Prenatal diagnosis,fetal pathology,and cytogenetic analysis of mosaic trisomy 14

While true mosaicism occurs in only 0–25 per cent of genetic amniocenteses, nearly 2–5 per cent of amniotic fluid cell cultures contain a second cell line. In the common practice of prenatal diagnosis, an aberrant cell line confined to a single colony is usually disregarded. We present a case of mosaic trisomy 14 which was not detected on initial chromosome analysis. At birth, multiple malformations were apparent. Newborn cytogenetic studies revealed mosaicism [46,XX/46,XX,-14,+i(14q)] with an isochromosome 14 in 37 per cent of lymphocytes. Additional cells from the initial amniotic fluid culture were analysed post-delivery and the isochromosome 14 identified in only one of 12 total colonies. This case illustrates two important lessons in prenatal diagnosis. First, amniotic fluid cell cultures may not accurately reflect the relative distribution of the normal and abnormal cell lines within a mosaic fetus. Second, while it is generally reasonable to disregard mosaicism confined to a single colony, this policy will, on rare occasion, result in diagnostic error. This should be taken into consideration, particularly when dealing with autosomal trisomies potentially compatible with livebirth.     

Normal development in two six-year-old boys born after prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 20 mosaicism

Prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 20 mosaicism was made in two pregnancies by chromosome analysis of cultured amniotic fluid cells. In both cases, the pregnancy continued to term and a healthy male infant was delivered. Regular assessments up to the age of 6-5 years revealed normal physical and intellectual development in both children.

四种作物的盆栽模拟实验表明:铅对作物的影响,主要表现为植株矮化、生物量下降.作物受铅危害,主要在种子萌发期和苗期.进入植物体的铅,主要沉积于导管壁及木质部细胞壁中.作物各部位吸铅的能力不同;作物吸铅量与土壤含铅量呈正相关;各器官含铅量依水分和养料的运输方向互成正相关性,并依此方向减少;作物吸收的铅不仅可以从下至上转移,也可以从上至下转移,但后者较困难.     

江宁开发区污水处理厂二期调试运行

江宁开发区污水处理厂建设规模为4万m^3／d，分两期建成，采用氧化沟处理工艺，污泥处理采用不经消化的带式脱水工艺。在此主要叙述了各工艺构筑物的设备配置、功能、设计参数及二期工程的试运行情况。     

垃圾渗滤液的混疑处理实验研究

用聚合氯化铝(PAC)．聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)．复合混凝剂(90％PAC 10％PAM)及试剂A(一种壳聚糖)等4种混凝剂在不同pH及不同投加量的情况下．对垃圾渗滤液COD的去除效果进行了比较分析。实验结果表明。复合混凝剂及试剂A的处理效果明显优于PACPAM。在pH值5.5和8时。复合混凝剂投加量为400mg／L时。COD的去除率分别为38．63％和37．84％：试剂A在pH为8．投加量为100mg／L时。对COD的去除率达到39．85％。     

溢油指示物(指标)HPLC-UVD研究

建立了溢油指示物（ 指标）ＨＰＬＣ—ＵＶＤ 相似性模式，给出了溢油指示物（ 指标）ＨＰＬＣ—ＵＶＤ 相似性的择近原则，指出溢油指示物（ 指标）ＨＰＬＣ—ＵＶＤ相似性主要受控于油种、风化和实验误差等因素的影响。结果表明，ＨＰＬＣ—ＵＶＤ 相似性模式可作为溢油指示物（ 指标） 。     

新疆阿尔泰区域矿产特征与古老基底的关系探讨

新疆阿尔泰地区矿产存在着明显的东西差异，究共原因是阿尔泰处于三大板块的会聚部位．不同的基底性质有所不同。该地区前寒武系基底主要由元古代克木齐群和富蕴群岩石组成，克木齐群属中下元古代，主要分布于阿尔泰西部和南部．富蕴群属中上元古代．主要分布于阿尔泰东部、东北部。岩石学和岩石化学特征表明，克木齐群更多具有上地幔和下地壳的成分．富蕴群则具有上地壳的成分；稀土元素分配特征和铅同位素特征表明东西部矿床和各自的基底关系密切，后者的差异导致了新疆阿尔泰地区矿产特征的差异。
