Submersed macrophytes decay is an important natural process and has important role in mass and energy flow in aquatic ecosystems. However, little is known about the dynamical changes in nutrients release and bacterial community during submersed macrophyte decay in natural environment. In this study, a field observation was conducted in a wetland dominated with Hydrilla verticillata for 36 days. Increase of H2O2 and malondialdehyde (MDA) content and decrease of soluble proteins concentration were detected in leaves during H. verticillata decay. Meanwhile, ammonium-N, soluble microbial products (SMP) and TOC concentration increased in overlying water. According to bacterial 16S rRNA Illumina sequencing analysis, the Shannon values were lower in epiphytic biofilms than deciduous layer sediments. The relative abundances of Proteobacteria, Cyanobacteria and Actinobacteria were higher in epiphytic biofilms than in deciduous layer sediments (P < 0.05). Co-occurrence network analyses showed that a total of 578 and 845 pairs of correlations (|r| > 0.6) were identified from 122 and 112 genera in epiphytic biofilms and deciduous layer sediments, respectively. According to co-occurrence patterns, eight hubs were mainly from phyla Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria and Parcubacteria in epiphytic biofilms; while 37 hubs from the 14 phyla (Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Acidobacteria, Chloroflexi, et al.) were detected in deciduous layer sediments. Our results indicate that bacterial community in deciduous layer sediments was more susceptible than in epiphytic biofilms during decay process. These data highlight the role of microbial community in deciduous layer sediments on nutrients removal during H. verticillata decay and will provide useful information for wetland management.  相似文献

The effects of tourmaline on nitrogen removal performance and biofilm structures were comparatively investigated in two identical laboratory-scale sequencing batch biofilm reactors(SBBRs)(denoted SBBR1 and SBBR2) at different nitrogen loading rates(NLRs) varying from(0.24 ± 0.01) to(1.26 ± 0.02) g N/(L·day). SBBR1 was operated in parallel with SBBR2, but SBBR1 was filled with polyurethane foam loaded tourmaline(TPU) carriers and another(SBBR2) filled with polyurethane foam(PU) carriers. Results obtained from this study showed that the excellent and stable performance of SBBR1 was obtained. Ammonia nitrogen removal and total nitrogen removal were higher in SBBR1 than that in SBBR2 with increase of NLR. At an NLR of(0.24 ± 0.01) g N/(L·day), the majority of the spherical and elliptical bacteria were surrounded by the extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) and bacillus or filamentous bacteria in two SBBRs biofilms. When NLR increased to(1.26 ± 0.02) g N/(L·day), the clusters were more obvious in the SBBR1 biofilm than that in the SBBR2 biofilm. Bacteria in SBBR1 were inclined to synthesis more EPS, and the formed EPS could protect the bacteria from free ammonia(FA) under extreme condition NLR(1.26 ± 0.02) g N/(L·day). The results of polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis showed that the microbial community similarity in SBBR2 decreased more obviously than that in SBBR1 with the increase of NLR, which the microbial community in SBBR1 was relatively stable.  相似文献

海绵体上具有抗肿瘤活性的细菌B2817的分离与鉴定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
建立了镰刀菌-细胞毒组合筛选模型,并运用该模型对232株从海绵体上分离出的细菌进行筛选,得到4株抗肿瘤活性较好的细菌.经活性检测,发现菌株B2817的发酵液在稀释100倍时对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721、人鼻咽癌细胞CNE和小鼠肉瘤细胞S180的抑制率分别为92%、90%和95%,而对正常的人肝细胞的抑制率仅为8%.经多相分类学鉴定,发现B2817是弧菌属中一个种,与弧菌属中的产气弧菌Vibriogazogenes亲缘关系最近,但两者在形态、生理生化特征、分子遗传等方面存在很大差异,故认为B2817可能是弧菌属的一株未被认识的新种.图1表3参9  相似文献

A significant problem with UV disinfection of wastewater is the accumulation of fouling materials at sleeve-water interfaces. It has been shown that automated chemical and/or mechanical cleaning can remove most fouling materials satisfactorily. However, permanent foulants, which cannot be removed completely by typical cleaning operations, always remain on the quartz sleeves. These permanent foulants reduce UV transmittance, in turn reducing disinfecting effectiveness. This research investigated the origins, formation, and composition of permanent fouling. Four instrumental analyses were used: atomic force microscope (AFM), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), scanning electron microscope combined with energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (SEM/EDX), and sleeve UV transmittance (SUVT). It appeared that permanent foulants were trapped initially by microscale holes and peaks on fresh sleeve surfaces. Based on the topography and roughness measurements from the AFM, after long-term regular chemical and mechanical cleaning, the wipers of cleaning systems damage sleeve surfaces, creating scratches or holes with larger surface areas. Foulants are trapped more easily, and are attached tightly to the surfaces of these scratches or to each other. The results from XRF and SEM/EDX showed that the main fouling components were aluminum, iron, magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus. These could not be related to wastewater quality. For the specific cases studied, chemical plus mechanical cleaning is more effective in removing foulants and avoiding the accumulation of permanent foulants than mechanical cleaning alone; in most cases, SUVT was higher than 90% after chemical plus mechanical cleaning, whereas mechanical cleaning alone achieved only approximately 30% SUVT after long-term usage.  相似文献

利用GIS软件,探讨了贵州以连续性碳酸盐岩为基底地区的上覆景观单元、破碎化及斑块分形的特征及其形成原因。研究区域中,受岩性控制景现在整体上体现出一致性的基础上,又存在着明显的内部差异性。一致性表现为以灌木林地为优势景观,森林和草地中以次生景观为主,偏小的斑块占大多数,斑块大小分布全为正偏, 其分布曲线多为尖峭峰,斑块研究不存在面积上尺度域,斑块形状在人为强烈干扰下趋于规则而导致类型分维数的值偏小,人为干扰大的景观中斑块的破碎化更加明显。相比连续性白云岩地区,连续性石灰岩地区的水资源利用率低下,抗干扰能力弱,景观多样性不均衡,退化更严重,分割程度更破碎,空间异质性更强,稳定性差,易向逆向演替的方向发展。  相似文献

试验采用A1-A2-O 生物膜系统处理焦化废水,对好氧段的影响因素进行了研究.结果表明,当好氧段HRT为28.1h, 出水pH值为7.7~8.0,剩余碱度为150~200mg/L,池中部加碱,进水C OD负荷<0.22kg/m3·d,氨氮负荷<0.05kg/m3·d时,系统对 COD和氨氮的去除率分别可达87%和98%,出水COD浓度平均低于150mg/L ,氨氮浓度低于15mg/L.  相似文献

本文采用了工业颗粒层除尘器最常用的石英砂滤料进行了固定床压损冷态实验,实验与理论研究结果表明压损与过滤风速呈线性关系,并且服从达西定律,由实验数据得出石英砂滤料的压损系数ξ=1190,线性相关系数r=0.973.所得出的冷态压损计算公式可用于颗粒层厚度设计,同时也为确定过滤风速和反洗清灰动力提供了依据.  相似文献
