基于GIS的船运液体化学品溢漏大气扩散模拟系统

将地理信息系统应用在船运液体化学品溢漏事故上，利用Mapinfo自带的二次开发工具MapBasic对船运液体化学品溢漏大气扩散模拟系统进行开发研究，介绍了系统设计的总体结构，系统的功能模块，详细叙述了系统的建设过程，数学模型建立，数据库建立与管理，编程语言及其关键技术，系统能连续运态地模拟显示溢漏化学品大气扩散污染范围，为应急反应科学决策服务。

论述了从培养目标、课程设置、教学方法与实践等方面培养高素质复合型的环境类专业的本科生，以满足社会需求，并为环境类专业本科教学改革提供参考。     

生物膜填料塔处理浓度有机废气的工业应用试验研究

工业应用试验研究表明，生物膜填料塔处理工业有机废气是可行的，当运行条件控制适当时，净化效率可保持在90％以上，能够实现达标排放，这一成果填补了我国环保工业技术领域的空白，工程技术上接近现阶段国外的技术研究水平。     

城市户外热环境的舒适性研究

介绍了户外热环境舒适性评价的几种方法，提出了户外热环境舒适评价指标OTCD，指出了在室内OTCD能与PMV很好吻合，并且OTCD的各项参数便于测量。     

湖泊富营养化程度的灰色系统评价

将灰色系统理论应用于湖泊富营化程度的评价中，并建立了相应的隶属函数模型，实例分析表明，该方法具有计算简便，分辨率高，评估结果客观，合理等特点。     

Sustainable development pattern and the strategy in the three Gorges Reservoir Areas

The development pattern,development situation,and existing problems of land exploitation in Zigui County,Three Gorges Reservoir Areas of China were presented.The sustainable development mode and its strategy in the Three Gorges Reservoir Areas was also discussed.A sustainable development framework for low mountain regions,middle mountain regions and high mountain regions was developed,and management countermeasures for structural optimization of complex ecosystems were advanced.     

城市空气质量中长期预报的探讨

江苏省环境空气质量预报工作已开展多年,在这几年的预报工作中,发现现在使用的对未来24 h空气质量预报的方式上存在一些问题,从而限制空气质量预报发挥应有的作用.改进预报方式,在现有的空气质量预报的基础上,开展城市空气质量的中长期预报,有利于各级政府及环境管理部门,提前采取必要的措施,减少或控制污染的产生,从而避免城市空气污染事件的发生,以保护城市居民的身体健康.     

Spatial distribution of ecological security status assessment of West-Liaohe River based on geographic information system

Eco-security assessment is a hot research area in resource and environmental science, which involves data with much spatial, non-linear, and random features. Geographic information system (GIS), as a useful tool to analyze and manage spatial information, has a superior advantage in this field. A case study in the western part of the Liaohe River featuring a method of eco-security spatial differences (ESSD) based on GIS is developed in this paper. The method includes four steps: 1) developing the pressure-state-response (P-S-R) framework with site data; 2) digitizing West-Liaohe River and setting its GRID database of ecosecurity assessment indicators; 3) figuring out the relative membership degree (RMD) of eco-security indicators by using the analytical hierarchy process with the weight of indicator; 4) classifying the security zone and mapping the assessment result of eco-security status in grid by GIS method of assigning and clustering.
