Arsenic contamination is of great environmental concern due to its toxic effects as a carcinogen. Knowledge of arsenic background concentrations is important for land application of wastes and for making remediation decisions. The soil clean-up target level for arsenic in Florida (0.8 and 3.7 mg kg−1 for residential and commercial areas, respectively) lies within the range of both background and analytical quantification limits. The objective of this study was to compare arsenic distribution in urban and non-urban areas of Florida. Approximately 440 urban and 448 non-urban Florida soil samples were compared. For urban areas, soil samples were collected from three land-use classes (residential, commercial and public land) in two cities, Gainesville and Miami. For the non-urban areas, samples were collected from relatively undisturbed non-inhabited areas. Arsenic concentrations varied greatly in Gainesville, ranging from 0.21 to approximately 660 mg kg−1 with a geometric mean (GM) of 0.40 mg kg−1, which were lower than Miami samples (ranging from 0.32 to 112 mg kg−1; GM=2.81 mg kg−1). Arsenic background concentrations in urban soils were significantly greater and showed greater variation than those from relatively undisturbed non-urban soils (GM=0.27 mg kg−1) in general.  相似文献

Using a 10-stage cascade impactor, atmospheric aerosols were collected from urban and non-urban areas in Nanjing, China. The shapes of average mass distribution were multimodal for both the urban and non-urban samples. The average mass concentration of atmospheric aerosols in the industrial/agricultural area was larger than in city center and natural park areas. The mass median diameter (MMD) were 0.80 μm, 0.51 μm and 0.46 μm for the natural park, city center and industrial/agricultural samples, respectively. In both the urban and non-urban areas, the particles in accumulation and coarse modes were the main contributors to total mass concentration, the particles in Aitken nuclei mode were only a few percent of total mass.  相似文献

利用北京城区海淀宝联站(HD)和上甸子本底站(SDZ)2005—2012连续8年的大气污染物(PM_(2.5)、O3、NO2、SO_2和CO)浓度观测数据进行统计分析,揭示北京城区和郊区主要污染物浓度变化特征、超标情况及其差异.主要结论如下:1连续8年北京城区、郊区PM_(2.5)浓度整体呈缓慢下降趋势,但污染水平仍较高.海淀宝联站和上甸子本底站的PM_(2.5)年均浓度从奥运前3年(2005—2007)的平均值87.1μg·m-3和53.4μg·m-3分别下降到奥运后5年(2008—2012)的平均值67.7μg·m-3和42.1μg·m-3.奥运后5年两站PM_(2.5)年均浓度变化不大,其中城区维持在66~70μg·m-3的高浓度水平.城区PM_(2.5)浓度为3级以上的超标日在四季的发生频率相当,4级和5级以上的超标日则多发生在秋、冬季;各季平均日变化趋势均为双峰双谷型,上下班交通高峰期对PM_(2.5)浓度日变化有重要影响.2城区站O3年均浓度前5年(2006—2010)逐年下降,之后浓度开始回升,而本底站O3年均浓度在此期间变化不大,近6年(2007—2012)维持在72.4~76.3μg·m-3.城、郊O3平均日变化均呈单峰型,其中上甸子站峰值出现时刻晚于城区海淀宝联站.32005—2012年北京城区其它气态污染物浓度(NO2、SO_2和CO)总体均呈缓慢下降趋势,但在2012年浓度有所反弹,城区站气态污染物在秋、冬季的平均浓度均显著高于春、夏季.  相似文献

This study focuses on the synthesis of nanocomposites named CCA and CZA that were prepared by the incorporation of cellulose(CL) in the Ca/Al and Zn/Al layered double hydroxide(LDH),respectively.These materials were then used for the uptake of As(Ⅲ)and As(V) from aqueous medium.Characterization of both nanocomposites(CCA and CZA) was done using FTIR and Raman analysis to identify the functional groups, N_2 adsorption-desorption isotherms to determine the specific surface area and pore geometry and XPS analysis to obtain the surface atomic composition.Some other characters were investigated using simultaneous TGA and DTA and elemental chemical analysis(CHNS/O).The crystallinity of the prepared nanocomposites was displayed by XRD patterns.Furthermore,the sheet-like structure of the LDHs and the irregularity of surface morphology with porous structure were observed by TEM and SEM microphotographs.Optimization of maximum adsorption capacity was adjusted using different parameters including pH,contact time and adsorbent dosage.The pseudo-second-order model was in good fitting with kinetics results.The adsorption isotherm results showed that CZA exhibits better adsorption capacity for As(Ⅲ) than CCA and the Langmuir isotherm model described the data well for both nanocomposites.Thermodynamic studies illustrated the endothermic nature of CCA and exothermic nature on CZA,as well as the fact that the adsorption process is spontaneous.A real water sample collected from well located in Gabes(Tunisia),has also been treated.The obtained experimental results were confirmed that these sorbents are efficient for the treatment of hazardous toxic species such as.  相似文献

我国主要地区表层土壤中多环芳烃组成及含量特征分析   总被引:16,自引:1,他引:16  
关于我国表层土壤多环芳烃的含量、组成及来源分析的报道很多,但大部分都是针对某一地点或地区的研究,关于我国主要地区总体分布情况的研究很少.为全面了解我国表层土壤中多环芳烃组成及含量特征,本文基于文献报道结果,较系统地分析了全国土壤多环芳烃的总体污染状况及规律.对140组数据进行分析的结果表明:我国表层土壤∑PAHs的含量中位值为580μg·kg-1.从PAHs的组成来看,4~6环PAHs的相对比例较高,占68.53%.我国表层土壤中∑PAHs平均含量的分布趋势为东北>华北>华东>华南>华中,东北地区表层土壤中∑PAHs的含量显著高于除华北地区以外的其它3个地区(p<0.05).东北地区土壤中∑PAHs的含量约是华中地区的6倍.造成这种差异的原因可能和气候条件的地理性差异以及产业结构的区域性分布有关.不同的污染源类型对土壤中PAHs的含量影响很大,点源污染表层土壤多环芳烃的含量显著高于面源污染的土壤(p<0.01),面源与点源污染表层土壤中∑PAHs的平均含量分别为317.3μg·kg-1和1812.95μg·kg-1.上述研究结果可为全国和区域土壤环境质量评价以及土壤环境质量标准制修订提供参考.  相似文献

Paddy soils are potential hotspots of combined contamination with arsenic (As) and antibiotics, which may induce co-selection of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) and As biotransformation genes (ABGs), resulting in dissemination of antimicrobial resistance and modification in As biogeochemical cycling. So far, little information is available for these co-selection processes and specific patterns between ABGs and ARGs in paddy soils. Here, the 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing and high-throughput quantitative PCR and network analysis were employed to investigate the dynamic response of ABGs and ARGs to As stress and manure application. The results showed that As stress increased the abundance of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs), resulting in dissemination risk of antimicrobial resistance. Manure amendment increased the abundance of ABGs, enhanced As mobilization and methylation in paddy soil, posing risk to food safety. The frequency of the co-occurrence between ABGs and ARGs, the host bacteria carrying both ARGs and ABGs were increased by As or manure treatment, and remarkably boosted in soils amended with both As and manure. Multidrug resistance genes were found to have the preference to be co-selected with ABGs, which was one of the dominant co-occurring ARGs in all treatments, and manure amendment increased the frequency of Macrolide-Lincosamide-Streptogramin B resistance (MLSB) to co-occur with ABGs. Bacillus and Clostridium of Firmicutes are the dominant host bacteria carrying both ABGs and ARGs in paddy soils. This study would extend our understanding on the co-selection between genes for antibiotics and metals, also unveil the hidden environmental effects of combined pollution.  相似文献

为了解深圳地区黑碳气溶胶(BC)的污染特征,使用深圳市西涌(XC)站点(郊区)和竹子林(ZZL)站点(城区)2014年1月1日~2015年6月30日测得的BC浓度及常规气象资料,对比研究了深圳地区两个不同代表性站点的BC变化特征.结果表明:在观测期间,郊区XC和城区ZZL站点BC小时平均浓度分别为(1.12±0.90),(2.58±2.00)μg/m3,本底浓度分别为(0.27±1.31),(1.07±0.85)μg/m3,气溶胶吸收系数σabs分别为(5.87±4.81),(13.47±10.50) Mm-1,城区站点值均高于郊区站点.两站点BC浓度分布均为对数正态分布,且都呈现干季高、湿季低的季节变化特点.日变化分析表明ZZL站点BC浓度呈现明显的双峰结构,XC站点日变化不明显.通过计算两地的气溶胶波长吸收指数AAE值,发现两地AAE值均接近1,说明两地BC污染主要来源于化石燃料的燃烧.进一步分析可知XC站点西北方向32km处是世界第三大集装箱码头,当西北风达到一定程度时(10~20m/s),码头排放的污染物将严重影响XC站点的BC浓度.后向轨迹聚类分析结果表明,XC站点主要受中远距离输送影响,ZZL站点主要受周边及本地污染源排放影响.  相似文献

介绍了自然环境中砷、汞的污染来源与污染现状,探讨了砷、汞对植物生长发育、光合作用和抗氧化能力的影响;为了缓解砷、汞对植物的毒害作用,可以添加新一代植物激素、营养元素和改良剂。分析发现,植物对不同浓度砷和汞的敏感程度并不相同,可利用特定植物的富集作用进行环境修复。当前研究主要集中于植物对砷、汞的吸收和转运生理机制,今后还需要加强对超积累植物分子基础的探索。  相似文献

我国主要蔬菜和粮油作物的砷含量与砷富集能力比较   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
根据国内外文献报道,对蔬菜和粮油作物中砷的累积特点和富集能力进行总结和分析.结果表明.清洁区和污染区蔬菜的砷含量变幅分别为0.001-1.07 mg·kg-1和0.001-8.51 mg·kg-1(鲜重),均值分别为0.035 mg·kg-1和0.068 mg·kg-1不同种类蔬菜的砷含量由大到小,依次为:叶菜类>根茎类>茄果类>鲜豆类;清洁区和污染区粮油作物的砷含量变幅分别为0.001-2.20 mg·kg-1和0.007-6.83 mg·kg-1(干重),均值分别为0.081 mg·kg-1和0.294 mg·kg-1,其中水稻的砷含量显著高于小麦和玉米.从富集系数来看,叶莱类蔬菜的砷富集系数最高,芹菜、蕹菜、茼蒿、芥菜等蔬菜的抗砷污染能力较弱.粮食作物玉米的抗砷污染能力较强.与蔬菜砷限量标准(GB4810-1994)相比,我国砷污染区的蔬菜中有32.2%的样本砷含量超标,其中叶菜类和根茎类的超标率分别为47.9%和12.8%.与粮食砷限量标准(GB4810-1994)比较,我国污染区粮油作物的样本砷超标率为34.8%,其中水稻的超标率高达42.9%.玉米和小麦的超标率均高于20%.  相似文献

采用位于长三角地区的临安区域大气本底站罐采样获得的全氟温室气体(PFCs、SF6、NF3、SO2F2)浓度,分析2011~2020年该地区大气中全氟温室气体的浓度分布特征和变化趋势.结果显示,临安站绝大部分全氟温室气体的浓度均呈现逐年升高的变化趋势,至2020年长三角地区全氟温室气体本底浓度分别达到(86.30±0.52)×10-12(CF4)、(5.03±0.00)×10-12(C2F6)、(0.70±0.01)×10-12(C3F8)、(1.82±0.00)×10-12(c-C4F8)、(10.44±0.01)×10-12(SF6)、(2.36±0.04)×10-12(NF3)、(2.61±0.05)×10-12(SO2F2).长三角地区大部分全氟温室气体的本底浓度与全球本底值接近.通过对临安站全氟温室气体污染浓度的潜在源贡献作用(PSCF)和浓度权重轨迹(CWT)分析显示,临安站全氟化碳PFCs (CF4、C4F10、C2F6、C3F8、c-C4F8)的潜在源区主要包括山东、江苏、安徽、上海、浙江中北部和江西东北部地区,NF3、SF6、SO2F2的潜在源区则集中在江苏中南部、上海、浙北地区.  相似文献

2009~2010年在江西抚州市崇仁县10个乡镇采集了85个细叶小羽藓样品,通过对苔藓氮含量及氮同位素(d15N)的测定,估算了该地区大气氮沉降水平,并探讨了大气氮输入的主要来源.结果表明,研究区苔藓平均氮含量变化范围为2.24%~3.43%,其中农业覆盖率较大郭圩乡和礼陂镇苔藓氮含量均超过3%(平均值分别为3.07%、3.43%).研究区大气氮沉降的变化范围为29.62~54.39kg/(hm2·a),反映了大气氮沉降成为农村生态系统氮输入的重要补充.苔藓平均d15N值为-3.11‰~0.078‰,指示研究区主要受农业氨源的影响.崇仁县城区苔藓d15N为-1.7‰,低于其它农业乡镇(d15N为0‰±1‰),表明该地区还受到城市污水和人畜排泄物所释放的氨影响;孙坊镇苔藓d15N 变化范围为-5.89‰~0.61‰,提示大气氮沉降除受到农业排放的氨作用以外,还存在露天垃圾填埋场挥发氨的贡献.  相似文献

We investigated variations of PM2.5 and water-soluble inorganic ions chemical characteristics at nine urban and rural sites in China using ground-based observations. From 2015 to 2019, mean PM2.5 concentration across all sites decreased by 41.9 µg/m3 with a decline of 46% at urban sites and 28% at rural sites, where secondary inorganic aerosol (SIAs) contributed to 21% (urban sites) and 17% (rural sites) of the decreased PM2.5. SIAs concentrations underwent a decline at urban locations, while sulfate (SO42–), nitrate (NO3), and ammonium (NH4+) decreased by 49.5%, 31.3% and 31.6%, respectively. However, only SO42– decreased at rural sites, NO3 increased by 21% and NH4+ decreased slightly. Those changes contributed to an overall SIAs increase in 2019. Higher molar ratios of NO3 to SO42– and NH4+ to SO42– were observed at urban sites than rural sites, being highest in the heavily polluted days. Mean molar ratios of NH3/NHx were higher in 2019 than 2015 at both urban and rural sites, implying increasing NHx remained as free NH3. Our observations indicated a slower transition from sulfate-driven to nitrate-driven aerosol pollution and less efficient control of NOx than SO2 related aerosol formation in rural regions than urban regions. Moreover, the common factor at urban and rural sites appears to be a combination of lower SO42– levels and an increasing fraction of NO3 to PM2.5 under NH4+-rich conditions. Our findings imply that synchronous reduction in NOx and NH3 emissions especially rural areas would be effective to mitigate NO3-driven aerosol pollution.  相似文献

本文通过对黄山茶叶的实地调查,从地学角度分析了黄山茶叶的地质背景对土壤中元素组合、土壤类型的影响,探讨了茶叶主要品质与产地地质背景的关系,分析了茶叶优异的品质与地质背景条件的相关性。确定出黄山毛峰生长的土壤是在特定的青白口纪邓家组变石英砂岩、变粉砂岩、板岩风化而成的粗骨土,太平猴魁是在特定志留纪康山组长石石英砂岩、粉砂岩、泥岩风化而成红壤土、粗骨土,这些土壤为茶树生长提供了大量的营养物质,特别是有益的微量元素对提高茶叶品质起到了重要作用。  相似文献

利用基于光腔衰荡光谱(CRDS)技术自组装的大气CH4在线观测系统,于2010年7月—2011年10月在云南香格里拉大气本底站对大气CH4进行了在线观测.结果发现,该站春、夏、秋、冬季CH4平均本底值分别为(1850.7±6.9)×10-9(体积分数,下同)、(1850.9±13.4)×10-9、(1865.6±16.1)×10-9和(1839.2±6.5)×10-9.全年体积分数在9月最高,12月最低,月均值振幅约39.6×10-9.4季日平均最低值均出现在14:00—16:00.日变化振幅在冬季最小,秋季最大,分别为4.4×10-9和10.0×10-9.西南来向的地面风会明显抬升CH4体积分数,而北偏东来向的地面风显著降低观测结果.通过4季每日整点后向轨迹聚类计算,结合观测资料分析发现,该站CH4主要受西南来向气团传输影响,尤其在春、夏、秋3季.  相似文献

During the 2012 Lanzhou International Marathon, the local government made a significant effort to improve traffic conditions and air quality by implementing traffic restriction measures. To evaluate the direct effect of these measures on urban air quality, especially particle concentrations and their size distributions, atmospheric particle size distributions(0.5–20 μm) obtained using an aerodynamic particle sizer(model 3321, TSI, USA) in June 2012 were analyzed. It was found that the particle number, surface area and volume concentrations for size range 0.5–10 μm were(15.0±2.1) cm-3,(11.8±2.6) μm2/cm3and(1.9±0.6) μm2/cm3, respectively, on the traffic-restricted day(Sunday), which is 63.2%, 53.0% and 47.2% lower than those on a normal Sunday. For number and surface area concentrations, the most affected size range was 0.5–0.7 and 0.5–0.8 μm, respectively, while for volume concentration, the most affected size ranges were 0.5–0.8, 1.7–2.0 and 5.0–5.4 μm. Number and volume concentrations of particles in size range 0.5–1.0 μm correlated well with the number of non-CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) powered vehicles, while their correlation with the number of CNG-powered vehicles was very low, suggesting that reasonable urban traffic controls along with vehicle technology improvements could play an important role in improving urban air quality.  相似文献

Polymyxin B (PMB) is considered as the last line of antibiotic defense available to humans. The environmental effects of the combined pollution with PMB and heavy metals and their interaction mechanisms are unclear. We explored the effects of the combined pollution with PMB and arsenic (As) on the microbial composition of the soil and in the earthworm gut, as well as the spread and transmission of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). The results showed that, compared with As alone, the combined addition of PMB and As could significantly increase the bioaccumulation factor and toxicity of As in earthworm tissues by 12.1% and 16.0%, respectively. PMB treatment could significantly increase the abundance of Actinobacteria in the earthworm gut (from 35.6% to 45.2%), and As stress could significantly increase the abundance of Proteobacteria (from 19.8% to 56.9%). PMB and As stress both could significantly increase the abundance of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs), which were positively correlated, indicating that ARGs might be horizontally transferred. The inactivation of antibiotics was the main resistance mechanism that microbes use to resist PMB and As stress. Network analysis showed that PMB and As might have antagonistic effects through competition with multi-drug resistant ARGs. The combined pollution by PMB and As significantly promoted the relative abundance of microbes carrying multi-drug resistant ARGs and MGEs, thereby increasing the risk of transmission of ARGs. This research advances the understanding of the interaction mechanism between antibiotics and heavy metals and provides new theoretical guidance for the environmental risk assessment and combined pollution management.  相似文献

The distribution and chemical speciation of arsenic (As) in different sized atmospheric particulate matters (PMs), including total suspended particles (TSP), PM10, and PM2.5, collected from Baoding, China were analyzed. The average total mass concentrations of As in TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 were 31.5, 35.3, and 54.1 µg/g, respectively, with an order of PM2.5 >PM 10 > TSP, revealing that As is prone to accumulate on fine particles. Due to the divergent toxicities of different As species, speciation analysis of As in PMs is further conducted. Most of previous studies mainly focused on inorganic arsenite (iAsIII), inorganic arsenate (iAsV), monomethylarsonate (MMA), and dimethylarsinate (DMA) in PMs, while the identification and sensitive quantification of trimethylarsine oxide (TMAO) were rarely reported. In this study, a high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry system was optimized for As speciation including TMAO in PMs. An anion exchange column was used to separate MMA, DMA and iAsV, while a cation exchange column to separate TMAO and iAsIII. Results showed that iAsV was the dominate component in all the samples, corresponding to a portion of 79.2% ± 9.3% of the total extractable species, while iAsIII, TMAO and DMA made up the remaining 21%. Our study demonstrated that iAsIII accounted for about 14.4% ± 11.4% of the total extracted species, with an average concentration of 1.7 ± 1.6 ng/m3. It is worth noting that TMAO was widely present in the samples (84 out of 97 samples), which supported the assumption that TMAO was ubiquitous in atmospheric particles.  相似文献

PM10质量浓度是表征城市空气质量最为重要的污染指标之一.快速了解其浓度和大范围的分布状况,有利于控制PM10质量浓度,并最终提高空气质量.卫星遥感可在瞬间获取大区域的地表和大气信息,在污染监测上具有广泛的应用前景.本文在对覆盖杭州市2004年至2007年的MODIS数据进行了小波分析的基础上,建立了小波系数与同期PM10质量浓度实测数据的回归模型,并进一步比较了不同空气质量条件下的相应图像特征.初步实验表明,MODIS遥感影像特征与PM10浓度存在相关关系.  相似文献
