太湖流域小型水源性湖泊氮、磷时空分布及营养状态评价   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
2009年11月至2010年10月,对太湖流域小型水源性湖泊20个采样点水体的TN、TP、NO3--N、NH4+-N、NO2--N以及PO43-等水质因子进行测定分析,讨论了氮、磷时空分布特征,并评价其富营养化程度。结果表明,TN、TP年均值分别为1.50、0.05mg/L;TN、TP的季节性变化规律具有一定差异,TN浓度为冬、春季高于夏、秋季,而TP浓度为2009年11月至2010年3月高于其他月份。由于受入湖河流的影响,TN、TP的空间分布格局较为相似,均表现为西南部高于东北部、入湖口分别高于湖中心和出湖口。NO3--N年均值为0.68mg/L,浓度变化趋势呈双峰型(2010年3、9月为峰值),基本同TN的变化趋势一致,空间分布表现为入湖口分别低于湖中心和出湖口(除冬季外),显示水体硝化过程对硝酸盐的贡献。NH4+-N年均值为0.23mg/L,从2010年4月开始浓度逐渐升高,到2010年7月达到全年最高值,其浓度空间分布特征表现为入、出湖口均高于湖中心(除秋季外)。NO2--N和PO43-的年均值都较低,均为0.01mg/L(以P计),时空差异不明显。根据CARLSON提出的营养状态指数法计算分析可知,该湖泊冬、春季处于中营养状态,夏、秋季营养状态略高,且磷是全年初级生产力的限制因子。  相似文献

采用淋洗法,研究了垃圾堆肥中重金属在不同温度与模拟酸雨条件下的淋溶特征。结果表明,随着淋洗次数的增加,淋洗液中Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni和Pb的含量都有很大程度的减少。Cd、Cr、Cu和Ni 4种金属在模拟酸雨的情况下淋出量明显高于蒸馏水的情况,增幅都在116%和351%之间,差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01),而酸雨对Pb的淋出影响较小。在酸雨淋洗下,重金属的淋出率在30℃时达到最大,其中Ni随着温度的变化相对较小。而在蒸馏水淋洗下,重金属的淋出率随着温度的变化相对平稳。此外,5种重金属的淋出率明显不同,其中Cr和Ni的淋出率相对较大,Pb最小。  相似文献

以某城市污水厂进水为研究对象,采用A2/O+硫磺填料反应柱组合工艺,考察其对COD、总氮、总磷以及溶解性磷处理效果的改善。组合工艺出水水质稳定后,连续运行55 d,并对工艺的出水进行常规指标分析。结果表明:组合工艺的脱氮除磷效果较单个A2/O工艺都得到了较大的改善,而COD去除效果变化不大。A2/O系统对COD有良好的去除效果,出水的COD平均去除率能达到94%;TN和TP去除效果相对较差,出水平均去除率分别为60%和57.4%。经硫磺填料反应柱的脱氮除磷作用,系统出水TN去除率提高到84%,TP去除率提高到69.8%,COD去除率变化不大,升高到95.3%。  相似文献

水域生态系统是温室气体的重要来源,静态浮箱法(SFC)是目前广泛采用估算水-气界面气体通量的方法之一,然而在利用线性回归(LR)拟合模型估算水-气界面气体通量时存在低估问题。采用密闭式静态浮箱-温室气体分析仪系统,观测了在三峡库区香溪河库湾水-气界面之上通量箱内甲烷和二氧化碳气体浓度的变化,对监测得到的数据进行拟合分析。对比分析了线性回归(LR)、二次回归(QR)和指数回归(ER)三种模型的拟合效果,结果表明非线性回归模型可以更好地拟合静态浮箱内气体浓度随时间的变化情况,从而得到更接近真实值的水-气界面气体通量。认为采用线性回归(LR)模型拟合水-气界面气体通量得到的结果在很大程度上被低估了,该方法得到甲烷和二氧化碳气体通量估算值平均约占实测值的77%和80%。此外,大多数情况下指数拟合模型的效果要优于二次回归拟合模型,而二次回归模型拟合系数没有物理意义,从理论上不适用于气体通量的估算。 关键词: 静态浮箱法;气体通量;线性拟合;非线性拟合  相似文献

The characteristics and mechanisms of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) adsorption on three different biochars derived from agricultural/forestry wastes through pyrolysis at various temperatures (100 to 500 ºC) were investigated. In this study, the H2S breakthrough capacity was measured using a laboratory-characterized using pH and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis. The results obtained demonstrate that all biochars were effective in H2S sorption. The sorption capacity of the biochar for H2S removal is related to the pyrolysis temperature and pH of the surface. Certain threshold ranges of the pyrolysis temperature (from 100 to 500 ºC) and pH of the surface are presented. It also concluded that the sorption capacity (for removing H2S) of rice hull-derived biochar is the largest in three biochars (camphor-derived biochar, rice hull-derived biochar, and bamboo-derived biochar). These observations will be helpful in designing biochar as engineered sorbents for the removal of H2S.Implications: This paper focuses on the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) by biochars derived from wastes. Strategic environmental assessment (SEA) in China has developed rapidly since it was introduced into China in the 1990s. Chinese government promulgated the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of China (hereinafter referred to as the EIA Law) in 2002. In this law, it is stipulated clearly that regional and sector plans should be assessed. Through investigating materials and analyzing literatures, this article analyses the practical and academic study achievements of SEA in China that have been achieved since the EIA Law was implemented, probes into the current situation of the main level of SEA in China-plan EIA, then summarizes the development characteristics, and eventually, puts forward the development trends of SEA in China. The research conclusions can offer the foundations for comprehending systematically the progress of SEA in China.  相似文献

针对高浓度含磷废水,重点分析了电解除磷工艺中曝气对磷去除率、pH、电导率、电极钝化的影响.结果表明:(1)在电流密度为20 mA/cm2、磷初始质量浓度为200 mg/L,初始pH为5.5~6.5的条件下,当曝气量为1.0、1.5、2.0 L/min时,60 min内磷去除率均接近100%,而且出水中未检测出磷,符合<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)中一级标准,30~40 min内,磷去除率达到了95%以上,磷残余质量浓度小于10 mg/L,相比未曝气的情况,磷去除率有了显著提高;(2)在电流密度为20 mA/cm2、磷初始质量浓度为200 mg/L、初始pH约为3的条件下,曝气溶液的pH在前30 min呈上升趋势.30 rain后趋于平缓,最终停留在8左右;(3)在电流密度为20 mA/cm2、磷初始质量浓度为200 mg/L、初始pH约为3的条件下,曝气溶液的电导率在整个电解除磷过程中先逐步下降,30~40 min后逐步趋于稳定;(4)曝气对于抑制电极钝化、提高磷去除率有着显著效果.  相似文献

Within a European biomonitoring programme, Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) was employed as accumulative bioindicator of airborne trace elements (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb, Sb, V, Zn) in urban agglomerations. Applying a highly standardised method, grass cultures were exposed for consecutive periods of four weeks each to ambient air at up to 100 sites in 11 cities during 2000–2002. Results of the 2001 exposure experiments revealed a clear differentiation of trace element pollution within and among local monitoring networks. Pollution was influenced particularly by traffic emissions. Especially Sb, Pb, Cr, Fe, and Cu exhibited a very uneven distribution within the municipal areas with strong accumulation in plants from traffic-exposed sites in the city centres and close to major roads, and moderate to low levels in plants exposed at suburban or rural sites. Accumulation of Ni and V was influenced by other emission sources. The biomonitoring sites located in Spanish city centres featured a much higher pollution load by trace elements than those in other cities of the network, confirming previously reported findings obtained by chemical analyses of dust deposition and aerosols. At some heavily-trafficked sites, legal thresholds for Cu, Pb, and V contents in foodstuff and animal feed were reached or even surpassed. The study confirmed that the standardised grass exposure is a useful and reliable tool to monitor and to assess environmental levels of potentially toxic compounds of particulate matter.  相似文献

实验中采用了液相还原法制备新型吸附剂纳米铁。在纳米铁低投放量的条件下,采用间歇实验,分别从初始硝酸盐浓度、溶液pH值和温度的不同外界条件下研究了纳米铁对硝酸盐的去除情况。实验结果表明,硝酸盐初始浓度对反应速率有影响,但对去除率影响不大;溶液pH值为2.0时纳米铁对硝酸盐的去除效果最好;随着温度的升高,纳米铁对硝酸盐的去除率有所增加。以t时刻已反应掉的硝酸盐浓度为切入点,提出拟二级动力学方程。进而确定不同温度下的反应速率常数k。实验中k在50℃时最大,为0.014 mg/(L·min)。反应活化能Ea为17.18 kJ/mol,该反应以质量传递为控制因素。溶液中性条件下硝酸盐氮的还原产物为氨氮。  相似文献

To investigate the extent of Hg contamination due to artisanal Zn smelting activities in Weining County, northwestern Guizhou, China, total Hg and methyl mercury (MeHg) concentrations in soil and surface water were determined. Samples of corn plants growing in the study area were also collected for total Hg analysis. A high geometric mean Hg emission factor of 75gHgt(-1)Zn was estimated and significantly elevated total gaseous mercury (TGM) concentrations were found in the atmosphere adjacent to the Zn smelting sites, ranging from 30 to 3814ngm(-3). Total Hg and MeHg concentrations in topsoil samples ranged from 62 to 355microgkg(-1) and from 0.20 to 1.1microgkg(-1), respectively.
