不同肥力红壤有机无机复合状况及氮素形态分布的研究结果表明,土壤肥力水平提高,有机无机复合量增大.复合量与土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷和CEC呈显著或极显著正相关,与速效钾、缓效钾的相关性不显著;复合度与上述肥力性状的相关性均不显著.因此,可以用复合量来评价肥力状况.红壤酸解性氮占全氮77%-86%;在酸解性氮中,各组分氮所占比例为氨基酸态氮>酸解氨态氮>酸解未鉴别态氮>氨基糖态氮.氨基酸态氮占酸解性氮的比率为高肥力红壤大于低肥力红壤,且与土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷里显著正相关,也可作为衡量土壤肥力状况的指标之一.  相似文献

秸秆还田对农田周年地表径流氮、磷、钾流失的影响   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
2009—2010年在大田试验条件下,小麦季和水稻季分别以扬麦16和运2645为供试材料,两季均设置常规处理(A)、秸秆还田(B)、秸秆还田减肥(C)、肥料运筹(D)和少免耕(E)5个处理组合。研究不同处理对稻麦两熟制农田周年地表径流氮、磷、钾流失的影响。结果表明:(1)稻麦两季农田共发生地表径流20次,总地表径流水量为6.4×106kg·hm-2;(2)秸秆还田能够显著降低稻麦两熟制农田周年地表径流氮、磷、钾流失量,不同处理周年地表径流总氮和钾的流失量由高到低均依次为少免耕、常规处理、肥料运筹、秸秆还田和秸秆还田减肥,不同处理周年地表径流总磷流失量由高到低依次为少免耕、肥料运筹、常规处理、秸秆还田和秸秆还田减肥,秸秆还田使稻麦两熟制农田地表径流氮、磷、钾流失量分别比常规处理下降7.7%、8.0%、6.8%;(3)水稻季农田地表径流总氮、总磷、钾流失量分别占稻麦两熟制周年总氮、总磷、钾流失量的61.5%、44.0%、73.3%;(4)秸秆还田使稻麦两熟制农田周年地表径流氮、磷、钾流失率显著降低;(5)秸秆还田使水稻成熟期土壤速效养分质量分数显著提高;(6)秸秆还田使稻麦两熟制农田周年作物产量比常规处理略有增加。  相似文献

官厅流域农田地表径流磷流失初探   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
农田径流和侵蚀泥沙是磷进入官厅水库的主要非点污染源。针对该流域夏季农田暴雨径流发生的典型情景进行模拟降雨径流试验,对该流域农田地表径流泥沙和磷流失进行了初步的研究,结果表明,本降雨过程径流累积泥沙产量为30.5l~2493.34g/m^2,受雨强、坡度和作物覆盖的影响明显;径流溶解态磷(DP)中绝大部分是生物可利用性磷(DRP),径流平均DP、DRP浓度都远大于水体允许临界值0.02mg/L,对官厅水体存在直接污染危害。径流累积全磷(TP)流失达O.0439~2.0798g/m^2;估算的流域农田径流全磷(TP)流失水平达2.67kg/(hm^2.a)以上,其颗粒态占969,0以上,可能成为官厅水库浮游生物长期丰富的潜在可利用磷源。降低农田土壤速效磷水平、减少水土侵蚀,是控制库区水华季节性发生和复原库区水体富营养化状态的关键。  相似文献

为探讨不同钾效率基因型香蕉根际钾营养与根系特性,在水培和低钾土培条件下,分析了不同钾效率(高效基因型包括广粉、牛角蕉2个品种,低效基因型包括天宝蕉和黎母山野生蕉2个品种)基因型香蕉(Musa spp.)根际与非根际土壤的速效钾、缓效钾与全钾质量分数的变化,以及根系主要分泌物、根际微生物数量、根系CEC和根系H~+分泌量的变化。结果显示,香蕉根际土壤的缓效钾和速效钾质量分数明显高于非根际土,并且于根际形成了钾的相对富集区域,4个品种香蕉的根际土的速效钾和缓效钾质量分数是非根际土壤的1.9~3.9倍。在根际钾的富集能力方面,钾高效基因型显著高于低效基因型,钾高效基因型根际土壤的速效钾和缓效钾质量分数均比低效基因型高出27.35%以上。但是,香蕉非根际土壤的全钾质量分数却高于根际土壤。钾高效型香蕉的根系分泌能力和根际微生物数量都显著高于低效基因型,钾高效基因型根系游离氨基酸与可溶性糖的分泌量与低效基因型相差0.62~2.09倍;真菌、细菌和放线菌的数量方面,高效基因型均与低效基因型相差1倍以上,但基因型内各品种间差异却不显著。钾高效基因型根系H~+分泌量与根系CEC显著高于低效基因型,H~+分泌量前者是后者的1.57~1.82倍,根系CEC前者是后者的1.69~2.57倍。根系H~+分泌量、根系CEC与植株含钾量之间呈显著正相关;根际土速效钾和缓效钾分别与根际微生物数量、根系CEC、根系氢质子分泌量、各根系分泌物指标呈显著正相关关系,相关系数达0.95以上。  相似文献

土壤侵蚀是中国南方多雨区面临的一个重大环境问题,研究不同降雨条件下红壤坡面的水动力特性,对于认识红壤侵蚀过程具有重要的意义。采用室内人工模拟降雨试验,研究了不同雨强(60、90、120、180、270 mm·h-1)和不同坡度(5°、10°、15°、20°、25°)条件下红壤坡面的侵蚀特征,分析测定了侵蚀过程中的流速、水深及单宽流量,探讨它们随雨强及坡度的变化规律。结果表明,相同雨强下沿程流速随着坡度增大而呈增大的趋势,坡度为20°的流速大于另外3种坡度(10°、15°和25°)的流速;随着雨强的增加,坡面流平均水深不断增大。不同雨强条件下,坡度为10°的坡面径流平均水深相对较大,而在中大雨强下,当坡度为20°和25°时平均水深均处于较低水平;在同一坡度下,坡面单宽流量随着雨强增大而增大,两者呈现较好的线性关系,决定系数均大于0.91;随着坡度的增加,单宽流量在10°和20°附近分别出现先增加后减少的变化趋势,坡度对单宽流量影响存在临界坡度,其变化值在10°附近。试验结果揭示了试验槽内红壤坡面侵蚀过程中雨强、坡度与水动力特性的关系。  相似文献

香溪河流域坡耕地人工降雨条件下土壤氮素流失特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用人工模拟降雨条件下径流小区原位监测试验方法,对香溪河流域高风险输出源类黄棕壤坡耕地氮素随不同径流形式和泥沙的流失特征进行研究.结果显示,地表径流和壤中流的径流特征存在明显差异,次暴雨径流过程中,地表径流量约占总径流的68.44%,壤中流为31.56%.总氮、溶解态氮、NO3--N和NH4+-N的径流流失量分别为1.869、1.524、1.404和0.018kg·hm-2,壤中流流失总氮、溶解态氮、NO3--N的贡献率均在70%以上;地表径流氮素流失以颗粒态为主,壤中流以溶解态为主.次暴雨径流过程中氮素总流失量为2.90kg· hm-2,其中地表径流水相氮素流失量占14.56%,泥沙吸附态流失量占35.51%,壤中流流失量占49.93%.提高土壤的保肥蓄水能力,控制壤中流养分流失,对非点源污染控制具有重要作用.  相似文献

为提高植物氮磷钾利用能力,采用盆栽试验研究了不同土壤水分条件下添加硅对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)茎叶和土壤氮、磷、钾含量的影响.结果表明,土壤含水量为饱和含水量的35%和80%时添加硅对紫花苜蓿生物量没有明显影响,而土壤含水量为饱和含水量的50%和65%时则显著提高了紫花苜蓿生物量(P<0.05);添加硅对紫花苜蓿茎叶内氮含量没有显著影响,但显著提高了茎叶内钾和磷含量(P<0.05);添加硅对土壤全氮、速效氮、全钾和全磷含量没有显著影响,而显著提高了土壤速效磷含量(P<0.05),显著降低了土壤速效钾含量(P<0.05).说明添加硅能够显著增加紫花苜蓿茎叶内磷和钾的积累量,刺激土壤速效磷释放,降低土壤速效钾含量.  相似文献

23年定位施肥试验的结果表明,不施肥和单施氮肥的土壤,其有效磷质量分数迅速下降,前3年比播前降低约50%,自第7年开始比播前降低2/3左右,降至4-5μg/g之后处于稳定状态。土壤全磷质量分数始终保持在0.40-0.50g/kg的水平,有机磷略有增加。施有机肥以及有机肥与氮肥配施的土壤,其有效磷和有机磷质量分数增加显著。单施氮肥的土壤,其速效钾、缓效钾质量分数均降低,全钾质量分数变化不明显。在每年每公顷单施含钾150.0kg、300.0kg的有机肥或与138kg、276kg氮素配施的土壤中,以单施含钾300.0kg的有机肥的土壤的钾素盈余量最多,并随配施氮量的增加而盈余量减少。试验23年后的土壤,其钾素盈余量与土壤速效钾、缓效钾质量分数均有极显著的相关性,而与全钾质量分数的相关性小大。  相似文献

探讨了云南元谋干热河谷区土壤侵蚀对土壤肥力性质的影响.研究表明,土壤侵蚀使土壤中全氮、全磷、全钾以及碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾等养分淋失;同时,有机质含量减少,土壤有机无机复合量降低,松结态腐殖质减少.A/C值下降;土壤中的过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶等活性也因侵蚀而降低.土壤侵蚀越强烈,土壤肥力退化愈严重.  相似文献

本文研究了浙江省萧山市山一村农业生态系统中农田、山地和水域3个子系统的氮、磷、钾养分循环。结果表明:该村土壤有机质含量属较高水平,无机氮肥施用量偏大,流失量也较大,磷的总投入量远低于总输出量,钾的输入量也偏低;水体属富营养型,鱼的生长系数仅2.96。  相似文献

针对近年来北方一些城市大气污染严重并导致部分月份出现酸雨,及酸雨对主要营养元素产生影响的实际情况,通过模拟pH=5.6的酸雨的淋溶实验,对土壤营养元素迁移转化规律作了较深入的研究。结果表明,土壤中硝态氮质量分数随土壤深度的增加而呈下降的趋势;土壤中速效磷、速效钾对酸雨不敏感;拟合出在土壤表层(<5 cm)、10 cm、20 cm、30 cm的不同深度,硝态氮随时间变化的迁移规律方程。  相似文献

取广东省花生主产区5种代表性土壤,在连续栽种的情况下,研究土壤pH和质地对花生植株硼的积累及土壤有效硼变化的影响。结果表明,随着栽种次数的增加,土壤pH值呈显著上升趋势,而花生植株的硼积累量则呈显著下降趋势,二者表现出极显著负相关。土壤质地明显影响植株硼的积累量,不同粒级的土壤颗粒对花生各茬硼积累量的影响存在差异。土壤pH值和土壤有效硼的相关不显著,而质地与土壤有效硼表现正相关,并达到极显著水平。  相似文献

The Hekou-Longmen reach, together with local floods, is the main source area for coarse sedimentations into the Yellow River. When total rainfall slightly increased in the area, discharge dramatically decreased by 40%–70% after the year of 2000, and attracting extensive attention in the context of global climate change. High temporal resolution precipitation (timescales between 1 and 4 h) data from the June to September period from 270 rain gauges over the past three decades was mined in order to help explain the phenomenon. Each rainfall event was classified as light/moderate rain, large rain, heavy rain or rainstorm by the event’s rainfall amount, and further classified as low intensity rain, medium intensity rain and high intensity rain by the event’s rainfall intensity. The Mann-Kendall trend test was applied to detect the presence and significance of monotonic trends, and to find the change points in the mean and variance of the precipitation characteristics series, including the amount, intensity, frequency and duration of each rainfall category. Results show that although the total amount of precipitation has slightly increased, the average rainfall intensity has significantly decreased. The larger change happened in light/moderate rain events and low/medium intensity rain events, and the intensity changes have a great extent occurred around the threshold of Non-Runoff Rainfall regime, which was proposed for the approximate calculation of initial losses. Changes in rainfall distribution between different classes of the Runoff Rainfall regime in the 2000s could lead to 0.9 mm less runoff depth (17.3% of the total reduction) than the 1980–1999 period. The study indicates that changes in hourly precipitation may be responsible for the sharp reduction of discharge.  相似文献

Two-year old Tinca tinca L. (previously acclimated for at least 3 weeks to defined temperatures) were subjected to slow (24 h) and fast (2 h) temperature changes from 13.5° to 26°C (observational period 504 h) and from 6° to 16°C and vice versa (observational period 288 h). Effects on coefficient of condition, Na, K, Ca and Cl content of plasma, H2O, Na and K content of muscle and liver, and rates of movements of gill-covers, when the temperature rose to 26°C, were recorded. After temperature change from 13.5° to 26°C, sharp increases occur in the amount of K and Cl in the blood plasma, of H2O in the liver and, if the temperature rise is effected quickly, of muscle H2O content. Substantial reductions were recorded in coefficient of condition and K content of the liver. With a fast rise in temperature, liver Na content decreases sharply at first, but rises again later. After temperature change from 6° to 16°C, Ca increase in blood plasma and (if the temperature is raised slowly), decline in muscle Na content are considerable; drop of liver H2O content is less marked. If the temperature change is effected rapidly, then liver Na content and plasma K diminish initially and, thereafter, rise sharply. In the case of quick temperature change from 16° to 6°C, particularly frequent and marked changes in ion and water contents occur; in most cases adjustment is not complete after 288 h, and the observed variations are often clearly different from those observed in the case of slow temperature change. If temperature is lowered rapidly, the amounts of Na and K in muscle and liver fall and the amount of H2O increases. There is a considerable loss of Na and Cl contents and, after rapid temperature change, also in plasmatic K and Ca contents. The responses of fishes acclimated to 6° and 16°C are compared; at 16°C the coefficient of condition and plasmatic Na, K and Cl contents decrease, and H2O, Na and K contents of the liver increase. The amount of K in the plasma and of H2O, Na and K in the muscle remains unchanged. The stress effect upon ion and water contents during transfer to 6°C is significantly greater during fast than during slow temperature change. The problem of proper differentiation between biological consequences of stress and adaptation phenomena is discussed. Complete adaptation was frequently not attained during the course of our experiments, especially not at low temperatures.  相似文献

用一次平衡法研究了CrO4^2-对两种可变电荷土壤吸附钾的影响,用火焰光度法测定平衡溶液中的钾,根据差减法计算土壤对钾的吸附量。结果表明,加入铬酸根能增加土壤对钾的吸附量。铬酸根对钾吸附的影响程度与土壤游离氧化铁含量和土壤对铬酸根的吸附量的大小有关。砖红壤游离氧化铁含量高于红壤,它对铬酸根的吸附量也大于红壤,因此,铬酸根对砖红壤吸附钾的影响程度大于红壤。CrO4^2-主要通过自身的吸附增加土壤的表面净负电荷,并从而增加土壤对钾的吸附量。  相似文献

薇甘菊是入侵性杂草,已在我国华南地区及云南部分地区造成严重危害。我国华南地区同时也是强酸雨分布区域。采用不同pH值的模拟酸雨对薇甘菊种子及幼苗进行处理,测定其对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。测定了不同pH值下薇甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧阴离子产生速率、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性。结果表明,薇甘菊种子具有较强的耐酸能力,pH≥3.5时均能正常萌发,pH≤3.0时不能萌发。不同pH值模拟酸雨对薇甘菊幼苗叶绿素含量影响不显著。随着模拟酸雨pH值下降,超氧阴离子产生速率上升,丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性呈先上升后下降。pH3.5时,丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性均达最大值;pH4.0时超氧化物歧化酶活性达最大值。结果表明薇甘菊对华南地区酸雨胁迫表现出适应。  相似文献

This study addressed the integrated effect of slope aspect and land use on soil nutrients in a loess hilly catchment in the western Loess Plateau of China. Soil samples were collected from five land-use types: wasteland, cropland, woodland, shrubland and abandoned cropland, at two depths (0–20 and 20–40 cm) in the middle slope position of both north-facing and south-facing slopes. Soil nutrient changes and the relationships between soil nutrients and slope aspect were investigated, based on statistical analysis and expert knowledge. Soil organic matter, total N, total P, nitrate nitrogen and available K of the 0–20 cm soil layer differed significantly between land uses and slope aspects. Soil nutrients in the north-facing slope were better than in the south-facing slope. Revegetation has an enrichment effect, especially on soil organic matter, total N, total P, nitrate nitrogen and available K. Planting of trees, shrubs and grasses could improve soil fertility and favours a policy of revegetation and sustainable land use in the hilly loess area of China. Conversion of slope farmlands into more sustainable land uses, such as shrubland or grassland is a cost-efficient way to achieve soil conservation and ecological restoration. Terracing and the use of agro-techniques for soil conservation, such as furrow-ridging tillage and leaving crop residues on fields, can increase the input of C to soils. Growing crops in rotation with alfalfa and beans could be a promising choice for the sustainability of agriculture and the environment.  相似文献

通过25年的长期定位试验研究不同的施肥方式对土壤有效磷与速效钾质量分数及水稻产量的影响。研究结果表明:有机肥配合施用氮、磷、钾肥能够大大提高土壤耕层有效磷的质量分数,施肥主要影响土壤耕层有效磷的质量分数,对其它土层影响不明显。有机肥配合施用氮、磷、钾肥能够提高土壤耕层速效钾的质量分数,对20~40 cm土层土壤速效钾质量分数也有提高作用。化肥配合有机肥施用稻谷的产量高于单施化肥或单施有机肥,单施化肥或单施有机肥稻谷的产量高于不施肥的对照。因此,为了提高土壤肥力与作物产量,最好的培肥方式是有机肥配施氮磷钾肥。  相似文献
