表层岩溶带及其植被、土壤构成特殊的岩溶生态系统。本文系统分析了兰电堂泉域的植物和土壤微生物群落特征、土壤理化性质及水样理化性质,结果表明:从大气降雨、穿透雨,树干径流,土壤水到岩溶泉水的水文过程中,电导率、暂时硬度、总碳量不断增加,不同阶段各阴、阳离子的吸附和淋溶存在差异,对大部分离子,植被层和浅层土壤有较强淋溶作用,深层土壤吸附作用较强。表层岩溶带水文过程是碳循环的重要途径之一,植被层是有机碳的重要来源,土壤层是无机碳、有机碳和HCO3-转化的重要化学场,植物-土壤系统主导了碳的转化和转移,影响表层岩溶动力系统。随植物群落正向演替的进行,表层岩溶生态系统趋于稳定,能有效调控水文地球化学性质变化。 相似文献

The estimation of vegetation coverage is essential in the monitoring and management of arid and semi-arid sandy lands. But how to estimate vegetation coverage and monitor the environmental change at global and regional scales still remains to be further studied. Here, combined with field vegetation survey, multispectral remote sensing data were used to estimate coverage based on theoretical statistical modeling. First, the remote sensing data were processed and several groups of spectral variables were selected/proposed and calculated, and then statistically correlated to measured vegetation coverage. Both the single- and multiple-variable-based models were established and further analyzed. Among all single-variable-based models, that is based on Normalized Difference Vegetation Index showed the highest R (0.900) and R 2 (0.810) as well as lowest standard estimate error (0.128024). Since the multiple-variable-based model using multiple stepwise regression analysis behaved much better, it was determined as the optimal model for local coverage estimation. Finally, the estimation was conducted based on the optimal model and the result was cross-validated. The coefficient of determination used for validation was 0.867 with a root-mean-squared error (RMSE) of 0.101. The large-scale estimation of vegetation coverage using statistical modeling based on remote sensing data can be helpful for the monitoring and controlling of desertification in arid and semi-arid regions. The objectives of this study were to investigate the levels, dispersion patterns, seasonal variation, and sources of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (16 EPA-PAHs) in the Hun River of Liaoning Province, China. Samples of surface water were collected from upstream to downstream locations, and also from the main tributaries of the Hun River in dry period, flood period, and level period, respectively. After appropriate preparation, all samples were analyzed for 16 EPA-PAHs. Total PAHs concentrations varied from 124.55 to 439.27 ng l?1 in surface water in dry period, 1,615.75 to 5,270.04 ng l?1 in flood period, and 2,247.42 to 7,767.9 ng l?1 in level period. The 16 EPA-PAHs concentrations were significantly increased in the order of level period > flood period > dry period. The composition pattern of PAHs in surface water was dominated by low molecular weight PAHs, in particular two- to three-ring PAHs. In addition, two-ring PAH accounted for 39.33 to 88.27 % of the total PAHs in level period. Low molecular weight PAHs predomination together with higher levels of PAHs in flood and level period suggested a relatively recent local source of PAHs. Special PAHs ratios such as phenanthrene/anthracene and fluoranthene/pyrene indicated that under dry weather season conditions, the PAHs found in surface water were primarily from petrogenic source, while under wet weather season conditions they were from mixed source of both petrogenic inputs and combustion sources. The comparison of PAHs contamination among different types of areas in China suggested that atmospheric depositions might be the most important approaches of PAHs into water system. 采用室内盆栽和网室盆栽的方法,研究了碳酸钙和粉煤灰对铅污染土壤的小麦幼苗生物效应、成熟期籽粒含铅量和蛋白质含量及生物产量的影响,探讨了碳酸钙和粉煤灰缓解铅毒害小麦的生理机制.结果表明,在轻度铅污染(铅为350 mg/kg)的小麦农田,1.0 g/kg碳酸钙或50 g/kg粉煤灰对小麦生长有明显的促进作用.能有效缓解铅对小麦的毒害;在重度铅污染(铅为600mg/kg)的小麦农田,1.0~2.0 g/kg碳酸钙或50~100 g/kg粉煤灰对小麦铅毒害缓解效果较好. 相似文献

This study reports the first data on the concentrations and distribution of phthalate esters (PAEs) in the agricultural soils from the peri-urban areas of Guangzhou city. Σ16PAEs concentrations ranged from 0.195 to 33.6 μg g−1-dry weight (dw). Elevated levels of PAEs were recorded in the vegetable fields located next to the urban districts, and a decreasing trend exists following the distance away from the urban center. Diisobutyl phthalate (DiBP), Di-n-butyl phthalate (DnBP), and Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) dominated the PAEs in the agricultural soils. Significant relationship (correlation coefficient R2 = 0.85, p < 0.01, n = 40) was present between the accumulation of PAEs and total organic carbons in agricultural soils. In addition, both pH and texture of soils are found to be important factors affecting the level of PAEs. This study shows that the agricultural soils in the peri-urban area of Guangzhou city were moderately polluted by PAEs. 相似文献

This study investigated the partitioning behavior of dissolved organic matter(DOM) in liquid and ice phases, as well as the changes in the optical properties and chlorine reactivity of DOM during the freezing processes of water. DOM was rejected from the ice phase and accumulated in the remaining liquid phase during water freezing. Moreover, the decrease in freezing temperature, as well as the increase in dissolved organic carbon(DOC)concentration of feed water, caused an increase in DOM captured in the ice phase. The ultraviolet-absorbing compounds, trihalomethane precursors, as well as fulvic acid- and humic acid-like fluorescent materials, were more liable to be to be rejected from the ice phase and were more easily retained in the unfrozen liquid phase during water freezing, as compared with organics(on average) that comprise DOC. In addition, it was also found a higher accumulation of these organics in the unfrozen liquid phase during water freezing at higher temperature. The freeze/thaw processes altered the quantity, optical properties, and chlorine reactivity of DOM. The decrease in ultraviolet light at 254 nm as well as the production of aromatic protein- and soluble microbial byproduct-like fluorescent materials in DOM due to freeze/thaw were consistently observed. On the other hand, the changes in DOC, trihalomethane formation potential, and fulvic acid- and humic acid-like fluorescence caused by freeze/thaw varied significantly between samples. 相似文献
