采空区渗透率分布对流场的影响   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
根据多孔介质渗流理论,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent,设定采空区渗透率为均匀分布、分段均匀分布和连续性分布,分别模拟这3种情况的采空区漏风流场。当渗透率均匀分布时漏风量小,自燃带靠近工作面。渗透率分段均匀分布时,速度在分区界面上产生跳跃。采空区渗透率连续分布条件下的漏风分布与假设分段均匀分布和均匀分布条件下的漏风量、漏风风速分布和自燃三带的位置和宽度有很大差别。结果表明,只有采用更能如实反映采空区岩石冒落和压实规律的渗透率分布,得到的采空区的风流流动规律才更符合实际。  相似文献

为检测和定位燃气管道泄漏,基于泄漏定位公式,利用模拟软件Pipeline Studio构建等效中压管道模型,模拟不同工况条件下燃气管道泄漏动态。结果表明:泄漏发生后,一定时域内用户端流量将出现扰动,供气压力越高、供气量越大、泄漏孔径越小、管道长度越长,流量扰动持续时间越长;忽略管长影响,泄漏位置越接近气源,流量扰动幅度越易出现先增大后减小趋势,反之易出现单调递减趋势;泄漏端位置距离用户端越近,流量扰动幅度越大,反之越小。研究结果可为燃气管道泄漏检测和定位提供理论依据。  相似文献

为准确检测煤矿井下瓦斯抽采主管道泄漏位置,提出基于稳态模型的管道泄漏检测与定位方法,采用Comsol数值模拟及地面相似实验研究压力梯度法对煤矿井下抽采管道泄漏检测与定位的可行性及准确性。研究结果表明:管道未泄漏时,管内沿线压力呈均匀分布,当管道突发泄漏时,管内压力分布呈现明显弯折现象,弯折处即为管道漏点位置,并对管道阻力计算公式进行修正,提高了检测准确性;随着管道泄漏程度的加大,湍流效应显著增强,漏点处速度、压力产生明显突变,且当其他条件恒定时,随着管道泄漏孔径的扩大,管道的漏入量越大,定位的相对误差越小;在宏岩矿开展地面相似实验,实验结果绝对误差为4.5 m,相对误差为6%;在阳煤五矿井下8421抽采巷进行现场应用,绝对误差134 m,相对误差约7.95%。  相似文献

In order to study a new leak detection and location method for oil and natural gas pipelines based on acoustic waves, the propagation model is established and modified. Firstly, the propagation law in theory is obtained by analyzing the damping impact factors which cause the attenuation. Then, the dominant-energy frequency bands of leakage acoustic waves are obtained through experiments by wavelet transform analysis. Thirdly, the actual propagation model is modified by the correction factor based on the dominant-energy frequency bands. Then a new leak detection and location method is proposed based on the propagation law which is validated by the experiments for oil pipelines. Finally, the conclusions and the method are applied to the gas pipelines in experiments. The results indicate: the modified propagation model can be established by the experimental method; the new leak location method is effective and can be applied to both oil and gas pipelines and it has advantages over the traditional location method based on the velocity and the time difference. Conclusions can be drawn that the new leak detection and location method can effectively and accurately detect and locate the leakages in oil and natural gas pipelines.  相似文献

为了探索非金属输送管道泄漏规律,从数值模拟和试验两个角度,对液体PE管道发生泄漏前后管道内流体与泄漏口的流动状态进行了对比分析,为判定管道泄漏提供了依据。运用FLUENT软件针对PE液体管道泄漏,在不同孔径、不同压力下,构建管道泄漏模型分别进行仿真,分析不同泄漏情景下压力梯度的分布规律。同时在近似相同条件下进行PE管道两点泄漏模拟试验。结果显示:数值模拟与试验结果基本一致,泄漏孔处压力、流速均与管内初始压力成正相关;初始压力和孔径的增大,会导致管内压力下降速度上升,但最终会趋于稳定值。  相似文献

在油气田开发过程中,通常采用气液相混输模式,管道受腐蚀等因素影响容易出现穿孔而发生两相流泄漏。为分析两相流泄漏特性,对管内常见流型分层流下的微孔泄漏特性进行数值和实验分析;采用VOF耦合Level set算法分析了不同影响因素下的气液两相泄漏特性,设计了1种管道泄漏收集装置,进行室内两相流泄漏实验,并验证了数值预测模型的准确性。研究结果表明:气液两相流经过管壁泄漏口时会发生相分离,泄漏特性受小孔方位、管路内外压差、气液相流速影响较大;泄漏口位于管路侧壁时的泄漏特性与其他角度下的泄漏特性有所不同,可用泄漏影响区内的气液分布进行解释;当泄漏口位于管路底部时,存在临界液相分流系数,当液相分流比小于此临界值时,泄漏流体为单相液体。VOF耦合Level set算法的数值方法可为管路泄漏量预测和相分离特性分析提供参考。  相似文献

This paper presents an effective decision making system for leak detection based on multiple generalized linear models and clustering techniques. The training data for the proposed decision system is obtained by setting up an experimental pipeline fully operational distribution system. The system is also equipped with data logging for three variables; namely, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and outlet flow. The experimental setup is designed such that multi-operational conditions of the distribution system, including multi pressure and multi flow can be obtained. We then statistically tested and showed that pressure and flow variables can be used as signature of leak under the designed multi-operational conditions. It is then shown that the detection of leakages based on the training and testing of the proposed multi model decision system with pre data clustering, under multi operational conditions produces better recognition rates in comparison to the training based on the single model approach. This decision system is then equipped with the estimation of confidence limits and a method is proposed for using these confidence limits for obtaining more robust leakage recognition results.  相似文献

为了掌握高瓦斯沿空留巷采空区遗煤自燃危险区域分布规律,指导工作面防灭火工作。采用数值模拟的方法,以首次采用沿空留巷技术的乌兰矿工作面为实例,模拟分析采空区漏风及氧化带三维分布规律。使用单因素分析法,分别模拟高位钻孔、上隅角埋管及地面钻孔抽采对采空区氧气浓度分布的影响。结果表明:多种瓦斯抽采措施下,工作面及沿空留巷均向采空区漏风,导致氧化带范围扩大,但不同抽采措施导致氧化带扩大的程度不同,高位钻孔抽采最弱,上隅角瓦斯抽采次之,地面钻孔抽采最强。沿空留巷附近及上覆采空区供氧时间长,自然发火危险性高。  相似文献

回顾施工项目安全管理和安全管理研究现状,建立建设项目安全管理指标体系。利用人工神经网络非线性函数逼近能力,对项目风险因素程度预测。针对该网络当数据量大时,其结构复杂、收敛慢,易陷入局部最优的缺点,引入粗糙集对影响建设项目安全目标的不确定性因素进行约简,找出最小不确定性风险因素集,大大简化网络输入信息的表达空间维数。并结合粒子群算法收敛速度快、全局最优的寻优能力强的优点,建立基于粗糙集——粒子群神经网络的建设项目安全预测系统。通过实例验证该系统的科学性和有效性。  相似文献

Gas leakage from pipeline leads to significant environmental damages and industrial hazards, so small leakage detection for gas pipeline is essential to avoid these serious leakages. However, because of the high frequency component of leakage signal attenuates quickly, traditional detection method which inspects pressure or vibration signal has problem to get effective information from leakage signal. So, a novel detection method based on acoustic wave is proposed. This paper, firstly, researches on the phonation principle of pipeline leakage and the characteristic of sound source, and simulates the leakage acoustic field on the basis of aero acoustics. Secondly, using Wavelet Packet Transform method and Fuzzy Support Vector Machine pattern classification, the laboratory testing for identifying acoustic signal of gas pipeline leakage is presented. Finally, the field application demonstrates that the detection system could identify small gas leakage effectively and avoids false-alarms which caused by running conditions with a good prospect.  相似文献

为了给室内燃气泄漏爆炸事故的预防和事故后果评价提供理论依据,借助计算流体力学技术,对密闭空间内燃气泄漏扩散的非稳态流场进行了数值模拟,着重考察了燃气爆炸危险区域随时间和空间的分布特征。研究结果表明,在泄漏初始阶段,爆炸危险区域位于泄漏源上部。随着泄漏和扩散的持续发展,爆炸危险区域整体下移,最终迁移至地面附近。爆炸危险区域范围随时间由小变大,再由大变小。爆炸危险区域在房间下部的持续时间明显长于房间中上部。  相似文献

为了有效预测海上气井环空带压油套管柱潜在失效风险及安全管理环空压力,提出1种基于井口压力、温度和液位多参数监测的海上气井环空带压油套管柱动态安全评价技术。首先,结合气井生产状态参数和完井信息,建立气井井筒压力分布计算方法;然后,根据力学知识分析气井环空带压油套管柱应力场特点,进而提出利用环空带压井油套管柱安全系数作为油套管柱失效评价依据;最终,开发海上气井环空带压安全监测系统并开展现场案例井分析。研究结果表明:监测系统能够准确获取环空带压状态参数,通过环空压力状态变化分析阐述“A”环空带压机理为泄漏点处油套管之间压力平衡的保持;结合实际井口环空压力监测数据,井筒安全系数能够实时表征油套管柱安全状态。  相似文献

有毒气体泄漏扩散受很多不确定性因素的影响,为了分析和评估影响毒气泄漏扩散的风速和泄漏速率的变化和不确定性,采用蒙特卡罗模拟和基于Wilks公式容许限的非参数统计法,通过抽样计算得到“95/95准则”下的毒气泄漏扩散地面浓度分布,计算了有毒气体泄漏扩散的不同风险等级的影响范围和风险概率曲线。以氨气泄漏事故为例进行实例分析,结果表明,相对于以确定性参数得出的氨气泄漏扩散浓度分布,引入参数的不确定性评估,更能贴合泄漏现场存在不确定性因素的实际情况,更有利于人员的安全和应急疏散管理。  相似文献

The hazardous chemical accidents remain a matter of major concern. However, there is a dearth of practical measures about the emergency management of hazardous chemicals leakage. Therefore, in order to provide more accurate management plan, quantitative risk assessment has become a critical issue in chemical industry. The main aim of this study is to quantify the risk of hazardous chemicals leakage, and take precautions against the accidents. In this study, a Fire-Explosion-Poisoning Quantitative Probability Model (FEPQPM) has been established. The paper introduced the probability analysis methods to analyze derivative accidents caused by hazardous chemicals leakage, established quantitative risk assessment models, and made acceptable risk level analysis. This model has been applied to quantitatively assess an enterprise’s storage tank at Changshou Chemical Industrial Distripark (CID) in Chongqing, China. Evaluation results are in line with the actual situation of the CID. It is shown that the probability of poisoning is very large, causing more economic loss than the other two types of accidents, and death toll of leakage accident increases over time, resulting in greater economic losses. The risk level of leakage accident involving poisoning is unacceptable.  相似文献

为了解决普通数学模型难以准确描述瓦斯抽采管道内流体的流动状态问题,提出了以元胞自动机模型为基础的瓦斯抽采管道漏点定位模型。根据元胞自动机在空间和时间上离散化的特性来演化管道流体在时空上的连续变化,将管径变化、管壁粗糙度、管构异件种类和数量以及温度等参数沿管道进行离散化,利用元胞自动机理论以及管道两端的信号对管道沿线压力和流量等参数变化进行预测,以判断泄漏的发生和漏点定位。通过实验验证,该方法能提高漏点定位精度。  相似文献

This paper presents a numerical study involving the deformation of contact faces in the metal-to-metal seal in a typical pressure relief valve. The valve geometry is simplified to an axisymmetric problem, which comprises a simple geometry consisting of only 3 components. A cylindrical nozzle, which has a valve seat on top, contacts with a disk, which is preloaded by a compressed linear spring. All the components are made of AISI type 316N(L) steel defined using the multilinear kinematic hardening model based on monotonic and cyclic tests at 20° C. In-service observations show that there is a limited fluid leakage through the valve seat at operational pressures about 90% of the set pressure, which is caused by the fluid penetrating into surface asperities at the microscale. Nonlinear FEA in ANSYS using the fluid pressure penetration (FPP) technique revealed that there is a limited amount of fluid penetrating into gap, which is caused by the plastic deformation of the valve seat at the macroscale. Prediction of the fluid pressure distribution over the valve seat just before the valve lift is addressed in this study considering the FPP interaction on multiscale. This is the principal scope, since it allows adjustment of the valve spring force in order to improve the leak tightness.  相似文献

以对评价目标有影响的所有评价指标作为神经网络的输入,会导致网络模型复杂、降低其性能和影响计算精度的问题,因而提出基于层次分析法和重要性指标筛选法的神经网络评价建模方法即首先运用层次分析法对评价指标进行重要度排序,然后利用重要性指标筛选法过滤出对评价目标有重要影响的指标,以其结果作为神经网络的输入。该法不仅简化网络模型,而且提高网络的性能和计算精度。运用该法对企业安全工作评价,结果证明,不仅是可行的,而且达到了预期的目的。  相似文献

为评价城市供水管网的安全性,保障其正常运行,笔者基于多元分类最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的方法,在对城市供水管网安全运行影响因素总结与分析的基础上,构建供水管网安全性评价的指标因素集与评价模型,通过对有限的经验数据的学习,建立供水管网安全性与其影响因素之间的非线性关系。运用该模型进行实例仿真模拟,通过与实际安全等级及BP神经网络模型预测安全等级之间的对比表明:基于LS-SVM的供水管网安全性评价方法具有较高的精度,正确分类率可以达到83.33%。  相似文献

利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对厂房内易燃易爆气体H2泄漏扩散过程进行了数值模拟,研究H2连续泄漏扩散规律。计算结果表明,厂房内H2泄漏一定时间后扩散将达到稳定,室内H2浓度将不再变化;根据室内H2浓度分布规律,得出H2泄漏报警装置应设在泄漏口正对墙壁上,且厂房的排风口应开设在H2钢瓶喷射方向上的屋顶处;结合H2的毒性级别和爆炸极限,划分该厂房为紧急防爆疏散区,必须在泄漏初期进行紧急人员疏散并做好防火防爆措施。研究结果为厂房内H2泄漏事故应急救援、泄漏报警装置及排风口的位置设置提供重要技术支持和理论依据。  相似文献
