Assessment of China's economic loss resulting from the degradation of agricultural land in the end of 20th century

Land degradation is a consequence stemming from both natural processes and social economic activities. On the bases of analyzing general situation of agricultural land degradation in China, the monetary estimating methods such as market value method and shadow engineering method were used to quantitatively assess the economic loss resulting from land deterioration. Results showed that the economic loss in 1999 was 326.8l billion RMB Yuan, which accounted for 4.1% of GDP in the same year of China. If taking five items namely farmland conversion, soil erosion, salinization, decline in reservoir functions, and siltation in waterways and, comparing with that in 1992, the percentage of economic loss to GDP has increased by 1.5 in the only 7 years.     

Effects of the surface chemistry of macroreticular adsorbents on the adsorption of 1-naphthol/1-naphthylamine mixtures from water

The adsorption behaviors of 1-naphthol, 1-naphthylamine and l-naphthol/l-naphthylamine mixtures in water over two macroreticular adsorbents were investigated in single or binary batch systems at 293 K, 303 K and 313 K respectively. All the adsorption isotherms in the studied systems can be adequately fitted by Langmuir model. In the case of aminated macroreticular adsorbent NDA103, 1-naphthol is adsorbed to a larger extent than 1-naphthylamine; while, the opposite trend is found for nonpolar macroreticular adsorbent NDA100. It is noteworthy that at higher temperature（303 K and 313 K）, the total uptake amounts of 1-naphthol and 1-naphthylamine in all binary-component systems are obvious larger than the pure uptake amounts in single-component systems, which is presumably due to the cooperative effect primarily arisen from the hydrogen-bonding interaction between the loaded 1-naphthol and 1-naphthylamine molecules. The simultaneous adsorption systems were confirmed to be helpful to the selective adsorption towards 1-naphthol according to the larger selective index.     

有效微生物技术在渗滤液处理中的应用与发展

介绍了有效微生物(EM)的组成、特点及其处理废水的机理;通过与传统的生化法处理垃圾渗滤液的比较,指出了利用EM技术处理垃圾渗滤液的优势,认为该技术不仅能够提高污染物的去除效率,降低污泥产量,而且能够缩短反应器的响应时间;并介绍了EM制剂在国内外的生产情况,对今后EM技术的发展前景提出了展望.     

福建三都湾赤潮监控区的麻痹性贝毒和腹泻性贝毒研究

运用美国分析化学家协会(AOAC)推荐的小白鼠生物测定法，对三都湾赤潮监控区的经济贝类于2003年5月．10月进行每月1次的麻痹性贝毒(PSP)和腹泻性贝毒(DSP)含量检测。结果表明：在此期间均未检测出PSP；DSP于7、8、10月在紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)体内检出，其中10月检出DSP含量为10Mu／100g，超标。     

厦门市生活垃圾的灰色预测与分析

运用灰色关联度分析法,定量分析了影响厦门市生活垃圾产生量的影响因子,发现其主要因子是城市国内生产总值(GDP);利用灰色系统理论建立了该市生活垃圾产生量的GM(1,1)预测模型,并进行预测分析。     

人工曝气技术在河道污染治理中的应用

综述了国内外河道人工曝气技术的工程实践，介绍该技术的原理。在河流水质变化的不同时期应用河道曝气技术，可以分别达到消除黑臭，减少水体污染负荷，促进河流生态系统的恢复等目的，是种低成本、见效快的技术，具有较好的应用前景。

通过对金华地区氟污染现状的描述和氟污染原因分析，提出余华地区氟污染防治的对策。

分析了中国目前道路建设的生态影响评价的现状及存在的主要问题，结合日本道路建设的生态影响评价程序与方法，提出了未来中国道路建设生态影响评价方法研究重点。     

生物质气化洗焦废水的预处理和微生物降解

为了对生物质气化洗焦废水进行深度处理,达到废水排放标准,采用物理过滤和微生物降解相结合的方法,对洗焦废水的原液进行处理。实验结果表明,用木屑、颗粒活性碳、微生物降解的连续步骤处理生物质气化洗焦废水,可达到理想的生物质气化洗焦废水COD的去除效果。     

基于JSP和Mysq1的环境监测网络数据管理

从环境监测数据管理的意义和重要性出发，介绍了环境监测网络数据管理系统，并给出了空气质量监测数据在系统中流程和计算处理的方法，实现了环境监测数据网络管理的功能，保证了空气质量数据传输的准确性和实时性。
