采用水溶液自由基聚合反应,将丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)接枝到壳聚糖分子上制成了阳离子改性壳聚糖(CAD).经FT-IR、XRD、zeta(ξ)电位、凝胶色谱等分析确定,CAD为淡黄色透明液体,pH值为3.7,相对分子质量为2.88×106,阳离子度为16.7,等电点(0.1%溶液)约为pH值10.5,有效成分2.6%,主要特征官能团有羟基、氨基、季铵基和酰胺基, 呈不规则晶体结构.将CAD与相对分子质量3.67×105的多糖类电负性微生物絮凝剂MBF8复配,对浊度12~460 NTU、离子强度3.0 mmol·L-1的高岭土悬浊液进行烧杯实验.结果表明,MBF8与CAD的最佳使用方式为先投加MBF8后投加CAD,复配比5:3时效果最好,适用的pH范围为6.0~10.0.采用PAC(3.0 mg·L-1)+MBF8+CAD(1.0 mg·L-1)复配絮凝,pH=8.0下,对浊度为110 NTU的高岭土悬浊液,浊度去除率>97%,残余铝<0.08 mg·L-1,絮体大、沉降快,絮凝效果优于PAC+分子量800万、1200万的阴离子PAM及分子量1500万的阳离子PAM.  相似文献

为提高双氰胺甲醛型脱色絮凝剂的脱色性能,以尿素、三聚氰胺为交联剂,以双氰胺、甲醛为原料制备了改性脱色絮凝剂,并用其处理模拟染料废水.研究了不同染料的初始浓度、p H值、投加量、无机盐以及与聚合氯化铝(PAC)复配使用等条件对脱色率的影响.实验结果证明改性的脱色剂具有较好的脱色性能.相同投加量条件下,未改性脱色剂的最大脱色率为89.7%,而改性脱色剂的脱色率能达到94.6%.红外光谱图表明染料分子和脱色剂发生了相互作用.单因素试验研究表明单独使用改性脱色剂时,最佳投加量为120 mg·L~(-1),单独使用PAC时,最佳投加量为60 mg·L~(-1).正交试验法确定了最优适用条件为:改性脱色剂加入量70 mg·L~(-1),聚铝加入量为50 mg·L~(-1),改性脱色剂和PAC的复配使污水处理成本下降约20%.脱色剂的改性和改性脱色剂与PAC的复配显著提高了脱色剂的耐盐性.  相似文献

研究了聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖(PAC-CTS)絮凝剂的絮凝特性,进行了聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂和单独聚合氯化铝对水中溶解态腐殖酸的去除实验。结果表明:复合絮凝剂在投加量为80 mg/L时即可达到与单独聚合氯化铝投加量为150 mg/L时的去除效果,同时前者适应的pH值范围更宽;与投加量和pH值相比,水样浊度和絮凝搅拌速度是影响絮凝效果的次要因素;另外红外光谱分析发现复合絮凝剂中壳聚糖与聚合氯化铝之间存在相互作用。  相似文献

以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、甲醛、二乙烯三胺(DETA)为原料,按照Mannich反应机理制备部分胺化接枝型螯合絮凝剂(CFA),并对其去除水中汞的性能进行了研究.同时,实验考察了螯合絮凝剂合成及从含汞废水中除汞的最佳条件.结果表明,基于在聚丙烯酰胺分子长链上引入具有螯合作用的基团,所得的螯合絮凝剂既具有捕捉Hg2+的螯合作用又具有絮凝作用,对含汞8.1mg·L-1的模拟废水,按0.020%的投加量(絮凝剂与废水质量比),在搅拌速度80~100r·min-1、搅拌时间15min、沉降时间10min的条件下,进行絮凝沉淀处理后,可去除99.5%的汞,除汞效果明显,处理后的水可达到国家排放标准.因此,螯合絮凝剂可用于低浓度含汞废水的处理.同时,该螯合絮凝剂具有合成工艺简单、除汞快速、操作简便等特点,可望成为一种新型、低成本含汞废水处理材料.  相似文献

通过磁絮凝分离法处理含油废水,确定适宜的磁粉和絮凝剂、助凝剂的加入量,以及加料顺序和搅拌条件对反应的影响,并进行了普通絮凝和磁絮凝的对比试验。结果表明,当废水含油量为100~200mg/L时,反应最佳工艺参数:磁粉加入量为280mg/L,PFC和PAM加入量分别为25、0.5mg/L,磁粉和PFC同时先于PAM投加,且投加时搅拌速度以250r/min为宜。  相似文献

以壳聚糖(CTS)为母体,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为改性剂,合成了壳聚糖季铵盐阳离子型高分子絮凝剂2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),以其对高岭土悬浊液的浊度去除率为指标优化合成条件,以HTCC分别与PAC及PAM复配,絮凝处理丁苯橡胶废水.结果表明,最佳合成条件为:质量比MCTS: MCTA: MNaOH =1:2:1.2、反应温度60℃、反应时间3h,在此条件下合成的HTCC对高岭土悬浊液的浊度去除率达96.46%;HTCC+PAC复配在pH6.0~8.0对丁苯橡胶废水的絮凝效果较好,出水余浊<2NTU,色度去除率达92.98%,COD去除率达32.0%;HTCC+PAM复配在pH5.0~8.9对丁苯橡胶废水的絮凝效果最好,余浊<3NTU,COD去除率46.0 %,且投药量小, pH适宜范围宽,优势比较明显.以HTCC与PAC、PAM分别复配处理丁苯橡胶废水可减轻后续生化处理的负荷,降低PAC、PAM的投加量,从而减小出水中残余铝和残余丙烯酰胺单体的含量.  相似文献

Combined flocculants with low ecological risk are urgently required in water supply and wastewater treatment in China. A novel flocculant was thus developed under the condition of low ecological risk( noted as CAS).The experiments to examine wastewater treatment performance of the new product showed that there was favourable performance in the flocculation process in contrast to commercial flocculants in treating kaolin suspensions, municipal effluent and domestic wastewater. Flocculation performance included the turbidity removal rate, sediment character and a decrease in COD(chemical oxygen demand). The sediment time of flocculation is short and the removal rate of turbidity treated by CAS is high compared with PAC(polyaluminum-chloride), PAM (polyacrylamide) and the combined addition of PAC and PAM. The optimal concentration required to affect flocculation processes is dependent on kaolin concentration and the character of the wastewater within the range examined. It also showed that CAS is effective to treat wastewater with high turbidity.  相似文献

对PAC、PAM复合使用于洗毛废水时原水浓度与投药量关系进行了小试和中试。实验表明,PAC与废水形成20~30μm的小絮粒,PAM连接小絮粒形成矾花。以原水COD10000mg/L为界,呈自由絮凝和拥挤絮凝两种状态。在自由絮凝时,原水COD:PAC:PAM呈75:1:0013,COD、SS去除率分别达85%,95%以上。拥挤絮凝时PAC、PAM的投量激剧增加。建议洗毛废水在自由絮凝状态下处理。  相似文献

聚合铝基复合絮凝剂用于城市纳污河道废水处理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以城市纳污河道废水为处理对象,聚合氯化铝-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PAC-PDMDAAC,代号JYF-1)复合絮凝剂为处理药剂,在室内模拟化学强化一级处理(CEPT)现场工艺,进行了烧杯絮凝实验,主要考察废水中颗粒物、有机物和氮磷的去除效果,以及pH和表面负荷率(SOR)对絮凝效果的影响,分析了投药前后废水中颗粒物粒径分布和电荷特性的变化,讨论了JYF-1药剂的作用机理及其在CEPT工艺中的应用. 结果表明,聚合铝基复合絮凝剂JYF-1比传统的PAC拥有更好的絮凝效果,对pH和SOR的适应能力更强. JYF-1对非溶解性污染物的去除要好于溶解性污染物的去除,8 mg·L-1的JYF-1对COD和溶解性COD(SCOD)的去除率分别为76.72%和64.31%,处理后出水的可生化性大幅提高,BOD/COD从处理前的0.23增加到处理后的0.53. JYF-1具有良好的除磷效果和一定的脱氮效果,当JYF-1投量为12 mg·L-1时,溶解性总磷(STP)的去除率可达到90%以上,总磷(TP)的去除率可达到80%左右,总氮(TN)去除率为20%左右. 将JYF-1应用于CEPT工艺,可以无需改变现有的设备和工艺,以更少的投药量获得更好的出水水质,产生更少的污泥,是值得推广应用的高效低价絮凝剂.  相似文献

Soil aggregates were prepared from a bulk soil collected from paddy soil in the Taihu Lake region and aluminum (Al) dissolution, solution pH changes during copper (Cu2 +) sorption were investigated with static sorption and magnetic stirring. Kinetics of Cu2 + sorption and Al dissolution were also studied by magnetic stirring method. No Al dissolution was observed until Cu2 + sorption was greater than a certain value, which was 632, 450, 601 and 674 mg/kg for sand, clay, silt, and coarse silt fractions, respectively. Aluminum dissolution increased with increasing Cu2 + sorption and decreasing solution pH. An amount of dissolved Al showed a significant positive correlation with non-specific sorption of Cu2 + (R2 > 0.97), and it was still good under different pH values (R2 > 0.95). Copper sorption significantly decreased solution pH. The magnitude of solution pH decline increased as Cu2 + sorption and Al dissolution increased. The sand and clay fraction had a less Al dissolution and pH drop due to the higher ferric oxide, Al oxide and organic matter contents. After sorption reaction for half an hour, the Cu2 + sorption progress reached more than 90% while the Al dissolution progress was only 40%, and lagged behind the Cu2 + sorption. It indicated that aluminum dissolution is associated with non-specific sorption.  相似文献

In this work a novel anode configuration consisting of an iron mesh double layer is proposed for the electrochemical treatment of wastewater. The removal of Reactive Black 5 dye(RB5) from synthetic contaminated water was used as a model system. At a constant anode surface area, identical process operating parameters and batch process mode, the iron mesh double layer electrode showed better performance compared to the conventional single layer iron mesh. The double layer electrode was characterized by RB5 and chemical oxygen demand(COD) removal efficiency of 98.2% and 97.7%, respectively, kinetic rate constant of 0.0385/min, diffusion coefficient of 4.9 × 10~(-5)cm~2/sec and electrical energy consumption of 20.53 kWh/kgdye removed. In the continuous flow system, the optimum conditions suggested by Response Surface Methodology(RSM) are: initial solution p H of 6.29,current density of 1.6 m A/cm~2, electrolyte dose of 0.15 g/L and flow rate of 11.47 m L/min which resulted in an RB5 removal efficiency of 81.62%.  相似文献

采用生物淋滤-聚合氯化铝(PAC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联合使用工艺对城市污泥进行了调理研究.结果表明,在固定单质硫投量为3 g.L-1的条件下,投加亚铁离子能明显加快污泥生物淋滤速率;FeSO4.7H2O投量为8 g.L-1时,污泥pH降至2约需1.5 d.生物淋滤显著改善了污泥的脱水性能,生物淋滤后使污泥比阻从6.45×1010 s2.g-1降到1.45×1010 s2.g-1,降低了77.52%,但污泥仍属于难脱水污泥.回调淋滤污泥pH至6,投加PAC及PAM对淋滤污泥进行强化调理.结果表明,单独使用PAC与PAM的最佳投量分别为200 mg.L-1和50 mg.L-1;联合使用PAC与PAM时,PAC与PAM的最佳投量分别为100mg.L-1和25 mg.L-1,污泥比阻和滤饼含水率分别为2.02×108 s2.g-1和74.81%,污泥属于易脱水污泥.与单独使用PAC与PAM相比,PAC与PAM联合使用调理污泥费用低、处理效果好.  相似文献

Powdered activated carbon (PAC) adsorption of two fishy odorants, trans,trans-2,4-heptadienal (HDE) and trans,trans-2,4-decadienal (DDE), was investigated. Both the pseudo first-order and the pseudo second-order kinetic models well described the kinetics curves, and DDE was more readily removed by PAC. In isotherm tests, both Freundlich and Modified Freundlich isotherms fitted the experimental data well. PAC exhibited a higher adsorption capacity for DDE than for HDE, which could be ascribed to the difference in their hydrophobicity. The calculated thermodynamic parameters (ΔG0, ΔH0, and ΔS0) indicated an exothermic and spontaneous adsorption process. PAC dosage, pH, and natural organic matter (NOM) presence were found to influence the adsorption process. With increasing PAC dosage, the pseudo first-order and pseudo second-order rate constants both increased. The value of pH had little influence on HDE or DDE molecules but altered the surface charge of PAC, and the maximum adsorption capacity occurred at pH 9. The presence of NOM, especially the fraction with molecular weight less than 1 k Dalton, hindered the adsorption. The study showed that preloaded NOM impaired the adsorption capacity of HDE or DDE more severely than simultaneously fed NOM did.  相似文献

微塑料是一种存在于不同环境介质中的新兴污染物,主要来源于废弃塑料制品,其存在污染范围广、潜在环境污染大的问题.废塑料再生企业生产废水中微塑料浓度远高于其他类型废水,对其生产废水中的微塑料进行处理具有重要的环境意义.模拟废塑料再生过程的生产废水并进行微塑料去除的絮凝沉淀试验,研究絮凝剂投加量、pH、水力快速搅拌条件的单因素和正交试验对废水中微塑料去除率及其各因素作用的影响.结果表明:①当PAC (聚合氯化铝)投加量为10 mL,PAM (聚丙烯酰胺)投加量为7 mL,pH为9,水力快速搅拌条件为100 r/min下维持40 s再200 r/min下维持40 s时,微塑料的总去除率最高,达91%.②PAC投加量是影响微塑料去除效果的主要因素,其次是pH.③微塑料的去除率与其本身的密度有关,密度大的ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)去除率最高,密度小的PE (polyethylene,聚乙烯)去除率最低.④不同粒径区间的微塑料去除率区别较大,粒径小(0.1~0.25 mm)的微塑料去除效果最好.研究显示,通过控制PAC和PAM的投加量、pH和水力搅拌速率等条件,能够有效将废水中的微塑料通过絮凝沉淀的方法去除,从而达到净化含微塑料生产废水的目的.   相似文献

用聚合氯化铝(PAC).聚丙烯酰胺(PAM).复合混凝剂(90%PAC 10%PAM)及试剂A(一种壳聚糖)等4种混凝剂在不同pH及不同投加量的情况下.对垃圾渗滤液COD的去除效果进行了比较分析。实验结果表明。复合混凝剂及试剂A的处理效果明显优于PACPAM。在pH值5.5和8时。复合混凝剂投加量为400mg/L时。COD的去除率分别为38.63%和37.84%:试剂A在pH为8.投加量为100mg/L时。对COD的去除率达到39.85%。  相似文献

Using chitosan modified soil to flocculate and sediment algal cells has been considered as a promising strategy to combat cyanobacteria blooms in natural waters. However, the flocculation efficiency often varies with algal cells with different zeta potential (ZP) attributed to different growth phases or water conditions. This article investigated the relationship between ZP of Microcystis aeruginosa and its influence to the flocculation efficiency using chitosan modified soil. Results suggested that the optimal removal efficiency was obtained when the ZP was between − 20.7 and − 6.7 mV with a removal efficiency of more than 80% in 30 min and large floc size of > 350 μm. When the algal cells were more negatively charged than − 20.7 mV, the effect of chitosan modified soil was depressed (< 60%) due to the insufficient charge density of chitosan to neutralize and destabilize the algal suspension. When the algal cells were less negative than − 6.7 mV or even positively charged, a small floc size (< 120 μm) was formed, which may be difficult to sink under natural water conditions. Therefore, manipulation of ZP provided a viable tool to improve the flocculation efficiency of chitosan modified soil and an important guidance for practical engineering of cyanobacteria bloom control.  相似文献

分别对城市污水处理厂产生的浓缩污泥、初沉池污泥和浓缩污泥的混合污泥以及消化污泥进行了絮凝脱水试验,同时对聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、丙烯酸钠-丙烯酸酰胺共聚物、异丁烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物和阳离子聚丙烯酸胺(PAM)的絮凝效果进行比较。结果表明,浓缩污泥所需要的絮凝剂最少,消化污泥所需要的絮凝剂最多,并且各种絮凝剂都存在着最佳投加量。以浓缩污泥为例进行经济分析结果表明,最佳絮凝剂为PAM,最佳投加量为2.45kg/t干泥。另外,对絮凝脱水的影响因素分析后发现,过滤压力、pH以及搅拌速度都对污泥脱水性能有很大影响,在实际应用中应通过实验进行优化选择。  相似文献

通过试验筛选出对炼油污泥处理效果好的复配絮凝剂。试验和现场应用结果表明:使用有机高分子絮凝剂(PAM)分别和无机高分子絮凝剂(PAC)复配处理炼油污泥比单独使用任何一种絮凝剂的处理效果更好,复配絮凝剂具有适应性广、投加量少、浮渣少等优点,处理后的污水可以达到排放标准。  相似文献
