A spent fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst containing lanthanum (La) was used as a novel adsorbent for phosphorus (P) in simulated wastewater. The experiments were conducted in a batch system to optimize the operation variables, including pH, calcination temperature, shaking time, solid-liquid ratio, and reaction temperature under three initial P-concentrations (C0 = 0.5, 1.0, and 5.0 mg/L). Orthogonal analysis was used to determine that the initial P-concentration was the most important parameter for P removal. The P-removal rate exceeded 99% and the spent FCC catalyst was more suitable for use in low P-concentration wastewater (C0 <5.0 mg/L). Isotherms, thermodynamics and dynamics of adsorption are used to analyze the mechanism of phosphorus removal. The results show that the adsorption is an endothermic reaction with high affinity and poor reversibility, which indicates a low risk of second releasing of phosphate. Moreover, chemical and physical adsorption coexist in this adsorption process with LaPO4 and KH2PO4 formed on the spent FCC catalyst as the adsorption product. These results demonstrate that the spent FCC catalyst containing La is a potential adsorbent for P-removal from wastewater, which allows recycling of the spent FCC catalyst to improve the quality of water body.

以花背蟾蜍为研究对象,以包头市某尾矿库南侧受污染的水域湿地和相对无污染的小白河黄河湿地保护区为研究样地。对比分析雄性花背蟾蜍形态学指标、精巢脏器系数、精子动态参数、精子畸形率、性激素、红细胞微核率和DNA损伤等相关指标,研究重金属复合污染场地对花背蟾蜍雄性性腺的毒性效应。结果显示:与小白河湿地相比,尾矿库湿地花背蟾蜍条件因子和精巢脏器系数显著高于小白河湿地(P<0.01)。尾矿库花背蟾蜍精子的鞭打频率显著升高,而精子活力显著降低(P<0.05),精子畸形率、红细胞微核率和DNA损伤均显著高于小白河湿地(P<0.05)。结果表明:尾矿库复合污染通过降低精子质量,增加红细胞微核率和DNA损伤对花背蟾蜍的雄性性腺造成毒理学影响,花背蟾蜍通过升高条件因子和精巢脏器系数来缓解复合污染的毒性胁迫。该成果对重金属复合污染场地两栖类动物种群保护以及生态平衡维护有着积极作用。 相似文献

利用机械厂废弃铁屑和分析纯级铁粉对受4-硝基苯胺(PNA)污染土壤的修复进行了对比研究,探讨了土壤酸度和反应温度对还原效果的影响,并对反应时间、铁屑用量和土壤含水量3个影响因素进行了优化选择.实验结果表明,在1.5g含PNA浓度约为1.3×10-5mol/g的模拟污染土样中加入100mg铁屑或铁粉和0.5mL蒸馏水,在25℃下反应4h,PNA的还原率分别为99%和76%,产物均为苯二胺(PDA);铁粉仅在偏酸性土壤中对PNA有较高还原率,铁屑则在中性或弱碱性土壤中仍能保持较好的还原效果;反应温度的变化对还原效果影响不大;正交实验结果显示反应时间对PNA的还原效果影响最大,土壤含水量次之,铁屑用量影响最小。 相似文献

The mercury distribution and speciation in the water column were investigated from November 2003 to September 2004. The distribution and concentrations of total mercury (THg) and particulate mercury (PHg) showed that algae had a large capacity to bind mercury in late spring (e.g. in May). It is shown that dissolved gaseous mercury (DGM) concentrations may also be affected by algae activities. The MeHg profile in the water column at a highly eutrophied site in Hongfeng Reservoir demonstrated that most of the MeHg was produced in the hypolimnion, whereas the MeHg profile pattern at another site with less eutrophication indicated that MeHg in water was largely ascribed to release from sediment. In September, the outflow of the reservoir was enriched with MeHg, which was 5.5 times higher than that in the inflows. The discharge of MeHg-concentrated water from the anoxic hypolimnion in the reservoir may pose a risk to downstream fauna. 相似文献
