滤布是淤泥脱水过程中重要的过滤材料,实验选用5种滤布(3927、621、758、750A、750B)作为淤泥脱水过程中的过滤材料,探究了滤布种类对淤泥脱水过程中渗透性能的影响,并通过扫面电镜观察淤泥在不同滤布表面的附着情况,基于最佳滤布,引入织物平滑剂、毛毯柔软剂及氟表面活性剂等3种表面活性剂并采用自然干燥和烘箱烘干等2种不同干燥方式改性滤布,通过测定表面接触角表征改性后滤布表面亲疏水性能,并探究了不同表面活性剂种类及干燥方式所得改性滤布对淤泥脱水过程中渗透性能的影响,最后通过扫描电镜对比改性前后750B滤布负载过滤后淤泥颗粒附着情况。结果表明,滤布750B作为过滤材料时淤泥渗透性能最佳。对比6种改性方式所得改性750B滤布,采用氟表面活性剂改性并在烘箱中105℃烘2 h所得改性滤布在负载过滤实验中所得渗透系数及渗水量最大,渗透性能大幅提升。 相似文献

A treatment process for marine sediment heavily contaminated with tributyltin (TBT) was designed that included dehydrating, sunlight drying and dumping processes. The time course in butyltin (BTs) compounds, TBT, dibutyltin (DBT) and monobutyltin concentrations were investigated in the sediment treated under various conditions (light (UV, sunlight and light exclusion), moisture (air-drying and water saturation) and wetting and drying cycles). Significant changes in all the BT compound concentrations with time were not found regardless of the sediment conditions for light and moisture. The results indicated the high stabilities of TBT and DBT in the sediments versus light and moisture condition changes, probably taking place in the treatment process. It is also estimated that the BTs in the sediment are resistant to photo-degradation and biochemical degradation and their half lives are relatively long. In contrast, the decreases in the TBT and DBT were observed during the wetting and drying cycle treatment for the water saturated sediment both during exposure to sunlight and under a dark condition. This result suggested the hypothesis that the TBT degradation could be accelerated by the high microbial activity induced by the moisture changing treatments. 相似文献

The paper shows the results from a number of lab-scale washing treatments using the four chelating agents EDTA, NTA, citric acid and [S,S]-EDDS aiming at the remediation of a real heavy metal-contaminated sediment. Investigation of the influence of chelant type and concentration as well as solution pH was the major focus of the work. The analysis of speciation of metals and chelating agents in solution was carried out through geochemical speciation modelling in order to identify the optimal conditions for the washing process as well as to evaluate the competition phenomena of metal-chelant complexes in solution. The major competing cations were found to be Ca above all and Mg under specific conditions. Among the investigated chelating agents, EDDS appeared to be less affected by competition by major cations while ensuring adequate heavy metal extraction efficiencies. For a 1:1 chelant/metal ratio, the following ranking was observed: EDDS>Cit>NTA>EDTA for As, EDDS>NTA congruent withEDTA>Cit for Cu, EDDS congruent withEDTA congruent withNTA>Cit for Zn, EDTA>NTA>EDDS>Cit for Pb at pH 5 and EDTA congruent withEDDS congruent withNTA>Cit for Pb at pH 8. For a 10:1 chelant/metal ratio geochemical modelling indicated that at the equilibrium the extracting solutions were dominated by the free form of the chelating agents, indicating the inability of such species to complex trace metals due the strong interactions existing between heavy metal ions and sediment constituents. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of decontaminating PCB contaminated sediment using land treatment technology. Five glass aquariums were set up to test the disappearance of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in dredged sediment under laboratory conditions that simulated photodegradation, biological transformation, and volatilization in dredged material confined disposal facilities (CDFs). A 40% decline in PCB concentration was achieved over a period of 5 months. Analysis of the variance in the data showed that periodic tilling produced a tangible effect on the disappearance of PCBs. However, the process or processes responsible for PCB disappearance could not be determined. PCB disappearance from the sediment was most likely caused by a combination of photolysis, volatilization, and biodegradation mechanisms rather than by any single process. 相似文献

为了快速对污染的河道湖泊进行清淤,使用酸改性的蒙脱石絮凝剂(MTSF)对底泥泥水进行了一级强化处理研究。结果表明:MTSF对底泥泥水具有很好的絮凝效果,当MTSF为0.3 g时,上清液的Zeta电位大约为0 mV,浑浊的泥水变为清澈透明,此时浊度、NH_4~+-N、 TP、 SS和COD的去除率分别为98.8%、 29.8%、99.6%、97.7%和56.9%;C-PAM助凝剂的少量投加,有助于絮凝过程,MTSF为0.3 g,C-PAM为8 mg·L~(-1)时,上清液的浊度和COD将会进一步降低,分别从9.0 NTU和51.6 mg·L~(-1)减少到4.7 NTU和15.0 mg·L~(-1);C-PAM助凝剂能够将絮体进一步结团,形成更大的絮体,促进絮体的快速沉降,同时还有助于对水相中污染物的进一步去除。两者的结合可以减少MTSF用量,达到更好的效果。 相似文献

以无锡锡山湿地公园河道淤泥及太湖贡湖湾疏浚底泥为研究对象,对比分析了两种淤泥的矿物组成、粒径分布及泥微粒表面基团、ζ电位等理化特性。以聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物(polyacrylamide,PAM)为絮凝剂,对比分析了其在2种底泥絮凝分离、真空抽滤脱水过程中的作用特征,并对相关影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明,两种淤泥样具有相近的主体矿物组分、有机基团及ζ电位值,但有机质含量稍高的淤泥样中大颗粒所占比例相对较高。相比阳离子型PAM,阴离子型PAM在较少用量下即可获得较大絮团,但上清液浊度较高。絮凝泥在抽滤过程受絮团尺寸影响较大, PAM不同类型基团间的差异对其影响较小,但对趋于平衡后的泥饼含水率略有影响。 相似文献

通过疏浚底泥固化改性使其作为路基回填土得以安全处置与资源化利用。复配CaO、Al2O3、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、CaSO4制备CAS型和MCAS型固化剂,当聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、MCAS3/1/4(CaO、PAC、CaSO4复配摩尔比3:1:4)投加量分别占含水率90%底泥湿重的0.2%、1%时,室温养护7 d后,固化底泥无侧限抗压强度达209.56 kPa,液限小于50%,塑性指数为15.67,HJ/T299标准方法测定重金属浸出浓度低于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅱ类水体相关限值,符合路基回填用土性能要求。X射线衍射分析结果表明,MCAS固化剂固化底泥中有单硫型/多硫型铝酸三钙晶体3CaO·Al2O3·xCaSO4·xH2O生成,这种非水溶性晶体是促进固化底泥体系力学强度形成的关键影响因素。 相似文献

Phytotoxicity of dredged sediment from Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal as land application was evaluated by pakchoi (Brassica chinensis L.) germination tests and pot experiments. Germination rates of pakchoi in the dredged sediment and in sediment-applied soils were both significantly higher than that in the soil controls, while the germination rate between the sediment-applied soils was no significant difference. In pot experiments, plant height and biomass were increased by the dredged sediment application rate in the rate of lower than 540 t ha(-1), but decreased when the application rate was over this rate. Concentrations of Zn and Cu in pakchoi were linearly increased with the increasing of the application rate of the dredged sediment. Both plant height and biomass of pakchoi in sediment-treated red soil were higher than that in sediment-treated paddy soil, regardless the application rate. The results suggest that plant biomass of pakchoi may be used as an indicator of the phytotoxicity of the dredged sediment. It also showed that red soil is more suitable to accept the dredged sediment than paddy soil, and 270 t ha(-1) is a safe application rate both in red soil and paddy soil. 相似文献

以疏浚底泥为原料,采用免烧法制得疏浚底泥免烧陶粒(DSUC),同时对DSUC磁改性制得磁改性免烧陶粒(MUC),并将其作为陶粒过滤器滤料,与商品烧结陶粒(CSC)进行净水实验对比,探究了不同滤料对原水的处理效果,并调节循环水温度探究最佳运行温度。在净水实验中,控制原水流速0.07 mL·s-1,进水方式为连续进水。结果表明,运行温度为30 ℃时效果最优,此条件下COD、NH3-N、SS和TP的去除率在22 d后稳定,平均去除率分别为55%、65%、78%和50%。DSUC对原水处理效果与CSC相近,MUC效果更佳,MUC对COD、NH3-N、SS及TP去除率在22 d后分别稳定在65%、69%、79%和51%左右,说明弱磁性可能能够增加微生物活性,促进其在陶粒表面生长,提高处理原水的效果。 相似文献

The sensitivity of the benthic amphipod species Ampelisca brevicornis and Corophium volutator to dredged sediments was compared through simultaneous testing on the standard 10 days sediment toxicity test. The results of mortality obtained for 22 harbor sediments sampled at several Spanish ports were studied together with the physico-chemical characteristics of the samples to obtain the incidence of toxicity in terms of dredged material categories and to identify possible differences in the amphipod mortality results when using one or another test species. The results showed a similar incidence of toxicity for medium-high and highly contaminated sediments for both amphipod species, similar to that obtained through the comparison of the chemical concentrations measured in sediments with the single limit values used in Spain for dredged material characterization and management. On the contrary, C. volutator presented a higher mortality and a higher incidence of toxicity when exposed to low and medium-low contaminated sediments, which may have been caused by the lower sensitivity of A. brevicornis when exposed to sediments from its natural environment. When compared to other amphipod species used for whole sediment toxicity assessment, both amphipod species used in this study reported slightly higher sensitivities although these differences could have been associated to the different set of chemical compounds considered when characterizing the sediment samples. In this sense, the amphipod mortality results were better predicted through the use of mean quotients than just by comparing the measured chemical concentrations with the single limit values used in Spain, which indicates that the toxic response of both species was caused by the cocktail of contaminants present in the sediments. Finally, the correlation analysis identified a higher association between A. brevicornis mortality and the metallic contaminants while C. volutator was more correlated with the organic micro-pollutants. Despite these differences, the results indicate that Ampelisca brevicornis can be used as test organism for dredged material characterization when enough individuals of other recommended species such as Corophium volutator are not available. 相似文献

Evidence of reductive dechlorination of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in sediments was investigated in Hudson River sediments dredged and encapsulated in 1978 at Moreau, NY. The effect of different moisture contents in dredged sediments on dechlorination and dechlorinating microorganisms was also determined using PCB-spiked sediments in which the moisture level was adjusted by simulating a dewatering process. The congener pattern of PCBs indicated that the dechlorination in the dredged sediments was far less advanced than that in the river sediments collected from the general area of the dredged site (Ft. Edward site). Dechlorination in encapsulated sediments at the Moreau site appeared to have stopped soon after dredging. When microorganisms eluted from the encapsulated sediments were inoculated in clean sediments spiked with Aroclor 1242, an extensive dechlorination was observed, indicating that the encapsulated sediments still harbored dechlorinating microorganisms. However, the same inoculum failed to further dechlorinate residual congeners in the dredged sediments. On the other hand, an inoculum obtained in 1990 from the dredged site in the Hudson River dechlorinated the residual congeners further. In simulated dredged sediments, the maximum level of dechlorination was lower at reduced moisture contents. The population size of dechlorinating microorganisms, as determined by the most probable number (MPN) technique, was also smaller at the lower moisture levels. There was a significant correlation between the maximum extent of dechlorination and the specific death rate of dechlorinating populations. These results indicate that the underlying mechanism of the moisture-dependent maximum dechlorination is the moisture-dependence of the death rate of dechlorinating microorganisms. 相似文献

Capping has received considerable attention as a method to reduce contaminant transport from contaminated sediments and sub-aqueous disposed dredged materials. Consolidation of dredged material after capping can result in a substantial advection of pore water, into or through the capping layer. The effect of two different capping materials (crushed limestone and gneiss) on the transport of heavy metals and phosphorus during consolidation was studied with a novel experimental design. Capped dredged material was placed in a consolidation cell and pore water expelled during the consolidation was collected for chemical analysis. To support interpretation of the results from this test, interactions between the capping material and the dredged material were also studied in batch tests. The study revealed large differences in the capping efficiency (CE) between the two materials. Both materials were efficient caps for Fe and P (CE>99% with 2cm cap), while limestone also was efficient for Mn (CE>92% with 2cm cap). Contrary to what was expected, capping of dredged material with crushed gneiss increased the release of Ca, Mn, Co, Ni, Cd, and Cu, resulting in negative CE. The batch tests showed that leaching from the crushed gneiss was the source of the observed release of metals. The results also show that the high concentrations of heavy metals in the dredged material were immobilised, probably by sulphides. Protection against re-suspension and oxidation will therefore in many cases be the most important effect of the cap. 相似文献

An inventory of marine biotest methods for the evaluation of dredged material and sediments was compiled on behalf of the Federal Environmental Agency of Germany. Relevant assays were identified from the literature and experts from several countries contributed to a questionnaire survey on established and developing procedures. The biotest methods are applicable to whole sediment, sediment suspension, sediment elutriate, porewater and/or sediment extract. The endpoints cover acute and long-term toxicity, bioaccumulation, endocrine effects, toxic effects on reproduction, carcinogenicity and mutagenicity. Comparative analyses and evaluation of the biotest methods were conducted with regard to their sensitivity, specificity, applicability (regional specificity, availability and suitability of the test organisms), variability (physicochemical factors, natural factors and factors related to sampling and testing), cost-effectiveness, aspects of animal ethics, standardization (guidelines, intercalibration) and application for monitoring purposes in the areas of the OSPAR and Helsinki Conventions. The available information was integrated to rate the validity of the methods, their relevance for assessing impacts on ecosystems and the suitability of the methods for the evaluation of marine sediments and dredged material. Based on the rating of the individual bioassays, a tiered testing is suggested in a hierarchical approach representing a variety in taxa, biological processes and exposure routes, thereby covering the cellular, species, population and community level with a wide discriminatory and sensitivity range. The toxicological significance and complexity increases with the tiers: (1) screening and detection of impacts, (2) characterization of toxic effects, (3) verification of in situ alterations. 相似文献

Sediments dredged from navigable rivers often contain elevated concentrations of recalcitrant, potentially toxic organic compounds such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The presence of these compounds often requires that the sediments be stored in fully contained disposal facilities. A 3-year field study was conducted at the Jones Island disposal facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to compare bioremediation of PAHs in contaminated dredged sediments in the absence of plants to phytoremediation with Salix nigra (black willow) (SX61), Spartina pectinata (prairie cord grass), Carex aquatalis (lake sedge), Lolium multiflorum (annual rye), and Scirpus fluviatilis (bulrush). Nine PAHs were detected initially in the sediments. Over the 3-year experiment, acenaphthene dissipation ranged from 94% to 100%, whereas anthracene, benzo[a]pyrene and indo[1,2,3-cd]pyrene generally had modest decreases in concentration (0-30% decrease). The remaining five PAHs ranged in degree of disappearance from 23% to 82%. Planted treatments did not enhance PAH dissipation relative to those without plants, but treatments with high biomass yield and high transpiration plant species had significantly less removal of PAHs than unplanted controls. Significant, negative correlations between nitrogen removal and decreases in PAH concentration suggest that competition for nutrients between plants and microorganisms may have impeded the microbial degradation of PAHs in the rhizosphere of the more rapidly growing plant species. 相似文献

The aim of this work is to determine sediment properties, metal contents and transfers of Cd and Zn from dredged sediments to plants. To this end 10 deposit sites with different contexts were visited in France. The main agronomic characteristics and metal contents for surface soil layers were measured, the plant species present at the sites, such as Brassicaceae and Fabaceae, were listed, and the distribution of their root systems described. Soil characteristics such as available P (Olsen) varied between sites, with values ranging from 0.01 to 0.49 g kg(-1). Total contents and enrichment factors were studied, highlighting metal contamination in most of the sites. Despite carrying out principal component analyses, it was not possible to group deposits by age or geographical localisation. However, deposits could be distinguished as a function of proximity of industrial facilities, sediment grain size and carbonate content. Associations between metals were also highlighted: (1) Cd, Pb and Zn, and (2) Al, Cr, Cu and Fe. Consequently, we propose classifying them as technogenic anthrosols. 相似文献

采用以硫酸亚铁(FeSO4)为主要成分的复合脱水剂作为疏浚泥浆脱水剂(以下简称脱水剂),黄沙、炉渣、煤灰、石灰和粉煤灰分别作为疏浚底泥干化改良剂进行实验研究。结果表明,在脱水剂投加量为100 mg/L条件下,可以提高沉淀效率约20%;在投加脱水剂及5%石灰、粉煤灰、炉渣改良剂的条件下,底泥比阻值下降50%~70%;初期渗水速率提高6%~68%;与原泥相比,以黄沙、炉渣、煤灰为改良剂的底泥,经过4个月干化期后,承载力提高了30%~150%。本研究为疏浚底泥快速脱水干化提供了一种可行的技术途径。 相似文献

The potential impact of indigenous bacterial processes on the release of heavy metals from dredged sediment deposits was investigated. Batch re-suspension experiments were conducted in order to investigate the release of Zn, Cd, Cu and Pb from a polluted anoxic sediment submitted to oxidative perturbations. The concentrations of heavy metals, sulphate and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) were periodically recorded, and cell counts were performed to follow the evolution of several bacterial species. The specific effects of microbial processes were quantified by performing re-suspension assays on sterilised samples. Moreover, the effect of an initial acidification of the system was studied. The results showed that metal release was mainly due to oxidation of sulphide minerals contained in the sediment. Sulphur-oxidising bacteria such as Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans were identified to play a major role in the process, by enhancing the oxidation kinetic. However, the acid production resulting from these reactions was almost totally buffered by the dissolution of the calcite present in the sediment. Copper was released to a lesser extent, and a strong association with organic matter was observed. Lead was not observed in solution, because of its low solubility at neutral conditions and of its re-adsorption on the solid phase. The initial acidification of the system resulted in an faster growth of the acidophilic A. thiooxidans. A subsequent pH drop originating from microbial processes was then observed during the first stages of the experiment. 为保护海洋生态环境,合理利用海洋倾倒区,防止悬浮泥沙扩散,采用絮凝处理工艺,在不考虑外部环境的影响下,探讨颗粒粒径和含固率对疏浚泥沙的絮凝作用的影响;采用湿筛法对珠江口疏浚泥沙进行分组,将疏浚泥沙分为混合样、粒径>74 μm、粒径<74 μm、粒径<37 μm和粒径<15 μm的5个粒径段,研究不同粒径段和不同含固率泥沙在加入不同量聚合氯化铝 (PAC) 后,絮凝前后的粒径分布变化特征。结果表明:粒径>74 μm的泥沙颗粒不发生絮凝作用;向含固率为10%的泥沙中加入相同量的絮凝剂后,絮凝沉降速率由慢到快、沉积泥含水率由高到低、沉积泥体积由高到低的粒径段均依次为混合样、粒径<74 μm、粒径<37 μm和粒径<15 μm;对不同含固率的泥沙进行絮凝调理后,25~37 μm粒径段的粒径占比均呈现出随泥沙含固率的增大先增大后减小的趋势,当含固率为5%~10%时粒径占比最高,累积质量分数差异较大的粒径段出现在28~32 μm;对含固率为10%的泥沙进行絮凝处理后,<30 μm的粒径段,絮凝前的占比>絮凝后的占比;30~40 μm的粒径段,絮凝后的占比>絮凝前的占比;不同含固率的泥沙粒径占比峰值由23 μm分别变为33、32.8、32.1、31.6和32.2 μm,且粒径<30 μm的细颗粒含量明显减少,粒径>30 μm的细颗粒含量明显增加。综上所述,在不考虑外部环境的影响下,30 μm为该区域泥沙的絮凝临界粒径;泥沙含固率在5%~10%时,不利于PAC对泥沙的絮凝作用;絮凝后,泥沙絮团粒径为30~40 μm。本研究成果可为疏浚物海洋倾倒前环保处理技术提供关键参数和依据,并为泥沙的絮凝机理的进一步探索提供参考。 相似文献

The behaviour of metals in canal sediments after their disposal to land has important implications for the environmental management of canal dredgings. The leaching behaviour of trace metals was investigated in a laboratory-based experiment using sediment from a canal in the UK (139 mg Zn kg-1dry sediment, 1.1 mg Cd, kg-1dry sediment 31.5 mg Cr kg-1dry sediment, 20.6 mg Cu kg-1dry sediment 48.4 mg Ni kg-1dry sediment, 43.4 mg Pb kg-1dry sediment and 7.6 mg As kg-1dry sediment). The sediment was allowed to dry. Cores (10 cm long) of the drying canal sediment were taken over a period of 12 weeks. A simple water extraction procedure was used to investigate changes in metal leachability at varying depths through the cores. Metal leachability increased over the first five weeks of drying and then subsequently decreased between weeks five and twelve, (e.g. Cd increased from approximately 0.006 to 0.018 mg/kgsediment then decreased to approximately 0.006 mg/kgsediment, Zn increased from approximately 1.5 to 3 mg/kgsediment and then decreased to approximately 1.5 mg/kgsediment). These results were combined with sulphide/sulphate ratios, which showed a decrease as the sediment dried (e.g. at 2-4 cm depth from approximately 1 to 0.49), and BCR sequential extraction data. Most metals (except Cd and As) showed a redistribution from the residual phase into more mobile phases as the sediment dried and oxidised. Metal leachability was strongly correlated with the sulphide/sulphate ratio with leachability normally increasing with decreasing sulphide/sulphate ratio. The combined results were used to infer the likely behaviour of dredged material upon disposal to land. 相似文献
