采用神经网络技术对松江污水厂污水处理活性污泥系统进行建模试验研究,在对实际运行数据按机理准则和范围准则剔除异常数据后,将样本数据随机分成训练样本、检验样本和测试样本。用试凑法确定合理的神经网络隐层节点数,以避免采用过大或过小的网络结构,在训练过程中用检验样本实时监控从而避免“过训练”现象的影响,较好地解决神经网络方法建模的两大难题,从而建立可靠、有效的活性污泥系统神经网络模型。并应用建立的网络模型对活性污泥系统的运行情况进行了仿真研究。建模研究表明,神经网络技术能较好地应用于活性污泥系统的建模,模型具有较好的泛化能力,有很好的实用价值。  相似文献

Training Conservation Biologists in Human Interaction Skills   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Questionnaires were sent to 298 graduate programs in conservation biology and other areas of the biological and agricultural sciences and to 702 public and private organizations that employ, or might employ, conservation biologists. The focus of the questionnaires was on the need for training conservation biologists in human interaction skills (e.g., interpersonal communication, leadership, group decision making). Respondents were asked to indicate the current availability of such training at their institutions or organizations. Questionnaires were returned by 28.5% of the graduate programs and 21.1% of the conservation organizations. A majority of both groups of respondents indicated a high need for training in the following seven areas: written and oral communication; explaining science and values of biodiversity to the lay public; group decision making; interpersonal skills; group planning; leadership; and advocacy. Despite the high level of perceived training need, relatively few academic institutions and even fewer conservation organizations offer or require courses in human interaction skills (with the exceptions of written and oral communication and foreign languages). Sixty-four percent of the graduate faculty respondents and 78% of the employer organization respondents indicated that human interaction skills are equally important or more important to the work of conservation biologists than science knowledge and skill. We suggest that follow-up research should be conducted to delineate further the need for human interaction skills training and to assess the relationship between specific human interactions skills and conservation outcomes. We also recommend that a curriculum on human interaction should be designed and developed for conservation biologists, perhaps through a cooperative effort of interested faculty and employers facilitated by the Society for Conservation Biology and conservation organizations.  相似文献

Shijiazhuang, the city with the worst air quality in China, is suffering from severe ozone pollution in summer. As the key precursors of ozone generation, it is necessary to control the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) pollution. To have a better understanding of the pollution status and source contribution, the concentrations of 117 ambient VOCs were analyzed from April to August 2018 in an urban site in Shijiazhuang. Results showed that the monthly average concentration of total VOCs was 66.27 ppbv, in which, the oxygenated VOCs (37.89%), alkanes (33.89%), and halogenated hydrocarbons (13.31%) were the main composite on. Eight major sources were identified using Positive Matrix Factorization modeling with an accurate VOCs emission inventory as inter-complementary methods revealed that the petrochemical industry (26.24%), other industrial sources (15.19%), and traffic source (12.24%) were the major sources for ambient VOCs in Shijiazhuang. The spatial distributions of major industrial activities emissions were identified by using geographic information statistics system, which illustrated the VOCs was mainly from the north and southeast of Shijiazhuang. The inverse trajectory analysis using Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory (HYSPLIT) and Potential Source Contribution Function (PSCF) clearly demonstrated the features of pollutant transport to Shijiazhuang. These findings can provide references for local governments regarding control strategies to reduce VOCs emissions.  相似文献

随着规模化奶牛养殖迅速发展,牛粪带来的环境污染问题日益严重。实验探究牛粪及其堆肥过程中养分变化、抗生素耐药基因消减情况以及细菌群落演替规律,探讨细菌菌群与养分、抗生素耐药基因之间的相关性。采集牛粪及其堆肥过程样品,测定样品中养分、检测抗生素耐药基因相对丰度,采用16S r RNA高通量测序技术研究牛粪堆肥过程细菌群落变化。结果表明,从新鲜牛粪(组FM)到发酵牛粪(组C),样品中有机质含量下降,全氮和全磷含量有不同程度增加,全钾(TK)显著升高(P<0.05)。堆肥发酵后,抗生素耐药基因erm B、tet M、bla CTX-M和aac(6')-Ib-cr的相对丰度呈现不同程度的下降,而基因sul1相对丰度增加。高通量测序结果表明,在门水平,各组均以Firmicutes、Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes这3个菌门为主,在属水平,各组具有不同的优势物种,其中发现Bacteroides、Paeniclostridium和Pseudomonas等7个潜在病原菌属的相对丰度在堆肥后有效降低。通过相关性分析发现,潜在病原菌属与基因tet M和sul1呈显著正相关(P<0.05),此外,大部分优势菌属与养分TK有显著相关性(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,牛粪经堆肥发酵后,病原菌相对丰度有效降低,抗生素耐药基因相对丰度的下降与细菌菌群结构变化存在相关关系。  相似文献

The estimation of solute sorptive behaviors is essential when direct sorption data are unavailable and will provide a convenient way to assess the fate and the biological activity of organic solutes in soil/sediment environments. In this study, the sorption of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) on 19 soil/sediment samples and the sorption of 13 organic solutes on one sediment were investigated. All sorption isotherms are nonlinear and can be described satisfactorily by a simple dual-mode model (DMM): q(e)=KpCe+Q0 . bCe/(1+bCe), where Kp (mlg(-1)) is the partition coefficient; Ce (microgml(-1)) is the equilibrium concentration; Q0 (microgg(-1)) is the maximum adsorption capacity; Q0 . b (mlg(-1)) is the Langmuir-type isotherm slope in the low concentration (Henry's law) range and b (mlmicrog(-1)) is a constant related to the affinity of the surface for the solute. Based on these nonlinear sorption isotherms and similar other nonlinear isotherms, it is observed that, for both polar 2,4-DCP and nonpolar phenanthrene, Kp, Q0 and Q0 . b are linearly correlated with soil/sediment organic carbon content (f(oc) in the range of 0.118-53.7%). The results indicate that the nonlinear sorption of organic solutes results primarily from interactions with soil/sediment organic matter. The K*oc K*oc=Kp/f(oc)), Qoc (Qoc=Q0/f(oc)), Loc (Loc=Q0 . b/f(oc)) and b for a given organic solute with different soils/sediments are largely invariant. Furthermore, logK*oc, logb and logLoc for various organic solutes are correlated significantly with the solute logKow or logSw (logKow in the range of 0.9 to 5.13 and logSw in the range of -6.176 to -0.070). A fundamental empirical equation was then established to calculate approximately the nonlinear sorption from soil/sediment f(oc) and solute Sw for a given solute equilibrium concentration.  相似文献

This paper concerns the incineration of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) using the ferrospinel catalyst MnFe2O4. It covers the preparation of the ferrospinel catalyst, the screening of catalytic activity, catalytic incineration testing, and 72-hr decay testing of the catalyst. The experimental results of catalyst screening reveal that the Mn/Fe catalyst is the best of five prepared catalysts (chromium/iron [Cr/Fe], manganese/iron [Mn/Fe], zinc/iron [Zn/Fe], nickel/iron [Ni/Fe], and pure magnetite [Fe3O4]). In tests of the catalytic incineration system used to convert IPA, 98% conversion was obtained at a space velocity of 24,000 hr(-1), an oxygen (O2) content of 21%, 1700 ppm of IPA, and a reaction temperature of 200 degrees C.  相似文献

Urban water resources have been facing significant pressure from population growth, urbanization, and climate change. A system dynamics urban water management model was proposed to simulate the dynamic interactions between urban water demands and society, economy, climate, and water conservation. The residents'' water conservation willingness was incorporated in the model and water-saving effects were quantified. The simulation results for Macau showed that population size was the main driving force for urban water demand. The change of temperature and precipitation has obvious effects on the landscape water demand. The water demand output is sensitive to the change in population, per capita demand, and temperature. Increased precipitation will reduce urban water demand and increased economic growth will increase water demand. By implementing integrated water conservation measures and improved water conservation willingness, water demand could be reduced by 17.5%.  相似文献
