粤西热带是我国三大热带区域之一,是热带经济作物、水果和蔗糖生产的重要基地。本文分析了该区的气候资源及其主要气象灾害,结果表明该区光热资源丰富,适宜发展多种热带亚热带经济作物;水、热配合状况好,降水的有效性较高;但台风风害和低温冷害也较严重。为了充分利用气候资源,可将全区划分为北部多雨轻风区、西部多雨大风区、东部偏旱温暖区和南部干热大风区,并论述了各区农业气候资源开发利用情况。  相似文献

对龙门山成都段平原和中低山区旅游舒适气候进行了分析和评价,旨在为合理开发利用龙门山旅游气候资源,为旅游者选择最佳旅游季节提供依据。结果表明,该区为一类生态旅游圈,平原及低山区平均每年舒适天数在180d以上;平原和中山区旅游舒适气候有显著差异,适宜旅游期平原比中山区长2—3个月;最佳旅游期中山区比平原长1个月左右,最佳旅游期平原出现在春秋季,而中山区集中在5—10月。  相似文献

四川盆地自发地、零星种植再生稻已有一千多年的历史,但由于社会生产水平等因素的制约,产量不高不稳,一直未形成一种耕作制度。近年来,由于人口增加和耕地减少的矛盾日益突出,人们对粮食的需求不断增加,加上再生力较强的水稻品种、温室育秧等新技术的出现及农业生产条件的改善,为再生稻的发展创造了条件。1988年我省再生稻种植面积达到了424万亩,亩产83kg,对增加粮食产量起到了积极的作用。因  相似文献

利用成都市双流县1971-2000年逐日气象资料,通过年、月、旬、日人体舒适指数计算,对双流县乡村旅游气候资源进行了统计分析和评价.研究表明,双流县4月、5月、9月和10月是最舒适的月份,平均每年舒适天数有232d,属第一类生态旅游圈,气候条件非常适宜乡村旅游开发.它为地方政府充分利用旅游资源,大力发展乡村旅游提供了气象支撑.  相似文献

为了充分开发利用和保护张家界的气候资源,我们采用长期定点和短期定位相结合的方法,观测研究了张家界的气候和森林小气候特征。研究证明,张家界具有亚热带湿润季风气候区的山地气候特征,森林小气候舒适宜人,旅游气候资源和农业气候资源丰富,应大力发展旅游业和林业;保护森林植被是保护张家界气候资源的关键。  相似文献

生态文明产权制度是生态文明制度体系建设的根基。生态文明产权制度可划分为自然资源产权制度、环境资源产权制度和气候资源产权制度三大类别。自然资源产权制度包含水权、林权、矿权、渔权和能权,环境资源产权制度包含排污权和生态权,气候资源产权制度包含碳排污权和碳汇。在大国责任的国际背景下,生态文明产权可用总量控制是硬性约束,必须以自然、环境和气候资源的产权总量控制为前提,确保全国总体生态水平在可预见的时间达到可控制的范围之内。有效地推进自然、环境和气候资源的初始产权界定,运用生态文明产权价格机制促进生态文明产权交易,并运用生态文明产权保护制度确保初始产权界定、产权交易机制和产权价格机制的顺利推进和开展。形成以产权总量控制为前提,以初始产权的界定和分配为基础,以产权交易机制为手段,以产权价格机制为核心,以产权保护制度为保障生态文明产权制度框架。  相似文献

报道了贵州木本然油植物掌叶木资源量、种实产量和果实性状。首次对掌叶木的果皮和种子中的粗脂肪含量、脂肪酸组成及含量进行了分析。掌叶木是一个适宜综合开发利用的多用途树种,现有种子可满足贵州适宜地区发展掌叶木能源林的基本需要。通过遗传改良,提高掌叶木果实产量,选育丰产稳产高效的掌叶木家系或无性系良种,是今后掌叶木生物柴油产业化研发的关键。  相似文献

本文在分析乌头和附子的生态要求及其主要分布产区的气候环境的基础上,根据模糊集合论(Fuzzy sets)分别建立乌头和附子5个生态气候要素的隶属函数模型,以50个市(县)气象台(站)为代表,综合评价了四川省乌头和附子产地气候条件的生态适宜性;根据综合评判结果,分别将四川划分为3个乌头不同适宜区和4个附子不同适宜区。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: An irrigation model based on a modified Thornthwaite water balance was used to simulate the effects of various hypothetical climatic changes on annual irrigation demand in a humidtemperate climate. The climatic-change scenarios consisted of combinations of changes in temperature, precipitation, and stomatal resistance of plants to transpiration. The objectives were to (1) examine the effects of long-term changes in these components of climatic change on annual irrigation demand, and (2) identify which of these factors would cause the largest changes in annual irrigation demand. Hypothetical climatic changes that only included increases in temperature and changes in precipitation resulted in increased annual irrigation demand, even with a 20 percent increase in precipitation. The model results showed that, for the ranges of changes in temperature and precipitation used in this study, changes in irrigation demand were more sensitive to changes in temperature than to changes in precipitation. Model results also indicated that increased stomatal resistance to transpiration counteracted the effects of increases in temperature and decreases in precipitation on irrigation demand. Changes in irrigation demand were even more sensitive to changes in stomatal resistance than to changes in temperature. A large amount of uncertainty is associated with predictions of future climatic conditions; however, uncertainty associated with natural climatic variability may be larger and may mask the effects of climatic change on irrigation demand.  相似文献

In Africa, climatic variations, as typified by widespread rainfall fluctuations, are a prominent feature of the climate of the continent. The effects of these climatic variations are multifarious and affect the environmental, economic and social well-being of the societies concerned. This is particularly so since the majority of the people depend on rain supported agricultural production for their sustenance and livelihood. Any short-fall in the amount, frequency and manner of occurrence of the rains received, tends to reflect on the people's spatial behaviour, particularly as migration in trying to make up for the impact of the deficit. This paper describes the nature of climatic variations over the continent and highlights the extent to which climatic variations play a significant role in population movement and the health of peoples as documented in studies carried out in different parts of the region. An awareness of the implications of climatic variations as reviewed in this work suggests the need for better monitoring systems to measure the impacts of climatic variations. This will provide governments and all stakeholders with a proper perspective of the vagaries of climate and enhance the development of suitable policies to mitigate and alleviate the impact on the general populace of the affected areas. This is especially important in the face of changing world climate and its antecedant effects which are especially felt in developing societies.  相似文献

This paper analyses the recent climatic evolution in the Sahel, and more particularly in Burkina Faso (formerly Upper Volta). For this evolution, three stages can be recognized which go from a humid phase before 1950 to a dry phase after 1965. The main evidence of this evolution is the steady decrease in the number of rains exceeding 40 mm and the relative increase in the number of annual rains.
It is suggested that rainfall of less than 20 mm constitutes the stable component of the rainfall. An analysis of the data available does not indicate an improvement in climatic conditions in the near future.  相似文献

Managers and conservationists often need to prioritize which impacts from climate change to deal with from a long list of threats. However, data which allows comparison of the relative impact from climatic threats for decision-making is often unavailable. This is the case for the management of sea turtles in the face of climate change. The terrestrial life stages of sea turtles can be negatively impacted by various climatic processes, such as sea level rise, altered cyclonic activity, and increased sand temperatures. However, no study has systematically investigated the relative impact of each of these climatic processes, making it challenging for managers to prioritize their decisions and resources. To address this we offer a systematic method for eliciting expert knowledge to estimate the relative impact of climatic processes on sea turtles’ terrestrial reproductive phase. For this we used as an example the world’s largest population of green sea turtles and asked 22 scientists and managers to answer a paper based survey with a series of pair-wise comparison matrices that compared the anticipated impacts from each climatic process. Both scientists and managers agreed that increased sand temperature will likely cause the most threat to the reproductive output of the nGBR green turtle population followed by sea level rise, then altered cyclonic activity. The methodology used proved useful to determine the relative impact of the selected climatic processes on sea turtles’ reproductive output and provided valuable information for decision-making. Thus, the methodological approach can potentially be applied to other species and ecosystems of management concern.  相似文献

运用遥感手段进行气候资源普查和生态气候类型的划分,是现代应用气候的一种新的研究方法,也是遥感技术应用的一个新领域。研究实践证明,遥感技术对于下垫面气候研究具有独特的功能,特别是对地方气候分析提供了新的内容和手段。本文以内蒙古兴安盟科右中旗和突泉县为列,对气候遥感解译法进行初步分析和概述,以促进该研究法在区域气候研究中更广泛地推广和应用。  相似文献
