An interactive dual-circulating fluidized bed system has been proposed in which the pyrolysis of sewage sludge(SS) and incineration of biomass proceed simultaneously, and alumina is used as the bed material and heat carrier. The alumina coated with biomass ash would mix with sewage sludge in the pyrolysis reactor of this device. It is important to know the influence of composite alumina(CA) on the pyrolysis progress. Sewage sludge was pyrolyzed in a fixed bed reactor from 400 to 600°C using CA as catalyst. The effects of temperature and CA additive ratio on the products were investigated. The product yields and component distribution of non-condensable gas were more sensitive to the change of temperature, and the maximum liquid yield of 48.44 wt.% and maximum Useable Energy of Liquid of 3871 k J/kg sludge were observed at 500°C with 1/5 CA/SS(mass ratio). The gas chromatography–mass spectrometry results showed that the increase of temperature enhanced devolatilization of organic matter and promoted cyclization and aromatization of aliphatics. The presence of CA could strengthen secondary cracking and interaction among primary products from different organic compounds, such as acid–amine condensation,and reduce the content of oxygenated compounds. When the CA additive amount exceeded a certain proportion, the aromatization was clearly strengthened. The effects of CA on decomposition of fatty acids and formation of aromatics were similar to that of temperature. This means that the reaction temperature could be lowered by introducing CA, which has a positive effect on reducing energy consumption.  相似文献

本研究采用ZnCl2作为活化剂,用640W功率的微波照射5min的方法制备改性小麦秸秆。研究了改性小麦秸秆投加量、吸附时间、温度、pH对改性小麦秸秆吸附水溶液中Cu2+的影响,以及对其等温吸附特征、动力学和热力学进行了研究。试验结果表明:投加量为0.1g,pH为6,改性小麦秸秆对Cu2+有较好的吸附效果,吸附在10h后达到平衡。改性小麦秸秆对Cu2+吸附较好地符合Langmuir、Freundlich温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程,吸附过程中△G0,说明属于自发反应。  相似文献

Astroviruses are becoming a growing concern in veterinary and public health. Many astrovirus species are associated with enteric diseases have been described in both mammalian and avian hosts. In the present study, 23 fecal samples from diarrheic minks were collected in Liaoning and Shandong Province, and an investigation of astrovirus was performed using biochemical methods and RT-PCR assay with specific primers. A total of four mink astroviral isolates were detected from sick minks with diarrhea problems. Further sequencing and characterization of the partial ORF1b gene and ORF2 gene segments revealed low sequence identities (20.0–85.3 and 31.8–87.2 %) with known astroviral strains, indicating the emergence of a novel clade of astroviruses. Some new features of the astroviral genome have also been discovered. The phylogenetic tree revealed that all samples were distantly related to mink astrovirus and were closely related to chicken astroviruses and turkey astroviruses. MK/DL-1, MK/DL-2, MK/SD-1, and MK/SD-2 formed a new clade and were found to be more closely related to astroviruses from birds than to other mink strains, indicating past cross-species transmission and considerable zoonotic potential.  相似文献

电活性生物膜形成、胞外电子传递机制以及环境效应研究已成为环境领域关注的热点.通过在碳毡上富集形成生物膜,采用电化学方法对生物膜的电活性进行了表征,对电活性生物膜直接介导Cu2+的还原转化进行了初探.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对Cu元素的形貌、含量以及价态进行分析,结果表明电活性生物膜能够利用乙酸作为电子供体,Cu2+作为电子受体,将Cu2+还原转化成Cu或Cu+.同时,通过激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)观察Cu2+对微生物的影响,结果显示Cu2+对微生物有明显的毒害作用,所以电活性生物膜介导Cu2+的转化只能在较低的铜离子浓度下进行.本研究结果将为电活性生物膜应用于环境中铜离子的固定和回收提供理论依据.  相似文献

分别于2011年4月(春季)和2011年9月(夏季)采集珠江广州河段及东江东莞河段表层水体样品,对该区域表层水体中优控多环芳烃(PAHs)的时空分布、固液分配及其来源进行了分析和讨论.结果表明,珠江广州河段及东江东莞河段表层水体中多环芳烃浓度春季高于夏季.藻类有机碳是该水环境有机碳的主要成分.溶解有机碳(DOC)、颗粒态有机碳(POC)以及叶绿素a(Chl a)含量是控制水体PAHs浓度的主要因素,说明水环境的富营养化程度可以通过增长的浮游生物量来影响多环芳烃的生物地球化学过程,继而影响其环境行为和归宿.多环芳烃在水/颗粒物间的有机碳归一化分配系数(log Koc)与辛醇/水分配系数(log Kow)间存在明显的线性关系,其斜率是夏季大于春季,可能与多环芳烃的非平衡吸附有关.多环芳烃同系物比值法和主成分分析(PCA)的结果表明,研究区域水体中PAHs主要来源于石化燃料、煤和生物质的混合燃烧,并且PAHs的来源未体现出明显的季节变化.通过本研究我们能够比较全面的了解该流域多环芳烃的时空分布状况,固液分配及其可能的来源,并且为珠江广州河段及东江东莞河段多环芳烃污染的控制和生态风险评价提供科学依据.  相似文献

Rice-paddies are regarded as one of the main agricultural sources of N 2O and NO emissions. To date, however, specific N2O and NO production pathways are poorly understood in paddy soils. ^15N-tracing experiments were carded out to investigate the processes responsible for N2O and NO production in two paddy soils with substantially different soil properties. Laboratory incubation experiments were carried out under aerobic conditions at moisture contents corresponding to 60% of water holding capacity. The relative importance of nitrification and denitrification to the flux of NaO was quantified by periodically measuring and comparing the enrichments of the N2O, NH~-N and NO3-N pools. The results showed that both N2O and NO emission rates in an alkaline paddy soil with clayey texture were substantially higher than those in a neutral paddy soil with silty loamy texture. In accordance with most published results, the ammonium N pool was the main source of N2O emission across the soil profiles of the two paddy soils, being responsible for 59.7% to 97.7% of total N2O emissions. The NO3-N pool of N2O emission was relatively less important under the given aerobic conditions. The rates of N2O emission from nitrification (N2On) among different soil layers were significantly different, which could be attributed to both the differences in gross N nitrification rates and to the ratios of nitrified N emitted as NzO among soil layers. Furthermore, NO fluxes were positively correlated with the changes in gross nitrification rates and the ratios of NO/N2O in the two paddy soils were always greater than one (from 1.26 to 6.47). We therefore deduce that, similar to N2O, nitrification was also the dominant source of NO in the tested paddy soils at water contents below 60% water holding capacity.  相似文献
