环境监理在原料药项目中的应用实践

文章在总结中国环境监理的特点和实践现状基础上,根据原料药项目的污染特点,分析原料药项目的环境监理流程及需注意的监理事项,以促进原料药项目环境监理工作的发展与交流,使环境监理工作更好地服务于环保管理。     

室内环境中微生物与挥发性有机化合物相关性的初步探讨

采集室内环境空气中菌落,经培养后分别将微球菌属、葡萄球菌属、芽孢杆菌属、曲霉属、青霉属的纯培养物转接到培养皿上,然后放入环境测试舱密闭环境中进行放大培养。分析菌落放大培养前后环境测试舱内空气中VOCs组成及其含量水平。结果表明,检测的100种挥发性有机化合物中有42种化合物在扩大培养后浓度升高,而30种化合物的浓度下降。微生物在生长代谢过程中既能分解空气中的一些毒害性有机污染物,也能产生一些毒害性有机污染物。     

佳木斯市四丰山风景区环境污染综合治理对策

佳木斯市四丰山风景区是黑龙江省政府确定的省级风景名胜区,由于近些年无序、过度的开发,环境现状急剧恶化,亟需治理。通过对其周边污染源及水库水质状况的调查,提出了污染治理方案,明确了综合治理的必要性。     

A new approach to predicting the maximum temperature in dry drilling based on a finite element model

A new analysis approach is developed to predict the temperature in dry drilling. The working rake angle and the working relief angle which the effect of feed is considered at an arbitrary point in the leading cutting edge of a twist drill are developed for the equivalent model. Then finite element models are developed to predict the drilling temperature based on the equivalent model. Commercial finite element codes Abaqus, Deform 2D and Third Wave Systems AdvantEdge have been used. In simulations, different chip separation models and material models are applied in the three codes. And the effect of the laws of drilling velocities and feed rates on the temperature are investigated by the finite element method. Predicted results of the maximum temperatures by three codes are compared with experiments, respectively. Results indicate that the drilling temperature results of simulations have good agreement to the experimental ones, and the errors are all less than 15%.     

杭州湾海底输油管道防水体污染措施的探讨

1杭州湾海底输油管道及其海域基本情况杭州湾位于浙江省北部、上海市南部,东有舟山群岛,西有钱塘江注入,海底敷设有3条平行且相距50m的φ711mm、φ762mm、φ273mm管道,输送进口原油和石脑油。海底管道由慈溪新浦镇半掘浦下海,至平湖全塘镇白沙湾上岸,每条长55.6km。北岸(白沙湾)5km地形起伏较大,中段45km地势平坦,最高点在南岸海塘前沿,     

基于期望理论的违章行为管理思路探讨

通过对企业生产中违章行为心理动因的探索,提出了违章的行为函数,并对弗洛姆的期望理论进行了逆向解读和分析,从而佐证了违章行为函数的合理性,指出了从行为者心理动因角度减少或者杜绝违章行为的策略。     

镁砂行业污染治理对策探讨

镁砂行业的污染主要以烟尘、烟气为主。本文针对镁砂行业的治理和管理进行了探索和分析并提出了对策和建议。     

Characterization of chlorine dioxide as disinfectant for the removal of low concentration microcystins

Microcystins, which represents one kind of cancerogenic organic compounds, is abundant in eutrophication water. The effects of reaction factors on chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) for removal of low-concentration Microcystin-LR, Microcystin-RR, and Microcystin-YR in water as well as the reaction mechanisms was investigated by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that MC-LR, MC-RR, and MC-YR could be efficiently decomposed by ClO₂. The degradation efficiency was shown positively correlated to the concentration of ClO₂ and reaction time; while the effect of reaction temperature and pH is slight. The kinetic constants and activation energies of the reaction of MC-LR, MC-RR, and MC-YR with ClO₂ are determined as 459.89, 583.15, 488.43 L·(mol·min)⁻¹ and 64.78, 53.01, 59.15 kJ·mol⁻¹, respectively. As indicated by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS) analysis, degradation should be accomplished via destruction of Adda group by oxidation, with the formation of dihydroxy substituendums as end products. This study has provided a fundamental demonstration of ClO₂ serving as oxidizing disinfectant to eliminate microcystins from raw water source.     

高含硫天然气净化厂仪表接地体系隐患整改

研究了净化厂新型延长型接地排在内的仪表接地体系,分析了现场装置仪表接地存在的问题,提出了抗干扰屏蔽接地、现场浪涌保护器防雷接地、DCS接地规范安装和现场工程师站接地电阻检查测量等方面的整改措施。     

电化学法处理工业废水的现状与发展研究

随着工业的快速发展,如何对工业废水进行高效处理是我们需要解决的问题。电化学方法反应装置简单,反应效率高,不会产生二次污染。对中国工业废水目前常用的电化学处理技术的进展和应用进行了综述,包括电化学氧化、电化学还原、电絮凝、电渗析等内容,对国内外的研究成果的总结可知,电化学法对工业废水的处理效率较高,有一定的应用前景。同时对电化学法将来的重点研究方向提出了展望。
