准确预测PM2.5浓度可以有效避免重污染天气对人体带来的危害。现有方法往往重视本地历史信息对PM2.5浓度预测的影响,而忽略空间传输的作用。提出了一种长短期记忆网络和卷积神经网络(LSTM-CNN)相结合的方法,利用历史PM2.5浓度数据、历史气象数据和时间数据,对空气质量监测站未来6 h PM2.5浓度做出预测。该模型主要由2部分组成:1)基于长短期记忆网络的时序预测模型,模拟本地因素对PM2.5浓度预测的影响;2)基于一维卷积神经网络的特征提取模型,模拟周边地区污染物的传输与扩散对PM2.5浓度预测的影响。随机选取了北京市市区及郊区7个监测站在2014-05-01—2015-04-30期间的数据,用于研究和评估LSTM-CNN模型。结果表明:提出的LSTM-CNN模型相比于LSTM模型具有更好的预测效果,且对于郊区站点预测效果的改进略优于市区站点。  相似文献

A two-dimensional, numerical urban mixed layer model, which takes into account differences between the urban and the rural surfaces, as well as roughness and topographical variations over the model domain, is developed. The various land use types over the metropolitan area are specified by different proportions of concrete and grassy soil surfaces. Thermal characteristics of the vegetated soil surface are parameterized in terms of the surface soil moisture content. Distinct differences in the diurnal patterns of urban and rural surface energy budgets, which are found in some observational studies, are also obtained in some of our model case studies. Dynamics of the dome-shaped urban mixed layer is studied for the case of the stationary balanced wind. The balanced wind flow simulation can explain some of the important flow perturbations due to the urban heat island and increased roughness of the urban area.  相似文献

2006-01-01~2006-12-31在北京上甸子区域大气本底站和城区宝联环境观测站连续观测了SO2、NOx、O3和PM2.5的浓度,分析了北京城区和郊区的季节变化及日变化的差异,并结合风向讨论了城区污染对于大气本底的影响.结果表明,①NOx、SO2浓度在采暖季城郊差异最大,城区是本底的4~6倍,城郊O3有一致的浓度变化.本底站PM2.5在4、5月达到100μg/m3以上,是年平均的2~3倍;②NOx和SO2的日变化在城区表现为双峰型,在09:00前后和22:00前后形成高值,郊区表现为单峰型,在22:00前后出现高值.郊区O3的日变化峰值滞后于城区大约2 h.PM2.5日变化规律表现得较不规则;③西南风条件下本底各污染物浓度明显受城区输送影响而升高,东北风条件下干洁气团的影响比较明显.  相似文献

Increased urbanisation is leading to a rise in light pollution. Light pollution can disrupt the behaviour and physiology of animals resulting in increased mortality. However, animals may also benefit from artificial light sources, as these may aggregate prey or signal suitable environments. For example, spiders are commonly seen congregating around artificial light sources. Changes in selective pressures engendered by urban environments are driving changes in urban organisms, driving better adaptation to these environments. Here, we ask whether urban populations of the synanthropic spider Steatoda triangulosa show different responses to light compared to rural populations. Egg-sacs from urban and rural populations were collected and incubated in a common garden setting, and the emerging spiderlings tested for light preference. While rural spiderlings avoided light (37% built webs in the light), urban spiderlings were indifferent to it (49% built webs in the light). Reduced light avoidance may benefit spiders through increased prey capture, increased movement into suitable habitats, or due to a release from selection pressure from visually hunting predators which do not enter buildings.  相似文献

选取2015年8月至2016年9月杭州城区、远郊地区在线观测CO_2体积分数,分析杭州地区CO_2体积分数的城郊差异,并结合风向、CO_2体积分数周末效应、二十国集团(G20)峰会期间CO_2体积分数变化过程分析,探讨杭州城市对CO_2体积分数的影响程度.结果表明,杭州城区、远郊地区CO_2体积分数的日变化分布以单峰型形态为主,植物光合作用/呼吸作用和大气输送条件的日变化是主要的影响因素;城郊CO_2体积分数差值表现为双峰形态,人为排放对城郊CO_2体积分数差值的日变化分布存在重要影响.CO_2体积分数日变化幅度在春夏季节远郊地区大于城区,秋季则反之.杭州城区、远郊地区CO_2体积分数的季节变化趋势基本一致,均表现为冬、春季高,夏季低;城郊CO_2体积分数差值冬季最高,夏季最低.杭州地区CO_2体积分数高值的输送方向与周边城市区域的分布方向一致.杭州城区、远郊地区CO_2体积分数均呈现周末效应,尤其在城区,机动车排放对工作日-周末CO_2体积分数的日变化分布存在影响.杭州城区CO_2平均体积分数比远郊地区高9.3×10-6,G20峰会期间人为源排放的减少有效地降低了大气CO_2体积分数,尤其对市区的削减效果更为明显.  相似文献

城市地表径流污染物浓度数学模型的建立及验证   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
针对目前描述城市地表径流污染物排放过程的数学模型不能完全适用于不同降雨过程的情况,本研究建立了一个全新的P/r模型.P/r模型以地表沉积物量(P)与降雨强度(r)的比值为主要参数,描述了降雨过程产生的地表径流中污染物的排放规律.基于对发生在陕西省西安市的3场降雨事件的实测数据的模拟,本研究建立的P/r模型的预测值与实测值的归一化目标函数、相关系数和相关指数均优于Sartor-Boyd冲刷模型.根据对P/r模型进行的不确定性分析,当Nash-Sutcliffe效率系数为0.46时,采用P/r模型对陕西省西安市地表径流中的污染物浓度进行模拟时应采用的最大比浓度常数(Km)和径流冲刷能力半饱和常数(KS)的取值范围分别为0.65~1.35 kg·min·L-1和0.16~0.22kg·min·mm-1·L-1.P/r模型的预测带平均相对宽度(ARIL)为1.21,预测带对实测值的覆盖度为67%.Sartor-Boyd冲刷模型对具有地表径流初期冲刷效应且降雨强度波动较小的降雨事件的模拟结果较好,但对于不具有地表径流初期冲刷效应的降雨事件、间歇性降雨事件及降雨强度波动较大的降雨事件并不适用.本研究建立的P/r模型的适用范围广泛,对于上述Sartor-Boyd冲刷模型不能适用的降雨事件均可适用.与Sartor-Boyd冲刷模型相比,P/r模型能够更好的描述城市地表径流的污染物排放规律.P/r模型的提出能够进一步推动地表径流排污过程数学模型的发展.  相似文献

城市化水平与人均国民生产总值的统计关系在80年代被建立,从理论上分析这个统计关系能加深对城市与经济发展之关系的理解。从经济学的要素替代和需求收入弹性原理概括了城市化的发展机制,认为任何一个国家或地区的城市化都遵从它。并构造了全国人均国民生产总值与城市人均国民生产总值、乡村人均国民生产总值、城市化水平的关系,它是普适的。如果假设城市、乡村人均国民生产总值的增长分别引起的全国人均国民生产总值的增长总是占据了一个不变的份额,同时,城市人均国民生产总值与乡村人均国民生产总值之差与全国人均国民生产总值成正比,那么,就可以据此演绎出这个统计关系。第二个前提暗示了一个城乡发展差距的倒“U”字型过程  相似文献

应用美国Tiros-N卫星资料对上海地区下垫面温度分析的结果表明,在晴天城市下垫面温度均高于郊区。城市内部下垫面温度差异则与人口密度,建筑物密度、工厂密集区以及黄浦江、苏州河水域温度特征有关。 通过对接近同步的卫星下垫面温度资料与实测气温资料的对比分析,发现白天城市下垫面增温速率比郊区快,而气温的增温率相差不大。因此白天当下垫面温度热岛十分显著时,气温热岛并不一定显著,甚至完全不存在。但与此同时,白天城市下垫面的增温引起的能量下传和储存却为夜间城市热岛的形成奠定了能量基础。这部分能量在日落以后,以长波辐射湍流热交换等形式提供给城市大气,部分地补偿了由于大气长波辐射而损失的能量,使城市气温下降缓慢,相对于降温较快的郊区来说,便形成了城市热岛。  相似文献

Shanghai is the most important industrial and commercial city in China in terms of population and building density, consumption of energy and development rate. Meteorological data from the urban Shanghai Central Observatory over the last 100 years are combined with similar 20-year data sets from 10 nearby suburban and rural stations to analyse climatic impacts from Shanghai's urbanization.Results show its urban heat island effect is large and has enhanced with time. The effect is more obvious in urban-rural differences of annual mean minimum temperatures than in annual mean temperatures. During recent decades, the urban centre of Shanghai has experienced lower wind speeds, lower humidity, fewer fog days, fewer sunny days, increased low cloudiness and increased overcast days. Concurrent variations at nearby rural stations were dissimilar. Solar radiation in urban Shanghai shows accelerating decreases of both direct solar radiation (S) and global radiation, but increase of both diffuse radiation (D) and average turbidity (D/S).  相似文献

采用网格布点法调查了北京市六环范围内220个样点道路地表灰尘样品中的污染物含量.探讨了样点缓冲区内单位面积道路节点数、道路密度和道路灰尘中污染物含量沿城乡梯度的变化特征及各指标间的相关性.结果表明,各指标在研究区内的变幅较大.沿城乡梯度,道路和污染物主要呈现3种变化趋势:①单位面积道路节点数,道路密度,Cu、Cr和Pb沿城乡梯度降低,且开始时降低较快;②Mn和Cd沿城乡梯度变化的程度较低,均值基本维持恒定;③自中心向外围,Ni和有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)先随距离波动降低,随后在郊区均值缓慢增高.道路灰尘中污染物含量趋势转折点位置均大致在距城市中心点15~20 km左右.相关分析表明道路指标和道路灰尘中的Cd含量不具相关性,总硫(TS)、Mn、pH的相关性较弱,与其他各元素的相关性排序为Cu>TN>TOC>Pb>Ni>Cr,较道路密度而言,单位面积节点数和各元素间的相关性更高,该指标可指示道路灰尘中Cu、TN、TOC、Pb、Ni、Cr元素污染.  相似文献

厦门冬春季大气VOCs的污染特征及臭氧生成潜势   总被引:10,自引:4,他引:6  
2014年1~4月在厦门市城区和郊区开展冬春季节大气样品的采集,采用大气预浓缩系统与GC/MS联用技术定量了48种大气挥发性有机物(VOCs),对比分析了冬春季城区和郊区大气VOCs的污染特征,并利用最大增量反应活性(MIR)估算了大气VOCs的臭氧生成潜势(OFP).结果表明,冬季厦门城区和郊区大气中VOCs的平均体积分数分别为11.13×10-9和7.17×10-9,春季厦门城区和郊区大气中VOCs的平均体积分数分别为24.88×10-9和11.27×10-9,且均表现为烷烃芳香烃烯烃.通过B/T值探讨城区和郊区VOCs的来源发现,机动车和溶剂挥发是城区VOCs的主要来源,郊区VOCs除了局地源的贡献外,还受到外来污染物扩散传输的影响.城、郊区的主要VOCs包括丙烯、正丁烷、异丁烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、正己烷、苯、甲苯、乙苯和间对二甲苯,这10种组分对两地VOCs的贡献表现为春季(城区和郊区分别为62.83%和53.74%)高于冬季(城区和郊区分别为61.57%和45.83%).城、郊区VOCs的臭氧生成潜势分析显示,芳香烃的相对贡献率最大,其次是烯烃,烷烃最小.C3、C4类烯烃和苯系物是厦门城区和郊区活性较高的物种,对臭氧的贡献较大.比较观测期间城区和郊区VOCs的平均MIR值可知,郊区VOCs的活性高于城区.  相似文献

Norovirus (NoV) is an environmental threat to humans, which spreads easily from one infected person to another, causing foodborne and waterborne diseases. Therefore, precautions against NoV infection are important in the preparation of food. The aim of this study was to investigate the survival of murine norovirus (MNV), as a NoV surrogate, on six different food-contact surfaces: ceramic, wood, rubber, glass, stainless steel, and plastic. We inoculated 105 PFU of MNV onto the six different surface coupons that were then kept at room temperature for 28 days. On the food-contact surfaces, the greatest reduction in MNV was 2.28 log10 PFU/coupon, observed on stainless steel, while the lowest MNV reduction was 1.29 log10 PFU/coupon, observed on wood. The rank order of MNV reduction, from highest to lowest, was stainless steel, plastic, rubber, glass, ceramic, and wood. The values of d R (time required to reduce the virus by 90 %) on survival plots of MNV determined by a modified Weibull model were 277.60 h (R 2 = 0.99) on ceramic, 492.59 h (R 2 = 0.98) on wood, 173.56 h on rubber (R 2 = 0.98), 97.18 h (R 2 = 0.94) on glass, 91.76 h (R 2 = 0.97) on stainless steel, and 137.74 h (R 2 = 0.97) on plastic. The infectivity of MNV on all food-contact surfaces remained after 28 days. These results show that MNV persists in an infective state on various food-contact surfaces for long periods. This study may provide valuable information for the control of NoV on various food-contact surfaces, in order to prevent foodborne disease.  相似文献

随着城乡融合发展和农户需求的不断提高,探讨农村居民点多功能及其协调关系,是推进农村人居环境整治和乡村振兴的重要依据。以山东省王村镇为例,基于“识别—诊断—优化”的逻辑思路,从生活—生产—生态角度构建农村居民点多功能评价指标体系,利用空间自相关、协调度和障碍诊断等模型,剖析农村居民点多功能空间格局、协调关系及其障碍因子,进而提出农村居民点多功能提升与协调的优化模式。研究发现:(1)王村镇农村居民点总体上呈现出“生产功能较好,生活功能一般,生态功能较差”的特征,且不同功能具有显著的空间异质性;(2)王村镇农村居民点“三生”功能整体协调性相对较高,但协调类型存在明显的复杂性和不均衡性;(3)王村镇农村居民点“三生”功能协调性障碍因素表现为大体相似且个别村庄无障碍性,用地强度、交通条件、资源禀赋、基础设施建设和生态环境状况是农村居民点多功能高强度协调的主要障碍因素;(4)基于障碍因子组合提出的农村居民点多功能协调性优化模式,为可持续性乡村发展提供理论借鉴。  相似文献

As an important indoor pollutant, nitrous acid (HONO) can contribute to the concentration of indoor OH radicals by photolysis via sunlight penetrating into indoor environments, thus affecting the indoor oxidizing capability. In order to investigate the concentration of indoor HONO and its impact factors, three different indoor environments and two different locations in urban and suburban areas were selected to monitor indoor and outdoor pollutants simultaneously, including HONO, NO, NO2, nitrogen oxides (NOx), O3, and particle mass concentration. In general, the concentration of indoor HONO was higher than that outdoors. In the urban area, indoor HONO with high average concentration (7.10 ppbV) was well-correlated with the temperature. In the suburban area, the concentration of indoor HONO was only about 1-2 ppbV, and had a good correlation with indoor relative humidity. It was mainly attributed to the heterogeneous reaction of NO2 on indoor surfaces. The sunlight penetrating into indoor environments from outside had a great influence on the concentration of indoor HONO, leading to a concentration of indoor HONO close to that outdoors.  相似文献

针对平板式光生物反应器,以补充有碳源的SE(Brostol's solution)培养基作为普通小球藻生长的水环境,研究了载体表面粗糙度、藻细胞接种量、培养液pH值和液体流量对小球藻细胞在固体基质表面吸附特性的影响.结果表明:藻细胞在各载体表面的吸附密度均随时间进行呈现先快速增大再逐渐趋于平缓的变化趋势;在实验条件下,随载体表面粗糙度和藻液中藻细胞接种量增大,载体表面对小球藻细胞的吸附率均增大,吸附密度也增大;当藻液pH值为6左右时,小球藻在载体表面的吸附密度达到最大;液体流量为0.65 mL·min-1时,载体表面对小球藻细胞的吸附能力最强.各参数对藻细胞吸附密度影响的重要程度依次为藻细胞接种量、培养基pH值、液体流量.  相似文献

The present study evaluates ground-based downward surface shortwave radiation (Rs) over the coastal region of Alicante (Southeastern Spain). Hourly measurements collected over the eleven-year period 2010-2020 are used. Two weather stations located over the region capital, Alicante, have been selected as representative of urban and suburban typologies. Two additional weather stations far from the city have been selected representing rural typologies. Rs is significantly reduced over the urban station during the morning hours within the winter season compared to the observations recorded over the suburban and rural stations, with a global mean difference of -81 and -120 W/m2 at 10 LT, respectively. However, no significant differences are obtained during the midday sun, with a global mean difference of -20 W/m2 between the urban and rural stations. With the aim of explaining these differences, the current paper investigates the relationship between Rs and different air pollutants: NOx, SO2, and fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) as well as the wind field measured at the urban and suburban stations. The results found in this work point towards a close relationship between Rs and NOx concentrations annual cycles, which are also influenced by the prevailing wind circulations observed over the study area. A global mean NOx concentration of 107 µg/m3 is observed over the urban station at 10 LT during the winter season. In contrast, these high concentrations are significantly reduced over the suburban station, with global mean value of 40 µg/m3 at 10 LT, for this period of the year.  相似文献

Commonly used mathematical models of indoor radon decay product behavior are based on macroscopic mass-balances, often referred to as ‘uniformly-mixed models’. The uniformly-mixed model's applicability is limited by its inability to track the movement of pollutants from their sources to other areas within the enclosure, to permit spatial- or time-dependent sources, or to take proper account of interactions with macroscopic surfaces. Although the uniformly-mixed model parameterizes the deposition process as a constant volumetric removal rate, in reality the deposition process is actually a surface phenomenon and is strongly affected by environmental conditions.This paper describes the development of RADTRAN, a two-dimensional radon progeny transport model that begins with the differential conservation equations describing the motion of air and the transport of reactive pollutants, introduces appropriate boundary conditions to represent surface deposition, and then calculates the concentration distribution of radon progeny throughout the entire region of interest. Knowing the concentration gradient near the surface, a local mass-transfer coefficient (the deposition velocity) can be determined as a function of environmental conditions. RADTRAN simulations have been based on several flow conditions: buoyancy-driven recirculating enclosure flows, free and forced-convection boundary layer flows, and one-dimensional diffusion. Free progeny diffusivity, Df, and attachment rate, X, were varied over representative ranges. For these conditions, RADTRAN calculated free deposition velocities of uf = 0.014–0.079 cm s−1, for 218Po. RADTRAN predictions are compared to a range of experimental measurements. It was found that the predicted range of deposition velocities is in rough agreement with findings from experiments conducted in flow conditions similar to the simplified flows used in RADTRAN.  相似文献
