The purpose of this study was an experimental investigation and a statistical evaluation of the influence of various additives in feed mixtures of broiler chickens on fatty acids content and their ratio in breast and thigh muscles. First feed additive consisted of narasin, nicarbasin and salinomycin sodium, and other five additives were of phytogenic origin. In vivo experiment was realized on the poultry experimental station with deep litter breeding system. A total of 300 one-day-old hybrid chickens Cobb 500 divided into six groups were used for the experiment. The experimental period was divided into four phases, i.e. Starter, Grower 1, Grower 2 and Final, according to the application of commercial feed mixture of soy cereal type. Additive substances used in feed mixtures were different for each group. Basic feed mixtures were equal for all groups. Fatty acid profile of breast and thigh muscles was measured by the method of FT IR Nicolet 6700. Investigated additive substances in the feed mixtures did not have statistically significant effect on fatty acid content and omega-6/omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) ratio in breast and thigh muscles. Strong statistically significant relation between omega-6 PUFAs and total PUFAs were proved by experiment. A relation between omega-3 PUFAs and total PUFAs was found only in the group with Biocitro additive. 相似文献
As an attempt to synthesize new biodegradable polymers from renewable cellulose resources, melt polycondensation of 5-hydroxylevulinic
acid (5-HLA) was reported for the first time. The resulting product, poly(5-hydroxylevulinic acid) (PHLA), was synthesized
and characterized with GPC, FTIR, 1H NMR and DSC. The in vitro degradation behaviors in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and in deionized water (DW) were also
examined. The molecular weight of PHLA is not high (several 1,000s), but it possesses unordinary high glass transition temperature
(as high as 120 °C). This is very different from existing aliphatic polyesters that usually have Tgs lower than 60 °C. The high Tg is attributed to the formation of inter- and/or intramolecular hydrogen bonds due to a characteristic keto–enol tautomerism
equilibrium in the polymer structure. PHLA readily degraded hydrolytically in aqueous media. 相似文献
The vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) process, which can directly produce hydroxyl radical from water, is considered to be a promising oxidation process in degrading contaminants of emerging concern, because of no need for extra reagents. In this study, the influencing factors and mechanism for degradation of diethyl phthalate (DEP) by the VUV process were investigated. The effects of irradiation intensity, inorganic anions, natural organic matter (NOM), and H2O2 dosage on the performance of VUV process were evaluated. The results showed that DEP could be more efficiently degraded by the VUV process compared with ultraviolet (UV)-254-nm irradiation. The presence of HCO3?, NO3? and NOM in the aqueous solutions inhibited the degradation of DEP to a different degree, mainly by competing hydroxyl radicals (HO?) with DEP. Degradation rate and removal efficiency of DEP by VUV process significantly enhanced with the addition of H2O2, while excess H2O2 dosage could inhibit the DEP degradation. Moreover, based on the identified seven oxidation byproducts and their time-dependent evolution profiles, a possible pathway for DEP degradation during the VUV process was proposed. Finally, the ecotoxicity of DEP and its oxidation byproducts reduced overall according to the calculated results from Ecological Structure Activity Relationships (ECOSAR) program. The electrical energy per order (EE/O) was also assessed to analysis the energy cost of the DEP degradation in the VUV process. Our work showed the VUV process could be an alternative and environmental friendly technology for removing contaminants in water.
