应用由城市污水处理厂序批式间歇反应器(SBR)中筛选得到的4株特殊氨氧化菌,分别在SBR和有回流的生物膜与A/O工艺耦合体系培养中,考察其降解低碳高氨氮废水的功能。结果表明,自养硝化与异养氨氧化菌的混合菌群较单一自养硝化菌株降解氨氮速率快;在生物膜与A/O工艺耦合系统中,自养硝化与异养氨氧化菌协同代谢加速氨氮氧化脱除,氨氮脱除速率远比SBR系统快。对生物膜与A/O工艺耦合系统中氨氮脱除动力学进行了研究,模拟了NH4^+、NO2^-;质量浓度与氨氮脱除比速率之间的关系,模型得到了较好的验证。 相似文献

The strong adsorption of zeolite for N-nitrosamines in solution was first revealed by use of adsorption, and temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) techniques. N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and N-nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR) as well as N-nitrosohexamethyleneimine (NHMI) can be adsorbed on zeolite Y, ZSM-5 and A in the solution of methylene chloride or water, which will be helpful for removal of the N-nitrosamines pollution in environmental protection. The equilibrium data were fitted to Freundlich-type isotherms, but the adsorption capacity of zeolites mainly depended on their pore size, surface area and acid-basic properties. Molecular size of adsorbate and solute-solvent interaction also strongly affected the adsorption of N-nitrosamines on zeolite in solution. The extraordinary adsorption properties of NaA zeolite for N-nitrosamines in aqueous solution is first reported and discussed. 相似文献

Comparison of microbial community between two shallow freshwater lakes in middle Yangtze basin, East China 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
In order to investigate the role of the microbial community in aquatic ecology and nutrient transformations in the development of eutrophication in large shallow freshwater lakes along Yangtze River, the microbial community in the depth-related sediment in Lake Chaohu and Lake Longganhu were compared. Lake Chaohu is one of the three most polluted lakes in China. However, the neighboring Lake Longganhu, a mesotrophic lake, is relatively pristine. The total phosphorous (TP) and total nitrogen (TN) concentration in water was detected at 0.193 mgl(-1) and 3.035 mgl(-1) for Lake Chaohu, 0.051 mgl(-1) and 0.774 mgl(-1) for Lake Longganhu, respectively. The population of the microorganisms with various ecological nutrient transforming functions (e.g. phosphate solubilizing, denitrifying and cellulose decomposing) and a batch of environmental parameters concerning the nutrient accumulating and transforming (e.g. total organic carbon, total nitrogen, and total phosphorous concentrations) were assayed in the depth-related sediment samples from several defined points in both lakes. The sediment samples from Lake Chaohu showed higher density of actinomycetes (P<0.05) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (P<0.001) and less profusion of denitrifying bacteria (P<0.05) and cellulolytic microbes (P<0.001), compared with those of Lake Longganhu. The data suggested that the current microbial community in the sediment of Lake Chaohu is in favor of sustaining or further accelerating the process of the lake eutrophication. A possible positive feedback loop which consists of sustained growth of microorganisms and gradual decline of lake eutrophic status is worth further discussing. 相似文献

Natural attenuation of mecoprop has been studied by determining changes in enantiomeric fraction in different redox environments down gradient from a landfill in the Lincolnshire limestone. Such changes could be due to differential metabolism of the enantiomers, or enantiomeric inversion. In order to confirm the processes occurring in the field, microcosm experiments were undertaken using limestone acclimatised in different redox zones. No biodegradation was observed in the methanogenic, sulphate-reducing or iron-reducing microcosms. In the nitrate-reducing microcosm (S)-mecoprop did not degrade but (R)-mecoprop degraded with zero order kinetics at 0.65 mg l(-1)day(-1) to produce a stoichiometric equivalent amount of 4-chloro-2-methylphenol. This metabolite only degraded when the (R)-mecoprop disappeared. In aerobic conditions (S)- and (R)-mecoprop degraded with zero order kinetics at rates of 1.90 and 1.32 mg l(-1)day(-1) respectively. The addition of nitrate to dormant iron-reducing microcosms devoid of nitrate stimulated anaerobic degradation of (R)-mecoprop after a lag period of about 20 days and was associated with the production of 4-chloro-2-methylphenol. Nitrate addition to sulphate-reducing/methanogenic microcosms did not stimulate mecoprop degradation. However, the added nitrate was completely utilised in oxidising sulphide to sulphate. There was no evidence for enantiomeric inversion. The study reveals new evidence for fast enantioselective degradation of (R)-mecoprop under nitrate-reducing conditions. 相似文献

The methods of sample purification for determinations of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in sediment and fish muscle were investigated in this study. A two-step procedure with preliminary cleanup and florisil column fraction was adopted. The working conditions of florisil column were firstly optimized. As to preliminary cleanup, liquid-liquid extraction by mixture of dimethyl formamide (DMF) and hexane and sulphonation by concentrated sulfuric acid were applied respectively and compared for the studied samples. The results indicated that liquid-liquid distribution could effectively separate lipids from fish muscle extracts, while failed in elimination of chlorophyll extracted from the relicts of hydrophytes in the sediment sample. In view of the sample appearance and clarity of gas chromatogram, sulphonation was more suitable to purify the sediment sample, however, the recoveries of the spiked standards were poor. The use of eluting solvent with stronger polarity could improve the corresponding recoveries significantly. Due to complete loss of Dieldrin, Endrin, and Endrin aldehyde after sulphonation, this pretreatment was improper to the three components. Sulfur, as the particular disturbing element in sediment, could be removed sufficiently by addition of activated copper powder.
