以盐泥为原料,采用氯化铵浸取回收盐泥中的Mg2+,以浸取液和回收的氨反应制取氢氧化镁产品。考察了盐泥浆液固含量、浸取时间、物料比(氯化铵与盐泥中氢氧化镁的摩尔比)等工艺条件对Mg2+浸取率的影响,并以比表面积为考察指标进行正交实验,确定氢氧化镁的最佳制备条件。实验结果表明:在盐泥浆液固含量为248 g/L、浸取时间为100 min、物料比为2.3的条件下,Mg2+浸取率为75.0%;在n(MgCl2):n(NH4Cl)=0.5、氨水浓度3 mol/L、氨水滴加速率 0.8 mL/min、反应温度 90 ℃的最佳条件下,制备的氢氧化镁的比表面积为17.87 m2/g,粒径约为3 μm。该工艺简单可行,为盐泥的综合利用提供了新的思路。  相似文献

采用二氧化碳法提取盐泥中的镁,研究了使之转化为轻质氧化镁的影响因素以及主要反应的动力学性质。实验确定的最佳条件为固液比1∶15、二氧化碳通入时间90min、水解温度90℃、水解时间25min,在此条件下,盐泥中镁的总提取率为75%;采用微分法求得氢氧化镁与二氧化碳反应的反应级数和活化能分别为1.7和68.1kJ/mol。  相似文献

Bauxite residue (red mud) is a hazardous waste generated from alumina refining industries. Unless managed properly, red mud poses significant risks to the local environment due to its extreme alkalinity and its potential impacts on surface and ground water quality. The ever-increasing generation of red mud poses significant challenges to the aluminium industries from management perspectives given the low proportion that are currently being utilized beneficially. Red mud, in most cases, contains elevated concentrations of iron in addition to aluminium, titanium, sodium and valuable rare earth elements. Given the scarcity of iron supply globally, the iron content of red mud has attracted increasing research interest. This paper presents a critical overview of the current techniques employed for iron recovery from red mud. Information on the recovery of other valuable metals is also reviewed to provide an insight into the full potential usage of red mud as an economic resource rather than a waste. Traditional hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgy are being investigated continuously. However, in this review several new techniques are introduced that consider the process of iron recovery from red mud. An integrated process which can achieve multiple additional values from red mud is much preferred over the single process methods. The information provided here should help to improve the future management and utilization of red mud.  相似文献

介绍了有色金属行业中含砷废弃物的两种处理技术——资源化和稳定化-固化的研究进展。从含砷的烟灰、废水及废渣3个方向对资源化处理技术的研究进展进行了介绍,含砷废弃物经资源化处理后可得到As2O3和砷酸盐产品,但砷产品品种有限,应开发新的资源化途径和砷产品。此外,综述了含砷废弃物的稳定化-固化处置技术的研究进展,指出铁盐稳定化优于钙盐稳定化,特别是臭葱石形式的沉淀具有稳定性高、堆存时间长和无需再固化的优点;对比了包胶固化、火法固化及熔融固化3种固化技术的特点,其中水泥包胶固化法的成熟度较高,但仍有改进空间。  相似文献

This study examines the effects of iron mineral transformation in an aluminum extraction process on the settling behavior, and the physical and chemical properties of the resulting red mud slurry that must be disposed of. By producing a red mud with a higher solid content, the total volume of mud slurry will also be reduced for a given alumina production rate and more caustic soda will be recovered. The settling behavior and the mineralogical, physical, and physico-chemical properties of one bauxite and three red muds processed under varying conditions were analyzed based on examination of the iron mineral transformations. The properties of red muds derived from the same bauxite can differ markedly due to variations in operating conditions of the Bayer process, such as temperature and the addition of a reducing agent. The settling of red mud can be improved by converting goethite into hematite and/or magnetite to produce a mud of larger particle size, smaller specific surface area, and larger specific gravity, characteristics which reduce the total volume of mud slurry to be disposed of and which allow for less potential contamination from caustic soda. This study also found that the by-product--Bayer sodalite--has the high exchange capacity for Na+ that might contribute to the long-term environmental problems.  相似文献

将小麦秸秆改性后制备改性秸秆固定化微生物,用于处理钻井泥浆。考察了改性时间、改性剂浓度、改性剂配比对秸秆吸附微生物效果的影响,以及改性秸秆固定化微生物对钻井泥浆的处理效果。实验结果表明:在改性时间为60 min、氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.1 mol/L、过氧化氢溶液浓度为1.0 mol/L、氢氧化钠溶液与过氧化氢溶液体积比为3∶1的最佳改性条件下,改性秸秆的BET比表面积增大了36.27%,Langmuir比表面积增加了37.63%,微生物吸附量增加了200.77%;在钻井泥浆处理量为1 000 g、改性秸秆固定化微生物加入量为2 g、土壤加入量为1 000 g、处理时间为15 d的条件下,钻井泥浆COD、可溶性盐、石油烃的去除率分别为84.9%,71.6%,90.1%。  相似文献

Red mud emerges as the major waste material during production of alumina from bauxite by the Bayer??s process. Based on economics as well as environmental related issues, enormous efforts have been directed worldwide towards red mud management issues i.e. of utilization, storage and disposal. The present research work has been undertaken with an objective to explore the use of red mud as a reinforcing material in the polymer matrix as a low cost option. The silicate layered red mud was organophilized by aniline formaldehyde and to know the effect of various filler loading on the material properties of PVA-organophilized red mud composites, prepared by a conventional solvent casting technique and comparison of the same with that of the virgin poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA), various characterizations was done. The modified red mud was typically characterized by X-ray diffraction. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the composite materials was also studied. The morphological image of the composite materials was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to characterize the dispersion of the red mud within the composite materials. The surface topography of the composite materials was studied by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). The dielectric properties of composite materials were investigated in wide frequency ranges from 1?MHz to 1?GHz.  相似文献
