以苏州工业园区第二污水厂在冬季低温下的实际运行为例,重点分析了低温生物脱氮的影响因子,并探讨影响低温生物脱氮的因素.根据污水处理厂冬季水温特征和低温脱氮影响规律,结合污水厂运行经验和数据分析提出太湖流域污水厂低温生物脱氮的适合措施,以达到低温下保证运行效果使出水达标,并结合冬季低温下太湖流域污水厂的特点,为保证总氮出水达标提出来了相应的解决方案和措施.     

关于环境保护法律法规修订的新观点

为了保护人类健康不受恶劣环境的侵害,就必须对依法保护环境进行相关研究。提出了环境与健康是人类健康生存头等大事的观点,总结中国主要环境保护法律法规的不足,提出新的修订措施。提出6条保护环境的新法规建议供环境保护法修订时参考应用,主要包括:1)环境与健康及保护法规的宣传教育立法;2)医疗卫生机构设立环境医学防治学科立法;3)国家普及设立环境污染监测和预报系统立法;4)人民政府环境保护行政主管部门应扩展和延伸立法;5)国家在任何单位均应设立环境污染保护行政主管科室立法;6)国家设立外国在华企业环境保护行政主管部门立法。

Interaction of nano-TiO2 with lysozyme: insights into the enzyme toxicity of nanosized particles

Background, aim, and scope  

Nanomaterials have been used increasingly in industrial production and daily life, but their human exposure may cause health risks. The interactions of nanomaterial with functional biomolecules are often applied as a precondition for its cytotoxicity and organ toxicity where various proteins have been investigated in the past years. In the present study, nano-TiO₂ was selected as the representative of nanomaterials and lysozyme as a representative for enzymes. By investigating their interaction by various instrumentations, the objective is to identify the action sites and types, estimate the effect on the enzyme structure and activity, and reveal the toxicity mechanism of nanomaterial.     

电吸附对水中盐类、氨氮、COD的去除效果分析

电吸附技术作为高效、环境友好型的除盐、除氨氮技术,可应用与水的深度处理领域内。为了使污水回用达到工业用水的水质标准,对电吸附去除水中盐类、氨氮、COD的效果进行分析,结果表明,电吸附设备处理不同氨氮浓度的废水,对中低浓度的氨氮去除效果稳定,当进水氨氮浓度低于20 mg/L时,处理后出水氨氮浓度低于5 mg/L,COD浓度小于25 mg/L,达到回用标准;随着进水盐浓度的增大电吸附处理效果逐渐变差,在电导率低于2 500 μS/cm时除盐率在75%左右,氨氮去除率达到70%左右,COD去除率达到60%左右。经电吸附处理后的低氨氮浓度废水,TDS、氨氮浓度均可达到工业回用水标准。

An Empirical Study on the Environmental Kuznets Curve for China’s Carbon Emissions:Based on Provincial Panel Data

Based on the Environmental Kuznets Curve theory,the authors choose provincial panel data of China in 1990 2007 and adopt panel unit root and co-integration testing method to study whether there is Environmental Kuznets Curve for China’s carbon emissions.The research results show that:carbon emissions per capita of the eastern region and the central region of China fit into Environmental Kuznets Curve,but that of the western region does not.On this basis,the authors carry out scenario analysis on the occurrence time of the inflection point of carbon emissions per capita of different regions,and describe a specific time path.
