通过阐释新生态三价铁活性高的机制从而提出混凝剂的连续投加方式对混凝除藻效果的促进作用。与高锰酸钾-铁混凝过程相比,高锰酸钾-亚铁混凝过程初期絮体粒径较小;但经过一段时间后,后者絮体粒径将明显大于前者。Mn(VII)投量为1.7μmol/L时,混凝进行到720 s之前高锰酸钾-亚铁混凝过程中絮体粒径均低于200μm,反应进行到990s时絮体粒径稳步增大到239μm。形成对比的是,高锰酸钾-铁混凝过程进行到720 s和990 s时絮体粒径分别为198μm和204μm。在混凝过程中,亚铁逐步转化生成新生态三价铁,相当于向系统中持续投加混凝剂。在混凝剂总量相同(197.4μmol/L)的情况下,分次连续投加Fe(III)比一次性投加Fe(III)所生成的絮体粒径要大32%。  相似文献

将耐盐脱氮复合菌剂投加到序批式生物反应器中,构建生物强化高盐废水处理系统(SBR1),以未投加复合菌剂系统(SBR2)作为对照,分析典型周期中氮素和溶解氧的变化趋势以及盐度冲击对脱氮效果的影响.实验表明,在曝气时间为6h时,生物强化系统脱氮率可稳定在96%以上,出水总氮浓度为3.8 mg/L左右.反应中始终无硝氮、亚硝氮积累,生物强化系统具有同步硝化好氧反硝化能力.当受到5%和7%较高盐度冲击时,生物强化系统表现出优于对照系统的抗盐度冲击能力,能够快速恢复原有活性,且出水总氮低于15 mg/L;当受到0%盐度的淡水冲击时,对照系统中耐盐污泥失活且无法恢复,而生物强化系统只需投加少量(3%)耐盐脱氮复合菌剂,即可快速恢复活性,出水总氮低于15 mg/L.本研究能够为生物强化高盐废水脱氮系统的构建和运行提供技术支持.  相似文献

The present study examined the effects of oral exposure of 4,4′-dibromodiphenyl ether (BDE-15), 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl ether (CDE-15), and 4,4′-dihydroxydiphenyl ether (HODE-15) on hepatic oxidative stress (OS) and metal status in Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) male mice. Furthermore, the role of vitamin E in ameliorating potential OS caused by BDE-15, CDE-15, and HODE-15 was investigated. Three groups of mice were exposed to 1.20 mg/kg(body weight)/day of each of the three toxicants for 28 days. Results showed that none of the three toxicants altered growth rates of mice, but significantly increased (P?<?0.05) relative liver weights and decreased relative kidney weights. Pathological changes including cell swelling, inflammation and vacuolization, and hepatocellular hypertrophy in livers were observed. Significant decreases (P?<?0.05 and P?<?0.01) in superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity, and glutathione (GSH) levels, together with increases in malondialdehyde (MDA) content were recorded in all toxicant-treated groups. Hepatic copper levels increased in all toxicant-treated groups. Hepatic zinc levels decreased in the liver of BDE-15-treated mice, whereas they increased in the livers of CDE-15-treated and HODE-15-treated mice. In conclusion, daily exposure to the three toxicants perturbed metal homeostasis and increased OS in mouse liver. Experimental data indicated the hepatic oxidative toxicity of the three toxicants followed the order BDE-15?<?HODE-15?<?CDE-15. Moreover, the study proved that daily supplementation of 50 mg/kg vitamin E is effective to ameliorate the hepatic OS status and metal disturbance in mice.  相似文献

采用阴极还原法制备了泡沫镍负载纳米ZnO(ZnO/Ni)电极,采用SEM和XRD技术对ZnO/Ni电极进行了表征。以高压汞灯为光源,ZnO/Ni电极为阳极,铂电极为阴极,对模拟刚果红染料废水进行了光电催化脱色处理。考察了催化工艺、电解质种类及浓度、初始废水pH和反应温度等因素对刚果红降解率的影响。表征结果显示, 制备的纳米ZnO呈六方晶系结构,平均粒径为23.6 nm。实验结果表明,当外加电流为1.0 mA时,在初始刚果红质量浓度为30 mg/L、电解质Na2SO4浓度为0.050 mol/L、初始废水pH为5、反应温度为50 ℃的条件下,光电催化反应60 min后,刚果红降解率为86.36%,COD和色度的去除率分别达到70.56%和92.86%。  相似文献

固化/稳定化污泥进行填埋产生填埋气,产气规律是指导填埋气收集处理系统设计的重要依据。通过构建大型填埋柱模拟填埋实验,研究不同固化材料添加量污泥气液转化规律。实验结果表明,原泥和固化污泥产气规律分为2种类型:前期产气速率呈线性增加,达到最大速率后产气速率呈指数降低。低添加量的固化污泥,产气分3个阶段,分别为产气抑制期、增长期和衰减期。高添加量固化污泥,产气只有一个阶段,产气速率随着时间推移逐渐减小,产气量很小。固化污泥降解过程就是有机质含量降低,气体产量、含水率增加相互转化过程,达到固化材料添加量25%时,水分和气体产生量均很小,降解受到很强抑制,产气150 d左右稳定,产气量很小,无需单独设置气体收集系统。  相似文献

In this study, surface water samples from the Wenyu River and the North Canal, effluent from major wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in Beijing, and wastewater from open sewers that discharge directly into the river system were collected and analyzed for 16 priority USEPA polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Concentrations of these 16 PAHs ranged from 193 to 1790 ng/L in river surface waters, 245 to 404 ng/L in WWTP effluents, and 431 to 2860 ng/L in the wastewater from the small sewers. The WWTP effluent was the main contributor of dissolved PAHs to the river, while wastewater from the small sewers contributed both dissolved and suspended particulate matter-associated PAH to the river as indicated by the high dissolved organic carbon and suspended particulate matter contents in the wastewater. Although the flow from each open sewer was small, a PAH discharge as high as 44 kg/year could occur into the river from these types of sewers. This amount was equivalent to about 22 % of the PAH loads discharged into the North Canal downstream from Beijing, whereas the remainder was mainly released by the major WWTPs in Beijing.  相似文献

Virulence factors (VFs) confer upon pathogens the ability to cause various types of damage or diseases. Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are important point sources for the emission of pathogens and VFs into receiving rivers. Conventional WWTP upgrades are often implemented to improve the water quality of receiving ecosystems. However, knowledge on the pathogens, VFs, and health risks to receiving aquatic ecosystems after upgrade remains limited. In this study, we investigated detailed pathogenic information, including taxa, pathogenicity, and health risk, in two wastewater-dominant rivers after WWTP upgrade. Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, we screened 14 potential pathogens in water and epilithic biofilm samples, though they were significantly more enriched in the biofilms. Combining 16S rRNA and metagenomic sequencing data, we identified Pseudomonas and Aeromonas as the dominant pathogenic taxa carrying functional VFs (e.g., mobility and offensive) in the epilithic biofilm. Moreover, strong pathogen-specific VF-host co-occurrence events were observed in the epilithic biofilm samples, indicating the importance of biofilms as reservoirs and vehicles for VFs. Further, we demonstrated that mobility VF is crucial for biofilm formation and pathogens in biofilm carrying offensive VF may be highly invasive. Quantification and health risk assessment suggested that the skin contact risk of P. aeruginosa carrying VFs was higher than the acceptable probability of 10?4 in both water and epilithic biofilm samples, which may threaten ecological and human health.  相似文献
