Eight cruises were conducted on the south Yellow Sea (SYS) from 1998 to 2005. Variations and the potential ecological risk of heavy metals were studied using the survey data collected during October 2003. The metal content (except for As) was high in the central area where the fine grain size sediments were dominant, and low inshore area where more coarse sediments were present. This suggested that grain size was important in determining distributions of heavy metals. In some local areas, other influencing factors, such as organic content, sedimentation rate, burial efficiency and metal's existing form were discussed. The annual averages of metals showed a stable trend with appreciable fluctuations in 8 years. Using potential ecological risk index (E (RI)) to evaluate the integrated pollution effect of heavy metals, 38.7% of the investigated area was in a moderate degree of contamination, while 77.8% was under moderate ecological risk. However, no distinct correlation was found between E (RI) and plankton biomass. In conclusion, the sediment quality of SYS was good, and the ecological risk was low in general.  相似文献

Recently, metal-based carbon materials have been verified to be an effective persulfate activator, but secondary pollution caused by metal leaching is inevitable. Hence, a green metalfree 3D macroscopic N-doped porous carbon nanosheets(NPCN) was synthesized successfully. Loss and damage (L&D) from climate change has threatened the sustainable development of humankind, while the progress of mitigative and adaptive measures carried out under the international multilateral framework has been slow. The scientific community and policymakers have placed increasing emphasis on the international L&D response mechanism as a potential direct solution. This paper reviewed the origins of such a mechanism, with an in-depth analysis of the related connotations. A review of the existing situation in China on work related to L&D arising from climate change was conducted, followed by a summary of the findings. 研究了一株从活性污泥中分离得到的多食鞘氨醇杆菌(Sphingobacteriummultivorum)对五氯酚(PCP)的共代谢降解.比较了细菌分别以苯酚和葡萄糖为生长底物时对PCP的降解效果.结果表明,苯酚对细菌的生长有一定的抑制作用;葡萄糖支持细菌共代谢降解PCP,葡萄糖和非生长底物PCP之间不存在底物竞争抑制现象.蛋白质电泳结果表明,葡萄糖为生长底物时,PCP的降解酶是由PCP自身所诱导;GC-MS分析PCP共代谢降解中间产物时检测到苯酚的存在,说明在好氧降解情况下,PCP的共代谢降解可能也存在渐次脱氯生成苯酚并最终被矿化的过程.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Coastal cities represented by Ningbo are directly or indirectly affected by typhoons each year. By analyzing the past three typical typhoons landing in Ningbo from 2013 to 2016, it was found that before and after the typhoon transit, reservoir and water treatment plant would be made by the destructive impact, including the increasing water level, water volume in a short time, and the deteriorating water quality. Among those, the water quality caused by typhoons increased the water treatment process load, the amount of water purification agents increased significantly, and the emergency response put a great pressure on the inventory of water plants. Based on the statistics and analysis of the basic parameters of the reservoir and water treatment plant during the typhoon season, the emergency management of the typhoon was divided into three situations, namely, pre-typhoon, typhoon period and post-typhoon. Thus, it is effective for the relevant practitioners of the reservoir and water plant to ensure the safe water supply during typhoon season.  相似文献

Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from a typical greenhouse vegetable system in Northern China were measured from February 2004 to January 2006 using a close chamber method. Four nitrogen management levels (NN, MN, CN, and SN) were used. N2O emissions occurred intermittently in the growing season, strongly correlating with N fertilization and irrigation. No peak emissions were observed after fertilization in the late Autumn season due to low soil temperature. 57-94% of the seasonal N2O emissions came from the initial growth stage, corresponding to the rewetting process in the soil. The annual N2O emissions ranged from 2.6 to 8.8 kg N ha−1 yr−1, accounting for 0.27-0.30% of the annual nitrogen input. Compared with conventional N management, site-specific N management reduced N fertilization rate by 69% in 2004 and by 76% in 2005, and consequently reduced N2O emissions by 51% in 2004 and 27% in 2005, respectively.  相似文献

对山地城市合流污水特细砂粒径特征参数及分布研究的结果表明,晴、雨天合流污水细砂平均粒径D(3,4)均小于250μm,且含量高,属于特细砂;新旧城区排水体制、山地地貌、降雨强度、雨前晴天数、用地性质、水土流失等因素均会对山地城市合流污水特细砂粒径特征和分布等造成影响。涪陵污水处理厂进水含砂量高达183.9 mg/L,平均粒径为182.6μm,粒径偏小,超出沉砂池有效去除范围;大量特细砂进入曝气池后,堵塞管道、磨损设备等,给污水处理厂运行带来一系列不利影响。  相似文献

不同碳源添加量对垂直流人工湿地污水处理效果的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以垂直流人工湿地小试系统为研究对象,采用碱处理过的千屈菜(Lythrum salicaria)作为反硝化碳源补充材料,探讨了不同碳源添加量对系统COD及氮、磷去除效果的影响。结果表明,一定剂量经过碱处理的千屈菜材料可以为人工湿地系统脱氮提供反硝化所需要的碳源,而且具有缓效持续释放的特点。添加此碳源材料可明显提高系统的脱氮效率,最高可提升30.85%,但随着C/N比的增加,硝态氮去除率逐渐降低,C/N比为3、5、8时分别为91.20%、87.72%和84.19%。添加碳源量达到C/N比为3时系统能够发生最大程度反硝化,此时不仅人工湿地系统脱氮效果得到提高,同时人工湿地除磷能力也有所增强。碱处理过的千屈菜材料在本系统中的最适宜添加量为5 g,即100 g/m2(C/N=3),远低于在进水中为满足反硝化所需调控的C/N比(5~8),可以节约外加碳源成本。  相似文献

Effects of leachate addition on ammonia volatilization and N2O and CO2 emissions from two different soils were investigated using the 10-day laboratory incubation method at two levels of moisture content. Ammonia volatilization was dominated by soil pH and only occurred in alkaline clay soil, where 0.26–0.32% of soil ammonia could be lost. The N2O emission from the alkaline clay soil was one order of magnitude greater than that from the acidic sandy soil, when either water or leachate was irrigated. Increasing the moisture content from 46% water-filled pore space (WFPS) to 70% WFPS in the alkaline clay soil or the acidic sandy soil by either water or leachate irrigation increased the N2O emission by over twofold. The CO2 emission from each soil sample at the two WFPSs was almost the same. The CO2 emission from the alkaline clay soil with leachate addition was 72% lower than that from the acidic sandy soil with leachate addition, and 6.7 times higher than that from the alkaline clay soil with distilled water addition. Ammonia volatilization and N2O emission under leachate irrigation could be minimized by avoiding the excessively wet condition and by selecting the acidic sandy soil with low organic carbon and total nitrogen content.  相似文献
