利用16s rDNA方法检测刺参消化道细菌种类

以2007年7月采自大连瓦房店养殖厂的刺参为实验材料,通过对刺参肠道中的细菌16s rDNA V3区基因进行扩增、克隆测序及序列同源性分析,对其种类进行初步研究。本研究测序获得11条16s rDNA V3区基因序列,并进行Blast同源比对,确定序列同源性,分析出11种细菌,三种梭菌属(Clostridium)细菌,两种为假单胞菌属细菌(Pseudomonas),一种产丙酸菌属细菌(Propionigenium),一种为金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus),有六种细菌分别与4种不可培养的未命名细菌同源,并根据测序结果建立系统发生树。本研究提供了一种检测海洋微生物的方法,为刺参病害诊断提供科学依据,为海洋微生物资源的开发和新种的发现提供了资料。     

Production of a newly isolated Paenibacillus polymyxa biocontrol agent using monosodium glutamate wastewater and potato wastewater

A phyllosphere bacterial strain EBL-06 was isolated from wheat leaves. The morphology, cultural characteristics, phospholipid fatty acids, physiological and antagonistic fungus activities of this strain were investigated. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing with the published 16S rDNA sequences of the relevant bacteria. The results showed that the isolate EBL-06 was a strain of Paenibacillus polymyxa; this strain performed a high level of antagonistic fungus activity toward a broad spectrum of phytopathogens, such as Botrytis cinerea, Cladosporium cucumerinum, Fusarium spp. The isolate EBL-06 can grow well using monosodium glutamate wastewater (MGW) and potato wastewater (PW) as culture medium. The maximum yield of 6.5 × 10 9 CFU/mL of the isolate EBL-06 anti-fungus biocontrol agent was reached in 15 hr cultivation at 28°C, pH 6.0–7.5 using the mixture of MGW and PW (1:9).

大气污染物排放系数及计算方法

在我国排放大气污染物许可证试点工作中,需要确定污染物排放量,以达到总量控制之目的,利用排放系数可以估算各污染源的排放置。本文介绍了有色冶炼,化工制酸排放SO_2,水泥生产中排放粉尘及钢铁工业排放烟尘的排放系数及计算方法。     

电解法处理硝酸铜废水研究

对电解法处理硝酸铜废水的原理、铜析出的条件、NO_3~-在电解中的变化、提高极限电流密度限额的途径等问题进行了探讨和试验。试验结果指出,NO_3~-在1mol/L以下,相应的Cu~(2+)3—8g/L,H~+1.0—1.2g/L。采用电流密度i=1—2A/dm~2时,Cu可在阴极上析出,电解终了浓度控制在0.2—0.3g/L内。平均电流效率可在80％以上,NO_3~-在电解前后无明显变化。此外,根据流化床电解运行的数据,提出电解法处理硝酸铜废水的数学模型。     

流动注射-分光光度法测定工业废水中的Fe^2＋和Fe^3＋

将Fe^2 与邻菲啰啉的显色反应引入流动注射系统，用盐酸羟胺将Fe^3 预先还原，0～6μg/ml的Fe^2符合比耳定律，检测出限0．11μg／ml。0．25μg／mlFe^2 经5次测定的标准偏差为2．2％，进样频率为120次／h，回收率98．5～104％。对工业废水中铁的测定取得了满意的效果。     

水雾荷电净化空气飘尘与细菌的研究

研究一种高压静电水雾场产生的荷电净化空气中飘尘与细菌的方法。实验结果表明:在静电电压15kV、通风量540m~3/h的工况下,实验装置的一次性除尘效率高于80%、除菌效率达到88%以上;实验装置可以连续运行,能耗低、出风无二次污染。     

Kinetics of aniline oxidation with chlorine dioxide

For the first time, kinetics of aniline oxidation with chlorine dioxide(ClO2) were investigated systematically by detecting concentration of aniline with HPLC at regular intervals. Results showed that the reaction was first-order both in ClO2 and in aniline, and the oxidation reaction could be described as second-order reaction. Stoichiometric factor η was experimentally determined to be 2.44. The second-order-reaction rate constant k was 0.11L/(mol.s)under condition of pH 6.86 and water temperature(Tw) 287K. Reaction activation energy was 72.31 kJ/mol, indicating that the reaction could take place under usual water treatment conditions. The reaction rate constants in acidic and alkali media were greater than that in neutral medium. Chlorite ion could slightly increase reaction rate in acidic medium. p-aminophenol and azobenzene were detected by GC-MS as intermediates.
