重庆大气可吸入颗粒物中多环芳烃的分析测定

本文报告了重庆大气可吸入颗粒物(IP)中多环芳烃(PAH)的分析测定方法和结果.用GC-MS定性和定量分析了重庆IP中的PAH;研究了IP中PAH的种类和分布情况;确认重庆IP中存在甲基多环芳烃(MePAH)、约占33%;颗粒大小分布表明,约有98%PAH存在于小于3μm的颗粒中.     

Petroleum and hazardous chemical spills in Newark Bay, New Jersey, USA from 1982 to 1991

Newark Bay, New Jersey, is particularly vulnerable to ecological damage from petroleum and chemical spills, as a result of the enclosed nature and shallow depth of the bay, the high frequency of shipping traffic, and the numerous chemical and petroleum transfer terminals located alongs its shores. To evaluate the potential impacts to the natural resources of this coastal estuarine ecosystem, chemical and petroleum accidents reported to the US Coast Guard (USCG) between 1982 and 1991 were compiled to determine the frequency and volume of these incidents in Newark Bay and in each of its major tributaries. Records obtained from the USCG National Response Center's computerized database indicated that more than 1453 accidental incidents, resulting in the release of more than 18 million US gallons of hazardous materials and petroleum products, occurred throughout Newark Bay during this period of time. The bulk of the materials released to the aquatic environment consisted of petroleum products, specifically No. 6 Fuel Oil (103 spills, 12 829 272 US gal) and gasoline (207 spills, 48 816 US gal). The majority of the reported incidents occurred in the Arthur Kill and its tributaries, as well as in the Kill Van Kull and the Passaic River. The results of this study indicated that the accidental discharge of petroleum and hazardous chemicals represents a significant source of chemical pollution in Newark Bay. Based on the frequency of spills and the volume of materials released to the aquatic environment, it is likely that these events are having a deleterious effect on the Newark Bay ecosystem.

亚甲蓝湿式氧化影响因素研究

以湿式氧化技术对亚甲蓝水溶液进行处理,用水样COD去除率评价处理效果.考察了反应时间、温度、氧分压、搅拌速度、进水pH值以及进水浓度对处理效果的影响,并进行机理分析.实验确定的最佳操作工艺条件为:反应温度210℃、氧分压2.0 MPa、搅拌速度880 r/min、进水pH=11.30.在此条件下,COD为2 000mg/L的亚甲蓝水溶液,反应90min时COD去除率达93.2%.     

In situ measurements of nitrate leaching implicate poor nitrogen and irrigation management on sandy soils

Minimizing the risk of nitrate contamination along the waterways of the U.S. Great Plains is essential to continued irrigated corn production and quality water supplies. The objectives of this study were to quantify nitrate (NO(3)) leaching for irrigated sandy soils (Pratt loamy fine sand [sandy, mixed, mesic Lamellic Haplustalfs]) and to evaluate the effects of N fertilizer and irrigation management strategies on NO(3) leaching in irrigated corn. Two irrigation schedules (1.0x and 1.25x optimum) were combined with six N fertilizer treatments broadcast as NH(4)NO(3) (kg N ha(-1)): 300 and 250 applied pre-plant; 250 applied pre-plant and sidedress; 185 applied pre-plant and sidedress; 125 applied pre-plant and sidedress; and 0. Porous-cup tensiometers and solution samplers were installed in each of the four highest N treatments. Soil solution samples were collected during the 2001 and 2002 growing seasons. Maximum corn grain yield was achieved with 125 or 185 kg N ha(-1), regardless of the irrigation schedule (IS). The 1.25x IS exacerbated the amount of NO(3) leached below the 152-cm depth in the preplant N treatments, with a mean of 146 kg N ha(-1) for the 250 and 300 kg N preplant applications compared with 12 kg N ha(-1) for the same N treatments and 1.0x IS. With 185 kg N ha(-1), the 1.25x IS treatment resulted in 74 kg N ha(-1) leached compared with 10 kg N ha(-1) for the 1.0x IS. Appropriate irrigation scheduling and N fertilizer rates are essential to improving N management practices on these sandy soils.     

城市污泥与谷壳混合制备吸附剂的研究

以氯化锌为活化剂,城市污泥与谷壳为原料热解制备含碳吸附剂,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳制备条件,并对吸附剂进行了SEM和比表面积分析。最佳制备条件为:污泥谷壳干重比2∶3,ZnCl2浓度4 mol/L,固液比1∶2.5,热解温度500℃。比表面积测试结果为560.4 m2/g,SEM分析也表明制得的吸附剂孔道发达,说明该吸附剂适合做吸附材料。     

道家的“自然无为”思想与我国非煤矿山安全制度管理

针对目前我国非煤矿山在安全制度管理过程中常常出现刚性有余而柔性不足的缺陷,总结出非煤矿山在制订、执行和完善安全制度中存在的问题主要表现在安全制度的制订与实际符合度不高、安全制度的执行过程重形式轻实践、对安全制度的完善重视度不够3个方面。引入道家"自然无为"思想,分析了"自然无为"思想对安全制度的制订、执行和完善3个阶段的影响。提出在安全制度的制订时注重"道法自然";在安全制度的执行时强调"三和"观;在安全制度的完善时注重"顺道而为"。将道家"自然无为"思想与安全制度管理相融合,能有效增强安全制度管理的"人情味",使其更好地发挥基础保障作用。
