论矿山环境岩土工程

矿山环境岩土（地质）工程问题是我国环境治理的一个重点和热点问题。本文通过对矿山开发、开采过程中可能出现的几种环境岩土工程问题的分析,提出了几种对矿山环境岩土工程问题进行研究的方法和途径。得出了建立典型的具有代表性的“理论基地”、充分利用现有的新理论新技术和系统论的思维方法是解决矿山环境岩土工程问题的重要方法的结论。     

生物处理港口含油污水

着重讨论两种生物处理工艺对港口含油污水的处理效果，试验结果表明；经ＰＡＣ絮凝──生物接触氧化工艺处理，出水ＣＯＤ＜１００ｍｇ／Ｌ，达到排放标准。     

镉、汞、铅在体内对氨基酸掺入微粒体的特异性抑制作用

本实验采用DL-(~3H)-亮氨酸作为蛋白质合成的原料,从亚细胞水平观察镉、汞、铅在动物体内对肝脏各亚细胞组分蛋白合成的影响。实验结果表明,给雄性大鼠腹腔一次注入2.4mg/kg醋酸镉后72h和一次注给2.0mg/kg氯化汞或100mg/kg醋酸铅后24h,均可不同程度地抑制DL-(~3H)-亮氨酸掺入微粒体蛋白,而对其它组分包括细胞核、线粒体、去微粒体后上清液蛋白中DL-(~3H)-亮氨酸的掺入无明显影响。     

Die Anwendung von molekulargenetischen Techniken in der Neurochemie

Research in molecular neurobiology has recently entered a new phase of rapid development as a result of the application of the techniques of molecular genetics. This is illustrated by recent work on the electric ray (Torpedo marmorata and T. californica), whose electric organ is a rich source of cholinergic synapses. Other examples from recent literature of the application of the recombinant DNA technique to the mammalian central nervous system are given and possible future developments are discussed.     

地铁环境振动预测方法浅析

简要介绍了国内外关于地铁环境振动预测方法的研究概况,在作者研究分析地铁振动传播途径和主要影响参数基础上,给出了简单定量预测地铁环境振动程度之方法,应用该方法所得到的预测值,与现场实测值误差在±2dB范围内.     

Prenatal diagnosis of mosaic 4p – in a fetus with trisomy 21

Mosaicism for the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, del(4)(p16), is extremely rare and has not been reported in association with a numerical chromosome abnormality. We report the prenatal diagnosis of mosaic del(4)(p16) and non-mosaic trisomy 21 in a 16-week female fetus. The pregnancy ended in spontaneous abortion at 34 weeks secondary to fetal demise. The fetus had features of both 4p – and trisomy 21.
