淮河沉积物中重金属污染及潜在生态危害评价   总被引:41,自引:0,他引:41  
测定了淮河 (江苏段 )表层沉积物中重金属的含量 ,分析了重金属的含量分布及富集状况 ,采用 Lars Hakanson潜在生态危害指数法对重金属的生态危害进行了评价。结果表明 ,各种重金属的含量分布呈现出相似的特点 ,即安徽省进入江苏省境内断面 (肖嘴 )时含量较低 ;在江苏省盱眙县城内断面 (淮河大桥 )含量明显增高 ;汇入洪泽湖前断面 (红光化工厂 )稍高于肖嘴断面。从富集系数来看 ,Pb的富集程度最高 ,其次是 As、Cr、Cd、Zn、Cu;而 Hg的富集程度最低。重金属的潜在生态危害评价显示 ,除淮河大桥断面 Cd的污染属于中等生态危害外 ,其他各点重金属的生态危害都很轻微 ,污染程度顺序为 Cd>As>Hg>Pb>Cu>Zn。  相似文献

The concentrations of heavy metals (Cr, Cd, Hg, Cu, Zn, Pb and As) in the water, sediment, and fish were investigated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, China. Potential ecological risk analysis of sediment heavy metal concentrations indicated that six sites in the middle reach, half of the sites in the lower reach, and two sites in lakes, posed moderate or considerable ecological risk. Health risk analysis of individual heavy metals in fish tissue indicated safe levels for the general population and for fisherman but, in combination, there was a possible risk in terms of total target hazard quotients. Correlation analysis and PCA found that heavy metals (Hg, Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu, and Zn) may be mainly derived from metal processing, electroplating industries, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage. Hg may also originate from coal combustion. Significant positive correlations between TN and As were observed.  相似文献

对黄河全流域表层沉积物样品中重金属元素 (As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn、V、Co) 的赋存形态进行分析,发现Cd的可利用态占比较高,其余重金属以残渣态为主。基于可利用态重金属含量计算重金属风险评价标准、次生相和原生相分布比值,从而对表层沉积物中重金属的生态风险进行评估。结果表明,整个流域中Cd的生态风险最高。此外,Cd和Pb等重金属在M6点位迁移性较高,存在一定的生态风险。对可利用态重金属进行人体健康风险评价,发现M6点位儿童的致癌 (8.76×10−6) 和非致癌风险总值 (0.32) 最高。成人与儿童非致癌健康风险总值中As的贡献率最大 (61.28%和62.71%) ,致癌健康风险总值中As的贡献率也最大 (75.91%和75.98%) ,但总体均未超过美国环境总署推荐的人体最大可接受范围。本研究可为识别黄河干流表层沉积物中重金属风险及制定相应污染防控策略提供参考。  相似文献

海浪河水环境重金属污染健康风险评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为阐明海浪河地表水体中重金属污染物的分布特征与风险水平,对研究区域内As、Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb、Mn等重金属污染物浓度进行了分析检测,并采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对水体中重金属引起的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明,各采样点的重金属监测数据中As、Cd、Zn 和Cu均达到Ⅱ类水质标准,符合水环境功能区划要求,Pb是海浪河主要超标污染物。海浪河重金属As和Cd的健康风险值远远大于Zn、Cu、Pb和Mn的健康风险值,风险值相差4~5个数量级。致癌物As的健康风险值最大,在S5和S6采样点分别达到了5.81×10-5和9.43×10-5a-1,均高于最大可接受风险水平5.0×10-5a-1。  相似文献

Feral carp were collected at two Spanish rivers, Anoia and Cardener, showing PBDE levels from 29 to 638 ng/g lipid weight (lw) and from 54 to 744 ng/g lw, respectively. Sediments were also collected, showing PBDE contamination between 2 and 10 ng/g dry weight (dw). Differences in PBDE profiles between sediments and fish were noticed. Contribution of BDE-47 in sediment was up to 11%, whereas it contributed 37-90% of PBDEs in fish. Similar results were observed for BDE-154, which was only detected in one sediment sample, but presented high contribution in carp. In contrast, BDE-99 contributed up to 32% in sediments, but it was not detected in fish. Similar results were observed for BDE-153, BDE-183 and BDE-209. The main reason for their concentration decrease or absence in biota may be due to low bioavailability potential or due to biotransformation processes.  相似文献

选取滦河干流为研究对象,采集表层沉积物并分析其粒径分布、营养元素(N、P、C、S)及重金属(Cd、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cr和Pb)含量分布特征,对重金属采用富集系数法进行源解析,并利用地积累指数法、污染指数法和潜在生态危害指数法进行系统性的生态风险评价。结果表明:沉积物营养元素TN、TP、TC、TS均值为1 047.6、1 427.4、20 060.9和1 564.2 mg·kg-1,且分布存在空间差异性;粒径分布特征为粉砂或砂占比重大,黏土占比重小;重金属Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn、Cr和Pb含量均值分别为0.28、40.48、31.48、88.67、16.45和21.5 mg·kg-1,Cd、Cu、Ni、Zn超过河北省土壤背景值;Cd富集系数均值为2.31,其污染主要源是人为输入,其余重金属未见明显富集现象;相关性分析和主成分分析表明 Cd与Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Cr与Cu、Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Pb与Fe、TP呈显著正相关,Cu与Ni、Zn呈显著正相关,Ni与Zn呈显著正相关;基于地累积指数法得Cd为重金属首要污染物;单项生态危害指数均值大小顺序为Cd(94.39) > Cu(9.28) > Ni(5.11) > Pb(2.16) > Zn(1.13) > Cr(0.48);沉积物风险指数(SPI)相应等级为低风险级别(SPI=2.75<5),且整体潜在生态风险指数(RI)相应的亦为低生态风险(RI=112.561<150)。  相似文献

湖北网湖位于长江中游,与长江干流相通,研究其沉积物中重金属分布特征及生态风险评价对长江经济带水质安全和水污染治理具有重要的意义。分析了网湖20个样点0~25 cm深度沉积物中As、Hg、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Cr等7种重金属的质量分数和空间分布特征,利用相关分析和主成分分析探讨了表层沉积物中重金属的来源,并利用地累积指数法、潜在生态风险指数法和一致性沉积物质量基准进行重金属污染评价。结果表明:As、Hg、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Cr等7种重金属的平均质量分数分别为37.5、0.137、108、123、0.283、37.8、108 mg·kg−1。与长江流域其他重要湖泊如巢湖、太湖等相比,网湖沉积物重金属含量处于较高水平。Pearson相关性分析表明,As、Zn、Cd两两之间呈极显著正相关 (p<0.01),这说明其具有同源性,分析主要来自于农业源;Cu和Pb之间也呈极显著正相关 (p<0.01),分析主要来源于交通运输污染源。重金属污染评价结果表明,沉积物整体受到极严重的重金属污染和很强的潜在生态危害,入湖区附近相对较严重,需及时防控和治理。一致性沉积物质量基准评价结果显示,Zn、Cd、Hg和Pb引发生物毒性的概率低于25%,As、Cu和Cr有25%~75%的概率产生有害生物效应。  相似文献

Biogas slurry is a product of anaerobic digestion of manure that has been widely used as a soil fertilizer. Although the use for soil fertilizer is a cost-effective solution, it has been found that repeated use of biogas slurry that contains high heavy metal contents can cause pollution to the soil-plant system and risk to human health. The objective of this study was to investigate effects of biogas slurry on the soil-plant system and the human health. We analyzed the heavy metal concentrations (including As, Pb, Cu, Zn, Cr and Cd) in 106 soil samples and 58 plant samples in a farmland amended with biogas slurry in Taihu basin, China. Based on the test results, we assessed the potential human health risk when biogas slurry containing heavy metals was used as a soil fertilizer. The test results indicated that the Cd and Pb concentrations in soils exceeded the contamination limits and Cd exhibited the highest soil-to-root migration potential. Among the 11 plants analyzed, Kalimeris indica had the highest heavy metal absorption capacity. The leafy vegetables showed higher uptake of heavy metals than non-leafy vegetables. The non-carcinogenic risks mainly resulted from As, Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn through plant ingestion exposure. The integrated carcinogenic risks were associated with Cr, As and Cd in which Cr showed the highest risk while Cd showed the lowest risk. Among all the heavy metals analyzed, As and Cd appeared to have a lifetime health threat, which thus should be attenuated during production of biogas slurry to mitigate the heavy metal contamination.  相似文献

Introduction In this work, sediments of the River Tisa (Tisza) are studied to assess their environmental pollution levels for some major heavy metals, as well as to predict the investigated elements’ mobility on the basis of their association type with the substrate. The Tisa River catchments area is a subbasin of the River Danube. Part of this river, 166 km long, belongs to the Serbian province of Vojvodina, before it flows into the Danube. It has been chosen for our investigation, because it has been exposed to intense pollution in the last decades. Materials and Methods The river sediment samples were collected at 32 locations. The proportions of sand, silt and clay fractions were determined. The sequential extraction procedure following a modified Tessier method was applied for speciation of the metal forms in the collected samples. The metal concentrations of Zn, Cd, Pb, Ni, Cu, Cr, Fe and Mn in extracts were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results and Discussion Granulometric analysis showed that some 50% of the Tisa River sediments were silt and clay, while the rest was sand with quartz, as the main constituent. The average metal content of the surface river sediment samples for every fraction of sequential extraction was presented and discussed in relation to pH, Eh and metal fractionation. The average metal content from the Tisa River sediments, obtained as an average of the metal’s concentration released in all five sequential extraction fractions was compared with: average metal contents of the Tisa River sediments in Hungary, metal content in soils formed on the Tisa River alluvium of Vojvodina, average metal content in soils of Vojvodina, and average metal content in soils of Hungary. An assessment of metal pollution levels in Tisa River sediments was made by comparing mean values for obtained results for the Tisa River sediments with the freshwater sediment’s Quality Guidelines as published by US EPA, Environment Canada and soil standards for Serbia. Conclusion According to US EPA and Canadian Quality Guidelines for freshwater sediments, the concentration of heavy metals in Tisa sediments were: (a) much higher than defined concentrations below which harmful effects on river biota are unlikely to be observed, (b) below defined concentrations above which harmful effects on river biota are likely to be observed. The concentration levels of Pb, Ni, Cu and Cr in Tisa River sediments are safe when compared with Serbian MAQ (Maximum Allowed Quantity) standards for soils, but they are unsafe in the case of Zn and Cd. Recommendations and Outlook The quality of sediments in the Tisa River was on the border line between potentially polluted and polluted. This line could very easily be exceeded since the quality of sediments in the Tisa River in Hungary was already worse than in Serbia. These results indicated the need for further monitoring of heavy metals in that locality.  相似文献

采集6种典型非道路柴油机排放的颗粒物样品,利用BCR连续提取法分析了颗粒物中重金属的形态。结果表明,6种典型非道路柴油机的颗粒物比排放达154~343mg/(kW·h),小功率的非道路柴油机颗粒物比排放较高;各重金属平均质量浓度排序为ZnCrAsMnPbNi≈Cu≈Cd,重金属总量约占颗粒物质量的2.22%;Ni和Cu以有机物结合态为主,其他重金属均以残渣态为主,约占总提取形态的71.83%~96.74%;所有非道路柴油机颗粒物中均存在有机物结合态重金属且比例较高,说明排放颗粒物中有机污染物和重金属结合紧密。基于风险评价法和污染系数法对重金属的生态风险进行评价,结果表明,非道路柴油机排放颗粒物中Cd的生态风险最高,Pb、Cr和Mn的风险次之。  相似文献

Concentrations of Hg, Pb, Cd, and Cr in 240 shellfish including oyster, short-necked clam, razor clam, and mud clam collected from six administrative regions in Xiamen of China were measured. The daily intakes of heavy metals through the consumption of shellfish were estimated based on both of the metal concentrations in shellfish and the consuming amounts of shellfish. In addition, the target hazard quotients (THQ) were used to evaluate the potential risk of heavy metals in shellfish on human body. Results showed that the concentrations of heavy metals in shellfish ranged at the following sequence: Cr > Cd > Pb > Hg. The concentrations of Hg and Pb in most samples were below the limits (0.3 mg?kg?1 for Hg and 0.5 mg?kg?1 for Pb) of national standard (GB 18406.4-2001) set in China. About 57 % of samples were found to contain more than 0.1 mg?kg?1 of Cd, in which the highest level was found in oyster from Xiangan with a value of 1.21 mg?kg?1. The average concentrations of Cd in oyster and mud clam samples were 0.338 and 0.369 mg?kg?1, respectively, which were significantly higher (p?<?0.05) than those in the samples of short-necked clam and razor clam. The highest concentration of Cr was found to present in short-necked clam from Jimei with a value of 10.4 mg?kg?1, but a mean value of 1.95 mg?kg?1 in all the shellfish was observed, and no significant difference was found among the different sampling regions. The calculated daily intakes of Hg, Pb, Cd, and Cr through consuming the shellfish were 0.005, 0.122, 0.137, and 1.20 μg?kg?1 day?1, respectively, which accounted for 2.19, 3.42, 13.7, and 40.1 % of the corresponding tolerable limits suggested by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives. The THQ values of the four metals were far below 1 for most samples, except for those of Cd and Cr in the four shellfish species with the mean values of 0.132 and 0.385, respectively. The highest THQ values of Cd were observed in the species of oyster (0.719) and mud clam (0.568). But the high THQ values of Cr observed in all the four species were derived from the applied reference dose (RfD) data of Cr(VI) due to the unavailable RfD value of total Cr. The results indicate that the intakes of heavy metals by consuming shellfish collected from Xiamen of China do not present an appreciable hazard risk on human health, but attention should be paid to consuming those with relatively high THQ values, such as oyster, mud clam, and short-necked clam.  相似文献

Environmental changes and their transboundary influences on the Mekong watercourse system have been an international research focus in recent years, but the opinions and results related to the impacts of upper Mekong River dams are quite different. In this paper, based on the records of water levels from 1960 to 2003 at three mainstream sites in the upper Mekong River, a quantitative examination has been undertaken into characteristics of the mainstream water-level process at multiple timescales and its response to cascade development. The major results are: i) Annual mean, wet period mean, and the mean water levels during the period between March and April (PBMA period) exhibit a significant increasing trend at Jiuzhou and Yunjinghong sites, which are influenced by large-scale factors such as climate change and solar activity. ii) The interdecadal and interannual variations of annual mean, annual maximum, and wet period mean water levels at three sites show similar features during the dam construction period. iii) The interdecadal variations of PBMA period water level show a gradual increase at Gajiu and Yunjinghong sites but a falling trend at Jiuzhou; these trends confirm that there is some regulation on the flow in the dry season caused by the two existing dams. iv) The downstream effects of the present dams on water levels are very limited at the annual mean and wet season mean levels, not apparent at the monthly and yearly timescales, and relatively significant at daily and hourly timescales.  相似文献

采用单因子指数法和Hakanson潜在生态风险指数法,通过分析清水溪流域18个采样点沉积物中典型重金属污染物Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb和Zn的含量,定量确定了清水溪沉积物中重金属的污染程度和潜在生态风险程度。结果表明,清水溪流域污染非常严重,上中游河段受到重金属的高强度污染,主要的重金属污染因子为Zn,污染因子的高低顺序为:Zn>Cu>Cr>Cd>Pb;潜在生态风险指数RI平均值为255.58,清水溪处于高值潜在生态风险,且上中游河段潜在生态风险指数很高,主要的潜在生态风险因子为Cd,潜在生态风险因子的大小顺序为:Cd>Cu>Cr>Zn>Pb。  相似文献

Multivariate statistical techniques, such as analysis of variance, cluster analysis (CA), correlation analysis, principal component analysis (PCA), and factor analysis (FA), were applied to determine the spatial and temporal variations of dissolved heavy metals in the Tigris River at 7 different sites spread over the river stretch of about 500 km during the period of February 2008 to January 2009. The results indicated that Fe, Cr, and Ni were the most abundant elements in the river water, whereas Cd and As were the less abundant. Cu, Fe, Ni, and Zn showed significant spatial variations, reflecting the influence of anthropogenic activities. The lowest total concentration of heavy metals was found at site 2 downstream of the Dicle Dam due to clean water from the dam. The concentrations of most metals were found lower when compared with results of previous studies due to reduction of the activity of the copper mine plant and the construction of two dams on the river. The lowest total concentrations were determined in February due to high precipitation and snow melts. Hierarchical agglomerative CA classified all the sampling sites into three main groups of spatial similarities. Clusters 1 (Maden and Bismil), 2 (Cizre), and 3 (E?il, Diyarbak?r, Batman, and Hasankeyf) corresponded to moderate polluted and relatively low polluted regions, respectively. PCA/FA, CA, and correlation analysis suggest that Cu, Ni, and Zn are controlled by anthropogenic sources.  相似文献

联合野外采样和室内分析,以典型农田土壤为研究对象,分析土壤中重金属Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、As和Hg的含量及污染特征,并采用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗污染指数法及潜在生态危害指数法,对农田土壤进行生态风险评价,同时利用主成分因子分析法,提取出3主因子,分析土壤重金属可能来源。结果表明,研究区农田土壤各重金属含量均高于背景值,表层污染程度高于底层;各重金属单因子污染指数对应污染等级均为清洁,内梅罗污染指数为0.46,污染等级为安全。潜在生态风险评估结果显示,研究区土壤重金属污染的潜在生态风险危害程度为中等,各重金属的潜在生态危害程度依次为Cd> Hg> As> Cu> Pb> Ni> Cr> Zn。主成分因子分析显示,研究区土壤中Hg、As和Cr主要由工业污染源贡献,土壤中Cd、Pb的污染主要来源于不合理的农业生产活动和居民生活,Ni、Zn和Cu与自然成土过程密切相关。综合评价表明,尽管研究区农田土壤目前重金属污染情况较轻,未达到警戒水平,但由于城市化的发展及长期现代化农业耕作活动造成农田土壤重金属的富集,因此,增强农田土壤安全性生产管理、严控土壤污染源与推行标准农业生产是十分必要的。  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the relationships between 1381 chemical and structural parameters of 43 organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) and their toxicity to fish, Cyprinus carpio, using ChemOffice 8.03 and Dragon 2.1. By multivariate linear regression and intervariable regression analyses, various equations have been derived to calculate the lethal toxicity value, LC(50), for 43 OPs found in fish with different levels of toxicity. Results show that for all selected OPs, especially those of low toxic OPs (LC(50)< 2.5 mM), the equation, LC(50) = 56.259 - 13.071 lg K(ow)+17.510 MATS8P-17.455 Mor24u - 0.085 MW + 1.706 (lg K(ow))(2) + 2.306 (Mor14e)(2) + 6.849 Mor20 m (n = 43, F = 36.815, r = 0.942, r(adj)(2) = 0.862, SE = 2.899, p < 10(-6)), could account for 86.2% of the variability of the toxic effect. The steric and electronic characteristics and the hydrophobicity of OPs, in particular, are among the most important parameters determining the toxicity of OPs to fish. For the OPs with high toxicity, different structural parameters were introduced into the following two equations: LC(50)=3.795-1.195 (H1p)(2)-0.037 U-2.225 MATS3v-19.593 Tcon (n = 16, F = 56.820, r = 0.977, r(adj)(2) = 0.937, SE = 0.143, p < 10(-6)), where LC(50) is less than 2.5 mM, and LC(50) = 0.341-0.561 (HOMA)(2) + 0.231 HOMA (n = 3,r(adj)(2) = 1), where LC(50) is less than 0.3 mM. These results suggest that chemical and structural parameters could be useful in modeling chemical reactivity within homologous series of OP compounds and elucidating possible mechanisms associated with different levels of toxicity to fish.  相似文献
