有机材料主要经受光老化、盐雾、温湿度变化等环境影响,本文设计了一种光老化-盐雾复合试验方法,该方法将光老化和盐雾环境综合/组合在一起,体现了自然界中太阳光的光照和暗周期交替、盐雾的干湿交替、温度变化和湿度变化,更接近自然环境的真实情况。本文对8种有机涂层样品,分别进行了光老化-盐雾复合试验、GIB 150.7A试验、GB/T 16422.2试验和西沙永兴岛自然大气暴露试验,定量分析比较了这些方法的相关性与加速性,试验结果表明本文设计的光老化-盐雾复合试验优于GB/T 16422.2试验和GIB 150.7A试验,更适用于南海热带海洋环境。 相似文献

ABSTRACT The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, has been called a revolutionary piece of legislation. It has changed, and is still changing the traditional ways of governmental decision-making. NEPA has strongly influenced the field of water resources management. An environmental statement can now be seen not as a document to support or justify a plan, but an objective assessment of what environmental costs and benefits are involved. New York State has seized upon NEPA as an important feature of its environmental quality management programs and has used the opportunity to comment upon draft environmental statements under NEPA to increase its influences upon Federal decision-making. The Department of Environmental Conservation coordinates and synthesizes all comments and provides one unified State response on a statement. At the State level, lacking a comprehensive “little NEPA”, an extensive environmental analysis program has been built by utilizing a wide spectrum of Federal and State Laws and administrative regulations. 相似文献

Methods for involving the public in natural resource management are changing as agencies adjust to an increasingly turbulent
social and political environment. There is growing interest among managers and scholars in collaborative approaches to public
involvement. Collaboration is conceptually defined and elaborated using examples from the natural resource management field.
This paper then examines how collaboration theory from the organizational behavior field can help environmental managers to
better understand those factors that facilitate and inhibit collaborative solutions to resource problems. A process-oriented
model is presented that proposes that collaboration emerges out of an environmental context and then proceeds sequentially
through a problem-setting, direction-setting, and structuring phase. Factors constraining collaboration are also specified,
including organizational culture and power differentials. Designs for managing collaboration are identified, which include
appreciative planning, joint agreements, dialogues, and negotiated settlements. Environmental managers need new skills to
manage collaboration within a dynamic social and political environment. Further research is needed to test the propositions

The leaching of surface-applied herbicides, such as dicamba (2methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid), to ground water is an environmental concern. Seasonal changes in soil temperature and water content, affecting infiltration and biodegradation, may control leaching. The objectives of this study were to (i) investigate the leaching of dicamba applied to turfgrass, (ii) measure the degradation rate of dicamba in soil and thatch in the laboratory under simulated field conditions, and (iii) test the ability of the model EXPRES (containing LEACHM) to simulate the field transport and degradation processes. Four field lysimeters, packed with sandy loam soil and topped with Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) sod, were monitored after receiving three applications (May, September, November) of dicamba. Concentrations of dicamba greater than 1 mg L(-1) were detected in soil water. Although drying of the soil during the summer prevented deep transport, greater leaching occurred in late autumn due to increased infiltration. From the batch experiment, the degradation rate for dicamba in thatch was 5.9 to 8.4 times greater than for soil, with a calculated half-life as low as 5.5 d. Computer modeling indicated that the soil and climatic conditions would influence the effectiveness of greater degradation in thatch for reducing dicamba leaching. In general, EXPRES predictions were similar to observed concentration profiles, though peak dicamba concentrations at the 10-cm depth tended to be higher than predicted in May and November. Differences between predictions and observations are probably a result of minor inaccuracies in the water-flow simulation and the model's inability to modify degradation rates with changing climatic conditions. 相似文献
