研究了纳米二氧化硅(Nano-SiO_2)悬浮液对美国大盐湖两性生殖型卤虫(Artemia francisana,GSL)和渤海湾孤雌生殖型卤虫(Artemia parthenogenetica,BH)无节幼体的急性毒性和抗氧化酶系统的影响。研究结果表明,Nano-SiO_2对GSL和BH无节幼体24 h-LC50分别为23.02 mg·m L~(-1)和20.96 mg·m L~(-1),属低级毒性。Nano-SiO_2降低了GSL和BH无节幼体还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,抑制了过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,致丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,表明氧化应激反应是导致Nano-SiO_2对卤虫无节幼体致死的作用机制之一。  相似文献

目的:通过测定早期自然流产(ESA)患者绒毛血管的体视学密度参数,探讨绒毛血管生成状况与ESA发生发展的相关性.方法:选取ESA患者30例作为研究组,分为流产A组和B组,选取同期经B超证实为活胎、要求行人工流产的正常早孕妇女15例作为对照组(正常早孕组).采用体视学方法测定各组绒毛血管的长度密度(Lv)、表面积密度(Sv)和体积密度(Vv).结果:流产A组Lv与正常早孕组比较显著降低(P<0.05),流产A组Sv、Vv与正常早孕组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);流产B组Lv、Sv、Vv与正常早孕组、流产A组比较均显著降低(P<0.05).结论:ESA患者绒毛组织的血管生成异常,绒毛血管生成异常参与了早期自然流产的发生发展过程.  相似文献

为研究Ni、Zn对三疣梭子蟹幼体的毒性,进行了浓度为1/4至8倍渔业水质标准的Ni、Zn(Ni为0.05~0.4mg·L-1;Zn为0.1~0.8mg·L-1)对蟹幼体生长发育的毒性影响试验.1)Ni对蟹幼体生长发育的毒性影响:Ni浓度为1~8倍渔业水质标准时,蟹幼体混合存活率极显著低于对照组(p<0.01).Ni浓度为4倍渔业水质标准时,蟹幼体发育至Z4就全部死亡,8倍仅发育至Z2就全部死亡;4倍以上时,各期幼体存活率和阶段存活率均显著低于对照组(p<0.05或p<0.01).4倍以上时,蟹幼体发育的最短和最长时间及平均时间均显著高于对照组(p<0.05或p<0.01).这说明,进行三疣梭子蟹幼体培育,4倍以上Ni浓度为不适浓度,1~2倍为可行浓度,1/2倍以下为适宜浓度.2)Zn对蟹幼体生长发育的毒性影响结果发现,Zn浓度为8倍渔业水质标准时,蟹幼体混合存活率显著低于对照组(p<0.01),4倍以下时没有显著差异(p>0.05).4倍时蟹幼体仅发育至C1就全部死亡,8倍仅发育至Z2就全部死亡;4~8倍时各期幼体存活率和阶段存活率均极显著低于对照组(p<0.01).2倍以上时,蟹幼体发育的最短时间显著高于对照组(p<0.05);4倍以上时,蟹幼体发育的平均时间显著高于对照组(p<0.05).这说明,进行三疣梭子蟹幼体培育,4倍以上Zn浓度为不适浓度,2倍Zn浓度为可行浓度,1倍以下为适宜浓度.  相似文献

颗石藻Pleurochrysis carterae对卤虫具有显著的致死效应,但其机理尚未明确.P.carterae的细胞生活史中会出现钙化细胞、非钙化细胞以及分枝丝状体的细胞状态.为了探明该种颗石藻对卤虫的致死原因,通过人为干预,分别获取了几种状态的细胞或相关组分,包括:钙化细胞(指钙化单细胞C-cell)、从非钙化单细胞N-cell动态释放的钙化细胞(N-C-cell)、非钙化单细胞(N-cell)、非钙化分枝丝状体(F)、带有机质基板的颗石粒外壳(L)、钙化细胞的冻干藻粉(Ly).以喂养组和饥饿组为对照,比较研究了P.carterae不同细胞状态或组分在作用密度和作用时间上对卤虫(Artemia salina nauplii)无节幼虫的致死效应差异.结果显示:钙化细胞和非钙化单细胞可以对卤虫幼虫产生显著的致死效应,这种致死效应显著差异于饥饿致死效应(p<0.05).致死效应与作用时间及藻密度显著相关,钙化细胞对卤虫的半致死密度为72hLD50=6.16×103cells·mL-1,96hLD50=2.19×103cells·mL-1,高密度时(105、106cells·mL-1)的卤虫半致死时间分别为68.4h和53.3h.非钙化丝状体、颗石粒和冻干藻粉对卤虫的致死效应与饥饿致死效应一致.非钙化丝状体、颗石粒、冻干藻粉以及裸露细胞重新钙化过程均不向水中释放有害物质.颗石藻P.carterae对卤虫的致死效应与卤虫对生活颗石藻单细胞的摄食过程有关.  相似文献

以枝角类为饵料,分两阶段研究了饵料密度对2~30日龄(Days after-hatching,DAH)南方鲶仔稚鱼生长、成活、残食的影响.前期阶段:2~6DAH仔鱼,分为未投饵组和投饵组,投饵组的饵料密度设为250、500、1000、2000个/L;后期阶段:7~30DAH稚鱼,饵料密度设为250、500、1000、2000、4000个/L.结果表明:前期阶段,250个/L饵料密度组仔鱼生长最快,终体重为0.055g;未投饵组的仔鱼残食十分严重,残食率高达60%;500个/L饵料密度组的仔鱼成活率最高,达95.56%.后期阶段,2000个/L饵料密度组稚鱼生长最快,终体重为1.57g;250、500个/L饵料密度组稚鱼的残食较为严重,当饵料密度增加至2000个/L时,残食率下降至10.00%,成活率达到83.33%.随饵料密度的增加,两试验阶段仔稚鱼的特定生长率(Special growth rate,SGR)均呈先增加后降低的趋势,全长变异系数呈下降趋势.综合生长和成活两项指标,2~6DAH仔鱼的适宜饵料密度为500个/L,7~30DAH稚鱼的适宜饵料密度为2000个/L.饵料不足引发的严重残食,是南方鲶苗种成活率低的重要原因.适宜的饵料密度能够有效地控制残食.图2表2参27  相似文献

以Ⅱ-Ⅲ龄卤虫幼体(Artemia salina)为受试生物,开展生物检测试验,研究长江口南支沉积物的毒性效应。生物检测结果表明长江口南支部分站位的沉积物对卤虫幼体已产生毒性效应,其中,2、5、8三站沉积物对卤虫体长和体内SOD酶活性具有显著影响(p〈0.05),1号和2号站沉积物对卤虫体内LDH活性有显著影响(p〈0.05)。对多个毒性效应指标运用因子分析法得到长江口南支各站因子得分F,F值大小可表征各站沉积物对卤虫综合毒性的强弱,各站F值排序为:2号(-1.59)〈5号(-0.76)〈8号(-0.42)〈1号(0.06)〈6号(0.62)〈7号(0.78)〈3号(1.31),2号站沉积物毒性最强,3号站毒性最弱。经逐步回归分析,因子得分F与沉积物中Cu、Cd含量具有显著相关关系(R=0.91,p〈0.05),表明长江口南支沉积物中Cu和Cd是对卤虫产生毒性效应的关键污染物。  相似文献

为初步探讨全氟辛烷磺酸(Perfluorooctane sulfonate,PFOS)的细胞免疫毒性,采用每天1次经口灌胃染毒的方法,研究了PFOS经口重复剂量染毒对C57BL/6小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能和NK细胞活性的影响.选择雄性C57BL/6小鼠40只,随机分为4组.实验组PFOS染毒剂量分别为5、10、20mg·kg-1(bw),对照组给予2%Tween-80.每天1次经口灌胃染毒7d后,制备脾脏T淋巴细胞悬液,以刀豆蛋白A(ConA)和大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)作为刺激源,采用MTT法检测T、B淋巴细胞增殖功能,乳酸脱氢酶释放法检测NK细胞活性.结果表明,10mg·kg-1和20mg·kg-1PFOS染毒组小鼠体重呈明显的下降趋势,且小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数显著低于对照组(p<0.05),而各PFOS染毒组小鼠肝脏指数均显著高于对照组(p<0.05).PFOS各染毒组T淋巴细胞的增殖功能均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);10mg·kg-1和20mg·kg-1PFOS染毒组小鼠NK细胞的活性显著降低(p<0.05).研究结果显示,PFOS暴露可降低小鼠淋巴细胞增殖功能和NK细胞活性,表明PFOS具有免疫抑制效应.  相似文献

7种拟除虫菊酯农药对卤虫的急性毒性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究7种拟除虫菊酯农药对美国大盐湖卤虫(GSL Artemia)的急性毒性效应,挑选18~24 h内孵出的卤虫,继续培养24 h后得到Ⅱ~Ⅲ龄卤虫无节幼体,将其暴露于所设浓度梯度的拟除虫菊酯溶液中进行24 h急性毒性实验,记录卤虫无节幼体在各浓度溶液中的死亡情况,并将所得数据进行Probit分析。结果表明,卤虫对不同拟除虫菊酯的敏感性相差较大。氯菊酯、氯烯炔菊酯、炔咪菊酯、胺菊酯、联苯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯对卤虫的24 h半致死浓度(24 h-LC50)分别为4.68、14.82、18.12、38.21、>100、>100和>100 mg.L-1。因此,在含有卤虫的盐水环境中,应尽量避免使用毒性较高的氯菊酯,而选择使用联苯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯等毒性较低的农药。  相似文献

利用实验生态学方法探讨温度对3种海洋纤毛虫——缩原克鲁虫(Protocruzia contrax)、拉氏游仆虫(Euplotes raikovi)和中华游仆虫(E.sinica)纤毛虫种群增长的影响.纤毛虫采用米粒培养液培养,测定其在4个温度(17℃、22℃、27℃和32℃)下的密度变化,计算种群生态学参数(种群增长率和温度系数).结果显示:1)拉氏游仆虫种群密度在27℃最大(2.73×103 ind/mL),而缩原克鲁虫和中华游仆虫在22℃下最大(分别为1.58×104 ind/mL和8.50×102 ind/mL);2)缩原克鲁虫和中华游仆虫在4种温度下的种群增长率大小顺序均为:32℃组27℃组22℃组17℃组,而中华游仆虫的顺序为:22℃组27℃组32℃组17℃组;3)3种纤毛虫的指数期长度均随培养温度的升高而变短;4)3种纤毛虫的温度系数(Q10)的大小顺序为:中华游仆虫拉氏游仆虫缩原克鲁虫.结果表明,3种纤毛虫具有不同的最适宜的种群增长温度范围,缩原克鲁虫和拉氏游仆虫对高温的耐受范围较宽,在32℃下也能保持较高的种群增长率和密度;中华游仆虫温度范围较窄,在32℃和17℃下均不能进行正常的种群增长.  相似文献

The fate of key species, such as the barnacle Amphibalanus improvisus, in the course of global change is of particular interest since any change in their abundance and/or performance may entail community-wide effects. In the fluctuating Western Baltic, species typically experience a broad range of environmental conditions, which may preselect them to better cope with climate change. In this study, we examined the sensitivity of two crucial ontogenetic phases (naupliar, cypris) of the barnacle toward a range of temperature (12, 20, and 28°C) and salinity (5, 15, and 30 psu) combinations. Under all salinity treatments, nauplii developed faster at intermediate and high temperatures. Cyprid metamorphosis success, in contrast, was interactively impacted by temperature and salinity. Survival of nauplii decreased with increasing salinity under all temperature treatments. Highest settlement rates occurred at the intermediate temperature and salinity combination, i.e., 20°C and 15 psu. Settlement success of “naive” cyprids, i.e., when nauplii were raised in the absence of stress (20°C/15 psu), was less impacted by stressful temperature/salinity combinations than that of cyprids with a stress history. Here, settlement success was highest at 30 psu particularly at low and high temperatures. Surprisingly, larval survival was not highest under the conditions typical for the Kiel Fjord at the season of peak settlement (20°C/15 psu). The proportion of nauplii that ultimately transformed to attached juveniles was, however, highest under these “home” conditions. Overall, only particularly stressful combinations of temperature and salinity substantially reduced larval performance and development. Given more time for adaptation, the relatively smooth climate shifts predicted will probably not dramatically affect this species.  相似文献

The performance of an artificial practical diet, kappacarrageenan microbound diet (C-MBD) was assessed on Penaeus monodon larvae at the SEAFDEC Broodstock and Maturation Experimental Laboratory in March 1986. Shrimps were reared from zoea1 to post-larvae1 using five dietary treatments: (a) natural food — Chaetoceros calicitrans and Artemia salina (b) C-MBD; (c) combination of natural food and C-MBD; (d) commercial diet (microencapsulated, MED); (e) combination of natural food and commercial diet. Results showed slow development with larvae fed the commercial diet. Feeding with C-MBD in combination with natural food resulted in the highest % survival among treatments (69.6), but this was not significantly different (P>0.05) from those obtained with larvae fed natural food alone, C-MBD alone or their combination. While mean values for survival of larvae fed the commercial diet, either alone or in combination, was significantly lower (p<0.05) than all other treatments, their mean growth indices were comparable with larvae fed C-MBD alone or in combination. The low levels of protein, lipid and essentially fatty acids (which are considered important nutrients during larval development) contained in the commercial diet may well justify the results on metamorphosis, survival and growth of the larvae fed this diet. The good performance of C-MBD in this experiment suggests that this kind of diet can be used as partial or total replacement to the traditional algal food.  相似文献

The growth, survival, digestive enzyme activity and biochemical composition ofPenaeus japonicus (Bate) larvae and postlarvae were measured under three feeding regimes. Larvae were reared through the protozoeal stages usingChaetoceros gracilis. From the first mysis stage, three feeding regimes were used; (A)C. gracilis plusArtemia sp. nauplii, (B)Artemia sp. nauplii alone or (C)C. gracilis alone. No significant difference was found in growth, survival, protein content or lipid content of postlarvae from the treatments receiving the single-feed type, despite the low protein (7%) and highly unsaturated fatty acid content of the alga. Growth of larvae receiving the mixed diet was significantly higher than in the other treatments. Trypsin activity was more strongly influenced than amylase activity by dietary treatment, and differences in the ratio of these enzymes between treatments suggest independent control of their secretion. Trypsin activity recorded in larvae feeding onC. gracilis was up to six time higher than in larvae feeding onArtemia sp. nauplii, apparently in response to the low protein content of the alga. Larvae receiving the mixed diet exhibited an intermediate level of trypsin activity; it is suggested that the ingestion of algae is necessary for optimal assimilation of the zooplankton component of the diet.  相似文献

Cryptic meiofauna populated the imbricate, shell-sediment matrix of the tube-caps produced by the polychaete Diopatra cuprea (Bose) in Tampa Bay, Florida, USA. Nematodes, copepods (adults and nauplii), polychaetes (adults and juveniles) and amphipods (adults and juveniles) were the most abundant taxa found on tube-caps. Meiofaunal densities on tube-caps were 4 to 19 times higher than equivalent volumes of sediment in cores taken adjacent to D. cuprea tubes. Recruitment onto tube structure occurred within 1 to 2 d after defaunated tube-caps were replanted into sediments in the field (February–November 1980). Repopulation of copepods (adults and nauplii) attained levels equal to or exceeding natural abundances on tube caps within 1 to 5 d; nematode recovery rates were inconsistent. Short-term experiments using a variety of defaunated tube treatments indicated that immigration onto above-sediment tube-caps proceeds via both water column and sediment pathways. Based on data on tube-cap longevity and construction as well as meiofaunal recruitment rates, we conclude that the generation of new tube-cap structure is exploited rapidly by meiofauna.  相似文献

We examined the effects of enhanced UV-B radiation (relative to ambient) on marine trophic levels inhabiting a stratified coastal ecosystem, using living models (13 000 liter marine enclosures) of a temperate estuarine water column. The experiment was carried out in June and July 1994 on a plankton community drawn from lower Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, USA. The effects of altered UV-B radiation (elevated 50% over ambient, tenfold DNA-weighted) on three trophic strata: the primary producers (photosynthetic algae), primary herbivores (copepods), and fish eggs and larvae (Anchoa mitchilli Cuvier and Valenciennes) were examined. The goal was to determine if UV-B–induced alterations at the base of the food chain had impacts on other elements of the trophic web. Phytoplankton abundance (P=0.02) and biomass (P=0.007) were significantly reduced in UV-B–enhanced treatments, above but not below the thermocline (2.25 m), during the second week of the study. Copepod nauplii were significantly less abundant in UV-B–enhanced mesocosms than in control treatments during the third and fourth weeks of the study (P=0.01). A portion of the impact on nauplii may be a result of alterations at the base of the food web. The greater mortality of nauplii in UV-B–enhanced systems did not translate to reduced abundance of copepodite (P=0.83) or adult (P=0.29) copepods. No significant effects were observed for microzooplankton (P=0.15). Neither the mortality rates nor the growth rates of larval anchovy were significantly affected by the experimental increase in UV-B (P>0.05). Despite the tenfold increase in biologically damaging UV-B, effects were not seen at higher trophic levels, most likely because of the rapid extinction of UV-B in the highly colored coastal water. The dependency of in situ weight-specific fecundity of adult females (as egg production) and growth of juveniles (as somatic production) upon individual body weight in marine planktonic copepods was examined. A compilation was made of results where wild-caught individuals were incubated in natural seawater (often pre-screened to remove large organisms), at near in situ temperatures, over short periods of the order of 24 h. The results demonstrate that for the adult broadcast-spawning group weight-specific fecundity rates are dependent upon body weight, but independent of temperature. We postulate this may be the result of global patterns in available phytoplankton. Weight-specific growth rates are dependent upon individual temperature and body weight in juvenile broadcast-spawners, with rates declining as body weight increases. Sac-spawners have growth/fecundity rates that are independent of body weight in adults, juveniles, and both combined, but which are temperature-dependent. Globally applicable equations are derived which may be used to predict growth and production of marine copepods using easily quantifiable parameters, namely size-distributed biomass and temperature. Some of the variability in growth which remained unaccounted for is the result of variations in food quantity and quality in the natural environment. Comparisons of the rates compiled here over the temperature range 10 to 20 °C with previously compiled food-saturated rates over the same temperature interval, revealed that in situ rates are typically sub-optimal. Adults appear to be more food-limited than juveniles, adult rates in situ being 32 and 40% of those under food saturation in broadcasters and sac-spawners, respectively, while juvenile in situ rates are on average ∼70% of those at food saturation in both broadcasters and sac-spawners. Bay anchovy (Anchoa mitchilli) eggs were stocked at densities from 0.5 to 32.0 l-1 and larvae were fed on wild plankton (copepod nauplii) in concentrations that ranged from 50 to 5000 prey l-1. Lined sole (Achirus lineatus) eggs were stocked at 0.5 to 16.0 l-1 and larvae were fed wild plankton at concentrations from 50 to 1000 prey l-1. Some larvae of each species survived at all stock and food levels to the transformation stage at 16 days after hatching. Survival rates for both species exceeded 40% when food concentration was 1000 l-1 or higher. Growth and dry weight yields also increased significantly at the higher food concentrations. Effects of initial stocking density were not well defined, but both survival and growth decreased at the highest stocking rates. Standardized culture of bay anchovy and lined sole larvae can be based on a food concentration of 1000 copepod nauplii l-1 to routinely produce healthy larvae.  相似文献

The feeding of juveniles and adults of the copepods Eucalanus pileatus, Temora stylifera and T. turbinata fed a mixture of the phytoplankton Skeletonema costatum, Leptocylindrus danicus and Rhizosolenia alata f. indica was studied at 20°C. E. pileatus nauplii, copepodids and adult females ingest similar percentages of the 3 algae in terms of carbon. Temora juveniles younger than CII ingest mainly S. costatum; at more advanced developmental stages, the ingestion rate on S. costatum remains constant whereas feeding on L. danicus and R. alata f. indica increases with increasing body weight. Feeding on high concentrations of large particles reduces the grazing pressure on small particles, thus favoring zooplankton which require small-sized food.  相似文献
