建立了适用于水中痕量乙酸乙酯吹扫捕集GC-MS选择离子监测(SIS)模式的下测定方法,并对吹扫方法进行了优化。结果表明,吹扫时间为10 min时,吹扫捕集效率最高。水中痕量乙酸乙酯经吹扫捕集水/土自动进样器到捕集阱中,解吸后经气相色谱柱分离,在质谱检测器检测,外标法定量。该方法测定乙酸乙酯的检出限为0.1μg/L,线性范围0.25~40μg/L,其相关系数r2=0.999 2,样品的加标回收率为87.7%~103.3%,RSD为1.1%~5.8%。此方法能够快速、高效地分析水中的痕量乙酸乙酯。  相似文献

以高压汞灯为光源,研究了紫外光照条件下水中普萘洛尔(PRO)的光解行为、机制及安全性.PRO光解机制通过活性氧物种(ROS)猝灭实验来确定,光解产物安全性通过发光菌毒性实验来评价.结果表明,PRO的光解速率常数(k)随初始浓度的增加而下降,两者呈显著负相关关系(r2>0.95).随着溶液初始pH的升高,PRO的光解加快,pH 5~9的PRO溶液的k值为0.0953~0.267 min-1.ROS猝灭实验表明,PRO的紫外光解过程包括了激发三重态PRO(3PRO*)参与的直接光解,以及羟基自由基(·OH)和单线态氧(1O2)参与的自敏化光解,直接光解速率常数大于自敏化光解速率常数.采用FFA探针方法测定了不同实验条件下1O2的浓度,其总体变化规律与猝灭实验所得结论一致.发光菌毒性实验表明,PRO光解生成了比母体化合物毒性更强的中间产物.  相似文献

总量分配是制订污染物总量控制方案的基础,在总量分配方法中合理性指数法是由各因素组成的多目标分配方法,是一种新方法、新思路.由于各因素之间对应的权重系数通常采用专家打分方法确定,因此,分析主观性对总量分配结果的影响具有十分重要的意义.论文共选取30名不同领域的人员,并进行分组,分别对权重因子进行打分,分析不同类型的人员权重分布的特点及其对污染物总量分配结果的影响.研究结果表明:不同人员的权重因子对污染物总量分配具有一定的影响,对最后的决策结果产生一定的不确定性.从分配总量结果来看,TN、TP平均值分别为1.64万t·a-1、0.12万t·a-1,标准差分别为0.16万t·a-1、0.014万t·a-1,变差系数分别为0.09、0.12;从分组结果来看,管理人员一致性较好,研究人员一致性较差.总体而言,综合考虑不同领域专家的意见是保持总量分配方案的合理性和一致性的有效途径.  相似文献

Cyanobacteria, which occurred in eutrophic water harvest solar light to carry out photosynthesis with high efficiency. In this work, cyanobacteria (Microcystis sp.) were used as biotemplate to synthesize titania structure. The synthesized titania sample had similar morphology to that of the original template in spite of the fragile unicellular structures and extremely high water content of cyanobacterial cells. Incorporation of biogenic C, as well as the morphology inherited from biotemplate improved visible- light absorbance of the titania structure. The sample exhibited higher visible-light photocatalytic activity than commercial titania photocatalyst Degussa P25 for Rhodamine B (RhB) degradation. Compared with those C-doped titania photocatalysts prepared by other methods, cyanobacteria templated titania photocatalyst offer some potential for competitive advantages. The reported strategy opened up a new use for the cyanobacteria. It could also be used for titania in applications such as treatment of polluted water, dye-sensitized solar cells, or other regions.  相似文献

Excess phosphorus from non-point pollution sources is one of the key factors causing eutrophication in many lakes in China,so finding a cost-effective method to remove phosphorus from non-point pollution sources is very important for the health of the aqueous environment. Graphene was selected to support nanoscale zero-valent iron(nZVI)for phosphorus removal from synthetic rainwater runoff in this article. Compared with nZVI supported on other porous materials,graphene-supported nZVI(G-nZVI) could remove phosphorus more efficiently. The amount of nZVI in G-nZVI was an important factor in the removal of phosphorus by G-nZVI,and G-nZVI with 20 wt.% nZVI(20% G-nZVI)could remove phosphorus most efficiently. The nZVI was very stable and could disperse very well on graphene,as characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and Raman spectroscopy were used to elucidate the reaction process,and the results indicated that Fe-O-P was formed after phosphorus was adsorbed by G-nZVI. The results obtained from X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicated that the reaction product between nZVI supported on graphene and phosphorus was Fe3(PO4)2·8H2O(Vivianite). It was confirmed that the specific reaction mechanism for the removal of phosphorus with nZVI or G-nZVI was mainly due to chemical reaction between nZVI and phosphorus.  相似文献

LAI inversion algorithm based on directional reflectance kernels   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Leaf area index (LAI) is an important ecological and environmental parameter. A new LAI algorithm is developed using the principles of ground LAI measurements based on canopy gap fraction. First, the relationship between LAI and gap fraction at various zenith angles is derived from the definition of LAI. Then, the directional gap fraction is acquired from a remote sensing bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) product. This acquisition is obtained by using a kernel driven model and a large-scale directional gap fraction algorithm. The algorithm has been applied to estimate a LAI distribution in China in mid-July 2002. The ground data acquired from two field experiments in Changbai Mountain and Qilian Mountain were used to validate the algorithm. To resolve the scale discrepancy between high resolution ground observations and low resolution remote sensing data, two TM images with a resolution approaching the size of ground plots were used to relate the coarse resolution LAI map to ground measurements. First, an empirical relationship between the measured LAI and a vegetation index was established. Next, a high resolution LAI map was generated using the relationship. The LAI value of a low resolution pixel was calculated from the area-weighted sum of high resolution LAIs composing the low resolution pixel. The results of this comparison showed that the inversion algorithm has an accuracy of 82%. Factors that may influence the accuracy are also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

以岷江上游为研究区,选取堵河型泥石流沟4条、堵塞型和不堵河型泥石流沟各2条,在详细分析和比较8条典型泥石流的流域特征、一次有代表性的泥石流过程的泥石流流体特征及沟口处主河特征的基础上,结合专家问卷调查,得出了与泥石流堵河关系较为密切的因素,它们是:泥石流规模、堆积区主河宽度、泥石流沟床比降、泥石流流量、入汇处主河流量、泥石流颗粒级配、入汇处主河比降、泥石流粘度、重度、泥石流沟与主河夹角、泥石流暴发频率等。  相似文献

Bromate reduction by Fe(0) with incorporation of copper or palladium was investigated in batch tests. The incorporation of copper led to an increase in the rate of bromate reduction, while incorporation of palladium did not show any effect on bromate reduction by Fe(0), regardless of the bimetal application techniques (either simultaneous addition of Cu(II) or Pd(IV) into the Fe-BrO3- reaction system or using copper or palladium amended iron for bromate removal). Surface analyses by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) techniques indicated that aqueous Cu(II) was reduced and incorporated into the iron surface to form Cu2O and Cu(0). Among these two species, pure Cu(0) is not an active electron donor to the bromate reduction reaction, as shown by there being no reduction from using Cu(0) powders alone and no enhancement by Fe(0) when physically mixed with Cu(0). Although it has been proposed in the literature that the enhancement of adsorption also contributes to the enhancement of chemical reduction, this is not the case here because adsorption decreased when Cu increased. The enhanced bromate reduction rate in the presence of copper observed here is most likely the result of the newly formed active Cu(I). The presence of PdO was evidenced by XPS but yielded no enhancement in bromate reduction. Finally, the Cu2O present on the iron surface because of copper impurities in commercially available iron was found to be involved in the bromate reduction and to accelerate the reduction rate.  相似文献
