植物区系学中的特有现象是其研究的重点内容,对特有现象的概念、类型、起源及其研究意义作了详细的论述;其次,总结了中国植物区系的基本情况、生活型、分布区学、水平分布、垂直分布与起源等研究成果;第三,介绍了研究特有现象的形态-地理学方法、细胞地理学方法和等位酶分析方法;第四,指出了中国植物区系中特有现象研究所面临的困境,认为应该集中力量重点研究滇黔桂、横断山脉以及华中等3个地区的植物区系基本特征、组成、起源、演化与扩散等内容.  相似文献

The Bayes decision is characterized and studied for a two-period decision problem involving a proposed resource development project. It is assumed that development is irreversible and that expectations about benefits and costs during the second period vary with experiences resulting from the first-period action. The amount and types of learning achieved depend upon the particular action taken during the first period. Flexible sequential decision procedures are compared with fixed once-and-for-all decisions. It is shown that under this specification, optimal development decisions are not necessarily more conservative when a sequential procedure is used. The possibility of reneging on a fixed decision is formally specified and studied.  相似文献

山东省主要果园土壤中Cu、Zn的形态、含量及分布   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对我国山东省主要果园土壤中的Cu、Zn元素的形态、含量及分布进行了研究。结果表明 :果园土壤中Cu、Zn元素的全量高于一般粮田土壤。在不同土壤类型中 ,形态分布各具特点 ,Cu元素在棕壤和褐土中的形态分布趋势一致 ,为矿物态 >有机态 >沉淀态 >交换态 ,在潮土和砂姜黑土中一致 ,为矿物态 >沉淀态 >有机态 >交换态 ;而Zn元素在这 4种土壤中的分布趋势相同 ,均为矿物态 >沉淀态 >有机态 >交换态。土壤中交换态的Cu、Zn含量随土壤pH值的增大而减小。Cu、Zn某些形态的含量与土壤中全量间有一定的相关性 ,其中沉淀态Cu与总Cu的关系较为紧密 ,2者呈极显著相关 ;矿物态Zn与总Zn也呈极显著相关。  相似文献

应用主成份分析、聚类分析和相关性分析对沈阳市郊区1994个耕地土壤样本(0-20cm)的交换态钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌含量进行研究,结果表明,影响钙与镁、铁与锰、铜与锌分布的主因子分别在相同的主成份组中,钙与镁、铁与锰、铜与锌之间的相关系数较大,铁、锰、铜、锌之间均为极显著正相关关系,钙与铁、锰、铜、锌均为负相关关系,说明元素的生物地球化学属性对其地理分布有较大的影响。  相似文献

Histopathological effects of sublethal doses of monocrotophos on the gills have been studied by exposing the fish for a period ranging from ten to twenty days. The extent of damage to gills was dependent on the dose and duration of exposure. Histopathological changes in the gills observed were characterized primarily by hemorrhage in the primary and secondary gill lemellae. Degeneration and necrosis of epithelial cells were very prominent. Distortion of the secondary lamellae was very prominent, beginning with disruption of epithelial cells from pillar cells.  相似文献

Surface water samples of the Gopalaswamy pond were studied at two different sites during September 1997 to January 1998 and phytoplanktons were studied in relation to ten environmental variables during this period. A total of 30 species of phytoplanktons were identified under four classes, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Bacillariophyceae and Euglenophyceae. Among these, maximum density was recorded under Cyanophyceae, Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae and Bacillariophyceae showed considerable fluctuations with environmental variables.  相似文献

The effects of environmental factors on bioactivity, adsorption and persistence of pretilachlor were studied in the laboratory and greenhouse using cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) as the bioassay species. The three soils studied viz. Bernam, Selangor and Sabrang series were chosen for their different characteristics. The half‐life of pretilachlor decreased from 10.24 to 4.90 days as temperature increased from 25°C to 35°C in the Selangor Series soil and from 10.86 to 7.63 days in the Bernam Series soil at 60% field capacity. At the same moisture level, an increase of temperature from 25°C to 35°C also reduced the half‐life of pretilachlor in Sabrang soil from 8.87 to 2.59 days. The half‐life of pretilachlor also decreased with increasing moisture levels in Selangor and Sabrang series but not in Bernam series soils. The greatest adsorption of pretilachlor was observed in Bernam series, followed by Selangor and Sabrang series. No phytotoxic residue of pretilachlor was detected in the supernatant after 10 h incubation. Since the residue was strongly adsorbed in Bernam series, its biological activity was less than in the other soils studied.  相似文献

The foraging, feeding, and escape behaviors of members of four genera of oceanic ctenophores were studied by direct observation in the field during the summer of 1987 (7 July to 7 September) on R. V. Oceanus Cruise 191 to the Northern Sargasso and Slope water, in an area bounded by 34° to 39°N and 67° and 74°W. Patterns of water movement around these ctenophores were studied using fluorescein dye. Bolinopsis infundibulum forages vertically, capturing prey with mucus-covered oral lobes. Species of Ocyropsis forage horizontally and produce a reduced wake, due to the extreme compression of the body and the aboral location of the ctene rows. Prey are trapped by the muscular oral lobes and ingested by the prehensile mouth. In both genera, the auricles are held rigidly, and apparently are used both to reduce the pressure wave as they forage and to startle prey onto the surfaces of the oral lobes. Cestum veneris also forages horizontally, but continually reverses direction. Prey startled by the turbulent wake produced in the previous pass are captured by tentilla that stream over the sides of the body. All three species of Beroe studied swim in a spiral while foraging and produce similar wakes. Prey are ingested by the negative pressure produced by the rapid expansion of the mouth, and with the macrocilia that line the oral portion of the stomodaeum. The escape behavior of species of Bolinopsis, Ocyropsis, and Cestum appears to function primarily to elude nonvisual predators such as Beroe spp. Species of Beroe bend and swim rapidly during the escape response, and will turn themselves inside-out when repeatedly stimulated. The types of prey captured depend in part on an interplay of foraging and feeding mechanisms.  相似文献

Summary The temporal relationships between mating, calling, and movement were studied in natural habitats at different densities in the field crickets, Gryllus veletis, G. pennsylvanicus and G. integer. There was variation between and within species, but males generally showed increased calling at dawn followed by a decline during the day. Matings were also more frequent at sunrise in most observations, and male and female movement declined near dawn. Female movement and sexual receptivity are closely related to levels of male calling and movement.  相似文献

Solar energy feeds all life on this planet's surface. The energy of the Sun can be tapped and converted to the different forms of energy by renewable energy systems, such as solar power plants, photovoltaic systems, and plants. Land is needed for food production, which is the most globally important activity. With increasing population, the required area is determined by consumption and production patterns. The world is globally divided into poor and rich areas of production and consumption, which have large differences. Iran's energy and food production and consumption are studied and compare with poor and rich examples. It is concluded that available agricultural land is limited and currently declining per capita due to population growth. The expansion of irrigated crop area, high-quality seed, and modern farming techniques can marginally improve agricultural productivity and provide relative self-sufficiency in grain production. Much of the growth in Iran's renewable energy is attributed to hydroelectricity power plants. Solar energy, wind, hydro and geothermal energy are also potential forms of sustainable energy in Iran.  相似文献

A freshwater fish species, Tilapia zillii, from Lake El-Manzala was analysed for concentrations of several organochlorine pesticides (OCs) and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs) in liver, gonads, mesenteric fat, flesh, and digestive tract in mature fish during the breeding season. PCBs and OCs were calculated in ng g-1 dry weight (dw) in homogenized samples. The obtained results revealed differences in lipid content between these different organs. The females showed a higher lipid content than did males. There was a significant positive correlation between the lipid content and the concentrations of detected organochlorines and PCBs. The results are concomitant with the lipophilicity of studied compounds. However, the recorded concentrations of these studied pollutants still do not exceed the international hazardous levels.  相似文献

The ara studied is located between El-Dikheila Harbour in Elmex Bay and Mandara, at longitude 29° 47′ and 30° East and latitude 31° 17′ North. the aim of the work is to look at carbon dioxide components in this areA and the effect of waste water discharged on their concentrations. Surface and bottom water samples were collected from 12 stations during January, April, August and November, 1995. Total alkalinity, salinity, temperature and pH were measured. Carbonate alkalinity, total alkalinity, partial pressure and dissolved carbon dioxide, carbonate and bicarbonate ions were calculated, since the studied area includes two differetn sources of pollution. It wAs found conventient to refer El-Mex Bay as region “A” which contains stations from I to VI and the area located between Kayet Bey outfall and Mandara which contains stations from VII to XII as region “B”. When specific alkalinity is used As A tracer for El-Umum drain water it is observed that the drain water could reach Sidi Bishr area especially in August and November, while in January and April drain water did not reach this area.  相似文献

西藏色季拉山川滇高山栎种群的空间格局与调节   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
川滇高山栎是青藏高原具有代表性的常绿阔叶树种,在藏东南林区大面积连续分布,对高山峡谷地带的水土保持和水源涵养具有重要的防护作用和较大的生态效益.采用聚集度指标、以空间推时间法的Logistic方程和种群调节的乘幂函数拟合分别对西藏色季拉山川滇高山栎种群的空间分布格局、增长与调节规律进行了研究.结果表明,川滇高山栎幼苗多呈聚集分布,随着演替的进展,川滇高山栎种群的聚集强度减小;川滇高山栎种群增长的环境容纳量为15.2085m2hm-2,内禀增长率为0.614;种群最大增长速率出现在胸断面积9.66m2hm-2处,种群在平均胸断面积46.23cm2(均胸径7cm)~198.723cm2(均胸径15.91cm)阶段自疏强度最大.川滇高山栎种群聚集强度随演替过程逐渐减弱,是种群在有限的环境容量中自疏和自我调节特征的明显表现.Logistic方程即反映了生物种群增长速度的变化和环境容量限制的时滞效应这一重要特征,种群调节的幂函数拟合则有效刻画了生物种群在大量繁殖之后,随着个体增大,个体间资源竞争增强,种群内部出现优胜劣汰的自我调节过程.图4表2参32  相似文献

The polymorphic enzyme glucosephosphate isomerase (Gpi-2) was studied in muscle tissue from spawning sand flounder, Rhombosolea plebeia, in Wellington Harbour, New Zealand, between April 1984 and June 1986. There was a significant difference in Gpi-2 allele frequencies between early (March-May) and late (June-September) spawners. Pooling equal numbers of early and late spawners produced a significant excess of homozygotes in the 1984 and 1986 samples. This type of partial assortative mating may account for the frequently observed excess of homozygotes in other marine organisms with long spawning seasons.  相似文献

Abstract: Applied conservation biology must provide solutions for the conservation of species in modern landscapes, where prime habitats are being continuously fragmented and altered and animals are restricted to small, nonviable populations. We studied habitat selection in a fragmented population of endangered Iberian lynx (   Lynx pardinus ) by examining 14 years of radiotracking data obtained from lynx trapped in two different source areas. Habitat selection was studied independently for predispersal lynx in the source areas, for dispersing individuals through the region, and for postdispersing animals, most of which settled far from their point of origin. A multivariate analysis of variance showed that habitat use differed significantly among these phases and between area of origin, but not between sexes. The habitat type most used, and best represented within home ranges, was the mediterranean scrubland. Pine plantations were also important during and after dispersal. The rest of the habitats were either avoided (open habitats) or used according to availability ( pine and eucalyptus plantations) by dispersing lynx. Differences due to lynx origin were detected only during predispersal and dispersal and were observed because animals from each area had different habitat availability. Lynx with established territories did not use areas at random. They occupied patches of mediterranean scrubland more often than would be expected from scrubland availability during predispersal; the rest of the habitats were included within home ranges less than would be expected from their availability in the landscape. Results indicate that dispersing animals may use habitats of lower quality than habitats used by resident individuals, which suggests that conservation strategies applied across regions might be a viable objective.  相似文献

To investigate the life-history adaptations of a brackish-water population ofNaineris laevigata Grube, a population from Acquatina lagoon near Lecce (Italy) was studied. Benthos and plankton samples were collected monthly over a period of ca. 2 yr (1989–1990). Observations of gametogenesis indicate that oogenesis is intraovaric, probably with autosynthetic yolk formation. Oogenesis takes about 7 mo, from November to April–May, for both proliferative and vitellogenetic phases. Reproduction is synchronized within the population. Spawning has also been obtained under laboratory conditions where larval development and post-larval growth were studied. Eggs measured 240 µm in diameter and were spawned within a gelatinous mass. The lecithotrophic pelagic stage was very short. Reproductive effort was high, probably because of high food availability and low level of competition. One of the most interesting findings was the probable presence of a resting stage in the life-cycle. The adaptive significance of enclosing the eggs in gelatiuous masses and of reducing the duration of the pelagic stage is discussed.  相似文献

通过对上海市不同土地利用方式下绿地土壤中重金属Cu、Zn、Pb和Cr的调查研究,发现工业区和交通区绿地土壤中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr的平均含量均显著高于大学、公园及居民区。与上海市土壤环境背景值相比,不同土地利用方式中4种重金属均存在一定富积。就单项污染指数而言,Cu、Pb和Cr的污染程度大小依次为工业区>交通区>大学≈公园≈居民区,而Zn为交通区>工业区>大学≈公园≈居民区;就内梅罗综合污染指数而言,工业区和交通区污染较严重,分别有54.17%和67.9%的土壤达重度污染;而公园、大学及居民区绝大部分土壤为轻度污染,分别为73.1%、100%和60%。  相似文献

The levels of cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), and copper (Cu) were assessed in 24 fruit species in Meerut, North India using atomic absorption spectrometry. Data showed that Cd concentrations in fruits except banana, pomegranate, papaya, orange, and cherry were above the recommended maximum allowable limit of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)/World Health Organization (WHO) (0.2 µg/g). Average Cr concentrations in all analyzed fruit samples were also found higher than the safe limit of FAO/WHO (2.3 µg/g). In contrast, fruits viz. banana, lychees, papaya, Indian apple, Asian apple, and tiger nut showed concentration of Cu below the recommended safe limit (40 µg/g). Our study demonstrated that concentration of studied heavy metals in all tested samples varied according to fruit species and respective contaminants. Data suggest that more strict rules/standards need to be applied by National/International regulatory agencies in order to make these important fruit items free from heavy metals contamination and protect the consumer.  相似文献

采用样方法对太原天龙山珍稀濒危植物丽豆(Calophaca sinica)野生种群的生境和群落特征进行调查,应用TWINSPAN分类分析群落多样性.据TWINSPAN分类,将丽豆分布区的植物群落划分为14个群丛类型,丽豆在群落中具有明显的生态优势,并对群落的结构起一定决定作用.研究结果表明,丽豆分布区植物群落的物种多样性指数变化受自然环境、群落特征和人为干扰的综合影响,光照充足、人为干扰小的群丛类型的物种多样性较为丰富,在以丽豆为建群种或优势种的群丛中多样性指数较高,均匀度指数也较大.在丽豆分布区的9个土壤因子之间有6对因子存在显著和极显著的相关性;多样性指数与土壤因子回归分析表明,锌(Zn)与8个群落物种多样性指数之间有显著或极显著的相关性,钾(K)、磷(P)与6个多样性指数之间显著相关,其他土壤因子与多样性指数的相关性均不显著.  相似文献
