人员疏散是一个复杂的运动过程,人员疏散时间受众多因素影响,具有一定的模糊性和随机性。该文将人员安全疏散作为一个系统进行分析,从疏散场所、疏散人员以及疏散环境三个角度分析影响人员疏散时间的因素,构建出人员疏散时间的评价指标体系。结合模糊综合评价法的基本原理和步骤,建立人员疏散时间影响因素的三级模糊综合评价模型,并应用该模型对某高层建筑火灾中影响人员疏散时间的因素进行模糊综合评价。  相似文献

The construction of metro in China is in a period of an unprecedented development in recent years, and the passengers are in high density within the metro during the operation time, the problem of occupant safety in emergencies has attracted more and more attentions. During the design and operation stages, modeling of the metro station evacuation capacity by using the computational models is an effective measure for guaranteeing the metro evacuation safety in the future. In this article, the safety strategy of evacuation in metro stations is first investigated and established, which involves the occupants needed to be evacuated, the evacuation route, and the safety zone. Then, an engineering calculation method for the metro station evacuation time is proposed. Based on the experimental data, simulation of evacuation process in different fire cases is conducted by using an agent-based model, so as to study the features of occupant evacuation behavior, the evacuation time, the passage flow rate, and the strategy of using the escalator as evacuation passage. These conclusions will be helpful for guiding the safe evacuation design of metros in China.  相似文献

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has potential pool fire risks due to its flammability. The configuration of pool fires plays a significant role when applying the solid flame model or point source model to assess the risks from heat radiation. However, no existing correlations can precisely predict the configuration of large LPG (100% propane) pool fires. To enhance the fundamental understanding on how pool diameter and wind velocity can influence the configuration of large LPG pool fires, an experimentally validated Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model is employed to simulate fires using different burning rate models. Fire temperature profiles, flame heights, and flame tilts predicted by the CFD model were compared with empirical models and experimental data. Accordingly, new correlations for flame height and flame tilt as functions of pool diameter D and wind velocity uw have been developed. The comparisons demonstrate that the new correlations have the best overall accuracy in the prediction of flame height and tilt for large LPG pool fires under different conditions (10 m ≤ D ≤ 20 m, 0 ≤ uw ≤ 3 m·s−1).  相似文献

Public evacuation preparation exerts an important impact on overall evacuation efficiency during regional evacuations. Early warnings often delay the occurrence of chemical accidents. Studying the characteristics of public evacuation preparation in such accidents will help develop better evacuation strategies considering the actual public response. In this work, the characteristics and factors influencing public evacuation preparation behaviors were analyzed by examining an evacuation case in China. The results indicated that the probability distribution of public's evacuation preparation time during a regional evacuation conforms to a Weibull distribution regardless of whether or not evacuation warnings were received. An estimation model of the traffic flow loading rate in a regional evacuation was then proposed on the basis of this finding. The results of this research can provide a reliable reference for evacuation modeling or logistics optimization for future incidents.  相似文献

紧急情况下,大型公共场所人员在疏散过程中往往慌不择路,导致疏散设施使用不均、疏散路径拥堵、疏散难度加剧。针对该问题,以出口和楼梯等疏散资源得到充分利用为目标,提出疏散路径优化的基本思想,运用EVACNET4建立建筑网络疏散模型,并以某大型购物中心为实例对象,开展“无路径优化、无疏散引导”和“有路径优化、有疏散引导”2种情景下的疏散过程模拟及对比分析,通过引导疏散实现路径优化方案和疏散效率的提升。研究结果表明:有路径优化和疏散引导的方案可实现更短的疏散时间、更均衡的出口利用率。  相似文献

在疏散过程中,出口利用不均现象时有发生,距离最短路径并不一定是最快的路径。提出了大规模人群分区疏散优化算法,该算法以疏散时间最短为目标,综合考虑了人群分布、出口位置、出口宽度等因素,通过迭代计算,求解每个行人的最优出口选择,从而得到优化疏散分区结果。以具有多个出口的某大型步行商业街区疏散为例,利用经典的无后退有偏随机行走模型进行模拟计算,对是否采用优化分区的疏散时间进行了比较分析。结果表明:采用优化分区疏散时,部分人员放弃路径最短的疏散出口,而被导向选择宽度较宽和附近人员密度较低的出口,从而提高整体疏散效率。该算法解决了以距离最短为目标的疏散分区方式导致的出口利用不均和不充分的现象,有效提高了疏散效率,对于区域分区疏散策略的制定具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

地铁车站站台人员密集,客流量大,在火灾等应急条件下对人员安全疏散有较高的要求.目前自动扶梯在地铁车站中大量应用,其运行方式(上行、下行、停运、反转)对地铁车站内人员安全疏散有较大影响.利用人员疏散网络模拟软件EVACNT7对某地铁站台层人员向站厅层疏散进行数值模拟,研究了当自动扶梯正常上行时的输送能力,并与不同人流条件下的楼梯的输送能力进行了对比,得到动态折算系数.同时也研究了当自动扶梯停运作为疏散通道使用时的输送能力,并与人流条件优化时的疏散楼梯输送能力进行了对比得到静态折算系数.还研究了下行的自动扶梯在火灾等应急条件下反转上行以降低人员疏散时间,并给出了一种下行自动扶梯反转最迟完成时间的计算方法.研究工作可以为同类地铁站台人员安全疏散设计和应急预案制定提供参考.  相似文献

采用理论计算和软件模拟的方法对地下商业建筑人员的安全疏散时间进行研究,并对两种研究方法进行了对比分析.分析结果显示:对于待疏散人数较大的地下商业建筑人员疏散行动时间主要受疏散出口宽度影响;理论计算与数值模拟两种计算方法误差仅为8.5s,两种方法均可对地下商业建筑人员疏散时间进行预测,但数值模拟能够更直观的反应人员的疏散过程、安全出口和疏散通道拥堵和瓶颈现象,更适用于地下商业建筑人员疏散方面消防优化设计.  相似文献

为了提出一种新的量化人员疏散瓶颈的识别方法。以某地铁站为例,运用EVACNET4模型软件,模拟该地铁站发生火灾等事故时,人群的疏散情况,采用网络结构效益与结构重要度结合的方法查找疏散过程中的瓶颈所在,通过计算疏散瓶颈的结构重要度,将各瓶颈按其对车站安全疏散的影响程度排序,找出瓶颈制约点。结果表明:地铁站内的自动扶梯的开闭状态对疏散时间的影响很大,在发生火灾等特殊事件时应将自动扶梯停止运行,当作楼梯使用。同时,闸机的开闭状态也会影响疏散时间,但只要保障疏散过程中闸机可用,人员均能在规定的时间内完成疏散。通过对比分析门扉式闸机和三杆门式闸机的优劣,在建设地铁时,主要应以门扉式闸机为检票通道。  相似文献

为准确计算火灾人员疏散时间,本文基于计算机模拟火灾人员疏散时间的优势,运用Evacuation NZ疏散模型模拟大型建筑物火灾疏散时间,并与传统工程算法的疏散时间以及实际疏散演习时间进行对比。结果表明:Evacuation NZ疏散模型比传统工程算法得出的疏散时间更接近实际,为消防监督人员和建设单位估算模拟疏散时间提供参考。  相似文献

Following a toxic hazmat release, decisions need to be made vis-a-vis a safe evacuation distance for population along the transportation route, or whether to shelter-in-place if there is insufficient time to conduct an evacuation. The first responder may have to take these decisions through a quick estimation of the Initial Isolation Zone (IIZ) and protective action distances based on assumed rate of releases. Real-time evacuation planning models could be used for effective evacuation purposes. However, factors that usually were taken into account include weather conditions, population density, time of day, and uncertainty about the chemicals involved and/or the accumulating concentrations in public areas. Emergency planning including evacuation in India is generally in line with UNEP's APELL (Awareness and Preparedness for Emergencies at Local Level) methodology. However, quantitative risk based assessment is catching up particularly in large industrial zones. The paper highlights a case study of the evaluation of identified seven critical evacuation planning zones along three highway study routes in and around the industrial city of Surat in western India. The elapsed time after a release is estimated through ALOHA and evacuation travel time estimates are made for each zone. For identified scenarios, evacuation of IIZ, generally comprising of road side population, is effectively possible in six out of seven identified emergency planning zones except in zone-7, where certain people would still be exposed, as full evacuation may not be achieved. However, shelter-in-place would be advisable for population residing in permanent settlements within the protective action zone.  相似文献

The wood gasification process poses serious concerns about the risk of explosion. The design of prevention and mitigation measures requires the knowledge of safety parameters, such as the maximum explosion pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise and the gas deflagration index, KG, at standard ambient temperature (25 °C) and pressure (1 bar) conditions. However, the analysis at specific process conditions is strongly recommended, as the explosion behavior of gas mixtures may be completely different.In the work presented in this paper, the explosion behavior of mixtures with composition representative of wood chip-derived syngas (CO/H2/CH4/CO2/N2 mixtures with and without H2O) was experimentally studied in a closed combustion chamber. Experiments were run at two temperatures, 300 °C and 10 °C, and at atmospheric pressure. Test conditions were requested by the safety engineering designer of an existing industrial-scale wood gasification plant. In order to identify the specific fuel–air ratios to be analyzed, thus reducing the number of experimental tests, a preliminary thermo-kinetic study was performed.Results have shown that the mixtures investigated can be classified as low-reactivity mixtures, the higher value of KG found (∼36 bar m/s) being much lower than the KG value of methane (55 bar m/s @ 25 °C).  相似文献

When a major hazard occurs on an installation, evacuation, escape, and rescue (EER) operations play a vital role in safeguarding the lives of personnel. There have been several major offshore accidents where most of the crew has been killed during EER operations. The major hazards and EER operations can be divided into three categories; depending on the hazard, time pressure and the risk influencing factors (RIFs). The RIFs are categorized into human elements, the installation and hazards. A step by step evacuation sequence is illustrated. The escape and evacuation sequence from the Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling platform is reviewed based on testimonies from the survivors. Although no casualties were reported as a result of the EER operations from the Deepwater Horizon, the number of survivors offers a limited insight into the level of success of the EER operations. Several technical and non-technical improvements are suggested to improve EER operations. There is need for a comprehensive analysis of the systems used for the rescue of personnel at sea, life rafts and lifeboats in the Gulf of Mexico.  相似文献

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) developed guidelines in May 1999 for the evacuation analysis of Ro-Ro passenger ships to prevent loss of life in maritime accidents. However, IMO considered these guidelines only as an interim measure and allocated 3 years for their improvement and further development as very limited experience and data were available. In this paper, the requirements of the IMO and current research regarding ship evacuation are reviewed. In addition, applicable evacuation models are presented as well as several experimental methods of obtaining the data of human behavior in regard to listing and the dynamic effect of waves on a ship are evaluated. 笔者分析了地铁站台火灾时火灾临界危险条件和人员的疏散特点 ,提出了地铁站台火灾中人员安全疏散模型 ,确定了人员安全疏散时间的计算方法 ;应用火灾模拟软件SMARTFIRE4 .0对某地铁站站台着火时温度和烟气浓度的发展进行了数值模拟研究 ,据此得到人员安全疏散可利用的时间 ;结合该站台着火时的具体情况 ,计算了人员安全疏散所需要的时间。研究与计算结果表明 :该地铁站火灾时 ,站台至站厅的楼梯是整个疏散过程的瓶颈 ,而楼梯的疏散能力主要受人员流量和楼梯的有效宽度所制约 ,据此提出了相应的解决方法。  相似文献

为了对研制的八达岭低速磁浮试验列车人员疏散安全性进行评估,考虑从磁浮车辆的空间布局和人员紧急疏散的特点,在现有的元胞自动机模型和行人流模型基础上,通过人员动态调整自身速度、动态修正人员行为等技术,建立了一种基于车辆环境约束以及人员行为特性的元胞自动机模型。该模型具有人员速度可变、能以自组织现象修正人员行为的特点,经过比较验证,模型的仿真过程更加接近真实情况,仿真结果与一般经验公式得到结果相吻合。以我国正在研制的八达岭低速磁浮试验列车为仿真对象,对车辆布局对其人员的安全疏散的影响进行了计算机仿真和分析,找出了影响人员疏散效率和时间的关键因素,为设计改进提供了依据。  相似文献

为研究灾害中如何有效疏散人员的问题,依托重庆沙坪坝综合交通枢纽工程,通过pathfinder软件对沙坪坝综合交通枢纽地下空间人员疏散进行仿真模拟,研究电梯楼梯协同疏散在人员密集地下空间建筑疏散的可行性。结果表明:电梯楼梯协同疏散相对于传统楼梯疏散具有更大的优势,疏散时间相比传统疏散方式减少了约一半。  相似文献

Rockburst possibility prediction is an important activity in many underground openings design and construction as well as mining production. Due to the complex features of rockburst hazard assessment systems, such as multivariables, strong coupling and strong interference, this study employs support vector machines (SVMs) for the determination of classification of long-term rockburst for underground openings. SVMs is firmly based on the theory of statistical learning algorithms, uses classification technique by introducing radial basis function (RBF) kernel function. The inputs of models are buried depth H, rocks’ maximum tangential stress σθ, rocks’ uniaxial compressive strength σc, rocks’ uniaxial tensile strength σt, stress coefficient σθ/σc, rock brittleness coefficient σc/σt and elastic energy index Wet. In order to improve predictive accuracy and generalization ability, the heuristic algorithms of genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) are adopted to automatically determine the optimal hyper-parameters for SVMs. The performance of hybrid models (GA + SVMs = GA-SVMs) and (PSO + SVMs = PSO-SVMs) have been compared with the grid search method of support vector machines (GSM-SVMs) model and the experimental values. It also gives variance of predicted data. A rockburst dataset, which consists of 132 samples, was employed to evaluate the current method for predicting rockburst grade, and the good results of overall success rate were obtained. The results indicated that the heuristic algorithms of GA and PSO can speed up SVMs parameter optimization search, the proposed method is robust model and might hold a high potential to become a useful tool in rockburst prediction research.  相似文献
