Ambient air samples from a traffic intersection, an urban site and a petrochemical-industrial site (PCI) were collected by using several dry deposition plates, two Microorifice uniform deposited impactors (MOUDIs), one Noll Rotary Impactor (NRI) and several PS-1 (General Metal Work) samplers from March 1994 to June 1995 in southern Taiwan, to characterize the atmospheric particle-bound PAH content of these three areas. Twenty-one individual polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were analyzed primarily by using a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (GC/MS). In general, the sub-micron particles have a higher PAH content. This is due to the fact that soot from combustion sources consists primarily of fine particles and has a high PAH content. In addition, a smaller particle has a higher specific surface area and therefore may contain more organic carbon, which allows for more PAH adsorption. For a particle size range between 0.31 and 3.2 microm, both Urban/Traffic and PCI/Traffic ratios of particle-bound total-PAH content have the lowest values, ranging from 0.25 to 0.28 (mean = 0.26) and from 0.07 to 0.13 (mean = 0.10), respectively. This indicates that, during the accumulation process, the PAH mass shifted from a particle phase to a gas phase, or the particles aggregated with lower PAH-content particles, resulting in a reduction in particle-bound PAH content. By using the particle size distribution data, the dry deposition model in this study can provide a good prediction for the PAH content of dry deposition materials. In general, lower molecular weight PAHs had a larger fraction of dry deposition flux contributed by the gas phase; for 2-ring PAH (50.4, 46.3 and 28.4%), 3-ring PAHs (15.2, 15.4 and 11.7%) and 4-ring PAHs (13.0, 3.60 and 5.01%) for the traffic intersection, urban and PCI sites, respectively. For higher molecular weight PAHs-5-ring, 6-ring and 7-ring PAHs-their cumulation fraction (F%) of dry deposition flux contributed by the gas phase was lower than 3.26%. At the traffic intersection, urban and PCI sites, the mass median diameter of dry deposition materials (MMD(F)) of individual PAHs was between 25.3 and 49.6 microm, between 27.6 and 43.9 microm, and between 19.1 and 41.9 microm, respectively. This is due to the fact that PAH dry-deposition primarily resulted from gravitational settling of the coarse particulates (> 10 microm).  相似文献

Removal efficiencies of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDDs/PCDFs) by air pollution control devices (APCDs) in the commercial-scale municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerators with a capacity of above 200 ton/day were evaluated. The removal efficiencies of PCDDs/PCDFs were up to 95% when the activated carbon (AC) was injected in front of electrostatic precipitator (EP). Spray dryer absorber/bag filter (SDA/BF) had high removal efficiency (99%)) of PCDDs/PCDFs when a mixture of lime and AC was sprayed into the SDA. When the AC was not added in scrubbing solution, the whole congeners of PCDDs/PCDFs were enriched in the wet scrubber (WS) with negative removal efficiencies of -25% to -5731%. Discharge of PCDDs/PCDFs was decreased with increasing the proportions of AC added in scrubbing solution. Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system had the removal efficiencies of up to 93% during the test operation.  相似文献

In this work, we proposed a green and cost-effective method to prepare a graphene-based hyper-cross-linked porous carbon composite (GN/HCPC) by one-pot carbonization of hyper-cross-linked polymer (HCP) and glucose. The composite combined the advantages of graphene (GN) and hyper-cross-linked porous carbon (HCPC), leading to high specific surface area (396.93 m2/g) and large total pore volume (0.413 cm3/g). The resulting GN/HCPC composite was applied as an adsorbent to remove 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) from aqueous solutions. The influence of different solution conditions including pH, ionic strength, contact time, system temperature and concentration of humic acid was determined. The maximum adsorption capacity of GN/HCPC composite (calculated by the Langmuir model) could reach 348.43 mg/g, which represented increases of 43.6% and 13.6% over those of the as-prepared pure GN and HCPC, respectively. The Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model were found to fit well with the adsorption process. Thermodynamic experiments suggested that the adsorption proceeded spontaneously and endothermically. In addition, the GN/HCPC composite showed high adsorption performance toward other organic contaminants including tetracycline, bisphenol A and phenol. Measurement of the adsorption capability of GN/HCPC in secondary effluent revealed a slight decrease over that in pure water solution. This study demonstrated that the GN/HCPC composite can be utilized as a practical and efficient adsorbent for the removal of organic contaminants in wastewater.  相似文献

利用废碱性电池制备得到尖晶石结构的锰锌铁氧体Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4(MZF),利用原位聚合制备得到硅包覆的磁性纳米复合物MZF@SiO2(MZFS),采用浸渍法制备得到集磁分离、吸附与类Fenton催化活性于一体的CeO2/MZFS磁性吸附剂,并对其形貌和磁性能等进行了表征.结果表明,CeO2/MZFS对水中盐酸四环素(TH)表现出良好的吸附性能,160 min吸附过程可达平衡,TH的去除率达到95%.吸附过程可用准二级动力学方程描述,化学吸附为速控步骤;Freundlich等温吸附模型能较好地描述该吸附过程,热力学计算结果表明,CeO2/MZFS对TH的吸附是以物理吸附为主的自发吸热过程;利用红外光谱初步揭示了吸附机制.吸附TH后的CeO2/MZFS可利用其非均相类Fenton催化活性以H2O2作为再生剂进行原位再生,6次循环使用后,CeO2/MZFS对TH仍能保持较高的平衡吸附量.研究结果可为抗生素废水的治理提供理论指导和技术支持.  相似文献

为提高假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)降解蒽、芘过程中产生的脱氢酶量,以脱氢酶量为指标,采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法和响应面分析法(RSM)对产酶条件(如温度、盐度以及质量梯度)进行了筛选与优化.结果表明:假单胞菌降解蒽和芘模型的P均小于0.05,表明该模型差异性显著,回归效果良好.另外,假单胞菌降解蒽时的最适产酶条件为盐度3.89%、质量梯度5%、温度35.73℃,测得脱氢酶量为(140.353±6.430)μg,与预期值(141.466 μg)接近,优化结果可靠.各因素对脱氢酶量均有显著性影响,按影响程度从大到小依次为温度>质量梯度>盐度.假单胞菌降解芘时的最适产酶条件为盐度0.73%、质量梯度7%、温度34.78℃,测得脱氢酶量为(84.032±0.063)μg,与预期值(86.304 μg)接近,优化结果可靠.各因素对脱氢酶量均有显著性影响,按影响程度从大到小依次为质量梯度>盐度>温度.可见,温度是影响假单胞菌降解蒽物质的主要因素,而质量梯度则是影响芘的主要因素.研究显示,模型对假单胞菌产脱氢酶量的预测可靠,具有良好的工业应用前景.   相似文献

In spite of progress achieved in the research of environmental impact assessment (EIA), the problem of weight distribution for a set of parameters has not as yet, been properly solved. This paper presents an approach of objective weighting by using a procedure of P ij principal component-factor analysis (P ij PCFA), which suits specifically those parameters measured directly by physical scales. The P ij PCFA weighting procedure reforms the conventional weighting practice in two aspects: first, the expert subjective judgment is replaced by the standardized measure P ij as the original input of weight processing and, secondly, the principal component-factor analysis is introduced to approach the environmental parameters for their respective contributions to the totality of the regional ecosystem. Not only is the P ij PCFA weighting logical in theoretical reasoning, it also suits practically all levels of professional routines in natural environmental assessment and impact analysis. Having been assured of objectivity and accuracy in the EIA case study of the Chuansha County in Shanghai, China, the P ij PCFA weighting procedure has the potential to be applied in other geographical fields that need assigning weights to parameters that are measured by physical scales.  相似文献

用钢渣对含铬废水进行预处理,探讨了钢渣粒度、用量、废水pH值和添加硫酸亚铁还原剂的影响。结果表明,经硫酸亚铁还原处理后再用钢渣处理比单纯用钢渣处理的效果明显提高,采用钢渣/总铬质量比为40的100目钢渣处理经硫酸亚铁还原后的含铬废水,总铬和Cr^6+去除率分别达79%和84%,采用钢渣柱进行的两级淋滤实验进一步表明该方法可作为工业上含铬废水处理的预处理段。处理后的废钢渣同工业铬渣一起进行水泥固化,标准养护20d后固化体表面Cr^6+浸出率、破碎至5mm粒径以下和酸雨淋溶下的浸出液Cr^6+浓度均符合安全标准,可作为普通建材或进行填埋处置。  相似文献

采用SBR反应器驯化培养反硝化聚磷菌,考察了厌氧-缺氧-好氧和厌氧-缺氧运行模式下反硝化聚磷菌的增殖情况、反应器的脱氮除磷特性及胞内聚合物聚β-羟基丁酸(PHB)和糖原的合成消耗情况。实验结果表明:经过72 d(288个周期)的驯化培养,SBR反应器内反硝化聚磷菌的数量约占全部聚磷菌的84.5%;厌氧-缺氧培养方式下,反硝化聚磷菌的释磷速率为34.5 mg/(L·h),缺氧吸磷速率为23.0 mg/(L·h),缺氧阶段每降解1.0 mg/L的PO_4~(3-)-P需要消耗1.0 mg/L的NO_3~--N;每消耗6.3 mg/L的COD生成1 mg/g的PHB,每降解1 mol的PHB约生成0.73 mol的糖原。  相似文献
