在实验室条件下,研究了Shewanella oneidensis MR-1对磺胺甲噁唑(Sulfamethoxazole,SMX)的降解特性以及低分子有机酸强化Fe(Ⅲ)还原介导的S.oneidensis MR-1对SMX的降解.结果表明,S.oneidensis MR-1对不同浓度SMX的降解能力与体系中的有机酸和Fe(Ⅲ)密切相关.低浓度SMX对其生长影响不大,高浓度时细菌生长则受到抑制,进而抑制SMX的降解率.当低分子有机酸单独加入体系后,S.oneidensis MR-1对SMX的最大降解率为58.5%;Fe(Ⅲ)单独加入体系后,S.oneidensis MR-1对SMX的最大降解率为67.6%.此外,当柠檬酸和Fe(OH)3同时加入体系后,S.oneidensis MR-1对SMX生物降解和铁还原作用促进效果最显著,培养5 d后SMX降解率为90.3%.最后,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)对SMX的降解中间产物进行了分析,推测SMX的可能降解途径是由S-N键断裂引起的.本研究以期为地下水污染场地修复提供理论依据. 相似文献

China has been the forerunner of large-scale membrane bioreactor (MBR) application. Since the first large-scale MBR (≥ 10 000 m^3·d^-1) was put into operation in 2006, the engineering implementation of MBR in China has attained tremendous development. This paper outlines the commercial application of MBR since 2006 and provides a variety of engineering statistical data, covering the fields of municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and polluted surface water treatment. The total treatment capacity of MBRs reached 1× 10^6 m^3·d^-1 in 2010, and has currently exceeded 4.5 × 10^6 m^3·d^-1 with -75% of which pertaining to municipal wastewater treatment. The anaerobic/anoxic/aerobie-MBR and its derivative processes have been the most popular in the large-scale municipal application, with the process features and typical ranges of parameters also presented in this paper. For the treatment of various types of industrial wastewater, the configurations of the MBR-based processes are delineated with representative engineering cases. In view of the significance of the cost issue, statistics of capital and operating costs are also provided, including cost structure and energy composition. With continuous stimulation from the environmental stress, political propulsion, and market demand in China, the total treatment capacity is expected to reach 7.5 × 10^6 m^3·d^-1 by 2015 and a further expansion of the market is foreseeable in the next five years. However, MBR application is facing several challenges, such as the relatively high energy consumption. There is a dearth of data on the initiation activity of dimethylarsinic acid (DMA (V)), a major metabolite of the ubiquitous environmental and occupational carcinogen and toxicant, arsenic (As). The initiation activity of DMA (V) was investigated on rat hepatocarcinogenesis with liver being a major target organ for As-induced carcinogenicity. A total of 50 rats at 10 weeks old were randomly divided in a nine-week medium-term bioassay into four groups. Groups 1 and 2 received 200 ppm of DMA (V) in drinking water for four weeks while groups 3 and 4 drank only tap water until the sixth week when groups 1 and 3 were given 0.01% 2-acetylaminofluorene (2-AAF) in their diet for two weeks in the promotion stage. All animals were subjected to two-third partial hepatectomy (PH) at the seventh week. Quantitative analysis of glutathione S-transferase placental form (GST-P) positive foci in liver, a pre-neoplastic marker of rat hepatocarcinogenesis, demonstrated higher numbers in group 1 (DMA (V) + 2-AAF) than 3 (2-AAF alone) at foci consisting of two–four cells and 15 or a greater number of cells. The numbers of GST-P positive foci consisting of five–nine cells were significantly higher in group 1 than 3. Foci consisting of 10–14 cells were also higher but not significantly different. The GST-P positive foci were apparently similar in groups 2 and 4. Expression of total GST-P positive foci was significantly higher in group 1 compared to 2, 3 or 4. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) test performed to clarify the apparent trend of GST-P data revealed significantly higher PCNA index in group 1. Data indicate weak initiation potential of DMA (V) and for the first time appear to provide evidence for initiation activity in DMA (V)-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats. 相似文献

为评价二溴海因(简称DBDMH)在使用、储运过程中的危险性,采用75℃热稳定性试验对二溴海因在高热条件下的稳定性进行了研究,采用C600微量热法测试了二溴海因的放热起始温度、分解热,并依据《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书-试验和标准手册》对其爆炸性进行了筛选,通过固体氧化性试验和家兔皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验分别对二溴海因的氧化性和皮肤刺激性进行了测试。结果表明:二溴海因在75℃热稳定性试验过程中没有出现着火或爆炸,未出现自加热迹象,不属于太不稳定不能运输的物质;其分解反应只有一步,起始反应温度大约为157℃,分解热为384.8J/g,不属于爆炸品;二溴海因具有氧化性,根据《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书-规章范本》其包装级别为Ⅱ级;在家兔皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验中未见不可逆损伤,对皮肤具有强刺激性。 相似文献

Since the introduction of the membrane bioreactor (MBR) in China in the early 1990s, remarkable progress has been achieved on the research and application of this technology. China has now become one of the most active fields in the world in this regard. This review outlines the development of MBR-based processes in China and their performance of treating municipal and industrial wastewaters. Since membrane fouling is a critical operational problem with MBR processes, this paper also proposes updated understanding of fouling mechanisms and strategies of fouling control, which are mainly compiled from publications of Chinese researchers. As for the commercial application of MBR in the country, the latest statistics of large-scale MBR plants (>10000 m3·d−1) are provided, and the growth trend of total treatment capacity as well as its driving force is analyzed. 相似文献

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed to quantitatively detect Carassius auratus vitellogenin (VTG) levels. The protein levels in fish plasma are useful aquatic biomarkers of estrogenic compounds. This procedure involved an ELISA using monoclonal antibodies of CVmA2 and CVmA7 against Carassius auratus VTG, and CVmA7 conjugated to horseradish peroxidase as the detection antibody. The assay range was between 1 and 401.5 ng/ml and the recovery of the VTG added to Carassius auratus plasma was 92.5-109%. An in vitro assay was performed to measure low levels of the VTG, using primary hepatocytes of Carassius auratus induced by 17-beta estradiol (E2). The detection limit was 1 ng/ml and 137 ng/ml at the maximum. Within each sex of wild Carassius auratus, VTG levels from the river next to sewage treatment works (STWs) were much higher than those from the feeding stream. The Carassius auratus VTG bioassay could be a sensitive and useful tool for quantification of estrogenic principles in aquatic environments. 相似文献

以钠基膨润土为催化剂载体,Zn(NO_3)_2为锌源,硫酸和炭粉为改性剂,采用膨润土-Zn(NO_3)_2溶液混合法制备了多孔Zn O/膨润土臭氧催化剂,通过对酸性大红模拟染料溶液臭氧进行催化降解实验,考察了H2SO4质量分数、加炭质量分数、Zn(NO_3)_2浓度和焙烧温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响,并通过XRD、BET技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征分析。实验结果表明:催化剂的最佳制备工艺条件为H_2SO_4质量分数为10%、加炭质量分数为6%、Zn(NO_3)_2溶液浓度为1.0 mol/L和焙烧温度为500℃,对染料的降解率最大可达94.56%。 相似文献

针对某锑冶炼厂已有氧化-混凝法处理碱性含砷废水工艺中存在的药剂成本较高的问题,通过将氧化剂由双氧水改为次氯酸钠,将混凝剂由硫酸铁改为聚合硫酸铁,并采用二次混凝工艺,得出了废水处理效率和药剂成本的变化情况。结果表明,经技术改造后的工艺能在保证废水处理效率的前提下,使药剂成本有较大幅度的下降。 相似文献
