荆江三口河道(藕池河、虎渡河、松滋河)的水沙变化是江湖关系演变的重要内容,其分水分沙变化驱动江湖关系的调整,而且三峡水库蓄水后加剧了三口分流显著减少.通过三口河道的5个水文站2003~2018年水位与流量实测数据分析,考虑口门区水位下降等因素,得到三口河道分流量的经验公式,并量化荆江枯水位下降对三口河道分流量的影响.结果表明:三口分流量是口门区水位的函数,口门区水位下降引起三口河道分流量的同向减少.根据水位与流量关系得到三口五站简化分流量计算公式,进一步考虑口门区水位下降、河道宽度等因素,得到经验分流量与修正分流量的计算公式.采用2017~2018年实测日平均水位值与流量值,验证藕池河管家铺站与康家岗站的分流量经验公式,得到相对误差分别为4.5%与13.7%,验证虎渡河弥陀寺站的相对误差为11.5%,松滋河新江口与沙道观的相对误差值分别为4.5%与7.3%.可知荆江三口分流量的经验公式与实测值符合良好,可作为评估未来受荆江干流水位下降对荆江三口河道分流量的影响.  相似文献

Phytoextraction is a remediation technology with a promising application for removing arsenic (As) from soils and waters. Several plant species were evaluated for their As accumulation capacity in hydroponic culture amended with As. Cucumis sativus (cucumber) displayed the highest tolerance against As among 4 plants tested in this study (corn, wheat, sorghum and cucumber). The germination ratio of Cucumis sativus was more than 50% at the high concentration of 5,000 mg-As/l. In Cucumis sativus grown in a solution contaminated with 25 mg-As/l, the accumulated As concentrations in the shoot and root were 675.5 ± 11.5 and 312.0 ± 163.4 mg/kg, respectively, and the corresponding values of the translocation and bioaccumulation factors for As were 1.9 ± 0.9 and 21.1 ± 8.4, respectively. These results indicate Cucumis sativus is to be a candidate plant for phytoextraction of As from soils and water.  相似文献

We examined the daily inorganic arsenic (i-As) intake from drinking water and rice in 45 households (75 individuals) in the An Giang province, Southern Vietnam. The daily i-As intake ranged from 28-102 μg d(-1), equivalent to the daily dose of 0.6-1.9 μg d(-1) kg((body wt))(-1). Increased As concentrations were observed in human hair in the study location. Approximately 67% (n = 44), 42% (n = 28), and 15% (n = 10) of the hair samples had As levels exceeding 1, 3, and 10 μg g(-1), respectively. The total As concentrations in female and male hair correlated well with the total daily i-As intake. Measurement of As concentrations in the hair of people who were consuming or had previously consumed As from contaminated sources may help predict the onset of negative health effects. We suggested an application of the Bayes's theorem to calculate the probability that an individual in a population will acquire a negative health effect, given that the concentration of arsenic in the subject's hair has been determined.  相似文献

为解决因城镇燃气事故调查报告标注样本缺乏,从而影响命名实体识别性能这一问题,提出基于BiLSTM-CRF+强化学习的燃气事故领域命名实体识别方法。首先在数据预处理阶段,采用基于文本结构的主旨段落抽取方法,识别事故调查报告的关键段落;其次在模型训练阶段,采用BiLSTM-CRF+强化学习模型,实现城镇燃气事故命名实体识别模型训练;最后利用城镇燃气事故调查报告作为试验数据进行验证。研究结果表明:经由强化学习模型降噪后,实体识别模型的综合评价指标提高5.76%,主旨段落识别方法相比Word2vec特征表示方法,使模型的综合评价指标提升7.17%。  相似文献

Solar photovoltaic (PV) cells are used to resolve energy security and climate change problems. Although PV panels have long physical lifetimes, they would be eventually replaced by new ones with higher energy efficiency and then changed to waste. Depending on the types of PV cells, waste PV panels have different environmental impact potentials due to different contents of substances. This study assesses and compares hazardous waste, resource depletion, and toxicity potentials from metals in three types of PV modules (i.e., polycrystalline silicon (Si), amorphous Si, and CIGS (copper/indium/gallium/di-selenite) PVs) on per-watt electricity generation basis. Hazardous waste potentials are examined by using metal leachability tests, and resource depletion and toxicity potentials are evaluated by using life cycle impact assessment methods. The polycrystalline Si and CIGS PVs have hazardous waste potentials due to lead (Pb) and cadmium/selenium, respectively, whereas the amorphous Si PV does not. The polycrystalline Si PV has the highest resource depletion potential due primarily to silver; the CIGS PV has the next highest due primarily to selenium; and the amorphous Si PV had the lowest, which is derived primarily from tin and copper. For toxicity potentials, overall the amorphous Si PV had lower potentials, derived primarily from barium/copper/nickel/zinc, than the polycrystalline Si and CIGS PVs of which the toxicity potentials were primarily form copper/lead/nickel/silver and copper/mercury/molybdenum/nickel/silver, respectively. Therefore, waste polycrystalline Si and CIGS PV panels should be recycled and managed with priority, and PV technology development needs to be directed to amorphous Si PV from the material perspective.  相似文献

为解析余氯浓度对颗粒物表面细菌附着的影响,以给水管网细菌为研究对象,开展其在不同余氯浓度条件下的附着实验.结果表明,低浓度氯(0~0.5 mg·L~(-1))会促进细菌在针铁矿表面的附着,而高浓度氯(0.5~3.0 mg·L~(-1))抑制了细菌的表面附着.通过定量测定及激光共聚焦显微镜的观测发现,当氯浓度为0.5 mg·L~(-1)时,聚集体总细菌数、胞外聚合物(EPS)含量均达到最大.研究结果揭示了余氯浓度调控着细菌EPS的分泌,进而影响细菌在给水管网中颗粒物表面的附着.  相似文献

通过在一台轻型柴油机上加装低压共轨实现在进气歧管上的正丁醇喷射,喷射压力恒定为0.35 MPa;柴油采用缸内直喷,喷射压力恒定为120 MPa;采用自主开发的电控单元(ECU)分别控制柴油与正丁醇的喷射,实现正丁醇/柴油复合燃烧.试验研究了在2800 r·min~(-1)不同负荷下正丁醇喷射量对排放量及颗粒物粒径分布的影响.结果表明:随正丁醇喷射量增加,NO_x和碳烟排放减少,高负荷时降低幅度较大;HC和CO排放增加,低负荷时增加幅度较大;颗粒物生成总量降低且粒径分布重心左移;低负荷时相比于大粒径颗粒物,正丁醇对小粒径颗粒物数浓度的减少更明显;大粒径颗粒物减少比例与小粒径颗粒物减少比例的差距随正丁醇喷射量的增加而减小.  相似文献

We present a case of prenatal diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF) in one twin at 11–12 weeks of gestation. The parents had previously had two children, one of whom is alive and healthy and one who died of CF at the age of 2½ months. The parents were both known to be carriers of the ΔF508 mutation. Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) was performed and direct gene analysis showed that one fetus was homozygous for the ΔF508 mutation, while the other fetus did not have the mutation at all. Both fetuses had normal karyotypes. Selective termination was subsequently performed. The pregnancy continued without complications except for mild pre-eclampsia at term. The woman had a Caesarean section. The genetic diagnosis was confirmed after birth.  相似文献

对江苏沿海地区农田林网的经营类型、造林树种、林带配置进行了技术经济学分析和多目标灰色局势决策择优。结果表明:农田林网经营类型宜选择复合经营的果材兼用型林网。造林树种可选择速生丰产的杨树等用材树种和经济效益高的桃树等果树。林网配置在海堤河岸上选择用材树种,营造基干林带,筑起大网格框架;在道路沟渠上立体配置林果树种,营造主林带和副林带,构建中网格;在脱盐排水沟上添加果树辅助林带,建立小网格,形成多树种多林种合作、大中小网格配套、多道防线联防、多效益多产品产出的复合配置模式。  相似文献
