焦化废水泡沫分离液的Fenton催化氧化预处理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以焦化废水处理过程产生的泡沫分离液为研究对象,对其进行Fenton催化氧化处理实验,考察H2O2用量、Fe2+浓度、pH和反应时间4个因素对处理效果的影响,并结合GC/MS方法比较处理前后泡沫分离液中有机物的种类及其生物降解性的变化。结果表明,采用[H2O2]=100 mmol/L、[Fe2+]=100 mg/L、pH=3、反应时间为30 min的Fenton催化氧化反应条件,可以使分离液的COD去除率达到68%以上;经Fenton处理后,分离液的B/C值由0.12提高至0.38,生物降解性明显改善;通过GC/MS的分析,基本明确分离液中含有的有机物主要为酚、胺、腈、酯类有机物及喹啉、吡啶等杂环化合物,大多数属于难降解且生物毒性较强的有机物。针对这些复杂组分共存的泡沫分离液,利用Fenton试剂较强的氧化能力能够将其含有的有毒/难降解有机物转化为低毒或无毒的小分子有机物,为其后续的生物处理创造良好的条件。  相似文献

芦苇湿地对造纸废水中有机污染物的去除效果及机理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了对芦苇湿地对造纸废水中有机污染物的去除效果及降解机理进行研究,本文采用GC-MS联用仪对经芦苇湿地处理前后造纸废水中有机污染物的组成和含量进行测定,并通过叠放色谱图的方法对造纸废水中有机污染物的降解效果进行分析。结果表明:(1)经芦苇湿地处理前造纸废水中共测出30种有机污染物,其中8种被列入美国EPA环境优先控制污染物黑名单。(2)纸浆造纸废水生物塘-芦苇湿地复合处理系统对有毒有机污染物基本上达到了较好的去除效果:有机污染物总量减少80%以上,且降解后的产物多为毒性较小的烷烃类。(3)利用质谱手段对有机污染物的降解规律进行了初步研究。该研究为造纸废水处理和资源化利用提供了科学依据,为"造纸废水-芦苇-造纸"生态纸业循环经济模式的进一步推广应用奠定了基础。  相似文献

引进日本净化槽技术在中国浙江农村污水处理中应用,探索净化槽技术在浙江农村地区的推广应用前景。膜式净化槽污水处理系统应用先进的浸没式平板膜组件,采用MBR工艺,实现对污水中有机物、氮和磷营养盐类的有效去除。正常工况条件下,监测结果表明,处理系统对COD、BOD5、氨氮、总磷和悬浮物的平均去除率分别为83.64%、84.46%、97.94%、94.13%和93.95%。膜式净化槽系统处理出水水质好且稳定,可直接回用,适宜对水质要求较高和经济条件较好的地区选用。今后在中国农村推广应用净化槽,需加强维护管理制度建设。  相似文献

The potential applications of immobilized bitter gourd peroxidase in the treatment of model wastewater contaminated with phenols have been investigated. The synthetic water was treated with soluble and immobilized enzyme preparations under various experimental conditions. Maximum removal of phenols was found in the buffers of pH values 5.0-6.0 and at 40 degrees C in the presence of 0.75 mM H(2)O(2). Fourteen different phenols were independently treated with soluble and immobilized bitter gourd peroxidase in the buffer of pH 5.6 at 37 degrees C. Chlorinated phenols and native phenol were significantly removed while other substituted phenols were marginally removed by the treatment. Phloroglucinol and pyrogallol were recalcitrant to the action of bitter gourd peroxidase. Immobilized bitter gourd peroxidase preparation was capable of removing remarkably high percentage of phenols from the phenolic mixtures. Significantly higher level of total organic carbon was removed from the model wastewater containing individual phenol or complex mixture of phenols by immobilized bitter gourd peroxidase as compared to the soluble enzyme. 2,4-dichlorophenol and a phenolic mixture were also treated in a stirred batch reactor with fixed quantity of enzyme for longer duration. The soluble bitter gourd peroxidase ceased to function after 3h while the immobilized enzyme was active even after 6h of incubation with phenolic solutions.  相似文献

橡胶废水具有含盐量高、色度高、有机污染成分含量高且难于生化降解等特点。膜生物反应器(MBR)技术的核心是生化处理加微滤膜过滤,通过将MBR技术应用于橡胶废水处理的实践表明,该技术对COD、氨氮、磷酸盐的平均去除率都达到了85%以上,再辅之以药剂处理后,降低了色度和难降解有机物含量,出水水质完全符合排放标准的要求,是一种解决橡胶污水处理难题的有效途径。  相似文献

In this study the treatment of coking wastewater was investigated by an advanced Fenton oxidation process using iron powder and hydrogen peroxide. Particular attention was paid to the effect of initial pH, dosage of H2O2 and to improvement in biodegradation. The results showed that higher COD and total phenol removal rates were achieved with a decrease in initial pH and an increase in H2O2 dosage. At an initial pH of less than 6.5 and H2O2 concentration of 0.3 M, COD removal reached 44-50% and approximately 95% of total phenol removal was achieved at a reaction time of 1 h. The oxygen uptake rate of the effluent measured at a reaction time of 1 h increased by approximately 65% compared to that of the raw coking wastewater. This indicated that biodegradation of the coking wastewater was significantly improved. Several organic compounds, including bifuran, quinoline, resorcinol and benzofuranol were removed completely as determined by GC-MS analysis. The advanced Fenton oxidation process is an effective pretreatment method for the removal of organic pollutants from coking wastewater. This process increases biodegradation, and may be combined with a classical biological process to achieve effluent of high quality.  相似文献

Adsorption isotherms for a selection of non-ionic surfactants on activated carbons indicated the effectiveness of the latter in the removal of these pollutants from secondary effluents. The removal efficiencies were found to be improved when the secondary effluent was first flocculated with ferric chloride. This effectively removed some 80% of the non-ionic surfactant in the effluent. Batch adsorption experiments with powdered activated carbon removed 97% of the surfactant at low carbon dosage. A granular carbon with the best adsorption capacity was selected for continuous-flow operation in which non-ionic surfactants, COD and anionic surfactant alkyl benzene sulphonate were monitored. The breakthrough capacity for the non-ionic surfactants was in excess of 6000 bed volumes throughput of flocculated, sand-filtered effluent in a laboratory scale carbon column. Such a procedure is suggested for the complete removal of such pollutants from effluents.  相似文献

对使用微电解联合物化法处理维生素B12难降解废水进行了分析。通过实验研究了微电解联合物化法处理维生素B12废水的最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下,维生素B12废水色度去除达88.46%,COD去除率达到71.06%。该处理方法最后将污染物质直接吸附于改性膨润土上,不产生浓缩废水、酸碱废水等更加难以处理的废水,并且不带入有毒有害物质,可以有效降低水中污染物含量,减少后续生物处理设备的污染负荷。  相似文献

采用细菌固定化技术包埋活性污泥浓缩液,并利用A/O膜生物反应器处理含抗生素生活污水,考察了膜生物反应器在抗生素存在条件下降解有机物及氮素的性能,并对土霉素为代表的抗生素的去除效果进行分析。结果表明,人工模拟抗生素污水的COD、TOC、NH4+-N、TN及土霉素浓度分别为325~413、101.35~206.10、15.51~24.54、15.00~25.30和0.17~0.47 mg/L,水力停留时间为6、12和24 h的条件下,系统的出水平均COD、TOC、NH4+-N和TN分别维持在50、20、1和3 mg/L以下,对土霉素的平均去除率分别达到64%、72%和75%;研究还发现固定化膜生物反应器对进水中氨氮的波动具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力且可以延缓膜污染,正确调整水处理工艺的运行工序可以在提高水处理效率的同时有效降低水环境中的抗生素药物含量。  相似文献

Dyeing wastewater was known to have strong color and refractory organic pollutants. In this study irradiation alone was used for dyes wastewater treatment. This paper studies the effect of the concentrations of pollutants to its removal at various dosages using electron beam technology. Irradiation was effective in removing the highly colored and refractory organic compounds. The color removal for initial concentrations of 255 CU, 520 CU, 990 CU and 1900 CU treated using irradiation at 0.5kGy were 61%, 48%, 28% and 16%, respectively. However, at the dose of 108kGy and higher, the color removal between 87% and 96% were recorded with no apparent trend. COD removal also reported similar trend but at relatively lower removal percentage. The COD removal at 0.5kGy for initial COD concentrations of 57mg/l and 515mg/l were 10% and 0%, respectively. At irradiation dose of 108kGy, the removal for initial COD concentrations of 57mg/l and 515mg/l were 37% and 13%, respectively. This showed that concentrations of pollutants and dose of irradiation applied to remove color and COD were dependent to each other.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the Fenton process, involving oxidation and coagulation, for the removal of color and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from synthetic textile wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol and a reactive dyestuff, R94H. The experimental variables studied include dosages of iron salts and hydrogen peroxide, oxidation time, mixing speed and organic content. The results show that color was removed mainly by Fenton oxidation. The color removal reached a maximum of 90% at a reaction time of 5 min under low dosages of H2O2 and Fe2+. In contrast, the COD was removed primarily by Fenton coagulation, rather than by Fenton oxidation. The ratio of removal efficiency between Fenton process and ferric coagulation was 5.6 for color removal and 1.2 for COD removal. It is concluded that Fenton process for the treatment of textile wastewater favors the removal of color rather than COD.  相似文献

针对石化废水中不同特征污染物,采用人工分离筛选去除COD和油工程菌6株、硝化工程菌10株(亚硝化细菌5株、硝化细菌5株)构建高效混合菌群,通过臭氧固定化生物活性炭滤池除污染效能中试研究表明,该系统深度处理石化难降解有机废水是可行的,能同时实现去除COD、油类、NH3 N等污染物的功效,对COD、油类、NH3 N和色度的平均去除率分别为73 0%、90 5%、81 2%和90%,相应的出水分别为33 2mg/L、0 4mg/L、4 5mg/L和10倍,各项指标均达到了国家循环冷却水的用水要求,它的推广应用必将带来显著的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。  相似文献

采用气质联用分析,并结合自动识别与定量系统(AIQS-DB)考察2种再生水厂采用的深度处理工艺对微量有机污染物的去除效果。结果表明,以污水为原水的膜生物反应器(MBR)+臭氧氧化+生物活性炭滤池(BAC)工艺用于再生水生产,MBR工艺对有机污染物的去除起主要作用;城市污水厂二级出水为原水的混凝沉降+浸没式超滤(SMF)/连续微滤(CMF)+部分反渗透(RO)+臭氧氧化工艺用于再生水生产,其SMF和CMF工艺段的膜截留作用均可有效消减有机污染物含量,SMF的效果优于CMF;2种工艺中采用的臭氧技术都能进一步加强部分物质的去除效果。气质联用结合AIQS-DB可用于再生水中污染物的筛查和不同污水再生工艺对微污染物消减效果的评价。  相似文献

The electrochemical oxidative removal of p-chlorophenol and p-nitrophenol was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and constant current electrolysis on commercially available graphite and titanium substrate insoluble anodes (TSIA). The effect of cationic cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), anionic sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) and non-ionic polyoxyethylene(23)lauryl ether (Brij-35) surfactants, which prevent adherent film formation on the electrode surface were also studied. CV experiments indicate that p-chlorophenol exhibits a relatively higher tendency for film formation on graphite and that sodium chloride is a better medium for the destruction of phenols. The electrochemical oxidation of phenols under galvanostatic conditions in chloride medium with CTAB enhanced the detoxification process with significantly lower fouling effects on TSIA. The surfactants, however, did not improve phenol removal on graphite under identical experimental conditions. A charge of 2.5F per mol was found to be sufficient to achieve 44-48% removal of phenol on both the electrodes in the absence of the surfactants. A 55-65% removal was achieved in the presence of the cationic surfactant on the TSIA electrode. Phenol was removed as a low molecular weight polymer (MW approximately 4450).  相似文献

主要研究了曝气生物滤池(BAF)对印染废水中污染物的沿程去除规律。研究表明:BAF对印染废水污染物的去除沿高程有着不同的变化规律:在BAF总高度为300 cm,填料层高度为200 cm,气水比3∶1,停留时间11.8 h,的情况下, BAF对COD的去除主要集中在<160 cm的填料层部分,在总的去除率为63.1%时,此区域去除率可达56.60%;对NH3N的去除主要集中在填料层100~160 cm段,在总NH3-N去除率为85.09%时,此区域NH3-N去除率达38.28%。BAF对浊度的去除主要集中在填料层小于100 cm的部分,在总去除率为94.04%,区域去除率达到61.90%。印染废水经过BAF的前100 cm填料层后,pH值由10降至7.6后基本维持不变。  相似文献

Due to hydrophilic environment at its surface, natural bentonite is an ineffective sorbent for nonpolar nonionic organic compounds in water even though it has high surface area. The surface properties of natural bentonite can be greatly modified by simple ion-exchange reactions with large organic cations (cationic surfactants) and this organobentonite is highly effective in removing nonionic organic compounds from water. Cationic surfactant derived organobentonites have been investigated extensively for a wide variety of environmental applications. In this study, the preparation of organobentonite using nonionic surfactants has been investigated for the first time. Results indicate that nonionic surfactants intercalates into the interlamellar space of bentonite and may demonstrate higher sorption capacity than cationic surfactant. It is possible to create large interlayer spacing and high organic carbon content organobentonite by use of nonionic surfactants with suitable balance between the hydrocarbon and ethylene oxide chain lengths. In addition, nonionic surfactant derived organobentonites are more chemically stable than cationic surfactant derived organobentonites.  相似文献

Agro-food, petroleum, textile, and leather industries generate saline wastewater with a high content of organic pollutants such as aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, nitroaromatics, and azo dyes. Halophilic microorganisms are of increasing interest in industrial waste treatment, due to their ability to degrade hazardous substances efficiently under high salt conditions. However, their full potential remains unexplored. The isolation and identification of halophilic and halotolerant microorganisms from geographically unrelated and geologically diverse hypersaline sites supports their application in bioremediation processes. Past investigations in this field have mainly focused on the elimination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phenols, whereas few studies have investigated N-aromatic compounds, such as nitro-substituted compounds, amines, and azo dyes, in saline wastewater. Information regarding the growth conditions and degradation mechanisms of halophilic microorganisms is also limited. In this review, we discuss recent research on the removal of organic pollutants such as organic matter, in terms of chemical oxygen demand (COD), dyes, hydrocarbons, N-aliphatic and N-aromatic compounds, and phenols, in conditions of high salinity. In addition, some proposal pathways for the degradation of aromatic compounds are presented.  相似文献

采用铁盐改性制得铁基膨润土,研究了其对水中磷酸根的吸附性能及影响因素,结果表明,通过对膨润土的改性提高了磷的去除率,含磷废水初始pH值的大小对磷的去除率影响不大,初始浓度越低越有利于磷的去除。磷的去除率随改性膨润土的投加量增大而提高,随温度升高而增大。进一步研究表明,改性膨润土对磷的吸附是吸热反应,其吸附等温线可采用Langmuir等温吸附方程拟合;改性膨润土对磷的吸附是快速吸附,在20 min内,磷去除率达70%以上,符合准二级吸附动力学模型。  相似文献
