A quantitative energy-dispersive electron probe X-ray microanalysis (ED-EPMA), namely low-Z (atomic number) particle EPMA, was used to characterize the chemical compositions of the individual aerosol particles collected at the Gosan supersite, Jeju Island, Korea, as a part of the Asian Pacific Regional Aerosol Characterization Experiment (ACE-Asia). On 4-10 April 2001 just before a severe dust storm arrived, seven sets of aerosol samples were obtained by a seven-stage May cascade impactor with a flow rate of 20 L/min. Overall 11,200 particles on stages 1-6 with cutoff diameters of 16, 8, 4, 2, 1, and 0.5 microm, respectively, were examined and classified based on their secondary electron images and X-ray spectra. In general, sea salt particles were the most frequently encountered, followed by mineral dust, organic carbon (OC)-like, (NH4)2SO4/NH4HSO4-containing, elemental carbon (EC)-like, Fe-rich, and K-rich particles. Sea salt and mineral dust particles had a higher relative abundance on stages 1-5, whereas OC-like, (NH4)2SO4/NH4HSO4-containing, Fe-rich, and K-rich particles were relatively abundant on stage 6. The analysis on relative number abundances of various particle types combined with 72-hr backward air mass trajectories indicated that a lot of reacted sea salt and reacted mineral dust (with airborne NOx and SO2 or their acidic products) and OC-like particles were carried by the air masses passing over the Yellow Sea (for sample "10 April") and many NH4HSO4/ (NH4)2SO4-containing particles were carried by the air masses passing over the Sea of Japan and Korea Strait (for samples "4-9 April"). It was concluded that the atmosphere over Jeju Island was influenced by anthropogenic SO2 and NOx, organic compounds, and secondary aerosols when Asian dust was absent.  相似文献

Measurements for particles 10 nm to 10 μm were taken using a Wide-range Particle Spectrometer during the Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations in 2009 in Shanghai, China. These celebrations provided an opportunity to study the number concentration and size distribution of particles in an especial atmospheric pollution situation due to firework displays. The firework activities had a clear contribution to the number concentration of small accumulation mode particles (100–500 nm) and PM1 mass concentration, with a maximum total number concentration of 3.8 × 104 cm?3. A clear shift of particles from nucleation and Aitken mode to small accumulation mode was observed at the peak of the CNY firework event, which can be explained by reduced atmospheric lifetimes of smaller particles via the concept of the coagulation sink. High particle density (2.7 g cm?3) was identified as being particularly characteristic of the firework aerosols. Recalculated fine particles PM1 exhibited on average above 150 μg m?3 for more than 12 hours, which was a health risk to susceptible individuals. Integral physical parameters of firework aerosols were calculated for understanding their physical properties and further model simulation.  相似文献

采用自由基聚合的方法在硅烷偶联剂改性凹凸棒粘土表面接枝聚合丙烯腈,优化了反应条件:引发剂浓度[K2S2O8]=1.5×10-3mol/L,单体浓度40%(w/w),聚合温度60℃、聚合时间5 h、凹凸棒粘土的添加量2%;并考察了复合材料特性粘数及凹凸棒粘土添加量对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明,随着复合材料特性粘数的增加,复合材料对Pb2+的平衡吸附量先降低后增加;随着凹凸棒粘土添加量的增加,复合材料对Pb2+的平衡吸附量先增加后减小。  相似文献

针对白银 — 银川东750 kV输电线路两端终端塔向受力侧倾斜问题,对终端塔向受力侧倾斜原因进行分析,采取调整终端塔基础施工工序、补偿基础承载力、提高螺栓紧固率和合理布置反向拉线平衡挠度等技术措施,有效阻止了终端塔向受力侧倾斜,保证了工期,避免了不必要的经济损失。结果表明:该方法的使用,节约了工程成本,保证了施工安全,提高了铁塔基础的安全稳定性。  相似文献

鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的紫外灭活及光复活抑制的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的紫外失活动力学、在日光灯下的光复活现象以及氯对其光复活的抑制。结果表明,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的紫外失活动力学曲线分为滞后区、一级动力学区、拖尾区三阶段,在PBS中的一级动力学失活速率常数为0.9041 cm2/mJ。而紫外灭活后的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌在日光灯下存在光复活。当紫外剂量为10 mJ/cm2时,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌在日光灯下照射3 h内发生明显的光复活,浓度从8.6×103CFU/mL增加到4.1×106 CFU/mL;但是在紫外消毒后,投加1 mg/L的氯可以有效抑制该细菌的光复活,投加2 mg/L的氯可以在10 min内全部灭活。因此,紫外-氯联合消毒能够有效的抑制鼠伤寒沙门氏菌细菌光复活,使其得到高效灭活。  相似文献

采用两级膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)反应器在微氧条件下处理焦化废水,考察了该工艺对焦化废水中挥发酚、硫氰化物、氰化物和COD的去除效果。研究结果表明,在进水流量为1 L/h,总水力停留时间(HRT)为24 h的条件下,两级EGSB反应器对COD的去除效果较好。稳定运行时,在进水挥发酚为56.8~185.1 mg/L、硫氰化物为287.1~539.9 mg/L、氰化物为0.17~0.72 mg/L的条件下,系统对其平均去除率分别为99.9%、96.8%和82.6%,出水挥发酚和氰化物均能达到《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)》的一级标准。进水COD浓度在1 084~1 880 mg/L之间,平均去除率为76.9%,出水平均浓度为325 mg/L。  相似文献

Solution culture experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of silicon (Si) on arsenate (As(V)) uptake by rice. The addition of Si to the pretreatment or uptake solution significantly decreased shoot and root As concentrations (P<0.001 and P<0.05). The presence of Si in the pretreatment or uptake solution also significantly decreased shoot P concentrations (P<0.001). The data demonstrated that both internal and external Si inhibited the uptake of As and P. Results of As uptake kinetics showed that the mechanism of the effect of Si on arsenate uptake is not caused by direct competition for active sites of transporters with As. The effect of Si on As uptake was not entirely mediated through the effect of Si on P uptake. Although the addition of Si to pretreatment solutions still significantly decreased shoot and root As concentrations, the extent of reduction became smaller when rice roots were coated with iron plaque.  相似文献
