含油污泥热解残渣吸附性能初探*   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
含油污泥热解残渣的处理和应用是石油石化企业生产领域急需解决的难题。以含油污泥热解残渣为研究对象,在对其进行无害化处理的基础上,对热解残渣的吸附性能进行了探讨。通过能谱分析可知,热解残渣由碳和无机元素组成,碳元素含量达36.92%;通过SEM电镜扫描、比表面积和孔结构等吸附性质表征研究,含油污泥热解残渣吸附性能优良,对含油污水中的石油类和COD有较好的去除作用。研究结果表明:含油污泥热解残渣可作为一种吸附材料,这项研究为含油污泥热解残渣的资源化利用提供了一条途径。  相似文献

研究了一般海泡石、HCl改性海泡石对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,以及在室温下的吸附动力学,计算了吸附速率常数,绘制了海泡石的吸附等温线,并求得其饱和吸附量.结果表明,室温下酸改性海泡石的吸附速率要快于一般海泡石,各类型海泡石的吸附行为符合 Langmuir 方程.  相似文献

The effect of impregnation of activated carbon with Cr2O and Fe2O3 and promotion by Zn2+ on its adsorptive properties of carbon dioxide was studied using a volumetric adsorption apparatus at ambient temperature and low pressures. Slurry and solution impregnation methods were used to compare CO2 capture capacity of the impregnated activated carbon promoted by Zinc. The obtained adsorption isotherms showed that amount of CO2 adsorbed on the samples impregnated by Cr2O was increased about 20% in compare to raw activated carbon. The results also showed that Fe2O3 was not an effective impregnating species for activated carbon modification. Moreover slurry impregnation method showed higher CO2 adsorption capacity in comparison with solution impregnation method. Samples prepared by co-impregnation of two metal species showed more adsorption capacity than samples impregnated by just one metal species individually. Washing the impregnated samples by metal oxide resulted in 15% increase in CO2 adsorption capacities of activated carbons which can be attributed to the metal oxides removal covering the adsorption surface. Decreasing impregnation temperature from 95 to 25 °C in solution method showed a significant increase in CO2 adsorption capacity. Sips equation was found a suitable model fitting to the adsorption data in the range studied.  相似文献

利用HDTMA改性沸石制成吸附剂,研究对水体中硝酸盐的吸附能力和机理及吸附剂残渣的资源化应用前景。结果表明:HDTMA改性沸石可增强其对硝酸盐的吸附能力。通过红外光谱和差热分析它的吸附机理,表明:改性沸石HZ4吸附有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)分子;吸附剂残渣NHZ4吸附有十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)分子和硝酸盐。盆栽实验结果表明:吸附剂残渣NHZ4能提高玉米生物量,最大增幅为30.4%。  相似文献

以糠醛渣、酚醛树脂和一定的造孔剂为原料制备球形活性炭,考察其碘吸附值和负载金属的性能,结果表明,较好的造孔剂为CMC。同时,通过浸泡方式在活性炭上负载铜、钒以及铜钒复合物,在不同温度下考察各活性炭的脱硫性能,结果表明,负载钒的活性炭在437K下对SO2的转化有明显的催化作用,而铜、钒负载量的适当增加有利于活性炭吸附性能的提高。  相似文献

介绍了近年来国内外浸渍活性炭脱除含硫气体的研究进展。讨论了活性炭表面特性对脱硫的影响,并从改变孔径分布、孔容积,引入杂原子,改变表面pH和增大硫容量等方面进行了探讨。通过浸渍可以改善活性炭的孔径分布和表面化学环境,增大硫容量,提高催化性能和转化效率。目前研究的热点是新的制备活性炭的原料和新浸渍剂,指出目前该领域存在的问题是活性炭再生困难,再生后脱硫能力恢复较少。  相似文献

A combination of biomass treatment, fluidized bed/membrane reactor, and a minimum-suspension fluidized bed reactor is proposed to remove strontium cations from aqueous solutions, such as those generated by nuclear reactors. After conducting a series of screening tests, three adsorbents were selected for their suitability and high adsorptive capacity. The proposed combination uses Chlorella vulgaris in a packed column, followed by the fluidized bed/membrane reactor with bentonite powder in suspension. The membrane is primarily used to retain bentonite powder in the reactor. However, the same can be designed to remove additional amount of contaminant from the aqueous stream. The final separation is carried out in a fluidized bed containing resins that are suspended with minimal airflow. In laboratory scale, a flow rate of 600 ml/h was achieved for 30 min during which period the inlet concentration of 100 mg/l was reduced to 2.5 mg/l at the outlet. Bio-encapsulation with thermophilic bacteria and subsequent separation is proposed at this point in order to reduce the concentration to an even lower level. The proposed separation scheme offers an acceptable solution to removing strontium while minimizing the generation of secondary waste.  相似文献

Porous carbon has been prepared from waste antibiotic material by a chemical activation method using K(2)CO(3) as an activating reagent. Carbon was studied systematically by the adsorption of nitrogen and iodine. It was found that the process parameters such as activation temperature and activation time are crucial for preparing high-quality activated carbon. The proper choice of the preparation conditions allows to produce microporous activated carbon with a micropore volume up to 0.492 cm(3)/g and a BET surface area of 1260 m(2)/g. Adsorption of mercury(II) from an aqueous solution on antibiotic carbon was investigated under the varying conditions of agitation time, metal ion concentration and pH. The adsorption capacity of the carbon is 129 mg/g.  相似文献

Activated carbon was prepared from coconut shell, an agricultural waste, for the removal of phosphorus from synthetic phosphorus‐containing wastewater. The activated carbon obtained from the coconut shell was characterized using Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Batch mode experiments were conducted to study the effects of pH, particle size, adsorbent dosage, and sorption time on the adsorptive potential of the prepared activated carbon. Response surface methodology was employed to study the interactions among the variables and to optimize the process conditions for the maximum removal of phosphorus using the coconut shell–based activated carbon (CNS). The characterization results from the FTIR showed the presence of variety of functional groups, such as ?OH, ?NH, C=O, C?H, C?N, CH3, and CH2, which explains the CNS's improved adsorption behavior on the colloidal particles. A maximum performance of 95.22% was obtained for CNS at the optimum conditions of adsorbent dosage = 1,000 milligrams (local variable), pH 2 (local variable), particle size = 0.2 millimeters (local variable), and sorption time = 4.2 hours (global variable).  相似文献

Anaerobic bioreactors were used to test the effect of the pH of influent on the removal efficiency of heavy metals from acid-rock drainage. Two studies used a near-neutral-pH, metal-laden influent to examine the heavy metal removal efficiency and hydraulic residence time requirements of the reactors. Another study used the more typical low-pH mine drainage influent. Experiments also were done to (i) test the effects of oxygen content of feed water on metal removal and (ii) the adsorptive capacity of the reactor organic substrate. Analysis of the results indicates that bacterial sulfate reduction may be a zero-order kinetic reaction relative to sulfate concentrations used in the experiments, and may be the factor that controls the metal mass removal efficiency in the anaerobic treatment systems. The sorptive capacities of the organic substrate used in the experiments had not been exhausted during the experiments as indicated by the loading rates of removal of metals exceeding the mass production rates of sulfide. Microbial sulfate reduction was less in the reactors receiving low-pH influent during experiments with short residence times. Sulfate-reducing bacteria may have been inhibited by high flows of low-pH water. Dissolved oxygen content of the feed waters had little effect on sulfate reduction and metal removal capacity.  相似文献

以污泥厂剩余活性污泥作为原料,采用KOH为活化剂制备污泥活性炭,探讨了活化温度及时间、热解温度、洗涤温度及方式在污泥活性炭制备过程中的最佳工艺条件。以品红吸附量及产率作为污泥活性炭的考察指标,采用单因素实验筛选出了制备污泥活性炭的最佳工艺条件,并对污泥活性炭脱硫剂的脱硫性能进行了实验研究。实验研究结果显示,烟气中O2、水蒸气含量的多少及脱硫温度的高低会影响污泥活性炭脱硫剂的脱硫性能。  相似文献

This work presents a short review of adsorptive materials proposed and tested for removing phthalates from an aqueous environment. The objective is not to present an exhaustive review of all the types of adsorbents used, but to focus on selected types of "innovative" materials. Examples include modified activated carbon, chitosan and its modifications, β-cyclodextrin, and specific types of biomass, such as activated sludge from a wastewater treatment plant, seaweed and microbial cultures. Data from the literature do not confirm the existence of a broad-spectral adsorbent with high sorption efficiency, low production costs and environmentally friendly manufacture. According to the coefficients of Freundlich's isotherm, the most promising adsorbent of those mentioned in this work appears to be the biomass of activated sludge, or extracellular polysaccharides extracted from it. This material benefits from steady production, is cheap and readily available. Nevertheless, before putting it in practice, the treatment and adaptation of this raw material has to be taken into consideration.  相似文献

This paper reports on photocatalytic and adsorptive treatment of a hazardous xanthene dye, Rohdamine B, in wastewater. The photocatalytic degradation was carried out in the presence of the catalyst TiO(2) and the effects of pH, concentration of the dye, amount of TiO(2), temperature and electron acceptor H(2)O(2) on the degradation process were observed. It was found that photocatalytic degradation by TiO(2) is an effective, economical and faster mode of removing Rohdamine B from aqueous solutions. Attempts were also made to utilize activated carbon and rice husk as potential adsorbents to remove Rhodamine B from wastewater. The adsorption studies were carried out at 40, 50 and 60 degrees C, and the effects of pH, temperature, amount of adsorbents, concentration of adsorbate, etc., on the adsorption were measured. On the basis of adsorption data the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models were also confirmed. The adsorption isotherm constants thus obtained were employed to calculate thermodynamic parameters like Gibb's free energy, change in enthalpy and entropy. In order to observe the quality of wastewater COD measurements were also carried out before and after the treatments. A significant decrease in the COD values was observed, which clearly indicates that both photocatalytic and adsorption methods offer good potential to remove Rhodamine B from industrial effluents.  相似文献

Experiments have been conducted to examine the liquid-phase adsorption of phenol from water by silica gel, HiSiv 3000, activated alumina, activated carbon, Filtrasorb-400, and HiSiv 1000. Experiments were carried out for the analysis of adsorption equilibrium capacities and kinetics. The adsorption isotherm model of the Langmuir-Freundlich type was the best to describe adsorption equilibrium data for phenol for the adsorbents studied. Results of kinetic experiments indicated that HiSiv 1000 had the highest rate of adsorption among the adsorbents studied and therefore more detailed studies were carried out with this adsorbent. The influence of particle size, temperature, and thermal regeneration on adsorption of phenol by HiSiv 1000 was evaluated. From particle size experiments it appeared that adsorption capacity of HiSiv 1000 did not change by changing the particle size, but the rate of adsorption decreased considerably by increasing the particle size. The effect of temperature on adsorption was studied by determining equilibrium isotherms for HiSiv 1000 at 25, 40, and 55 degrees C. The results showed that adsorption capacity decreased with increasing temperature. Thermal regeneration of HiSiv 1000 was performed at 360 degrees C. It was observed that adsorption capacity of HiSiv 1000 did not change after 14 regeneration cycles. Equilibrium experiments showed that the adsorption capacities of activated carbon and Filtrasorb-400 were several times higher than that of HiSiv 1000.  相似文献

为筛选出适合苏州地区深度处理工艺所需的活性炭,对活性炭的吸附性能、生物膜挂膜情况以及出水浑浊度、高锰酸盐指数、TOC、UV254、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮等水质指标进行了考察。结果表明,GAC3和GAC4活性炭在各项性能方面均优于其他活性炭。从价格上考虑,选取GAC4活性炭作为苏州市该水厂深度处理活性炭。活性炭滤池运行3个月后,对其出水进行了106项全分析,所有水质指标均能达到GB 5749-2006的要求。  相似文献

碳税作为削减温室气体排放的有效市场经济政策手段,被全球多个国家推进实施并取得较好减排效果。目前,我国碳排放仍处于高位水平,碳减排行动面临严峻挑战。随着欧盟碳边境调节机制的推进,我国碳减排行动面临的国际形势也日趋复杂。因此,跟踪研究国际碳税政策最新实践进展,为我国实现“双碳”目标做好政策能力储备十分必要。本文系统分析了国际上碳税政策的实践进展与经验,将国际碳税政策实践发展分为初始起步阶段、探索发展阶段和深入拓展阶段,并从税制要素的角度全面总结了国际碳税实践的相关经验。根据国际碳税实践经验和我国的实际发展情况,本文提出了我国开征碳税的基本思路,并提出对使用含碳化石能源的单位或个人征收碳税,将碳税纳入环境保护税中实施统一征管等政策建议。  相似文献

Color removal from dye-containing wastewater by magnesium chloride   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Color removal by MgCl(2) when treating synthetic waste containing pure dyes was studied. The color removal efficiency of MgCl(2)/Ca(OH)(2) was compared with that of Al(2)(SO(4))(3), polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and FeSO(4)/Ca(OH)(2). The mechanism of color removal by MgCl(2) was also investigated. The experimental results show that the color removal efficiency of MgCl(2) is related to the type of dye and depends on the pH of the waste and the dosage of the coagulants used. Treatment of waste containing reactive dye or dispersed dye with MgCl(2) yielded an optimum color removal ratio when the pH of the solution was equal to or above 12.0. For both the reactive and dispersed dye waste, MgCl(2)/Ca(OH)(2) was shown to be superior to MgCl(2)/NaOH, Al(2)(SO(4))(3), PAC and FeSO(4)/Ca(OH)(2) for color removal. A magnesium hydroxide precipitate formed at pH values greater than 12.0, which provided a large adsorptive surface area and a positive electrostatic surface charge, enabling it to remove the dyes through charge neutralization and an adsorptive coagulating mechanism. So, the MgCl(2)/Ca(OH)(2) system is a viable alternative to some of the more conventional forms of chemical treatment, especially for treating actual textile waste with high natural pH.  相似文献

研究了复合金属氧化物(LDO)用于处理垃圾渗滤液中氮的可行性,并与传统吸附剂粉末活性炭(PAC)进行了比较,考察了投加量、振荡速度、吸附时间、吸附温度、pH等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,当垃圾渗滤液中总氮浓度为561mg/L、LDO投加量为6g/L、振荡速度为170r/min、吸附时间为60min、温度为25℃、pH值为11时,LDO对总氮的吸附量最高,达到41mg/g。在相同条件下,LDO对总氮的吸附量是PAC的2.5—3.5倍。  相似文献

Cities are both significant emitters of carbon dioxide and centres of innovations that may contribute to de-carbonizing our societies. More voices claim therefore that local authorities should be included in efforts to mitigate climate change. However, few studies have analysed how local authorities manage carbon and climate in urban areas in middle- and low-income countries. Yet, the institutional settings and governance structures of such cities are different from those prevailing in cities of wealthy countries. This paper aims to fill this gap by exploring: (a) whether and—if so—how local authorities in Mexico City actually 'manage' carbon emissions; (b) how the city's evolving governance structures function and whether they 'fit' with the problem they address; and (c) how institutional capacity constrains authorities' management efforts. The paper suggests that policy networks and research groups have been critical in launching a climate agenda. Nevertheless, this has not been enough to push effective policies. Policymaking has been constrained by two sets of institutional factors: the problem of fit and a lack of institutional capacity.  相似文献
