Mn-Ce-Co/TiO2催化剂低温脱硝活性研究   总被引:4,自引:4,他引:0  
以纳米TiO2为载体,通过浸渍法制备一系列改性Mn-Ce/TiO2脱硝催化剂.通过实验考察不同元素组分催化剂的脱硝活性,同时探讨金属氧化物掺杂对提高催化剂低温脱硝活性的机理.活性测试结果显示,Co掺杂能最有效地提高Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂在低温段的SCR脱硝活性,在n(Co):n(TiO2)=0.08~0.10、体积空速为35100h-1的条件下,催化剂在120℃时就能达到80%以上的NO去除率,140℃左右时的NO去除率接近100%.BET、XRD、TPR、TPD等表征测试结果表明,Co掺杂可改进Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂的物化特性,增加催化剂表面的活性酸位点及活性氧数量,提高催化剂的氧化还原能力,从而提高Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂低温SCR脱硝活性.  相似文献

利用自制的高效中空纤维膜组件,通过气态膜吸收法分离二甲胺水溶液.在本实验范围内,把总传质系数和二甲胺脱除率作为评价因素,对影响传质效果的3个因素进行了正交实验.从实验数据可以看出,进口温度升高使得总传质系数与脱除率增大,流速增大使得脱出率下降而总传质系数增大,初始进口浓度对总传质系数与脱除率影响不大.单因素实验得出传质效果最佳的条件为:二甲胺溶液进口温度为45℃,二甲胺溶液流速为0.08m·s-1,二甲胺溶液初始进口浓度为3000×10-6.结果表明二甲胺溶液进口温度是最显著的影响因素,二甲胺溶液流量的影响次之,二甲胺溶液初始进口浓度影响不显著.通过膜组件稳定性实验,了解到膜组件运行550h性能依然很高.  相似文献

Despite recent efforts to investigate the distribution and fate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in air, water, and soil, very little is known about their temporal change in wet deposition. As a result of increased attention to public health, a large-scale survey on the deposition flux and distribution of PAH contamination in rainwater was urgently conducted in Shanghai, China. In this study, 163 rainwater samples were collected from six sites, and 15 PAH compounds were detected by the use of a simple solid phase microextraction (SPME) technique coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The dominant PAH species monitored were naphthalene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and fluoranthene. The concentration of total PAHs per event was between 74 and 980 ng/L, with an average value of 481 ng/L, which is at the high end of worldwide figures. The annual deposition flux of PAHs in rainwater was estimated to be 4148 kg/yr in the Shanghai area, suggesting rainfall as a major possible pathway for removing PAHs from the atmosphere. Diagnostic analysis by the ratios of An/178 and Fl/Fl+Py suggested that combustion of grass, wood, and coal was the major contributor to PAHs in the Shanghai region. Back trajectory analysis also indicated that the pollutant sources could be from the southern part of China.  相似文献

Zeolite (Na) modified by self-synthesized nano-Fe particles was used as infiltration media to adsorb phosphate in rainwater runoff. The adsorption capacities increased up to 75 times that of natural zeolite at a saturated equilibrium phosphate concentration of 0.42 mg/L. The correlation of capacity and material-specific surface area indicated that specific surface area was not the key factor contributing to the capacity improvement. SEM and XRD analysis showed that chemical reaction between Fe and P to form new products like cacoxenite is the main reason for the increased capacity, and that the method of adding metal ions or particles to improve the adsorption capacity for phosphate is feasible.  相似文献

对三江平原3种主要类型天然湿地(毛苔草湿地、小叶章湿地、岛状林湿地)O-20cm土壤活性有机碳(土壤微生物量碳、土壤可溶性有机碳)特征进行了研究,分析了不同湿地的土壤活性有机碳与土壤总有机碳及酶活性间的关系.结果表明:不同类型湿地的土壤活性有机碳组分含量存在较大的差异,土壤活性有机碳、土壤总有机碳及土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶的变化趋势具有基本近似的特征.表现为毛苔草湿地>小叶章湿地>岛状林湿地;土壤微生物量碳、可溶性有机碳与土壤总有机碳和酶活性存在显著正相关关系,其中,酶活性与土壤微生物量碳相关性最为显著.另外.毛苔草湿地土壤MBC/SOC、DOC/SOC的比值低于其它2种类型湿地,表明毛苔草湿地生物活性有机碳库的周转速率低.淹水抑制了微生物和酶的分解作用,有利于土壤有机碳的累积.因此,沼泽湿地水文条件的变化将会对土壤碳累积与分解过程产生较大的影响.  相似文献

Batch experiments were conducted to study the short-term biological effects of rare earth ions (La3+, Ce3+) and their mixture on the nitrogen removal in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR). The data showed that higher NH4 +-N removal rate, total inorganic nitrogen removal efficiency, and denitrification efficiency were achieved at lower concentrations of rare earth elements (REEs) (<1 mg/L). In the first hour of the aeration stage of SBR, the presence of REEs increased the total inorganic nitrogen removal efficiency and NH4 +-N removal efficiency by 15.7% and 10%–15%, respectively. When the concentrations of REEs were higher than 1 mg/L, the total inorganic nitrogen removal efficiency decreased, and nitrate was found to accumulate in the effluent. When the concentrations of REEs was up to 50.0 mg/L, the total inorganic nitrogen removal efficiency was less than 30% of the control efficiency with a high level of nitrate. Lower concentrations of REEs were found to accelerate the nitrogen conversion and removal in SBR.  相似文献

The effect of high-strength ammonia nitrogen acclimation on sludge activity in sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was investigated. Two batch experiments, RUN1 and RUN2, were conducted with the influent ammonia nitrogen concentrations 60 and 500 mg/L, respectively. The sludges inoculated from RUN1 and RUN2 were used to treat a series of influent with ammonia nitrogen concentrations of 59, 232, 368, 604 and 1152 mg/L. It is found that the activated sludge acclimated to higher ammonia nitrogen concentrations revealed higher COD and NH4 +-N removal efficiencies, and slower DHA decrease. The results confirmed that the activities of the bacteria in activated sludge in SBR were inhibited by high-strength ammonia nitrogen, whereas the activated sludge acclimated to high-strength ammonia nitrogen showed substantial resistance to inhibition by influents containing high levels of ammonia nitrogen.  相似文献

针对某电厂水冷壁爆管事故,采取宏观检查、金相组织检验、力学性能检测、壁厚检测等手段对爆口处管样及附近管段进行综合检测分析,找出造成爆管的原因,并提出了有效的解决和预防措施。分析结果表明:(1)由于表面堆焊处微观组织发生变化,力学性能劣化,导致爆管事故发生;(2)以往采用表面堆焊补强方式修复减薄的水冷壁管的方法具有很大的安全隐患, (3)因此,发现火电机组水冷壁管减薄时应直接换管,以减少爆管事故发生的可能性。  相似文献

冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(CIRP)是第一种在哺乳动物细胞中被发现的冷休克蛋白,伴随着细胞冷应激过程过量表达.为进一步研究冷诱导RNA结合蛋白CIRP的生物学功能,构建重组BALB/C鼠CIRP的原核表达载体,重组BALB/C鼠CIRP蛋白经NI-NTA亲和树脂纯化后免疫獭兔制备抗CIRP多克隆抗体,以间接ELISA和Western blot检测抗体效价和抗原特异性.本实验成功构建了CIRP的原核表达载体,在E coli XL-1-blue得到了高效表达,利用原核表达包涵体蛋白免疫獭兔获得了高效价的CIRP多克隆抗体,该抗体能识别肝脏和睾丸中天然的CIRP蛋白.图5参14  相似文献
