将稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)半静态暴露于重铬酸钾溶液中,研究发现稀有鮈鲫的本底微核率处于较低的水平,重铬酸钾在不同浓度和时间暴露后能明显观察到外周血红细胞微核增加。在一定条件下存在剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系,表明稀有鮈鲫可用于鱼类外周血红细胞微核试验。试验中每尾鱼观察15000个细胞,能有效地减小试验偏差,保证试验结果的可靠性。暴露浓度大于等于0.01mg/L时,染毒组与空白组的外周血红细胞微核率有显著性差异,其微核率随染毒时间的延长呈先升高后下降的趋势,均在24h时出现所有测定时间微核率的峰值。与其他鱼类比较显示,稀有鮈鲫具有较高的敏感性,可用于遗传毒物诱发微核的监测。 相似文献

根据GB/T 15000.3—2008设计了苯系物标准气体的时间稳定性研究方案,制备了4瓶苯系物标准气体,随着时间的推移进行测定并将结果制图,结果显示量值随时间没有显著的变化趋势。以线性关系为模型,计算线性直线的斜率和斜率的标准偏差,用t检验判断斜率是否显著来评价标准气体的稳定性。计算结果显示,所有斜率均不显著,因此该研究制备的苯系物标准气体能够稳定保存22个月。根据时间稳定性数据计算由不稳定性引起的不确定度,并讨论了这种计算不稳定性引起不确定度的方法对结果有放大的可能性。 相似文献

利用大气细颗粒物水溶性组分及气态前体物在线监测设备(GAC-IC)对成都市2017年夏、冬两季大气PM2.5中水溶性无机离子(WSIIs)及气态前体物进行了连续观测,对其污染特征及冬季一次典型污染过程进行了深入分析.结果表明,成都冬季PM2.5质量浓度为100.2μg·m-3,显著高于夏季(34.0μg·m-3).WSIIs是PM2.5的重要组成,对夏、冬季PM2.5的贡献分别可达52.9%和53.3%.夏、冬季的二次离子(SNA)占WSIIs的比例分别为73.2%和87.6%,其中,SO42-和NO-3分别是夏、冬季SNA的主导组分,对SNA的贡献分别为37.7%和59.7%.冬季NO-3/SO42-比值(2.7)显著高于夏季(0.8),体现了移动源(尤其是机动车源)对该季节PM<... 相似文献

Heavy metals in variable charge soil are highly bioavailable and easy to transfer into plants. Since it is impossible to completely
eliminate rice planting on contaminated soils, some remediation and mitigation techniques are necessary to reduce metal bioavailability
and uptake by rice. This pot experiment investigated the e ects of seven amendments on the growth of rice and uptake of heavy metals
from a paddy soil that was contaminated by copper and cadmium. The best results were from the application of limestone that increased
grain yield by 12.5–16.5 fold, and decreased Cu and Cd concentrations in grain by 23.0%–50.4%. Application of calcium magnesium
phosphate, calcium silicate, pig manure, and peat also increased the grain yield by 0.3–15.3 fold, and e ectively decreased the Cu and
Cd concentrations in grain. Cd concentration in grain was slightly reduced in the treatments of Chinese milk vetch and zinc sulfate.
Concentrations of Cu and Cd in grain and straw were dependent on the available Cu and Cd in the soils, and soil available Cu and Cd

The deposition of Asian dust aerosols during their trails-Pacific Uansport might cause significant marine phytoplankton biomass increases.However,the knowledge of the trans-Pacific dust transport,deposition,and spatial distribution is still poor due to a lack of continuous and simultaneous observations in the Asian subcontinent,the north Pacific Ocean,and North America.The severe Asian dust storm during 6 to 9 April 2001 provided an opportunity to gain a better understanding of trans-Pacific dust transport and deposition,using a comprehensive set of observations from satellites,ground-based light detection and ranging,aircraft,and surface observation networks.The observations and model simulations outline the general pattern of dust transport,deposition,vertical profile,and spatial distribution.The following points were observed(1)the surface dust concentrations decreased exponentially with the increasing dust transport distance from 80°E to 120°W along the transport pathway;(2)the altitude of the dust concentration peak increased with increasing transport distance in the north Pacific region;and (3) the spatial distribution of dust deposition mainly depended on the trans-Pacific transport route. 相似文献

The addition of simple substrates could affect the microbial respiration in soils. This substrate-induced respiration is widely used to estimate the soil microbial biomass, but little attention has been paid to its influence on the changes of community-level physiological profiles. In this study, the process of microbial communities responding to the added substrate using sole-carbon-source utilization (BIOLOG) was investigated. BIOLOG is biased toward fast-growing bacteria; this advantage was taken to detect the prompt response of the active microbial communities to the added substrate. Four soil samples from agricultural fields adjacent to heavy metal mines were amended with L-arginine, citric acid, or D-glucose. Substrate amendments could, generally, not only increase the metabolic activity of the microbial communities, but also change the metabolic diverse patterns compared with no-substrate control. By tracking the process, it was found that the variance between substrate-induced treatment and control fluctuated greatly during the incubation course, and the influences of these three substrates were different. In addition, the application of these induced changes to discriminate soil microbial communities was tested. The distance among all samples was greatly increased, which further showed the functional variance among microbial communities in soils. This study tested and evaluated the agricultural non-point source(AGNPS)model for the Wuchuan catchment, a typical agricultural area in the Jiulong River watershed, Fujian Province. China. The AGNPS model was calibrated and validated for the study area with observed data onten storms. Thedata on eight stormsin 2002 were used for calibration while data on two stormswere used for validation of the model. Considering the lack of water quality data over a long-term series, a novel method, comparing an internal nested catchment with its surrounding catchment, was used to supplement the less long-term series data. Dual calibration and validation of the AGNPS model was obtained by this comparison. The results indicate that the correlation coefficients were 0. 99 and 0. 98 for runoff, 0. 94 and 0. 95 forthe peak runoff rate of the large catchment and the small catchment, respectively, and 0. 76 forthe sediment of the small catchment only. Each pair of correlation coefficients is homogeneous for the same event for the two catchments. With the exception of the sediment yield and particulate phosphorus, the peak nmofr rate and other nutrients were well predicted. Sensitivity analysis showed that the Soil Conservation Service curve number and rainfall quantity were the most sensitive parameters, which resulted in high output variations. Erosivitv and other parameters had little influence on the hydrological and quality outputs. 相似文献
