光照条件下形成光生电子、羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O_2~-·)和单线态氧(~1O_2)的能力.结果表明,在光照过程中,n Al_2O_3、n CuO、n Ti O_2和n ZnO能够生成·OH和~1O_2,n Fe_2O_3只生成了~1O_2.其中,n Ti O_2生成的光生电子和·OH最多,n CuO仅次于n Ti O_2,n Al_2O_3和n ZnO能够生成·OH,但生成量很少.本实验结果可为预测和评价纳米金属氧化物的光催化性能及环境风险提供一定的理论支持.  相似文献

The Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR), formed by China’s Yangtze Three Gorges Project, is the largest lake in the world, but there is too little information available about fecal contamination and waterborne pathogen impacts on this aquatic ecosystem. During two successive 1-year study periods (July 2009 to July 2011), the water quality in Wanzhou watershed of the TGR was tested with regard to the presence of fecal indicators and pathogens. According to Chinese and World Health Organization water quality standards, water quality in the mainstream was good but poor in backwater areas. Salmonella, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), Giardia and Cryptosporidium were detected in the watershed. Prevalence and concentrations of the pathogens in the mainstream were lower than those in backwater areas. The estimated risk of infection with Salmonella, EHEC, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia per exposure event ranged from 2.9 × 10 -7 to 1.68 × 10-5 , 7.04 × 10-10 to 2.36 × 10-7 , 5.39 × 10-6 to 1.25 × 10-4 and 0 to 1.2 × 10-3 , respectively, for occupational divers and recreational swimmers exposed to the waters. The estimated risk of infection at exposure to the 95% upper confidence limit concentrations of Salmonella, Cryptosporidium and Giardia may be up to 2.62 × 10-5 , 2.55 × 10-4 and 2.86 × 10-3 , respectively. This study provides useful information for the residents, health care workers and managers to improve the safety of surface water and reduce the risk of fecal contamination in the TGR.  相似文献

UV/H2O2 and UV/peroxodisulfate (PDS) processes were adopted to degrade a typical β-blocker atenolol (ATL). The degradation efficiencies under various operational parameters (oxidant dosage, pH, HCO3-, humic acid (HA), NO3- , and Cl-) were compared. Principal factor analysis was also performed with a statistical method for the two processes. It was found that increasing the specific dosage of the two peroxides ([peroxide]0/[ATL]0 ) ranging from 1:1 to 8:1 led to a faster degradation rate but also higher peroxide residual. Within the pH range 3-11, the optimum pH was 7 for the UV/PDS process and elevating pH benefitted the UV/H 2O2 process. The presence of HCO3- , HA, and Cl adversely affected ATL oxidation in both processes. The NO3- concentration 1-3 mmol/L accelerated the destruction of ATL by the UV/PDS process, but further increase of NO3- concentration retarded the degradation process, contrary to the case in the UV/H2O2 process. The rank orders of effects caused by the six operational parameters were pH ≈ specific dosage > [HA]0 > [NO3-]0 > [HCO3-]0 > [Cl-]0 for the UV/H2O2 process and specific dosage > pH > [HA]0 > [NO3-]0 > [HCO3-]0 >[Cl-]0 for the UV/PDS process. The UV/PDS process was more sensitive to changes in operational parameters than the UV/H2O2 process but more efficient in ATL removal under the same conditions.  相似文献

Within a collaborative project between Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO) and Research Center Jfilich (FZJ), nitrogen reduction levels necessary to reach groundwater quality targets in Slovenia were assessed. For this purpose the hydrological model GROWA- DENUZ was coupled with agricultural N balances and applied consistently to the whole territory of Slovenia in a spatial resolution of 100 x 100 m. GROWA was used to determine the water balance in Slovenia for the hydrologic period 1971-2000. Simultaneously, the displaceable N load in soft was assessed from agricultural Slovenian N surpluses for 2011 and the atmospheric N deposition. Subsequently, the DENUZ model was used to assess the nitrate degradation in soil and, in combination with the percolation water rates from the GROWA model, to determine nitrate concentration in the leachate. The areas showing predicted nitrate concentrations in the leachate above the EU groundwater quality standard of 50 mg NO3/L have been identified as priority areas for implementing nitrogen reduction measures. For these "hot spot" areas DENUZ was used in a backward mode to quantify the maximal permissible nitrogen surplus levels in agriculture to guarantee a nitrate concentration in percolation water below 50 mg NO3/L. Model results indicate that additional N reduction measures should be implemented in priority areas rather than area-covering. Research work will directly support the implementation of the European Union Water Framework Directive in Slovenia, e.g., by using the maximal permissible nitrogen surplus levels as a framework for the derivation of regionally adapted and hence effective nitrogen reduction measures.  相似文献

以40 W的新型低频感应无极灯(LFEL)作为反应光源,研究了其对于水中难生化降解偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)的降解效果.通过专用浸没式反应器研究了这种新型光源降解AO7的有效实验参数,并与传统汞灯光源做了降解AO7的实验对比,用GC-MS检测了主要降解产物小分子,探讨了LEEL对AO7的降解机制及反应活性物质(ROS).结果表明,LFEL对于水中的AO7染料具有较好的降解效果和较高的矿化率,在浸没式反应器中曝气量2 m3·min-1,AO7浓度为20 mg·L-1(7 L)在4 h的反应后能达到94.1%的降解率,而其降解能耗远低于传统汞灯光源.降解贡献来自于两个方面:直接吸收降解和间接通过活性物质(ROS)氧化作用.氧气是ROS的重要来源,加大曝气量会提高降解效率,反应过程中有臭氧的生成.添加淬灭剂显示,·OH对降解反应几乎无贡献,1O2和O2·-则是反应的主要活性物质.  相似文献

Fe-N co-doped coral-like hollow carbon shell (Fe-N-CS) was synthesized via a simply impregnation-pyrolysis method. The Fe-N-CS showed an excellent ability for activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS), which could degrade about 93.74% tetracycline (20 mg/L) in 12 min. The Fe-N-CS/PMS system exhibited a good anti-interference capacity of various pH, inorganic anions, HA and different water qualities. More importantly, the Fe nanoparticles were anchored uniformly in the carbon layer, effectively limiting the metal leaching. The quenching tests and electron spin resonance (ESR) manifested that non-radical singlet oxygen (1O2) was the main reactive oxygen species (ROS) for TC degradation. The mechanism study showed that Fe nanoparticles, defect and graphite N played a key role in activating PMS to produce ROS. Moreover, three probable degradation pathways were proposed by using LC-MS measurements. Generally, this work had a new insight for the synthesis of heterogeneous Fe-N-C catalysts in the advanced oxidation process based on PMS.  相似文献
