In order to understand the characteristics of spatial and temporal variation, as well as provide effective ideas on carbon emissions and regulatory policy in Yantai, this article analyzed spatial and temporal variation of carbon emissions in Yantai based on energy consumption statistics for a variety of energy sorts together with industrial sectors from 2001 to 2011. The results were as following: First of all, Yantai’s carbon emissions grew by an average of 5.5% per year during the last 10 years, and there was a peak of 10.48 million carbon in the year of 2011. Second, compared with the gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate, the figures for energy carbon emissions growth rate were smaller; however the problem of carbon emissions were still more obvious. Furthermore, carbon emissions in Yantai increased rapidly before 2008; while after 2008, it increased more slowly and gradually become stable. Third, the energy consumption was different among regions in Yantai. For instance, the energy consumption in Longkou city was the largest, which occupied 50% of the total carbon emissions in Yantai; and the energy consumption in Chang Island was generally less than 1% of the Longkou consumption. Finally, there were relative close relationships among the spatial difference of carbon emissions, regional resources endowment, economic development, industrial structure, and energy efficiency. 相似文献

To study the transport mechanism of hydrophobic organic chemicals (HOCs) and the energy change in soil/solvent system, a soil leaching column chromatographic (SLCC) experiment at an environmental temperature range of 20-40 degrees C was carried out, which utilized a reference soil (SP 14696) packed column and a methanol-water (1:4 by volume ratio) eluent. The transport process quickens with the increase of column temperature. The ratio of retention factors at 30 and 40 degrees C (k'30/k'40) ranged from 1.08 to 1.36. The lower enthalpy change of the solute transfer in SLCC (from eluent to soil) than in conventional reversed-phase liquid chromatography (e.g., from eluent to C18) is consistent with the hypothesis that HOCs were dominantly and physically partitioned between solvent and soil. The results were also verified by the linear solvation energy relationships analysis. The chief factor controlling the retention was found to be the solute solvophobic partition, and the second important factor was the solute hydrogen-bond basicity, while the least important factors were the solute polarizability-dipolarity and hydrogen-bond acidity. With the increase of temperature, the contributions of the solute solvophobic partition and hydrogen-bond basicity gradually decrease, and the latter decreases faster than the former. 相似文献

The transfer characteristics of Cd and Pb from soils to the edible parts of six vegetable species were calculated from plant and corresponding surface soil samples collected from the fields in Fujian Province, southeastern China. The soil-to-plant transfer factors (TF) calculated from both total and DTPA-extractable Cd and Pb in the soils decreased with increasing total or DTPA-extractable Cd and Pb, indicating that the TF values of Cd and Pb depend on the soil metal content. For most plants studied, there was a significant relation between the TF values and the corresponding soil metal concentrations (total or DTPA-extractable) that was best described by an exponential equation (y=axb). We recommend that the representative TF value for a given crop-metal system should be estimated from the regression models between the transfer factors and the corresponding soil metal concentrations and at a given soil metal concentration. 相似文献

探索公众的自然灾害认知,有助于揭示风险潜在因素,为开展有效的风险沟通和风险管理提供基础依据.依据在重庆、湖南等部分省市的洪灾易发区开展社会调查收回的635份有效问卷,通过统计分析公众对于区域社会减灾能力的信任及其水灾认知,并探讨了信任对认知的影响.结果表明,公众对于社会减灾能力持信任态度,信任高低依次为:监测预警预报>基础设施>防洪工程>政府应急管理,且信任的高低受年龄、灾害经历和区域经济发展水平的影响而存在差异.减灾能力信任会影响到公众的灾害风险认知,信任的增强会降低公众对洪灾的恐惧心理和对风险大小的判断,同时产生积极和消极并存的防灾行为倾向.因此构建"文化自觉"的科学防灾文化观有利于正确指引公众认识到减灾措施及能力的限度. 相似文献

A self-flushing wet electrostatic precipitator was developed to investigate the removal performance for fine particles. Flexible material (polypropylene, 840A) and carbon steel in the form of a spiked band were adopted as the collection plate and discharge electrode, respectively. The particle concentration, morphology, and trace-element content were measured by electric low-pressure impactor, scanning electron microscope, and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, respectively, before and after the electrostatic precipitator. With increasing gas velocity, the collection efficiency of fine particles (up to 0.8 μm in diameter) increased, while it decreased for particles with diameters larger than 0.8 μm. Increasing the dust inlet concentration increased the collection efficiency up to a point, from which it then declined gradually with further increases in the inlet concentration. The particulate matter after the wet electrostatic precipitator showed different degrees of agglomeration. The collection efficiency of trace elements within PM10 was less than that of the PM10 itself. Notably, the water consumption in the current setup was significantly lower than for other treatment processes of comparable collection efficiencies.
Implications: Wet electrostatic precipitators, as fine filtration equipment, were generally applicable to coal-fired plants to reduce PM2.5 emissions in China. However, high energy consumption and unstable operation, such as water usage and spray washing directly in the electric field, seriously restricted the further development. The utilization of self-flushing wet electrostatic precipitator can solve these problems to some extent. 相似文献

基于过渡金属离子掺杂技术,制备了在室内光辐照条件下具有良好光催化抗菌性能的可见光响应型铁掺杂TiO2光催化涂料。研究结果表明,在可见光活性光催化涂料中添加1%的纳米TiO2时,抗菌效果最好,光照24 h后对大肠杆菌、白色念珠球菌、黑曲霉的杀菌率分别达到99.9%、97.2%、82%。采用致孔剂聚乙二醇6 000对光催化剂改性后,能加快该涂料的抗菌性能,光照6 h后杀菌率就能达到99.9%。表明该涂料在室内可见光照射下具有较好的广谱抗菌效果,能抑制和杀灭多种微生物。 相似文献

以高炉瓦斯泥为铁源,通过其在酸性条件下与H2O2 形成Fenton/类Fenton反应体系来处理硝基苯废水,考察了pH、H2O2用量、高炉瓦斯泥用量及反应时间对硝基苯降解率的影响,并对降解机理进行了分析表征。实验结果表明,在pH为3、高炉瓦斯泥用量为0.5 g/L、H2O2用量为10 mL/L、反应时间为60 min的条件下,100 mg/L的硝基苯溶液中硝基苯的降解率达87.88%;硝基苯先被氧化生成硝基苯酚、硝基苯二酚、对苯醌等中间产物,然后再进一步氧化生成二氧化碳和水达到降解的目的。 相似文献
