用渗透势不同的聚乙二醇(PEG)6000模拟外界环境水分条件,对高梁不同品种的种子在萌动、萌发及成苗3个阶段水分需求的量化研究表明:种子的抗旱性随吸水进程的推进而减弱,种子在萌动、萌发及出士成苗的时间(t)与外界环境水势(w)之间存在着1/t=a+bw的关系,据此推算不同品种在不同成苗阶段的需水阈值,发现不同品种在同一成苗过程中对环境水分条件的反应不同,抗旱性也不同.  相似文献

为探究渤海北部海上油气区及周边近岸海域典型芳香烃类化合物污染状况,2015年5月现场采集了32个站位的海水样品,针对7种苯系物(BTEX)和17种多环芳烃(PAHs)进行测定,并采用商值法和毒性当量法对污染物开展单一和联合生态风险评估。结果显示,研究海域海水中7种苯系物总含量范围为65.1~222.6 ng·L~(-1),以甲苯含量最高,表层含量略低于底层,油气区平均含量低于周边近岸,受到陆源污染输入的影响特征明显。表层海水中ΣPAHs含量范围为98.9~356.0 ng·L~(-1),平均值为184.5 ng·L~(-1),以低环芳烃占优势,总体处于中等水平,比值法判定该海域PAHs可能主要来源于石油及其加工产品。该海域海水中苯并(a)芘的风险商RQ值大于0.1,表现出低度风险,其余3种处于可接受水平。4种芳香烃类化合物联合生态风险等级为低度风险,对生态系统具有潜在的不利影响,但不同区域仍存在一定差异性,海上石油开采与陆源输入是影响该海域个别区域生态风险较高的重要因素。  相似文献

<正>2010年8月8日,甘肃舟曲一场大暴雨诱发了特大山洪泥石流灾害。洪水把高山上180万立方米山体岩土中了下来,形成了规模罕见的泥石流,突然闯入了舟曲县城,并堵断了白龙江水而形成堰塞湖。这场由大雨酿成的突发地质灾害造成了1435人死亡,330人失踪。自我国对山区地质灾害有精确的伤亡人数统计以来,这次周曲泥石流灾害是灾情最严重、死亡人数最多的一次。  相似文献

A continuous investigation of aerosol pollutants in Cape Hedo, Japan was conducted from October 2005 to August 2006 by Aerodyne aerosol mass spectrometer (AMS). This article focused on the analysis of long-range transport of organic aerosol from continental origin to the remote island. Based on the transport distance and air mass origin, four main air mass origins were considered, including North China, South China, Japan and Korea. Although the mass concentration and air mass origin were quite different during study period, the mass spectrum and size distribution of organic matter and oxidized organics were similar, which showed uni-modal distribution with modal diameter of around 500 nm. The loss rate of organics was (5.15 ± 0.55) × 10-6 s-1 obtained by plotting the concentration against the transport time. Conversion rate of SO2 to sulfate and oxidation rate of organics were (1.07 ± 0.15) × 10-5 and (1.09 ± 0.52) × 10-6s-1, respectively.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

International food trade plays an important role in food security, but little research has been devoted to studying crop dynamics in importing countries caused by trade. We studied the spatiotemporal patterns of soybean planting area in China (the largest soybean importing country) in response to soybean imports. The results show how the soybean planting area from 1980 to 2012 in China is dominated by two temporal patterns, both of which first increased, then decreased, with an 8-year time lag. The first increasing-decreasing pattern is affected by increasing soybean imports, and the second increasing-decreasing pattern is driven by decreasing domestic soybean profits. The results also show spatially distinct spatial patterns: soybean planting area decreased in southeastern China while it increased in northwestern China. Our analysis of soybean planting area helps China and other food-importing countries understand spatiotemporal responses of domestic agricultural cultivations caused by international food trade and agricultural pollution management.  相似文献

使用常见的工业材料:玻璃、铝片和镍网为载体,苯胺(Ani)作为氮掺杂剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法,制备了不同材料负载Ani/TiO2,并研究其在降解以酸性品红模拟的印染废水的光催化氧化性能。结果表明,玻璃、铝片和镍网负载Ani/TiO2最佳N/Ti值分别为0.250、0.040和0.040,并验证了N掺杂TiO2在日光利用方面的优势,提高了光催化剂的实际应用性;最佳pH值均为6~8;最佳处理初始浓度分别为10、12和12 mg/L;其光催化活性都会随着溶液深度的增加而降低;氧化剂硝酸铁的最佳投加浓度均为0.5×10-5到1.0×10-5mol/L;综合来看,玻璃负载Ani/TiO2的活性最高,铝片负载Ani/TiO2次之,镍网负载Ani/TiO2最差。  相似文献

污水输送和污水处理过程中会有大量的CH4温室气体产生和排放。总结了污水厌氧生化处理过程中CH4产生的机制,列举了产甲烷菌的种类。同时,分析了在污水生化处理各单元CH4产生与排放的影响因素:污水处理过程中,DO、pH、温度、污泥负荷、硝酸盐浓度和亚硝酸盐浓度等因素会影响CH4的产生。在污水处理过程中的厌氧段,CH4的排放主要是与CH4产生量及CH4在污水中的溶解度有关;在好氧段,CH4的排放与机械搅拌或曝气作用对水流的扰动有关。  相似文献

● Six largely produced agricultural biomass wastes were pyrolyzed into biochars. ● Feedstock type significantly determined physiochemical properties of biochars. ● The biochars showed powerful adsorption capabilities to Plasticizer DEP. ● Giant reed biochar with higher DEP adsorption was a prominent sorbent. Plastic pollution as a global environmental issue has become a research hotspot, among which the removal of inherent plasticizer (e.g., phthalic acid esters, PAEs) received increasing attention. However, the effects of biochars derived from different feedstocks on the adsorption of PAEs are poorly understood. Thus, the characteristics of biochars derived from six largely produced biomass wastes in China at 400 °C, as well as their performance in adsorption of diethyl phthalate (DEP), one of frequently detected PAEs in aqueous environment, were investigated. The results indicated that the variation in feedstock type showed significant changes in the properties (e.g., porosity, specific surface area, surface functional groups) of biochars, which affected DEP adsorption and desorption. Pseudo-second order and Freundlich models fitted the adsorption data well, and adsorption mechanisms mainly included hydrophobic effect, followed by micropore filling, hydrogen bonding, and π-π EDA interactions. Adsorption thermodynamics revealed that the adsorption was a spontaneous and exothermic the adsorption capacities of DEP on these biochars slightly decreased with the increasing pH but increased with the increasing ionic strength. Among these biochars, the giant reed biochar with relatively higher DEP adsorption and low desorption exhibited the great efficiency for DEP removal as an environment-friendly sorbent. These results highlighted the significant roles of micropore filling and hydrogen bond in determining adsorption capacity of designed biochars prepared from selecting suitable agricultural straws and wetland plant waste to typical plasticizer. The findings are useful for producing designed biochars from different biomass wastes for plasticizer pollution control.  相似文献

二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、氧化亚氮(N2O)是对全球气候变化影响最大的温室气体。由于土壤与大气之间的水热交换需要一定的传导平衡时间,因此土壤温室气体与温湿度之间的关系存在不同的表现形式。目前,有关温室气体研究多集中于季节性排放特征,而关于CO2、CH4、N2O的日变化研究却少见报道。以北京小麦(Triticum aestivuml)农田土壤为研究对象,对施肥和不施肥条件下CO2、CH4、N2O交换通量和气温、土壤温度进行连续观测,来探讨3种温室气体的日变化特征。采用人工静态暗箱法对小麦田土壤进行连续48 h原位观测,每2 h测定1次,每次盖箱时间为30 min。气体样品中的CO2、CH4、N2O用气相色谱仪(Agilent 6890A,FID/ECD)测定。结果表明:施肥与不施肥条件下小麦生育后期麦田土壤CO2、CH4、N2O交换通量具有明显的日变化特征。土壤表现为CH4的吸收汇、CO2和N2O的排放源。CH4的吸收通量、CO2和N2O的排放通量均表现为施肥区>对照区。CO2、CH4的交换通量的70%以上出现在白天,而施肥区和对照区的N2O白天排放通量分别达到全天的81.8%、91.1%。另外,相关性分析表明,CO2、N2O交换通量的日变化与气温和5 cm地温呈极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)的正相关关系,且N2O交换通量日变化与10 cm地温呈现极显著的正相关关系,说明温度是影响CO2、N2O交换通量日变化的重要因素;而气温、5 cm地温、10 cm地温对CH4交换通量日变化不存在显著性影响。  相似文献
