控制回路的多维度性能评估方法研究

为评价炼化装置中各控制回路的性能,基于控制回路关键品质指标要求,采用控制回路的设定值、输出值、测量值、控制模式等过程参数设计了准确性指标、稳定性指标及快速性指标等性能评估指标。辅助技术人员在线进行控制回路性能评估,识别性能较差的控制回路,诊断异常原因并进行优化,提高装置的自动化水平。     

江苏油田生活污水生物处理技术述评

简介了生物处理生活污水的技术，对几种主要生物处理法进行了综合评价，并结合江苏油田生活污水生物处理的实践，综合分析了活性污泥法、生物转盘法、接触氧化法等三种主要生物处理技术，初步提出了中小规模生活污水处理场的设计标准，可供油田生活基地中小规模生活污水处理场设计时参考。

基于蒙特卡洛模拟的城市道路网络地震易损性分析∗

城市道路网络是重要的生命线工程系统,其抗震性能直接影响城市震时人员逃生和震后救灾是否能够迅速开展。现阶段,地震工程学界已发展了完善的单一路段地震易损性分析方法,但对道路网络整体性态水平划分、破坏指标选取和地震易损性评价等问题尚无明确结果。基于此,利用二维平面网络统计特征量作为破坏评价指标,提出了一类城市道路网络地震易损性的评价方法,并利用蒙特卡洛模拟方法计算了实际城市路网的地震易损性矩阵。首先,给出了城市道路网络地震破坏模拟步骤,包括路网建模、空间变化地震动模拟和基于路段易损性函数的路网地震破坏模拟;然后,利用分支数量和最大分支直径作为指标,对城市道路网络性态水平进行了划分,给出了基于蒙特卡洛方法的路网地震易损性分析框架;最后,以河北省秦皇岛市为例,计算了城市道路网络的地震易损性矩阵。本文发展的城市路网地震易损性分析方法可为城市道路系统整体抗震安全性评价及优化设计提供参考。
