The aim of the present study was to analytically provide adsorption characteristics of Cu2+ and Zn2+ using carbonized food waste (CFW); more specifically, batch tests were conducted using various concentrations of metal ions, contact times, and initial pH levels in an attempt to understand the adsorption removal of heavy metal ions in aqueous solution at concentrations ranging between 50 and 800 mg/l. The results confirmed that the adsorption equilibrium was established within a maximum of 80 min, and the maximum concentrations for adsorption of Cu2+ and Zn2+ were 28.3 and 23.5 mg/g, respectively. These adsorption levels indicate that CFW has better performance than many other adsorbents. In experiments using different pH conditions, the applicability to acid wastewater was found to be high, and an excellent adsorption removal ratio of 75%–90% was observed under acid conditions at pH 2–4. Furthermore, as the adsorption time increased, the calcium component in the CFW began to leach into the aqueous solution and raise the pH, accordingly causing the removal of heavy metal ions partially as a result of precipitation. When our results were analyzed using the Langmuir model and the Freundlich model for isothermal adsorptivity, the activity of CFW in this study was shown to be more consistent with the former; the adsorption speed of Cu2+ and Zn2+ according to a pseudosecond-order reaction model was found to be very fast for an initial concentration of not more than 100 mg/l. In a test in which an attempt was made to compare adsorption capacity values obtained from the experiments in this study with the aforementioned three models, the pseudosecond-order reaction model was found to provide results closest to the actual values.  相似文献

用实验室合成的Gd2O3掺杂TiO2为催化剂,以甲基橙超声降解反应为模型,研究了各种因素对Gd2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解甲基橙的影响。研究结果表明,Gd2O3掺杂TiO2催化超声降解甲基橙的效果明显优于非掺杂的锐钛矿型TiO2的情况;在甲基橙溶液pH1.0~3.0、甲基橙质量浓度20mg/L、溶液用量100mL、催化剂用量0.5~1.0g/L的条件下,用输出功率1.0W/cm^2和频率25kHz的超声波照射60min,甲基橙降解率可达98.6%,COD去除率可达99.0%。  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient recovery of rare earth elements from waste fluorescent phosphors has been reported and the novel process of alkali fusion and acid leaching has been proposed. The experimental results have shown that the key for efficient recycling is the complete dissolution of waste fluorescent phosphors. The Na2O2-to-waste mass ratio, calcination temperature and reactive time play considerable roles in rare earth elements extraction during the alkali fusion process. The optimal conditions in terms of temperature, time and Na2O2-to-waste mass ratio are 650 °C, 15 min and 2:1, respectively, under which more than 99.5 % rare earth elements are extracted. The possible reaction mechanism of alkali fusion has been proposed.  相似文献

Fungal degradation of 6:2 fluorotelomer alcohol (6:2 FTOH, C6F13CH2CH2OH) by two wood‐decaying fungal strains and six fungal isolates from a site contaminated with per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) was investigated. 6:2 FTOH is increasingly being used in FTOH‐based products, and previous reports on the microbial fate of 6:2 FTOH have focused on bacteria and environmental microbial consortia. Prior to this study, one report demonstrated that the 6:2 FTOH biotransformation by the wood‐decaying fungus, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, generated more polyfluoroalkyl substances, such as 5:3 acid (F(CF2)5CH2CH2COOH), and diverted away from producing the highly stable perfluorocarboxylic acids (PFCAs). Most of the fungi (Gloeophyllum trabeum and isolates TW4‐2, TW4‐1, B79, and B76) examined in this study showed similar degradation patterns, further demonstrating that fungi yield more 5:3 acid (up to 51 mol% of initial 6:2 FTOH dosed) relative to other metabolites (up to 12 mol% total PFCAs). However, medium amendments can potentially improve 6:2 FTOH biotransformation rates and product profiles. The six fungal isolates tolerated up to 100 or 1,000 milligrams per liter of perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, and some isolates experienced increased growth with increasing concentrations. This study proposes that fungal pathways must be considered for the biotransformation of potential PFAS precursors, such as 6:2 FTOH, and suggests the basis for selecting proper microorganisms for remediation of fluoroalkyl‐contaminated sites.  相似文献

采用一步浸渍法和分步浸渍法分别制备了V_2O_5-WO_3-CeO_2/TiO_2催化剂,考查了其脱硝性能、抗SO_2中毒性能和脱硝活性稳定性,并通过SEM、EDS、XRD、激光拉曼等技术对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明:分步浸渍法制备的催化剂的脱硝活性优于一步浸渍法,且抗SO_2中毒能力更强;在m(V_2O_5)∶m(WO_3)∶m(CeO_2)∶m(TiO_2)=1∶5∶10∶100时催化剂脱硝活性最佳,且具有良好的脱硝活性稳定性。表征结果显示,分步浸渍法与一步浸渍法制备的催化剂晶型结构相差不大,而分步浸渍法制备的催化剂颗粒粒径更小、更均匀,催化剂中Ce、O、V和W元素的含量更高。  相似文献

以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液和纳米TiO2粉末为原料,采用无水乙醇为溶剂,经辊压后与不锈钢网结合,制备了多孔固定化TiO2-PTFE光催化膜。膜性能研究结果表明,m(TiO2):m(PTFE)=4时,光催化反应处理质量浓度为20mg/L的苯甲酸溶液,2h内TOC去除率高达81.3%。通过扫描电子显微镜观察,TiO2-PTFE光催化膜表面平整,且孔隙分布均匀。TiO2最佳负载量为15mg/cm2。在优化反应条件下同悬浮态TiO2光催化反应体系相比,TiO2-PTFE光催化膜对光源有更高的利用率,表现出更佳的催化活性。  相似文献

采用O3氧化法和O3-H2O2氧化法去除水中的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),分别考察了反应时间、O3质量浓度、n(H2O2)∶n(O3)和溶液pH对PAM去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:O3氧化的最佳操作条件为反应时间30 min、O3质量浓度22.6 mg/L、溶液pH 8.5,O3-H2O2氧化的最佳操作条件为反应时间10 min、O3质量浓度22.6 mg/L、n(H2O2)∶n(O3)=0.1、溶液pH 8.5;在最佳操作条件下,O3氧化和O3-H2O2氧化均可有效降低PAM溶液的黏度和PAM质量浓度,但对COD的去除效果不佳,黏度可降至和蒸馏水相近,PAM的去除率可达80%以上,而COD的去除率分别约为15%和28%;O3-H2O2氧化后的PAM比O3氧化后的PAM更容易被微生物利用,两种氧化预处理方法均有利于后续的生化处理。  相似文献

采用由C_1~C_4低碳醇组成的复配萃取剂萃取回收粉煤灰生产Al_2O_3废水(脱硅液)中的偏硅酸钠,在提取产品偏硅酸钠的同时回收脱硅液中的碱。直接进行萃取时偏硅酸钠易流失,萃取剂用量大,回收成本较高。将脱硅液浓缩后再进行萃取,萃取剂用量大幅减少,回收成本明显下降。将萃取剂成本与浓缩所需成本之和最低时的最佳浓缩比下、脱硅液与萃取剂体积比为1∶0.8时回收的偏硅酸钠干燥处理,干燥后的偏硅酸钠中Na_2O含量(w)大于20.5%,SiO_2含量大于20.0%,水不溶物含量小于0.05%,铁含量小于0.05%,白度大于70%,产品符合HG/T2568—2008《工业偏硅酸钠》标准。  相似文献

采用巨正则蒙特卡罗方法模拟了CO_2在FAU分子筛上的吸附情况,比较了不同CO_2逸度下,CO_2在分子筛模型上的吸附位、吸附量的变化,拟合了其吸附等温线。结果表明:在吸附饱和状态下,分子筛的孔结构越大,对CO_2的吸附量越大,对于比CO_2分子更小的微孔结构,吸附几乎不发生;在低逸度下,CO_2的吸附主要发生在小孔内,随着逸度的提高,CO_2的吸附量迅速上升;在高逸度下,吸附量的提高主要发生在大孔内;FAU分子筛吸附CO_2的过程符合Ⅰ型Langmuir吸附等温线,在高压下对CO_2的吸附能力远大于低压下的吸附能力。  相似文献

采用填料塔对铁盐溶液吸收H2S 的过程进行了初步研究,考察了气液比、填料层高度、吸收温度、Fe^3 浓度,进气H2S浓度和H^ 浓度等因素对H2S去除率的影响。结果表明,气液比、 填料层高度和吸收温度对吸收效率的影响比较显著。通过正交试验选出最佳工艺条件,在此工艺条件下H2S的去除率 接近100%。  相似文献

The present paper aims to make the energy saving potential provided by waste recycling in Brazil evident by pointing out more specifically the benefits regarding climate change mitigation. In this case, based on the energy saved due to the recycling process of an exogenous amount of waste, we have built two scenarios in order to show the potential for indirectly avoiding CO2 emissions in the country as a result of the recycling process. According to the scenario, 1 Mt and 3.5 Mt of CO2, respectively, would be avoided per year due to solid waste recycling. The international context for greenhouse gas emissions reduction, such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol has been taken into account.  相似文献

The textile and dyeing industries are among the largest water-consuming and polluting industries in the world. The most important feature of the textile dyeing industry wastewater is its color, due to the use of colored materials. Most of these dye compounds are resistant to conventional purification methods and their biodegradation is very low through secondary purification processes, resulting in incomplete removal. Therefore, selecting the optimal method to remove these color compounds is essential. In this study, we studied the removal of an organic dye contaminant (Reactive Blue dye 19 [RB19]) using advanced oxidation processes (AOPs). For this purpose, ultraviolet (UV) mercury lamps with a wavelength of 254 nm and a voltage of W16 inside a reactor were used as an energy source. The experiments were performed in a collimated beam reactor inside a dark chamber. Two oxidizers, sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), were used to remove RB19 from the artificial sewage stream. Removal of RB19 with a concentration of 20 mg/L with variable pH (5, 7, and 9), oxidant concentrations (5, 10, and 20 mg/L), and time (5, 10, 15, and 30 min) were investigated during the processes of photolysis, chemical oxidation (by H2O2 and NaOCl), and UV/NaOCl and UV/H2O2 AOPs. The photolysis process did not remove the RB19. The highest removal efficiencies of RB19 by chemical oxidation processes with NaOCl and H2O2, UV/NaOCl, and UV/H2O2 at optimal conditions (pH = 5, [oxidant] = 20 mg/L, RB19 = 20 mg/L, and radiation intensity of 1005 mJ/cm2) were 64.49%, 0.88%, 99.7%, and 13.31%, respectively. These results indicate that the hydroxyl radical was produced, under optimum conditions, more in the acidic medium; thus, the RB19 removal efficiency was higher in the acidic medium. The combination of UV rays with oxidants resulted in the production of more hydroxyl radicals and increased removal efficiency.  相似文献

One key strategy for increasing the application potential for biodegradable plastics lies in improving the physical and mechanical characteristics, which can be attained by inducing a cellular morphology in the pure polymer with the aid of a blowing agent, as well as by blending two or more polymers with the desirable properties. This paper examines the effect that blending two biodegradable polymers has on the thermal properties and morphology of the resultant foams blown with carbon dioxide (CO2). Polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxybutyrate-co-valerate (PHBV) and blends of both were foamed and characterized in terms of thermal characteristics, relative density, cell size, and foam morphology. The results indicate that although PLA and PHBV are immiscible, the presence of small quantities of PHBV (25 wt%) could lead to low density foams with finer, more uniform cells. Furthermore, the crystallinity of PHBV was found to be unaffected by the presence of PLA in the composite, which supports the immiscibility of PLA and PHBV.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HAP),使用FTIR、XRD、气体吸附仪等表征了n-HAP的物相及微观结构,并研究了n-HAP对模拟含Pb2+废水中Pb2+的吸附特性。实验结果表明:所制备的n-HAP粒径为24.39 nm,比表面积为53.50 m2/g,孔体积为0.32 cm3/g;n-HAP对Pb2+的去除率随吸附时间、吸附温度和溶液pH(小于6.5的实验范围)的增加而增大,随初始Pb2+质量浓度增大而减小;n-HAP对Pb2+的吸附较符合准二级吸附动力学方程,颗粒内扩散过程是吸附速率的控制步骤;Langmuir吸附等温方程比Freundlich吸附等温方程更适合描述n-HAP对Pb2+的吸附热力学行为,Pb2+在n-HAP上的吸附符合单分子层吸附形式。  相似文献

采用生物滴滤塔去除废气中的H_2S。研究了进气量及进气浓度对H_2S去除率的影响,同时对生物滴滤塔填料表面的微生物群落进行了分析。实验结果表明:当营养液喷淋量为6 L/h、进气量为0.8 m~3/h左右、进气H_2S质量浓度在0~70 mg/m~3之内随机变化时,生物滴滤塔对H_2S的去除率能稳定达到90%以上。此时生物滴滤塔的最高负荷为5 400 mg/(m~3·h)。通过高通量测序得出H_2S去除中起主导作用的细菌为硫杆菌。  相似文献
